请参阅图1-8,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置,包括:底板1和置物箱17,底板1的下表面固定安装有底座,且底板1的侧面固定安装有竖板2,并且竖板2的表面活动安装有外接轴3,以及外接轴3的末端固定连接有圆盘4;

在需要切割待加工的鱼肉时,工作人员先将鱼肉放置在置物箱17内,再启动外界供电设备,此时外接轴3旋转并带动圆盘4和固定块5在竖板2的表面旋转,固定块5旋转时,带动活动框6、连接杆8往上移动,而限位管7使活动框6、连接杆8只在竖直方向上移动,当外接轴3继续旋转时,活动框6、连接杆8在限位管7的作用下,在竖直方向上下降并最终回到原位,重复上述过程,使活动框6、连接杆8在竖直方向上做往复直线运动,进而连接杆8下表面等间距分布的切刀9也在竖直方向上做往复直线运动,此时切刀9可以切割粉碎置物箱17内的鱼肉。

连接杆8的表面固定安装有与微型齿轮11对应的齿块12,连接轴10的表面套设有传送带13,且传送带13的另外一侧套设在长销27的表面。

长销27的表面固定连接有转动杆15,且转动杆15的表面活动连接有对接杆16,并且对接杆16的另外一侧活动安装在置物箱17的内部,以及对接杆16为“U”型。

当连接杆8在竖直方向上下降时,连接杆8通过齿块12带动微型齿轮11和连接轴10逆时针旋转,此时连接轴10通过传送带13带动长销27在搭接板14的表面逆时针旋转,此时长销27通过转动杆15、对接杆16带动置物箱17在转轴18上往右滑动,此时限位杆19的左侧会移出深槽28,当连接杆8在竖直方向上上升时,连接杆8通过齿块12带动微型齿轮11和连接轴10顺时针旋转,此时长销27顺时针旋转,长销27通过转动杆15、对接杆16带动置物箱17在转轴18上往左滑动,而此时限位杆19的左侧会进入到深槽28,限位杆19使置物箱17只在水平方向上移动,重复上述过程,使置物箱17在水平方向上做往复直线运动,使置物箱17内部的鱼肉晃动翻转,优化了切刀9切割粉碎的效果,而内陷槽26,使微型齿轮11旋转时,不被干扰,而在置物箱17在水平方向上移动时,限位杆19下表面的凸块20会在凹槽21的内部滑动,凸块20和凹槽21配合,使限位杆19在深槽28内部滑动时,限位杆19的右侧不会移出置物箱17,提高了装置整体的稳定性,而底板1上等间距分布的转轴18,使置物箱17滑动时,更加的方便,提高了装置整体的工作效率。

卡板24的表面固定安装有与定位槽23对应的橡胶块25,且橡胶块25关于卡板24的中心对称分布。

在粉碎工作完成之后,工作人员可以往右拉动侧板22,此时卡板24表面的橡胶块25会受到挤压并会移出置物箱17内对应的定位槽23,继续拉动侧板22,可以将侧板22从置物箱17上取下,在工作人员取下侧板22之后,即可将置物箱17内部的已经粉碎的鱼肉取出并对装置整体进行清洗,最后再将卡板24插入到置物箱17内,使卡板24表面的橡胶块25进入到对应的定位槽23内即可,此时置物箱17通过橡胶块25和定位槽23与卡板24构成卡合结构,即置物箱17通过定位槽23和卡板24与侧板22构成卡合结构,而橡胶块25增加了卡板24和置物箱17之间的摩擦力,增加了侧板22被安装之后的稳定性,此时即已经将侧板22重新安装在置物箱17±,便于下一次的使用,而侧板22和置物箱17配合,使装置在工作时,置物箱17内部的鱼肉不会发生掉落的情况,同时使切刀9不会误伤到工作人员,提高了装置整体的安全性。

工作原理:在使用该用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置时,首先将该装置放置在需要进行工作的位置,根据图1-8,在工作时,先将鱼肉放置在置物箱17内,再启动外界供电设备,此时外接轴3旋转,外接轴3通过活动框6和限位管7使活动框6、连接杆8和切刀9在竖直方向上做往复直线运动,此时切刀9可以切割粉碎置物箱17内的鱼肉;当连接杆8在竖直方向上下降时,连接杆8通过齿块12带动微型齿轮11和连接轴10逆时针旋转,此时连接轴10通过传送带13带动长销27逆时针旋转,此时长销27通过转动杆15、对接杆16带动置物箱17在转轴18上往右滑动,当连接杆8在竖直方向上上升时,长销27顺时针旋转,进而置物箱17往左滑动,而限位杆19使置物箱17只在水平方向上移动,重复上述过程,使置物箱17在水平方向上做往复直线运动,使置物箱17内部的鱼肉晃动翻转,优化了切刀9切割粉碎的效果;在粉碎工作完成之后,工作人员可以往右拉动侧板22,此时橡胶块25会移出定位槽23,继续拉动侧板22,可以将侧板22从置物箱17上取下,即可将置物箱17内部的鱼肉取出并对装置整体进行清洗,最后再将侧板22重新安装在置物箱17上即可。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置,包括底板和置物箱,所述底板的下表面固定安装有底座,且底板的侧面固定安装有竖板,并且竖板的表面活动安装有外接轴,以及外接轴的末端固定连接有圆盘;
    所述置物箱活动安装在所述底板的上表面,且置物箱的左侧活动安装有侧板,并且侧板的下表面与所述置物箱的上表面贴合;
    其特征在于,还包括:
    活动框,所述活动框的下表面固定安装有连接杆;
    限位管,所述限位管固定安装在所述竖板的表面,且限位管被所述连接杆贯穿,并且连接杆的下表面固定安装有切刀;
    连接轴,所述连接轴活动安装在所述竖板的表面,且连接轴的表面固定安装有微型齿轮;
    搭接板,所述搭接板固定安装在所述竖板的右侧,且搭接板的表面活动安装有与所述连接轴对应的长销;
    卡板,所述卡板固定安装在所述侧板的左侧,且卡板的正剖视呈“L”型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述圆盘的上表面固定安装有固定块,且固定块的表面套设有所述活动框,并且活动框为中空状结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述切刀在所述连接杆的下表面等间距分布,且连接杆的正剖视呈倒“T”型,并且连接杆的表面开设有与所述微型齿轮对应的内陷槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述连接杆的表面固定安装有与所述微型齿轮对应的齿块,所述连接轴的表面套设有传送带,且传送带的另外一侧套设在所述长销的表面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述长销的表面固定连接有转动杆,且转动杆的表面活动连接有 对接杆,并且对接杆的另外一侧活动安装在所述置物箱的内部,以及对接杆为“U”型。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述底板的表面活动安装有与所述置物箱对应的转轴,且转轴与所述置物箱的下表面贴合,并且转轴在所述底板的表面等间距分布。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述置物箱的内部开设有凹槽,且置物箱的内部开设有定位槽,所述底板的表面固定安装有与所述置物箱对应的限位杆,且限位杆贯穿于所述置物箱的内部,并且置物箱的内部开设有与所述限位杆对应的深槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述限位杆的正剖视为倒“L”结构,且限位杆的两侧与所述置物箱的内壁贴合,并且限位杆的侧面固定安装有与所述凹槽对应的凸块。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于鱼糜加工的翻拌型鱼肉粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述卡板的表面固定安装有与所述定位槽对应的橡胶块,且橡胶块关于所述卡板的中心对称分布。
