技术领域
本申请涉及车窗总成技术领域,特别是带有装饰件的车窗总成。
背景技术
随着汽车技术的发展,消费者对汽车的美观性提出了更高的要求。车用的亮饰件作为一种汽车的装饰品,能够从整体上提高汽车的美观度,并提升汽车的档次,广泛应用在中高档汽车上。
目前,车用亮饰件通常采用金属或合金材料制备而成,一般是通过其特殊结构安装或者一体注塑成型集成在车窗玻璃的外表面四周边缘的包封材料上,起装饰与挡风作用。其中,包封材料通常是TPE、PVC、PU以及EPDM等,亮饰件材料主要有铝合金、镀铬不锈钢和高光塑料,外观精致华丽,不会生锈。
现有的亮饰件安装到车窗玻璃上后,亮饰件的端部一般是被包封材料包覆贴合,使得二者的接合处存在段差,又由于二者外观颜色不一致,因此导致产品的外观面难以满足客户的需求。
发明内容
本申请实施例针对背景技术中的技术问题,提供至少两种装饰件的接合处连续过渡、外观面美观的带有饰件的车窗总成。
根据本申请实施例的一方面,提供一种带有装饰件的车窗总成,包括:透明板、固定于所述透明板的密封件、以及固定于所述密封件的装饰件,其中,所述装饰件的端部设有第一配合部,所述密封件上设有与所述第一配合部配合连接的第二配合部,所述第一配合部的外侧壁和第二配合部的外侧壁形成连续的过渡。
根据本申请实施例的另一方面,提供另一种带有装饰件的车窗总成,包括:透明板、固 定于所述透明板的密封件、以及固定于所述密封件的装饰件,其中,所述装饰件的端部设有第一配合部,所述密封件上设有与所述第一配合部配合连接的第二配合部,所述第二配合部包括第一舌边和第二舌边,所述第一配合部的底壁压合在所述第一舌边,所述第一配合部的外侧壁和所述第二舌边的外侧壁形成连续的过渡。
本申请实施例的有益效果包括:
(1)装饰件与密封件的接合处无段差,能够达到光滑连续或平齐的外观效果;
(2)利用装饰件的凸起与密封件的舌头的自适应贴合,可弥补装饰件的切向和法向的安装公差,达到装饰件的外侧壁和密封件的外侧壁齐平的效果;
(3)利用装饰件的端部与密封件的两个舌边的自适应贴合,可弥补装饰件的切向和法向的安装公差,达到装饰件的外侧壁和密封件的外侧壁齐平的效果;
(4)密封件的或舌边可变形,使安装公差要求范围变大,安装操作更简单;
(5)安装后,密封件的舌头或舌边仍处于变形紧张状态,不易被外力拉扯开,保持性好。

具体实施方式
为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图对本申请实施例做进一步详细说明。在此,本申请的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本申请,但并不作为对本申请的限定。
如图1~图11所示,本申请第一方面的实施例提供一种车窗总成,包括透明板1、固定于透明板1的密封件2和固定于密封件2的装饰件3,其中,装饰件3的端部3a设有第一配合部30,密封件2上设有与第一配合部30配合连接的第二配合部20,第一配合部30的外侧壁30a和第二配合部20的外侧壁20a形成连续的过渡,实现二者的无缝连接。在装饰件3的 端部3a与密封件2的接合部位,装饰件3的外表面和密封件2的外表面之间无段差,能够形成光滑且连续的过渡,使得整个产品的外观面更加美观。作为一种可选的方案,在装配到位时,装饰件3的外表面和密封件2的外表面是平齐的,第一配合部30的外侧壁30a和第二配合部20的外侧壁20a紧密配合,同时形成平齐的表面。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,第一配合部30的底壁30c设有至少一个凸起31,如图3所示,第二配合部20的底壁设有用于容纳凸起31的至少一个凹槽21。
装饰件通常存在一定的制造公差,特别是对于长条形或其它复杂形状的装饰件,更容易出现制造公差。本实施例通过凸起31和凹槽21的配合,能够吸收装饰件3在沿着外表面切向和外表面法向的安装偏差,还能吸收密封件2变形、收缩等产生的尺寸公差,避免在装饰件3的端部3a与密封件2的接合部位产生间隙或台阶段差。此外,还能够进一步提高第一配合部30和第二配合部20之间的连接的稳定性和紧密性,进而使得接合处的外观面更加平齐。
在一些实施例中,再如图3所示,凹槽21包括靠近第二配合部20的外侧壁20a的第一槽壁211、以及远离第二配合部20的外侧壁20a的第二槽壁212,第一槽壁211朝向第二槽壁212延伸有第一舌头213,第二槽壁212朝向第一槽壁211延伸有第二舌头214,凸起31夹设在第一舌头213和第二舌头214之间,第一舌头213包括连接第一槽壁211的第一连接部213a和用于抵接凸起31的第一抵接部213b,第二舌头214包括连接第二槽壁212的第二连接部214a和用于抵接凸起31的第二抵接部214b。其中,图4表示的是凹槽21和凸起31安装到位时的贴合变形状态。
本申请实施例利用在装饰件3安装到位后,凸起31与第一舌头213和第二舌头214的自适应贴合,可弥补装饰件3的切向和法向的安装公差,再通过第二舌头214来平衡第一舌头213的作用力,使得装饰件3的端部3a与密封件2之间的接合处形成平齐的外观。此外,凹槽21和凸起31安装到位后,第一舌头213和第二舌头214均处于变形张紧状态,不易被外力拉扯开,保持性好。
在一些实施例中,再如图3所示,第一槽壁211的壁厚h 1为0.5mm~5mm。采用一定壁厚的第一槽壁211,其具有一定的弯曲变形量,以便于在凸起31与第一舌头213的安装和挤压过程中,第一槽壁211能够适应性弯曲偏移,与装饰件3的外侧壁形成平齐外观。第一槽壁211处的邵氏硬度可以是50A~90A,当邵氏硬度为60A~70A时,硬度较低,使舌头更易变形,有利于接触面更紧密贴合,减小噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)、减少积灰和积水。
在一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,第一舌头213的第一连接部213a贴合在第一配合部30的底壁30c,第一舌头213自第一连接部213a朝向第一抵接部213b逐渐偏离第一配合部30的底壁30c。
在本申请实施例中,第一舌头213与第一配合部30的底壁30c之间预留有安装变形间隙,即假设第一舌头213与凸起31在装饰件3的安装过程中无干涉,当装饰件3安装到位后,第一舌头213与第一配合部30的底壁30c之间是存在间隙的。实际上,在将装饰件3安装到密封件2的过程中,第一舌头213的第一抵接部213b与装饰件3的凸起31表面会发生干涉,使得第一抵接部213b更加偏离第一配合部30的底壁30c,进而带动第一连接部213a上翘填满预留的安装变形间隙,使第一连接部213a贴合在第一配合部30的底壁30c。最终,第一舌头213形成如上所述的逐渐偏离的倾斜面。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,在凹槽21和凸起31装配到位后,第二舌头214的第二连接部214a与第一配合部30的底壁30c之间存在间隙,二者的间距d 1可以是0.2mm~3mm。如果在第一连接部213a上翘变形并贴合在第一配合部30的底壁30c过程中,第二连接部214a与第一配合部30的底壁30c之间已经产生贴合作用,该作用力可能会对第一连接部213a的上翘贴合变形产生不利影响,本申请实施例可以通过增加第二连接部214a与第一配合部30的底壁30c之间的间隙,从而不妨碍第一连接部213a的上翘贴合变形。
在一些实施例中,再如图4所示,由于第一配合部30的底壁30c大致为平面,为了使第一舌头213与第一配合部30的底壁30c贴合时,第二舌头214的第二连接部214a与第一配合部30的底壁30c之间仍存在间隙,本申请实施例设置第二舌头214的第二连接部214a相比第一舌头213的第一连接部213a在沿着凸起31的延伸方向L上更靠近凸起31的头部31b。
本实施例中,当装饰件3通过后装配的方式安装到密封件2上时,上述结构的优势更加明显,后装配方式可以为焊接、螺接、粘结或卡接中的至少一种,例如装饰件3可以通过胶带粘结、粘结剂粘结或卡接等方式固定于密封件2。在一个具体实施例中,先将透明板1和密封件2成型为一体,然后将装饰件3粘结到密封件2上,同时将装饰件3的端部3a的凸起31卡入密封件2。可选地,凸起31的延伸方向设置成与装饰件3的第一配合部30的安装方向大致平行,凸起31的延伸方向L与凹槽21的开口朝向K之间的夹角小于20°,以方便凸起31进入凹槽21内,并且二者之间能够形成足够的夹持作用力的。
在一些实施例中,再如图4所示,第一舌头213的第一抵接部213b和第二舌头214的第二抵接部214b沿着凸起31的延伸方向L的高度差d 2可以是0.3mm~5mm,因此凸起31的内外两侧的受力点高度不同,内侧的受力点高度更低,使得凸起31的头部31b有朝外变形的趋势,从而阻止第一舌头213的抵接部213b沿着上述延伸方向L脱离凸起31,以便于提高第一舌头213与凸起31之间的接合作用力。
在一些实施例中,如图6和图7所示,密封件2包括延伸到透明板1的侧壁13的侧边部22,装饰件3延伸到密封件2的侧边部22,且第一配合部30和第二配合部20均与侧边部22 相对设置。即装饰件3延伸到车窗总成的侧边,可以对侧边起遮蔽作用,提高侧边的美观度。作为一种可选的方案,密封件2的侧边部22设有凸台23,凸台23上设有第二配合部20,凸台23的硬度低于装饰件3的硬度。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,侧边部22和凸台23之间设有间隙部24。当装饰件3与密封件2之间的配合作用力过大时,有可能使装饰件3产生扭曲变形,影响外观面。通过设置间隙部24,提供了凸台23变形的空间,因此允许凸台23在在装配过程中发生左右摆动。通过凸台23变形来吸收配合作用力,从而减少装饰件3的扭曲变形量,满足外观需求。
在一些实施例中,再如图7所示,第一配合部30的内侧壁30b的底部设有斜切口30d。当装饰件3与密封件2之间的配合作用力过大时,有可能使装饰件3产生扭曲变形,特别是在装饰件3底部的变形量最大,通过设置斜切口30d可以用来减少装饰件3受力所产生的扭曲变形。
在图1所示的一种实施例中,第一配合部30的内侧壁30b与密封件2之间存在间隙,在图6和图7所示的另一种实施例中,侧边部22设有用于对装饰件3的第一配合部30的内侧壁30b进行限位的限位部221。即第一配合部30的内侧壁30b是贴合在限位部221上,限位部221对装饰件3可以起到初步限位和导向作用,在装饰件3的安装过程中,第一配合部30的内侧壁30b沿着限位部221滑动,再与第二配合部20接合,可以保证凸起31与凹槽21的相对位置,使得凸起31能够顺利进入凹槽21。
应当理解的是,限位部221可以对第一配合部30的内侧壁30b的整个表面进行贴合限位,也可以对第一配合部30的内侧壁30b的局部区域进行局部贴合限位。同样,限位部221可以设置侧边部22的整个表面上,也可以仅设置在侧边部22的局部区域以进行局部限位。当采用局部接触进行限位和导向时,效果更好,但无论是局部接触方式还是整面接触方式均能起到限位和导向作用,本申请对此不加以限制。
在一些实施例中,如图8和图9所示,还可以在装饰件3的凸起31的基部31a设置避让槽311,使得凸起31具有一定自适应调节能力,从而吸收凸起31和凹槽21之间的位置偏差,保证凸起31能够顺利进入凹槽21。
在一些实施例中,再如图8和图9所示,第一连接部213a和第一抵接部213b之间形成有第一泄力槽215,第二连接部214a和第二抵接部214b之间形成有第二泄力槽216。本实施例通过增设泄力槽,使得第一抵接部213b和第二抵接部214b在受到凸起31的挤压时,更易于变形、减小反作用力。
在一些实施例中,再如图8和图9所示,限位部221与第二配合部20的外侧壁20a之间的距离d 3等于第一配合部30的壁厚h 2。根据第一配合部30的壁厚选择合适的距离d 3,可以 提高限位部221对装饰件3初步限位的精度,当装饰件3安装到位后,第一槽壁211只要产生较小的挤压偏移量,即可以保证第二配合部20的外侧壁20a和第一配合部30的外侧壁30a基本在同一平面内,达到平齐的外观效果。
在一些实施例中,如图10所示,第一舌头213设有沟槽213c,凸起31设有与沟槽213c相配合的倒钩312。当凸起31卡入凹槽21后,可以使第一舌头213保持更好的变形状态,保证二者接合处的外观面平齐。
本申请第二方面的实施例提供另一种带有装饰件的车窗总成,如图12~图20所示,与第一方面实施例的车窗总成相比,第二方面实施例的车窗总成也包括透明板1、密封件2、装饰件3、设于装饰件3的端部的第一配合部30、以及用于与第一配合部30配合连接且设于密封件2上的第二配合部20,区别在于,第一配合部30的结构配置不同,且第二配合部20的结构配置不同。
在第二方面的实施例中,第二配合部20包括第一舌边201和第二舌边202,第一配合部30的底壁30c压合在第一舌边201,第一配合部30的外侧壁30a和第二舌边202的外侧壁202a形成连续的过渡。作为一种可选的方案,第一配合部30的外侧壁30a和第二舌边202的外侧壁202a紧密配合,形成平齐的表面。
装饰件通常存在一定的制造公差,特别是对于长条形或其它复杂形状的装饰件,更容易出现制造公差。本实施例利用装饰件3的端部3a与密封件2的第一舌边201和第二舌边202的自适应贴合,能够吸收装饰件3在沿着外表面切向和外表面法向的安装偏差,还能吸收密封件2变形、收缩等产生的尺寸公差,避免在装饰件3的端部3a与密封件2的接合部位产生间隙或台阶段差。
本实施例中,当装饰件3通过后装配的方式安装到密封件2上时,上述结构的优势更加明显,后装配方式可以为焊接、螺接、粘结或卡接中的至少一种,例如装饰件3可以通过胶带粘结、粘结剂粘结或卡接等方式固定于密封件2。在一个具体实施例中,先将透明板1和密封件2成型为一体,然后将装饰件3粘结到密封件2上,同时将装饰件3的端部3a压合在第二配合部20。
在一些实施例中,密封件2的邵氏硬度可以是50A~80A,当邵氏硬度为60A~70A时,硬度较低,使舌边更易变形,有利于接触面更紧密贴合,减小噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)、减少积灰和积水,例如,密封件2的材质可以是TPE(热塑性弹性体),而装饰件3是由比密封件2更硬的材料制成,装饰件3的铅笔硬度可以是1H~2H。
在一些实施例中,如图13所示,在第一配合部30的底壁30c压合第一舌边201之前, 第一舌边201与第一配合部30之间的距离d 4小于第二舌边202与第一配合部30之间的距离d 5,且第二舌边202的外侧壁202a相对第一配合部30的外侧壁30a朝背离透明板1的方向向外突出,突出距离为d 6
在一些实施例中,如图14和图15所示,第一舌边201在被第一配合部30的底壁30c压合前后,即在装饰件3安装前后,变形量d 7可以是0.3mm~2mm,例如可以是0.5mm~1mm,当变形量d 7为0.7mm~0.8mm时,其产生的反力在0.1N/mm以内,可实现良好贴合状态。在第一舌边201受压变形之前,第一舌边201和第二舌边202之间的夹角α为75°~85°。
应当理解的是,实际上第一舌边201不会突出到第一配合部3内,图14和图15表示的是第一舌边尚未发生变形时的状态,用于更直观的显示出二者的干涉量,不是实际效果图。
由图13和图15中的第二舌边的状态对比可知,在第一配合部的底壁30c压合第一舌边201的过程中,第二舌边202会朝内旋转,使得第一配合部30的外侧壁30a和第二舌边202的外侧壁202a紧密配合,形成平齐的表面。由于第二舌边202在旋转变形后,其外侧壁会与第一配合部30的外侧壁平齐,因此第二舌边202的旋转量即为变形前第一配合部30的外侧壁的下端与第二舌边202的外侧壁202a的上端之间的距离d 6。第二舌边202的旋转量d 6可以是0.1mm~1.5mm,例如可以是0.3mm~1.2mm,当旋转量d 6为0.5mm~0.7mm时,与d 5共同使舌边与装饰件3更贴合。
在一些实施例中,如图16和图17所示,密封件2包括延伸到透明板1的侧壁13的侧边部22,装饰件3延伸到密封件2的侧边部22,且第一配合部30和第二配合部20均与侧边部22相对设置。即装饰件3延伸到车窗总成的侧边,可以对侧边起遮蔽作用,提高侧边的美观度。作为可选的方案,密封件2的侧边部22设有凸台23,凸台23上设有第一舌边201和第二舌边202,凸台23的硬度低于装饰件3。
参照第一方面的实施例,第二方面的实施例也可以设置间隙部24(如图17所示)和/或斜切口30d(如图17所示),也可以选择性地设置限位部221(如图16、图17所示)或位于第一配合部30的内侧壁30b与密封件2之间的间隙(如图12所示)。
由于在第一方面的实施例中,已经对间隙部24、斜切口30d、限位部221的结构配置和技术效果进行了详细说明,其内容被合并于此,此处省略说明。与第一方面实施例不同的是,第二方面实施例中的限位部221可以保证第一配合部30和第二配合部20的相对位置,使得第一配合部30的外侧壁30a和第二舌边202的外侧壁202a形成连续的过渡。
在一些实施例中,再如图17所示,限位部211与第二配合部20的外侧壁20a之间的距离d 3等于第一配合部30的壁厚h 2。根据第一配合部30的壁厚选择合适的距离d 3,可以提高限位部211对装饰件3初步限位的精度,当装饰件3安装到位后,第一舌边201和第二舌边 202只要产生较小的挤压偏移量,即可以保证第一配合部30的外侧壁30a和第二舌边202的外侧壁202a紧密配合,基本在同一平面内,达到平齐的外观效果。
在一些实施例中,如图18和图19所示,第一配合部30的底壁30c设有用于压合第一舌边201的凸起32。
在一些实施例中,再如图18和图19所示,第二配合部20设有中空部25,中空部25位于第一舌边201和第二舌边202之间,且与凸起32相对设置。当第一配合部30的凸起32下压第二配合部20时,中空部形成凹陷与凸起32相互贴合,互为定位基准,贴合部位可自动调整并对齐,以保证外观平齐。
在本申请中,由于装饰件3通常具有高亮等外观效果,一般由硬塑、金属或合金材料等硬质材料制成,其铅笔硬度可选为HB~2H,为了保证车窗总成的侧边与周边车身件的密封效果和减少摩擦或震动异响,需要通过由较软材料制成的密封件与周边车身件进行配合密封。在本申请的一个具体实施方式中,如图9、图20所示,通过设置在密封件2的凸台23与周边的车身件密封配合,例如,软质的凸台23既可以与车身钣金4密封配合,也可以与周边密封件5密封配合,满足了车窗总成侧边的密封性能要求;同时,装饰件3的第一配合部30延伸到车窗总成的侧边并与侧边部22相对设置,从而遮蔽了车窗总成侧边,使得车窗总成侧边具有高亮等外观效果;然后,再通过第一配合部30与第二配合部20相配合,使得装饰件3的端部3a与密封件2的接合处形成平齐连续的过渡;最终,使得车窗总成的侧边同时具备了良好的外观效果和密封性能。
在本申请中,透明板1可由无机玻璃、有机玻璃(树脂)构成。无机玻璃可选自钠钙玻璃(也称为钠钙硅酸盐玻璃)、铝硅酸盐玻璃、硼酸盐玻璃、硼硅酸盐玻璃、锂铝硅酸盐玻璃、无碱玻璃、石英玻璃等中的一种或多种。示例性地,透明板1为钠钙玻璃。从提高强度的角度考虑,无机玻璃也可以是强化玻璃,强化玻璃可以是化学强化玻璃、物理强化玻璃中的任一种。
有机玻璃(树脂)可选自聚碳酸酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、芳香族聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚酯树脂、聚芳酯树脂、卤代双酚A和乙二醇的缩聚物、丙烯酸氨基甲酸酯树脂、含有卤代芳基的丙烯酸树脂等中的一种或多种。其中,有机玻璃(树脂)可以为芳香族类聚碳酸酯树脂等聚碳酸酯树脂、及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯类丙烯酸树脂等丙烯酸树脂,例如可以为聚碳酸酯树脂,示例性地,可以为双酚A类聚碳酸酯树脂。另外,上述树脂也可并用两种以上。
此外,透明板1也可以是多块玻璃板层叠而成的夹层玻璃。
在本申请中,密封件2可以固定在透明板1的边部,固定方式可选为双面胶粘结、PU粘结、局部注塑等。其中,密封件的材料可选为聚氨酯(PU)、热塑性弹性体(TPE)、三元乙丙橡 胶(EPDM)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚丙烯(PP)等汽车玻璃常用的包封材料。
此外,密封件2可以仅固定并包覆在透明板1的内表面11、外表面13的其中一个上,也可以同时包覆在透明板1的内表面11和外表面13上。
在本申请中,装饰件3可以集成在车窗总成的密封件2上,主要起装饰作用,通常具有高亮的外观效果,一般是由硬塑、金属或铝合金等合金材料制成。此外,为了匹配车身周边件,装饰件3可以具有复杂的曲面造型,其形状可以比较复杂,大致呈条状或板状。
以上结合具体的实施方式对本申请进行了描述,但本领域技术人员应该清楚,这些描述都是示例性的,并不是对本申请保护范围的限制。本领域技术人员可以根据本申请的精神和原理对本申请做出各种变型和修改,这些变型和修改也在本申请的范围内。

Claims (38)

  1. 一种带有装饰件的车窗总成,包括:
    透明板(1);
    固定于所述透明板(1)的密封件(2);以及
    固定于所述密封件(2)的装饰件(3);
    其中,所述装饰件(3)的端部设有第一配合部(30),所述密封件(2)上设有与所述第一配合部(30)配合连接的第二配合部(20),所述第一配合部(30)的外侧壁(30a)和第二配合部(20)的外侧壁(20a)形成连续的过渡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有装饰件的车窗总成,其中,所述第一配合部(30)的外侧壁(30a)和第二配合部(20)的外侧壁(20a)紧密配合,形成平齐的表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带有装饰件的车窗总成,其中,所述第一配合部(30)的底壁(30c)设有至少一个凸起(31),所述第二配合部(20)的底壁设有用于容纳所述凸起(31)的至少一个凹槽(21)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车窗总成,其中:所述凹槽(21)包括靠近所述第二配合部(20)的外侧壁(20a)的第一槽壁(211)和远离所述第二配合部(20)的外侧壁(20a)的第二槽壁(212),所述第一槽壁(211)朝向所述第二槽壁(212)延伸有第一舌头(213),所述第二槽壁(212)朝向所述第一槽壁(211)延伸有第二舌头(214),所述凸起(31)夹设在所述第一舌头(213)和第二舌头(214)之间,所述第一舌头(213)包括连接所述第一槽壁(211)的第一连接部(213a)和用于抵接所述凸起(31)的第一抵接部(213b),所述第二舌头(214)包括连接所述第二槽壁(212)的第二连接部(214a)和用于抵接所述凸起(31)的第二抵接部(214b)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第一舌头(213)的第一连接部(213a)贴合在所述第一配合部(30)的底壁(30c),所述第一舌头(213)自第一连接部(213a)朝向第一抵接部(213b)逐渐偏离所述第一配合部(30)的底壁(30c)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第一槽壁(211)的壁厚为0.5mm~5mm。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第二舌头(214)的第二连接部(214a)与第一配合部(30)的底壁(30c)之间存在间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第二舌头(214)的第二连接部(214a)相比所述第一舌头(213)的第一连接部(213a)在沿着所述凸起(31)的延伸方向上更靠近所述凸起(31)的头部(31b)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第二舌头(214)的第二连接部(214a)与第一配合部(30)的底壁(30c)的间距为0.2mm~3mm。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第一舌头(213)的第一抵接部(213b)和第二舌头(214)的第二抵接部(214b)沿着所述凸起(31)的延伸方向的高度差为0.3mm~5mm。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的车窗总成,其中:所述凸起(31)的延伸方向与所述凹槽(21)的开口朝向之间的夹角小于20°。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第一连接部(213a)和第一抵接部(213b)之间形成有第一泄力槽(215),所述第二连接部(214a)和第二抵接部(214b)之间形成有第二泄力槽(216)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的车窗总成,其中:所述装饰件(3)的凸起(31)的基部(31a)设有避让槽(311)。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的车窗总成,其中:所述密封件(2)包括延伸到所述透明板(1)的侧壁(13)的侧边部(22),所述装饰件(3)延伸到所述密封件(2)的侧边部(22),且所述第一配合部(30)和第二配合部(20)均与所述侧边部(22)相对设置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的车窗总成,其中:所述密封件(2)的侧边部(22)设有凸台(23),所述凸台(23)上设有所述第二配合部(20),所述凸台(23)的硬度低于所述装饰件(3)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的车窗总成,其中:所述侧边部(22)和凸台(23)之间设有间隙部(24)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第一配合部(30)的内侧壁(30b)的底部设有斜切口(30d)。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的车窗总成,其中:所述侧边部(22)设有用于对所述装饰件(3)的第一配合部(30)的内侧壁(30b)进行限位的限位部(221)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的车窗总成,其中:所述限位部(221)与所述第二配合部(20)的外侧壁(20a)之间的距离等于所述第一配合部(30)的壁厚。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的车窗总成,其中:所述装饰件(3)通过焊接、螺接、粘结或卡接中的一种或多种固定于所述密封件(2)。
  21. 根据权利要求4所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第一舌头(213)的第一抵接部(213b)设有沟槽(213c),所述凸起(31)设有与所述沟槽(213c)相配合的倒钩(312)。
  22. 一种带有装饰件的车窗总成,包括:
    透明板(1);
    固定于所述透明板(1)的密封件(2);以及
    固定于所述密封件(2)的装饰件(3);
    其中,所述装饰件(3)的端部设有第一配合部(30),所述密封件(2)上设有与所述第一配合 部(30)配合连接的第二配合部(20),所述第二配合部(20)包括第一舌边(201)和第二舌边(202),所述第一配合部(30)的底壁(30c)压合在所述第一舌边(201),所述第一配合部(30)的外侧壁(30a)和所述第二舌边(202)的外侧壁(202a)形成连续的过渡。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第一配合部(30)的外侧壁(30a)和所述第二舌边(202)的外侧壁(202a)紧密配合,形成平齐的表面。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的车窗总成,其中:所述密封件(2)的邵氏硬度为50A~80A。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的车窗总成,其中:在所述第一配合部(30)的底壁(30c)压合所述第一舌边(201)之前,所述第一舌边(201)与所述第一配合部(30)之间的距离小于所述第二舌边(202)与所述第一配合部(30)之间的距离,且所述第二舌边(202)的外侧壁(202a)相对所述第一配合部(30)的外侧壁(30a)朝背离所述透明板(1)的方向向外突出。
  26. 根据权利要求22所述的车窗总成,其中:第一舌边(201)在被所述第一配合部(30)的底壁(30c)压合前后的变形量为0.3mm~2mm。
  27. 根据权利要求22所述的车窗总成,其中:在所述第一舌边(201)受压变形之前,所述第一舌边(201)和第二舌边(202)之间的夹角为75°~85°。
  28. 根据权利要求25所述的车窗总成,其中:在所述第一配合部的底壁(30c)压合所述第一舌边(201)的过程中,所述第二舌边(202)朝内旋转,使得所述第一配合部(30)的外侧壁(30a)和所述第二舌边(202)的外侧壁(202a)紧密配合,形成平齐的表面。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第二舌边(202)的旋转量为0.1mm~1.5mm。
  30. 根据权利要求22所述的车窗总成,其中:第一配合部(30)的底壁(30c)设有用于压合所述第一舌边(201)的凸起(32)。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第二配合部(20)设有中空部(24),所述中空部(24)位于所述第一舌边(201)和第二舌边(202)之间,且与所述凸起(32)相对设置。
  32. 根据权利要求22所述的车窗总成,其中:所述密封件(2)包括延伸到所述透明板(1)的侧壁(13)的侧边部(22),所述装饰件(3)延伸到所述密封件(2)的侧边部(22),且所述第一配合部(30)和第二配合部(20)均与所述侧边部(22)相对设置。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的车窗总成,其中:所述密封件(2)的侧边部(22)设有凸台(23),所述凸台(23)上设有所述第一舌边(201)和第二舌边(202)。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的车窗总成,其中:所述侧边部(22)和凸台(23)之间设有间隙部(24)。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的车窗总成,其中:所述第一配合部(30)的内侧壁(30b)的底部 设有斜切口(30d)。
  36. 根据权利要求33所述的车窗总成,其中:所述侧边部(22)设有用于对所述装饰件(3)的第一配合部(30)的内侧壁(30b)进行限位的限位部(221)。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的车窗总成,其中:所述限位部(221)与所述第二配合部(20)的外侧壁(20a)之间的距离等于所述第一配合部(30)的壁厚。
  38. 根据权利要求22所述的车窗总成,其中:所述装饰件(3)通过焊接、螺接、粘结或卡接中的一种或多种固定于所述密封件(2)。
