技术领域
本申请涉及自卸车技术领域,尤其涉及一种油气弹簧支架及宽体矿用自卸车。
背景技术
目前,宽体矿用自卸车的前悬架多采用油气弹簧作为减震手段,油气弹簧主要作用是承受和传递垂直载荷,缓冲并抑制不平路面所引起的冲击。现有技术中,油气弹簧通过支架与车架连接,支架与车架间通过螺栓连接。由于螺栓连接强度低,使用时螺栓承受径向剪切力作用易疲劳损坏,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
鉴于现有技术的上述缺点、不足,本申请提供一种油气弹簧支架及宽体矿用自卸车,通过将油气弹簧支架的底板焊接于车架上,解决了现有技术中螺栓连接强度低易疲劳损坏,存在安全隐患的技术问题。
(二)技术方案
为了达到上述目的,本申请提供了一种油气弹簧支架及宽体矿用自卸车,具体技术方案如下:
一种油气弹簧支架,用于宽体矿用自卸车,矿体矿用自卸车包括车架和油气弹簧,支架包括:
底板,用于通过焊接方式与车架相连;
顶板,垂直设于底板上,并位于底板的上边源;
多个耳板,相互间隔地设于底板与顶板之间,多个耳板用于连接油气弹簧。
进一步,还包括多个加强筋;
多个加强筋相互间隔地垂直设于底板和顶板之间,并位于多个耳板的两侧。
进一步,任一个加强筋为L型。
进一步,顶板与底板、多个耳板与底板和顶板、多个加强筋与底板和顶板均采用焊接的方式固定连接。
进一步,底板、顶板、多个耳板及多个加强筋的材质为高强度钢。
进一步,底板、顶板、多个耳板及多个加强筋的材质为HG70。
进一步,底板周向与车架焊接;
底板上还设置有多个开孔,任一个开孔周向与底板焊接。
进一步,任一个耳板上还设置有用于安装油气弹簧的安装孔。
进一步,耳板远离加强筋的一侧还焊接有加强环,加强环位于安装孔的轴向,并与安装孔相连通。
一种宽体矿用自卸车,其特征在于,包括:
车架,车架为焊接车架;
油气弹簧;
上述油气弹簧支架,油气弹簧通过油气弹簧支架与车架相连。
(三)有益效果
本申请提供的油气弹簧支架,通过在底板的上边缘设置顶板,顶板与底板之间还设有多个耳板。其中,底板用于通过焊接方式与车架相连,由于焊接方式具有较高的连接强度,进而提高了油气弹簧支架与车架的连接强度,且底板与车架间为面接触方式,对油气弹簧作用于底板上的作用力进行分散,避免局部受力过大,防止局部受力过大导致底板或车架的断裂损坏,进而保证了油气弹簧的使用安全性。
本申请还提供了一种宽体矿用自卸车,车架为焊接车架,整体刚度较大,当承受较大的冲击力时也不易损坏,进而提高了油气弹簧的使用安全性。

参见图1至图2,本实施例提供了一种油气弹簧支架,用于宽体自卸车,宽体自卸车包括车架和油气弹簧。油气弹簧支架包括底板1、顶板2 和多个耳板3。顶板2垂直设于底板1上,并位于底板1的上边缘,多个耳板3相互间隔地设于底板1和顶板2之间,分别与底板1和顶板2相垂直,多个耳板3用于连接油气弹簧。作为示例,本实施例中耳板3的数量优选为2个,2个耳板3平行设置。本实施例中,底板1采用焊接的方式与车架相连,具有较高的连接强度,且底板1与车架之间为面接触方式,能够对作用于车架上的力进行分散,可避免车架局部受力过大导致车架断裂损坏,进而保证了宽体矿用自卸车的使用安全性。
进一步,本实施例中的底板1为不规则形状,底板1的周向圈焊于车架上,底板1上还设置有多个开孔11,任一个开孔11周向与车架进行焊接。本实施例通过增加多个开孔11,并将任一个开孔11周向与车架焊接,进一步增加了底板1与车架的焊接面积,进而增强了底板1与车架的连接强度。
进一步,还包括多个加强筋5,多个加强筋5设于底板1和顶板2之间,并位于多个耳板3的两侧,用于增加油气弹簧支架的抗拉强度。作为示例,本实施例中加强筋5的数量优选为2个,2个加强筋5对称设于耳板3的外侧,加强筋5为L型,并与耳板3相平行。加强筋5对耳板3起到支撑和加强的作用,防止与耳板3与底板1和顶板2的连接处撕裂损坏。
本实施例中,油气弹簧支架为焊接结构件,底板1、顶板2、耳板3以及加强筋5均采用的是HG70高强度钢,且顶板2与底板1、多个耳板3与顶板2和底板1之间、以及加强筋5与底板1和顶板2之间均采用焊接的方式固定连接。对应地,底板1的上边缘、顶板2与底板1的连接侧、多个耳板3与底板1和顶板2的连接侧,以及加强筋5与底板1和顶板2的连接侧均设置有坡口,焊接时对坡口进行满焊,以增强油气弹簧支架各组件间的焊接强度。
具体地,本实施例中的任一个耳板3上还设置有用于安装油气弹簧销轴的安装孔32,销轴通过轴承转动连接于安装孔32内。进一步,耳板3上焊接有加强环3,加强环3位于耳板3远离加强筋5的一侧,并位于安装孔32的轴向。加强环3内设置有相互贯通的第一轴孔31和第二轴孔32,第一轴孔31的孔径与安装孔32的孔径相等,第二轴孔32的孔径小 于第一轴孔31的孔径。具体安装时,将轴承置于安装孔32和加强环3的第一轴孔31内,轴承外圈一侧与第二轴孔32台阶相抵接,另一侧通过限位螺栓进行限位,耳板3上对应设置有用于旋拧限位螺栓的螺纹孔31,螺纹孔31位于远离加强环3的一侧。本实施例中,加强环3的设置增加了轴承的承载空间,并对轴承进行轴向限位。
本实施例还提供了一种宽体矿用自卸车,包括车架和油气弹簧,油气弹簧通过油气弹簧支架与车架相连。本实施例中的车架为焊接结构件,整体刚度好。油气弹簧支架与车架采用焊接的方式固定连接,相较于螺栓连接方式具有良好的连接强度,可有效防止车架及油气弹簧支架撕裂损坏,进而保证了宽体矿用自卸车的使用安全性。

  1. 一种油气弹簧支架,用于宽体矿用自卸车,所述宽体矿用自卸车包括车架和油气弹簧,所述油气弹簧支架包括:
    底板(1),用于通过焊接方式与所述车架相连;
    顶板(2),垂直设于所述底板(1)上,并位于所述底板(1)的上边源;
    多个耳板(3),相互间隔地设于所述底板(1)与所述顶板(2)之间,多个所述耳板(3)用于连接油气弹簧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的油气弹簧支架,所述油气弹簧支架还包括多个加强筋(5);
    多个所述加强筋(5)相互间隔地垂直设于所述底板(1)和所述顶板(2)之间,并位于多个所述耳板(3)的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的油气弹簧支架,其中,任一个所述加强筋(5)为L型。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的油气弹簧支架,其中,所述顶板(2)与所述底板(1)之间、多个所述耳板(3)与所述底板(1)和所述顶板(2)之间、多个所述加强筋(5)与所述底板(1)和所述顶板(2)之间均采用焊接的方式固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的油气弹簧支架,其中,所述底板、所述顶板、多个所述耳板及多个所述加强筋的材质均为高强度钢。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的油气弹簧支架,其中,所述底板、所述顶板、多个所述耳板及多个所述加强筋的材质为HG70。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的油气弹簧支架,其中,所述底板(1)周向与所述车架焊接;
    所述底板(1)上还设置有多个开孔(11),任一个所述开孔(11)周向与所述底板(1)焊接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的油气弹簧支架,其中,任一个所述耳板(3)上还设置有用于安装所述油气弹簧的安装孔(32)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的油气弹簧支架,其中,所述耳板(3)远 离所述加强筋(5)的一侧还焊接有加强环(4),所述加强环(4)位于所述安装孔(32)的轴向,并与所述安装孔(32)相连通。
  10. 一种宽体矿用自卸车,包括:
    车架,所述车架为焊接车架;
    油气弹簧;
    权利要求1至9任一项所述的油气弹簧支架,所述油气弹簧通过所述油气弹簧支架与所述车架相连。
