随着我国人民生活水平的提高,人们对穿着的服装的舒适性和功能性的要求越来越高。当前人们穿着的弹性面料大多都采用一种材质制成。
中国专利CN201410613448.0公开了一种涤锦复合弹性面料,包括涤纶弹性面料层和锦纶弹性面料层,涤纶弹性面料层由涤纶纤维、莱赛尔纤维以及丽赛纤维混纺编织而成,各成分所占重量百分比分别为:涤纶纤维占58%-68%,莱赛尔纤维占18%-23%,丽赛纤维占14%-19%,锦纶弹性面料层由锦纶纤维、大豆蛋白复合纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混纺织成,各成分所占重量百分比分别为:锦纶纤维占64%-74%,大豆蛋白复合纤维占15%-20%,聚乳酸纤维占11%-16%。但是该专利的弹性面料仍存在易于变形的问题,并且在多次对衣服进行洗衣机清洗之后,面料出现松弛的现象。

步骤一:制备上弹性层;将氨纶纤维与锦纶纤维分别通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成纺纱线条,随后通过并线的工序,以氨纶纤 维为经线、锦纶纤维为纬线进行编织,此时上弹性层制备完毕;
步骤二:制备下弹性层;将聚氨酯类纤维通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成纺纱线条,随后将聚氨酯类纤维与天然蚕丝通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成混纺纱线条,进一步的利用聚氨酯类纤维的纺纱线条与聚氨酯类纤维、天然蚕混纺纱线条进行并线工序处理;
步骤三:制备中层混纺织物;分别准备两份的聚酯纤维与天然棉,并利用清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成两份不同的混纺纱线条,并利用并线工序把两股不同的混纺纱线条进行处理;

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过对发明的设置,可以制取弹性更佳的弹性面料,通过本工艺制备的弹性面料存在极强的舒适度,同时不易出现磨损的情况,给人们的使用带来的便利;
2、通过对本发明的设置,可使得衣料内外具备弹性,同时弹性面料内层采用天然棉,不会给衣服的贴合带来不适感,并且双层面料可以避免衣服出 现松弛的现象。

对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
一种弹性面料,所述弹性面料的克重为115g/m2~130g/m2,所述弹性面料分为上中下三层,其中弹性面料的上下两层均为弹性层,中层为混纺织物,所述上弹性层由氨纶纤维与锦纶纤维制成,下弹性层由聚氨酯类纤维与天然蚕丝制成,其中中层混纺织物由聚酯纤维与天然棉制成,
该弹性面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:制备上弹性层;将氨纶纤维与锦纶纤维分别通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成纺纱线条,随后通过并线的工序,以氨纶纤维为经线、锦纶纤维为纬线进行编织,此时上弹性层制备完毕;
步骤二:制备下弹性层;将聚氨酯类纤维通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成纺纱线条,随后将聚氨酯类纤维与天然蚕丝通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成混纺纱线条,进一步的利用聚氨酯类纤维的纺纱线条与聚氨酯类纤维、天然蚕混纺纱线条进行并线工序处理;
步骤三:制备中层混纺织物;分别准备两份的聚酯纤维与天然棉,并利用清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成两份不同的混纺纱线条,并利用并线工序把两股不同的混纺纱线条进行处理;
步骤四:制备成品;利用针织工艺首先是的上弹性层与中层混纺织物进行处理,随后在利用针织工艺对下弹性层与中层混纺织物进行处理。
步骤一中氨纶纤维与锦纶纤维百分比分别为50%与50%,其中氨纶纤维的 捻度为900T/m,锦纶纤维捻度为1000T/m。
步骤二中聚氨酯类纤维与天然蚕进行混纺纱线条作业时的比例为1:1.4,聚氨酯类纤维捻度为800T/m与天然蚕捻度为870T/m。
步骤三中两份不同的聚酯纤维与天然棉制成的混纺纱线条中,聚酯纤维与天然棉的比例分别为1:1.35与1:2,聚酯纤维捻度为1000T/m,天然棉捻度为950T/m。
步骤四中的成品制备完成之后,利用皂洗、水洗、制柔、脱水、烘干定型等工序进行成品处理。
实施例二
一种弹性面料,所述弹性面料的克重为115g/m2~130g/m2,所述弹性面料分为上中下三层,其中弹性面料的上下两层均为弹性层,中层为混纺织物,所述上弹性层由氨纶纤维与锦纶纤维制成,下弹性层由聚氨酯类纤维与天然蚕丝制成,其中中层混纺织物由聚酯纤维与天然棉制成,

步骤四中的成品制备完成之后,利用皂洗、水洗、制柔、脱水、烘干定型等工序进行成品处理。
总结:通过对下弹性层与中层混纺织物中混纺纱线条所需材料不同比例的调配,可以得出最佳的弹性面料,具体的,通过实施例二制备的弹性面料的弹性以及舒适度优胜于其他的实施例。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种弹性面料,其特征在于,所述弹性面料的克重为115g/m2~130g/m2,所述弹性面料分为上中下三层,其中弹性面料的上下两层均为弹性层,中层为混纺织物,所述上弹性层由氨纶纤维与锦纶纤维制成,下弹性层由聚氨酯类纤维与天然蚕丝制成,其中中层混纺织物由聚酯纤维与天然棉制成,
    该弹性面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一:制备上弹性层;将氨纶纤维与锦纶纤维分别通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成纺纱线条,随后通过并线的工序,以氨纶纤维为经线、锦纶纤维为纬线进行编织,此时上弹性层制备完毕;
    步骤二:制备下弹性层;将聚氨酯类纤维通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成纺纱线条,随后将聚氨酯类纤维与天然蚕丝通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒工序制成混纺纱线条,进一步的利用聚氨酯类纤维的纺纱线条与聚氨酯类纤维、天然蚕混纺纱线条进行并线工序处理;

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性面料,其特征在于:所述步骤 一中氨纶纤维与锦纶纤维百分比分别为50%与50%,其中氨纶纤维的捻度为900T/m,锦纶纤维捻度为1000T/m。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性面料,其特征在于:所述步骤二中聚氨酯类纤维与天然蚕进行混纺纱线条作业时的比例为1:1.5,聚氨酯类纤维捻度为800T/m与天然蚕捻度为870T/m。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性面料,其特征在于:所述步骤三中两份不同的聚酯纤维与天然棉制成的混纺纱线条中,聚酯纤维与天然棉的比例分别为1:1.3与1:2,聚酯纤维捻度为1000T/m,天然棉捻度为950T/m。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性面料,其特征在于:所述步骤四中的成品制备完成之后,利用皂洗、水洗、制柔、脱水、烘干定型等工序进行成品处理。
