根据本发明第一方面实施例的空气炸锅烤箱,至少具有如下有益效果:本实施例的空气炸锅烤箱,在烹饪室内设置有加热元件和第一风机,同时还设置有可控排气装置,可控排气装置根据空气炸锅烤箱的使用状态而进行打开或者关闭:当用作烤箱时,加热元件启动,对食物进行烘烤,第一风机和可控排气装置关闭,使烹饪室内形成一个密封空间,提升烘烤的效率,且节省能源;当用作空气炸锅时,加热元件、第一风机启动,在第一腔体内形成热风气流加热食物,同时可控排气装置打开,烹饪室连通外界,从食物中带出的水汽通过可控排气装置排走,不会附着在食物表面,使食物获得更好的煎炸效果,提升食物的品质。本方案的空气炸锅烤箱,通过设置加热元件、第一风机和可控排气装置,把烤箱和空气炸锅两个功能完美结合。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,所述烹饪室内设置有第二腔体,所述第二腔体连通所述第一腔体,所述加热元件和所述第一风机设置在所述第二腔体内。把加热元件和第一风机放置在第二腔体内,可避免食物对加热元件和第 一风机造成污染,并降低第一腔体的清洁难度。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,所述第一腔体和所述第二腔体之间设置有镂空隔板。进一步避免食物对加热元件和第一风机造成污染。同时镂空隔板上的通孔排布可根据要求设置,以调整第一风机启动后在第一腔体内形成对流的路径。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,所述加热元件位于所述第一腔体和所述第一风机之间。上述位置排布有利于第一风机把加热元件附近的热空气吹向第一腔体。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,所述可控排气装置设置在所述第一腔体内。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,所述可控排气装置设置在所述第二腔体内。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,所述可控排气装置包括有驱动装置,所述驱动装置驱动所述阀片动作。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,所述阀片处于关闭状态时,所述阀片和所述排气通道的接触处设置有密封圈,提高气密效果。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,所述可控排气装置还包括排量监控装置,所述排量监控装置设置在所述排气通道内,排量监控装置对水蒸气的排放量进行监控并反馈给空气炸锅烤箱内部的控制单元,有助于空气炸锅烤箱自动调节,提高食物的煎炸质量。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,本实施例还可以包括有蒸汽发生装置,所述蒸汽发生装置包括:水箱;送水管道,一端连接所述水箱,另一端连接所述第一腔体;水泵,设置在所述送水管道上;蒸汽加热器,设置在所述送水管道上,所述蒸汽加热器把流经所述送水管道的水加热为蒸汽喷入所述第一腔体内部。蒸汽发生装置可产生高温水蒸汽,对第一腔体内部的食物进行蒸煮,从而使空气炸锅烤箱在烘烤和空气炸的功能基础上,增加蒸煮的功能,用户具有更多 的烹饪选择。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,所述箱体内设置有驱动所述第一风机工作的风机电机,所述风机电机位于所述烹饪室外,所述风机电机的输出轴穿进所述烹饪室连接所述第一风机。风机电机设置在烹饪室外,避开高温的工作环境,降低风机电机的材料要求,延长风机电机的使用寿命。
根据本发明第一方面所述的空气炸锅烤箱,所述风机电机的输出轴上设置有第二风机,所述第二风机位于所述烹饪室外,所述第二风机朝所述风机电机吹风散热。风机电机工作时,第二风机同步启动,第二风机用于对风机电机进行散热,进一步延长风机电机的使用寿命。

在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,涉及到方位描述,例如上、下、前、后、左、右等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

参照图1至图3,本发明提供的第一种优选实施例,一种空气炸锅烤箱,包括箱体100,箱体100内设置有烹饪室110。烹饪室110至少包括有用于放置食物的第一腔体111,第一腔体111内侧壁设置有多个凹凸结构,用于放置烤盘或烤网。烹饪室110内设置有加热元件200和第一风机300。加热元件200用于加热食物,在烘烤模式和空气炸锅模式都需要启动。第一风机300只在空气炸锅模式中启动,第一风机300启动后在第一腔体111内形成热风气流,使得食物达到 煎炸效果。箱体100内还设置有连接各个电气元件的控制单元,箱体100表面设置有控制面板,控制面板连接控制单元,用户可通过控制面板进行功能选定和参数设置等控制操作,例如选择空气炸锅烤箱的工作模式,设定工作时间等。
在本实施例中,烹饪室110还包括有第二腔体112。第二腔体112设置在烹饪室110的顶部或者任一侧壁外,且第二腔体112连通第一腔体111。具体的,第二腔体112由一罩盖113覆盖在烹饪室110外壁构成,第一腔体111和第二腔体112之间设置有镂空隔板114。加热元件200和第一风机300设置在第二腔体112内,且加热元件200位于第一腔体111和第一风机300之间。把加热元件200和第一风机300放置在第二腔体112内,可避免食物对加热元件200和第一风机300造成污染,并降低第一腔体111的清洁难度。进一步的,镂空隔板114上的通孔排布可根据要求设置,以调整第一风机300启动后在第一腔体111内形成对流的路径,有利于第一风机300把加热元件200附近的热空气吹向第一腔体111。
参照图2和图3,在本实施例中,第二腔体112上设置有可控排气装置400。参照图5,可控排气装置400包括有使烹饪室110连通外界的排气通道410、活动设置在排气通道410上的阀片420、以及驱动装置430。在本实施例中,驱动装置430为伺服电机,驱动装置430驱动阀片420动作,使阀片420封闭排气通道410(如图6所示),或驱动装置430驱动阀片420转动,使排气通道410打开(如图7所示)。可控排气装置400由控制单元自动控制,根据空气炸锅烤箱的使用状态而进行打开或者关闭,并可自动控制打开的通道大小。具体的,当烹饪室110处于烘烤状态时,可控排气装置400关闭,使烹饪室110处于密封状态;当烹饪室110处于空气炸锅状态时,可控排气装置400打开,使烹饪室110连通外界。
本实施例的空气炸锅烤箱,在烹饪室110内设置有加热元件200和第一风机300,同时还设置有可控排气装置400,可控排气装置400根据空气炸锅烤箱的使用状态而进行打开或者关闭:当用作烤箱时,加热元件200启动,对食物进行烘烤,第一风机300和可控排气装置400关闭,使烹饪室110内形成一个密封空 间,提升烘烤的效率,且节省能源;当用作空气炸锅时,加热元件200、第一风机300启动,在第一腔体111内形成热风气流加热食物,同时可控排气装置400打开,烹饪室110连通外界,从食物中带出的水汽通过可控排气装置400排走,不会附着在食物表面,使食物获得更好的煎炸效果,提升食物的品质。
参照图4,本发明提供的第二优选实施例的空气炸锅烤箱,本实施例的空气炸锅烤箱结构与第一实施例基本相同,同样包括有箱体100、烹饪室110、加热元件200、第一风机300和可控排气装置400。图4所示的实施例和第一实施例的区别在于,图4所示的实施例中,可控排气装置400装设在第一腔体111上,当可控排气装置400打开时,同样能排出从食物中带出的水汽。
需要说明的是,上面两个实施例中,烹饪室110都包括有至少两个腔体。但在本发明的其他实施例中,烹饪室110也可以只设置一个腔体,把加热元件200、第一风机300和可控排气装置400合理布置在该腔体内,也可以获得相同的效果。
进一步的,本方案的空气炸锅烤箱还可以设置有蒸汽发生装置,从而获得对食物进行蒸煮的功能。蒸汽发生装置包括有水箱和送水管道,水箱用于盛装水,送水管道一端连接水箱,送水管道另一端连接第一腔体111。送水管道上设置有水泵和蒸汽加热器,水泵用于把水箱的水抽入蒸汽加热器,蒸汽加热器把流经送水管道的水加热为蒸汽,并喷入第一腔体111内部,利用高温水蒸汽对第一腔体111内部的食物进行蒸煮。需要注意的是,当进行蒸煮时,加热元件200和第一风机300都无需启动,同时可控排气装置400为关闭状态,使烹饪室110内形成一个密封空间,保证蒸煮的质量。容易想到的是,在带有蒸汽发生装置的时候,烹饪室110内还应设置有泄压阀,避免因为蒸汽的不断产生而导致烹饪室110内部压力过高。蒸汽发生装置的增加,使空气炸锅烤箱在烘烤和空气炸的功能基础上,增加蒸煮的功能,用户具有更多的烹饪选择。
进一步的,烹饪室110内还设置有温度检测、湿度检测等多个检测传感器,检测传感器连接控制单元并反馈检测数据,通过控制单元对烹饪室110内的情况进行自动调控,提升空气炸锅烤箱的功能体验。
进一步的,如图2和图3所示,箱体100内设置有驱动第一风机300工作的风机电机310。风机电机310位于烹饪室110外,通过电机支架311固定在罩盖113上。风机电机310的输出轴穿过罩盖113连接第一风机300。风机电机310的输出轴上设置有第二风机320,第二风机320同样位于烹饪室110外,第二风机320朝向风机电机310吹风,且箱体100在第二风机320的朝向方向上开设有散热孔101。风机电机310设置在烹饪室110外,避开高温的工作环境,降低风机电机310的材料要求,延长风机电机310的使用寿命;同时,风机电机310工作时,第二风机320同步启动,第二风机320用于对风机电机310进行散热,进一步延长风机电机310的使用寿命。
参照图8和图9,本方案还提供了可控排气装置400的其他实施例。
如图8所示,本实施例中的可控排气装置400包括有排气通道410、活动设置在排气通道410上的阀片420。阀片420采用平移的动作结构。在可控排气装置400一侧以及阀片420上分别设置有磁吸装置(图中未示出),平时阀片420位于排气通道410一侧,排气通道410为打开状态,当磁吸装置启动后,阀片420横向平移封闭排气通道410。为了保证阀片420顺利动作,本实施例设置了导向结构,导向结构包括有设置在可控排气装置400上的导杆422,以及设置在阀片420上的阀片扣421,阀片扣421穿接在导杆422上,保证阀片420动作过程中不会移位。进一步的,导杆422上设置有复位弹簧423,当磁吸装置启动后,阀片420横向平移封闭排气通道410,阀片扣421压缩复位弹簧423,当解除磁吸装置后,复位弹簧423把阀片420推回到初始位置,打开排气通道410。
如图9所示,本实施例中的可控排气装置400包括有排气通道410、活动设置在排气通道410上的阀片420、以及两个驱动装置430。阀片420采用上下平移的动作结构。两个驱动装置430都为伺服电机,伺服电机的输出轴上设置有齿轮431,阀片420两侧一体设置有齿条424,齿条424与齿轮431互相咬合。驱动装置430通过齿轮431和齿条424的配合结构,驱动阀片420上下平移,从而打开或者封闭排气通道410。
进一步的,本方案的可控排气装置400并不限定于上述实施例,通过上述可控排气装置400的实施例进行简单的结构变换,例如改变阀片420的平移方向,或者对驱动装置430进行常规替换的,都处于本发明的保护范围内。
进一步的,为了提高可控排气装置400的气密性,在阀片420和排气通道410的闭合接触处设置有密封圈,使阀片420处于关闭状态时,提高气密效果。
进一步的,可控排气装置400还可设置有排量监控装置,排量监控装置设置在排气通道410内,排量监控装置对通过排气通道410的水蒸气的排放量进行监控,并反馈给空气炸锅烤箱内部的控制单元,由控制单元根据水蒸气的排放量以及烹饪室110内的湿度情况,调节可控排气装置400的开度大小,从而更快的排出烹饪室110内的水蒸气,提高食物的煎炸质量。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空气炸锅烤箱,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体内设置有烹饪室,所述烹饪室包括有用于放置食物的第一腔体;
    加热元件,设置在所述烹饪室内;
    第一风机,设置在所述烹饪室内,所述第一风机启动后在所述第一腔体内形成对流;
    可控排气装置,设置在所述烹饪室上,所述可控排气装置包括有使所述烹饪室连通外界的排气通道,以及活动设置在所述排气通道上的阀片,所述阀片控制所述排气通道关闭或打开;
    其中,当所述烹饪室处于烘烤状态时,所述可控排气装置关闭,使所述烹饪室处于密封状态;当所述烹饪室处于空气炸锅状态时,所述可控排气装置打开,使所述烹饪室连通外界。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅烤箱,其特征在于,所述烹饪室内设置有第二腔体,所述第二腔体连通所述第一腔体,所述加热元件和所述第一风机设置在所述第二腔体内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空气炸锅烤箱,其特征在于,所述第一腔体和所述第二腔体之间设置有镂空隔板。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的空气炸锅烤箱,其特征在于,所述加热元件位于所述第一腔体和所述第一风机之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅烤箱,其特征在于,所述可控排气装置设置在所述第一腔体内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的空气炸锅烤箱,其特征在于,所述可控排气装置设置在所述第二腔体内。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的空气炸锅烤箱,其特征在于,所述可控排气装置包括有驱动装置,所述驱动装置驱动所述阀片动作。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的空气炸锅烤箱,其特征在于,还包括蒸汽发生装置,所述蒸汽发生装置包括:
    水箱;
    送水管道,一端连接所述水箱,另一端连接所述第一腔体;
    水泵,设置在所述送水管道上;
    蒸汽加热器,设置在所述送水管道上,所述蒸汽加热器把流经所述送水管道的水加热为蒸汽喷入所述第一腔体内部。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的空气炸锅烤箱,其特征在于,所述箱体内设置有驱动所述第一风机工作的风机电机,所述风机电机位于所述烹饪室外,所述风机电机的输出轴穿进所述烹饪室连接所述第一风机。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空气炸锅烤箱,其特征在于,所述风机电机的输出轴上设置有第二风机,所述第二风机位于所述烹饪室外,所述第二风机朝所述风机电机吹风散热。
