本发明涉及人造草坪生产技术领域,具体涉及一种人造草坪的制备方法。
背景技术
人造草坪因为其精致且整齐的外观、优异的性能、使用寿命长、维护费用低等诸多优点,被广泛应用于体育场地、园林绿化、家居装饰等各种场所。人造草坪按生产工艺可分为注塑人造草坪和编织人造草坪。注塑人造草坪生产方法是采用注塑工艺,将塑料颗粒在模具中一次挤压成型,并用打弯技术将草坪弯曲,使草叶等距、等量规律排布,草叶高度完全统一。编织草坪生产方法是以仿草叶状的合成纤维植入在机织的基布,背面涂上起固定作用的涂层从而形成人造草坪。目前,市售的编织人造草坪,基布大多采用扁平的经线和纬线进行编织,经线和纬线之间的间距较小,同时,基布上需要涂覆固定草丝用的胶黏剂,胶黏剂固化后形成密封的涂层,导致编织人造草坪的渗水率小,影响了人造草地的排水性能,为了提高渗水率,厂家生产编织人造草坪时,会在胶黏剂固化后通过扎孔装置对基布的涂胶面进行扎孔,扎孔会破坏编织人造草坪的结构,导致扎孔附近的人造草丝松动并脱落,影响了编织人造草坪的外观和使用寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种人造草坪的制备方法以解决上述存在的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种人造草坪的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)提供基布;
(2)提供人造草丝;
(3)将步骤(2)的人造草丝通过簇绒植入步骤(1)的基布上,将胶黏剂涂覆在基布的表面;
(4)将涂有胶黏剂的基布通过吹气装置进行吹气,待胶黏剂固化后得人造草坪。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中的基布包括经线丝和纬线丝,所述经线丝和所述纬线丝相互交叉编织。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)的胶黏剂涂覆方式为刮涂或辊涂,所述吹气装置吹出的气压为1-4MPa。

本实施例的人造草坪的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(3)将步骤(2)制备的人造草丝通过簇绒机簇绒植入在步骤(1)制备的基布上,将胶黏剂涂覆在基布的表面,将涂有胶黏剂的基布通过吹气装置以2MPa的气压进行吹气,待胶黏剂固化后卷收,包装,得人造草坪。
实施例3
(1)选取经线丝和纬线丝,将经线丝和纬线丝置于编织机上进行编织,定型,卷收,得基布。
(2)将聚氯乙烯粒料置于拉丝机中,向拉丝机中加入拉伸液,控制拉伸温度120℃,回缩比0.94,通过拉丝工艺对混合粒料进行拉丝处理,缠绕,定型,卷收,得人造草丝。
(3)将步骤(2)制备的人造草丝通过簇绒机簇绒植入在步骤(1)制备的基布上,将胶黏剂涂覆在基布的表面,将涂有胶黏剂的基布通过吹气装置以3MPa的气压进行吹气,待胶黏剂固化后卷收,包装,得人造草坪。
实施例4
(1)选取经线丝和纬线丝,将经线丝和纬线丝置于编织机上进行编织,定型,卷收,得基布。
(2)将聚酰胺粒料置于拉丝机中,向拉丝机中加入拉伸液,控制拉伸温度140℃,回缩比0.98,通过拉丝工艺对混合粒料进行拉丝处理,缠绕,定型,卷收,得人造草丝。
(3)将步骤(2)制备的人造草丝通过簇绒机簇绒植入在步骤(1)制备的基布上,将胶黏剂涂覆在基布的表面,将涂有胶黏剂的基布通过吹气装置以4MPa进行吹气,待胶黏剂固化后卷收,包装,得人造草坪。
对比例
市售人造草坪。
实验例:
将实施例1-4制备的人造草坪的样品以及对比例中市售的人造草坪样品通过GB/T20394-2006《体育用人造草》中的渗水性的测试发法进行渗水率的测定,取规格为500mmX500mm的实施例1-4制备的人造草坪样品以及对比例中市售的人造草坪样品各一份,将人造草丝面朝上放入实验容器中并使样品平整,向实验容器中倒入50L水,计算水全部流完所用的时间S,精确到秒,通过公式η=(50/S)/0.25X60计算样品的渗水率,具体结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,采用本发明制备的实施例1-4的人造草坪样品,渗水率远大于市售的人造草坪样品,这是由于采用本发明的制备方法制备的人造草坪100,经线丝11的横截面呈扁平形结构,纬线丝12中的第一丝线横截面呈圆形结构, 经线丝11和纬线丝12通过编织机编织后相互交错形成基布1时,基布1涂覆胶黏剂后通过吹气装置时,吹气装置吹出的气流将基布1上的针孔13内的部分胶黏剂吹出,粘结层3通过针孔13吹出的气流形成有与针孔13相连通的透水孔14,人造草坪100通过透水孔14的渗水使得渗水率提高,采用本发明制备的人造草坪100无需通过扎孔装置对基布1的涂胶面进行扎孔,避免了扎孔对人造草坪100结构的破坏,可以有效防止人造草丝2松动并脱落,提高人造草坪100的使用寿命。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改,本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
    (1)提供基布;
    (2)提供人造草丝;
    (3)将步骤(2)的人造草丝通过簇绒植入步骤(1)的基布上,将胶黏剂涂覆在基布的表面;
    (4)将涂有胶黏剂的基布通过吹气装置进行吹气,待胶黏剂固化后得人造草坪。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的基布包括经线丝和纬线丝,所述经线丝和所述纬线丝相互交叉编织。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)的胶黏剂涂覆方式为刮涂或辊涂,所述吹气装置吹出的气压为1-4MPa。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述经线丝的横截面为扁平形结构,所述纬线丝包括第一丝线和第二丝线,所述第一丝线的横截面为圆形结构,所述第二丝线的横截面为扁平形结构,所述第一丝线和所述第二丝线交错排列。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纬线丝的横截面为扁平形结构,所述经线丝包括第一丝线和第二丝线,所述第一丝线的横截面为圆形结构,所述第二丝线的横截面为扁平形结构,所述第一丝线和所述第二丝线交错排列。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
    选取经线丝和纬线丝,将经线丝和纬线丝置于编织机上进行编织,定型,卷收,得基布。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)的人造草丝的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
    将粒料置于拉丝机中,向拉丝机中加入拉伸液,控制拉伸温度和回缩比,通过拉丝工艺将粒料进行拉丝处理,缠绕,定型,卷收,得人造草丝。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粒料为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯以及聚酰胺中的任意一种或多种。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述拉伸温度为100-150℃。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的人造草坪的制备方法,其特征在于:所述回缩比为0.90-0.98。
