Description

一种船用新型齿轮箱体 技术领域
本发明涉及齿轮箱体技术领域,尤其涉及一种船用新型齿轮箱体。
背景技术
齿轮箱应用范围广泛,例如在风力发电机组中的应用,齿轮箱是在风力发电机组中应用很广泛的一个重要的机械部件。其主要功用是将风轮在风力作用下所产生的动力传递给发电机并使其得到相应的转速。通常风轮的转速很低,远达不到发电机发电所要求的转速,必须通过齿轮箱齿轮副的增速作用来实现,故也将齿轮箱称之为增速箱。
齿轮箱承受来自风轮的作用力和齿轮传动时产生的反力,必须具有足够的刚性去承受力和力矩的作用,防止变形,保证传动质量。齿轮箱箱体的设计应按照风电机组动力传动的布局安排、加工和装配条件、便于检查和维护等要求来进行。
齿轮箱体均为上下分体式设计,从而能够便于进行安装固定,但齿轮箱大多采用螺栓进行固定连接,齿轮箱内侧所开设的安装孔均会大于螺杆的外径,以便于能够不伤害螺栓,安装孔在开设的较大时会出现箱体两部分错位的情况,导致箱体的内壁不在同一平面内,影响箱体之间的贴合。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种船用新型齿轮箱体,具备保证齿轮箱体之间的连接稳定性,且能够便于进行润滑等优点,用 于解决现有技术中齿轮箱内侧所开设的安装孔均会大于螺杆的外径,以便于能够不伤害螺栓,安装孔在开设的较大时会出现箱体两部分错位的情况,导致箱体的内壁不在同一平面内,影响箱体之间贴合的问题。
(二)技术方案
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种船用新型齿轮箱体,包括:下箱体;上箱体,设置于该下箱体的上方;输出轴,活动地贯穿于该下箱体;输入轴,活动地贯穿于该下箱体;密封部,设置于该上箱体与下箱体之间;以及润滑部,设置于该下箱体内部。
通过本发明所提供的一种船用新型齿轮箱体,能够便于齿轮进行传动,且相对于普通的齿轮箱体,本发明所提供的齿轮箱体具备保证齿轮箱体之间的连接稳定性,且能够便于进行润滑等优点,用于解决现有技术中齿轮箱内侧所开设的安装孔均会大于螺杆的外径,以便于能够不伤害螺栓,安装孔在开设的较大时会出现箱体两部分错位的情况,导致箱体的内壁不在同一平面内,影响箱体之间贴合的问题。
在一种可能的实施方式中,该输出轴以及输入轴均能够相对于该下箱体转动。
在一种可能的实施方式中,该密封部包括:安装孔,贯穿开设于该上箱体与下箱体外表面;定位块,固定于该上箱体外表面;液压管,固定于该下箱体内部。
