应当理解,本文中使用的术语“和/或”仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同 时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
需要注意的是,本申请实施例所描述的“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等方位词是以附图所示的角度来进行描述的,不应理解为对本申请实施例的限定。此外,在上下文中,还需要理解的是,当提到一个元件连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”时,其不仅能够直接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”,也可以通过中间元件间接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”。
在一种具体实施例中,下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本申请做进一步的详细描述。
参阅图1和图3,本发明实施例提供了一种电子雾化设备,电子雾化设备包括电池杆(未图示)和雾化器100,电池杆内设有供电电源和控制电路,控制电路用于控制供电电源为雾化器100进行供电。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例提供了一种雾化器100,包括油杯10和雾化组件;雾化组件包括底部组件40、安装在底部组件40顶端的顶部组件20以及发热组件30。
油杯10的下端开口,上端设有吸气口11以供用户抽吸。油杯10设置吸气口11的一端内壁在沿吸气口11的边缘处形成有伸入油杯10内部的导气管12,导气管12的内部与吸气口11连通。导气管12与油杯10的内壁之间形成储液腔13以储存雾化液。本实施例中,导气管12与油杯10为一体成型的整体。
顶部组件20安装到油杯10内并与油杯10的内壁密封连接;底部组件40的顶端形成有第一斜面,发热组件30倾斜的设置于第一斜面上,并被夹持定位于底部组件40与顶部组件20之间;顶部组件20设有进液通道211用于将油杯10内的雾化液提供给发热组件30。需要说明的是,本实施例中的发热组件30是由片状导油体31和片状发热体32叠置组成的;如此,在不改变雾化器100尺寸大小的情况下,可提高发热体32的发热面积,从而增加了发热组件30工作时所产生的烟雾量以及吸食口感,以满足消费者对大烟量的使用需求。
在一个实施例中,顶部组件20包括密封件22和支架21,密封件22安装到油杯10内并与油杯10内壁密封连接;支架21的上端安装到密封件22内,下端套装到底部组件40的顶端,以将发热组件30夹持固定在支架21和第一斜面之间;密封件22设有与储液腔13连通的进液口221,支架21设有与进液口221对应连通的进液通道211,导油体31安装到支架21的底端内并紧贴支架21底端内的底面,导油体31与进液通道211相接,采用多孔陶瓷材料或者吸油棉制成,因此导油体31内含有大量的微孔结构而具有一定的孔隙率,能够将储液腔13中的雾化液吸入并传输至与发热体32接触的底面上,以使发热体32对所接触的雾化液进行加热雾化。
具体地,支架21包括顶壁以及沿顶壁周缘向下凸出延伸的侧壁,侧壁的下端套设在底部组件40的上端,进液通道211贯穿于顶壁的顶面和底面,顶壁的底面为与第一斜面平行的第三斜面,并与导油体31的顶面紧贴,以使导油体31完全覆盖住进液通道211。
在一个实施例中,底部组件40包括安装到油杯10一端的底座41以及从底座41往顶部组件20的方向插入到底座41的两个电极42,两个电极42分别与发热体32电连接;底座41的顶部形成第一斜面,支架21的下端通过卡扣、插接等方式固定套设在底座41的上端,以将发热组件30夹持固定在第一斜面和第三斜面之间。
具体地,底座41具有贯通其底端和顶端的两个安装通道411,两个安装通道411分别靠近底座41的两侧。两个电极42分别从底座41往顶部组件20的方向插入到两个安装通道411内,以将两个电极42安装到底座41,并分别与发热体32的两端电性连接。两个电极42的底端优选与底座41的底端平齐,以便于雾化器100组装到电池杆上时可与电池杆上的导电触点接触实现电性连接。
其中,发热体32包括两个导电部321以及串接在两个导电部321组件的雾化部322,两个电极42的顶端分别抵接于两个导电部321,此时,两个电极42的顶端是与第一斜面齐平或稍微凸出于第一斜面,从而实现两个电极42与发 热体32的电性连接;当然,在其他实施例中,发热体32的导电部321也可以通过引申出导电引脚来和电极42电性连接。
较佳地,雾化部322可采用例如网格状、条纹状、S形、折线形、波浪形、锯齿形、螺旋形、圆形或矩形等形状,本实施例中雾化部322采用S形,并具有多个向两侧延伸的导热部,以使雾化部322的发热量较为均匀分散。
在一个实施例中,发热组件30还包括叠置到底座41顶端的支撑体33,支撑体33设有与发热体32的雾化部322对应的避空孔,避空孔与底座41顶端设置的雾化腔412对应连通;发热体32被夹持定位在支撑体33与导油体31之间。需要说明的是,雾化腔412的底部设有进气孔413与底座41底端设置的进气通道414连通;如此,发热体32的雾化部322加热时所产生的气溶胶经过避空孔进入到雾化腔412中,外部空气经过进气通道414进入到雾化腔412中并与气溶胶混合后,通过导气管12由用户吸食。
在本实施例中,两个电极42的顶面形成与第一斜面平行的第二斜面,且两个电极42的顶端凸出于第一斜面并穿过支撑体33,而与发热体32的两端导电部321抵接。此时,此时支撑体33上的避空孔范围覆盖两个安装通道411,即两个电极42的顶端从安装通道411伸出后均穿过避空孔而抵接到两个导电部321上。
其中,支撑体33对发热体32和导油体31起到支撑作用,发热体32的两端导电部321分别支撑于支撑体33两端顶面上,支撑体33的两端分别设有安装孔331,且支撑体33的两个安装孔331与底座41的两个安装通道411一一对应连通,两个电极42的顶端穿过两个安装孔331而抵接于发热体32的两个导电部321中实现电性连接。
可以理解地,支架21的顶端形成有安装位212,安装位212与油杯10内设置的导气管12对接连通,其底部设有过气腔213,侧壁开设有贯穿其内外表面的贯通槽214,贯通槽214的下端延伸至与雾化腔412连通,上端延伸至与过气腔213连通。密封件22底面凸出形成有伸入安装位212的套接部222,导气管12 的下端插入到该套接部222中,利用套接部222的作用使导气管12的外侧与安装位212的内侧之间实现密封连接;当用户进行抽吸时,进入到雾化腔412中的外部空气与经发热体32加热雾化所产生的气溶胶混合后,可依次经过贯通槽214、过气腔213以及导气管12而从吸气口11被用户吸食。
请参阅图3和图4,本发明实施例还提供一种雾化器100,包括油杯10和雾化组件,雾化组件包括底部组件40、安装到底部组件40顶端的顶部组件20以及发热组件30;本实施例中油杯10、底部组件40以及顶部组件20的结构与上述实施例基本相同,再此不在赘述。而本实施例雾化器100与上述雾化器的区别在于:
发热组件30是呈水平状态夹持定位于顶部组件20和底部组件40之间,包括导油体31和发热体32,即导油体31被夹持定位于底座41和支架21之间,发热体32呈竖直状嵌设于导油体31内部;如此,在不改变雾化器100尺寸大小的情况下,可提高发热体32的发热面积,从而增加了发热组件30工作时所产生的烟雾量以及吸食口感,以满足消费者对大烟量的使用需求。
在一个实施例中,发热体32包括呈竖直状嵌设于导油体31内部的雾化部322、以及分别连接于雾化部322两端的导电部321,两个导电部321位于导油体31之外,并与底座41内的两个电极42电性连接。较佳地,本实施例发热体32的两个导电部321贴设于导油体31靠近底座41的一侧,两个电极42的顶端分别与两个导电部321抵接。
在一个实施例中,发热组件30还包括设置于底座41顶端的支撑体33,支撑体33被夹持定位于导油体31和底座41之间;支撑体33设有与雾化部322投影位置对应的避空孔,避空孔与底座41顶端设置的雾化腔412对应连通。也就是说,雾化部322在沿雾化器100的轴线方向的投影位于避空孔之内,如此可使雾化部322加热雾化所产生的气溶胶更好通过避空孔而进入到雾化腔412内。
在本实施例中,支撑体33用于支撑导油体31,并使导油体31紧贴在支架21的顶壁底面,以覆盖进液通道211的下端;发热体32的两个导电部321分别 支撑于支撑体33两端顶面上,支撑体33的两端分别设有安装孔331,且支撑体33的两个安装孔331与底座41的两个安装通道411一一对应连通,两个电极42的顶端穿过两个安装孔331而抵接于发热体32的两个导电部321中实现电性连接。
在一个实施例中,发热体32可以包括多个雾化部322,多个雾化部322间隔嵌设于导油体31内,并通过串联或并联的方式连接于两个导电部321之间,如此可以进一步增加发热体32的发热面积,以进一步提高雾化器100工作时所产生的雾化量。需要说明的是,多个雾化部322可沿横向间隔嵌设于导油体31内,也可以沿纵向间隔嵌设于导油体31内,对此不做特别限制。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括油杯和雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括底部组件、安装在所述底部组件顶端的顶部组件以及发热组件;所述顶部组件安装到所述油杯内并与所述油杯的内壁密封连接;所述底部组件的顶端形成有第一斜面,所述发热组件倾斜的设置于所述第一斜面上,并被夹持定位于所述底部组件与所述顶部组件之间;所述顶部组件设有进液通道用于将所述油杯内的雾化液提供给所述发热组件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述底部组件包括安装到所述油杯一端的底座以及从所述底座往顶部组件的方向插入到所述底座的两个电极,所述底座的顶部形成所述第一斜面,两个所述电极分别与所述发热组件电连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述发热组件包括叠置的导油体和发热体,所述导油体位于所述顶部组件与所述发热体之间并与所述进液通道相接,两个所述电极的顶端分别与所述发热体的两端抵接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述发热组件还包括叠置到所述底座顶端的支撑体,所述支撑体设有与所述发热体的雾化部对应的避空孔,所述避空孔与所述底座顶端设置的雾化腔对应连通;所述发热体被夹持定位在所述支撑体与所述导油体之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,两个所述电极的顶面形成与所述第一斜面平行的第二斜面,且两个所述电极的顶端凸出于所述第一斜面并穿过所述支撑体,而与所述发热体的两端抵接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述支撑体的两端分别设有安装孔,两个所述电极的顶端分别穿设于所述支撑体两端的安装孔中。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述顶部组件包括密封件和支架,所述密封件安装到所述油杯内并与所述油杯内壁密封连接;所述支架 的上端安装到所述密封件内,下端套装到所述底座的顶端,以将所述发热组件夹持固定在所述支架和所述底座之间;所述支架设有所述进液通道,所述密封件设有进液口分别与所述油杯的内部、进液通道连通。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述支架包括顶壁以及沿所述顶壁周缘向下凸出延伸的侧壁,所述进液通道贯穿于所述顶壁的顶面和底面,所述顶壁的底面为与所述第一斜面平行的第三斜面,并与所述导油体的顶面紧贴。
  9. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括油杯和雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括底部组件、安装到所述底部组件顶端的顶部组件以及发热组件,所述发热组件包括导油体和发热体,所述导油体被夹持定位于所述顶部组件和所述底部组件之间,所述发热体呈竖直状嵌设于所述导油体内部;所述顶部组件安装到所述油杯内并与所述油杯的内壁密封连接,且所述顶部组件设有进液通道用于将所述油杯内的雾化液提供给所述导油体。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述发热体包括呈竖直状嵌设于所述导油体内部的雾化部、以及分别连接于所述雾化部两端的导电部,两个所述导电部位于所述导油体之外;所述底部组件包括安装到所述油杯一端的底座以及从所述底座往顶部组件的方向插入到所述底座的两个电极,两个所述电极分别与两个所述导电部电连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的雾化器,其特征在于,两个所述导电部贴设于所述导油体靠近所述底座的一侧,两个所述电极的顶端分别与两个所述导电部抵接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述发热组件还包括设置于所述底座顶端的支撑体,所述支撑体被夹持定位于所述导油体和所述底座之间;所述支撑体设有与所述雾化部投影位置对应的避空孔,所述避空孔与所述底座顶端设置的雾化腔对应连通。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述支撑体的两端分别 设有安装孔,两个所述电极的顶端分别穿过所述支撑体两端的安装孔,并分别与两个导电部抵接。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述发热体包括多个所述雾化部,多个所述雾化部间隔嵌设于所述导油体内,并通过串联或并联的方式连接于两个所述导电部之间。
