Description

一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电动车技术领域,尤其是一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构。
背景技术
目前,轮毂电机依旧是电动车的常见驱动结构,但该种结构在减震效果及骑行舒适度上存在不足,中置电机驱动方式可有效解决上述不足。
但中置电机如何设置依旧是困扰行业的大问题,目前中置电机固定结构较为复杂,且中置电机连接处在实际使用时容易损坏,因此,申请人进一步的予以改进。
技术问题
本实用新型针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,包括电机、车架侧板件及后叉,所述电机固定于车辆车架或车架侧板件上,所述车架侧板件与所述后叉均连接于一固定销上,且两者的铰接轴线与所述电机转子中心线相重合,所述固定销通过一设置于车辆车架或车架侧板件上的边盖定位。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述车架侧板件包括车架左侧板和车架右侧板,分别设置于所述电机的两侧,所述后叉前端一侧与所述车架左侧板均连接于对应的固定销上,所述后叉前端另一侧与所述车架右侧板均连接于对应的固定销上,每个固定销均通过对应的所述边盖定位。
上述技术方案中,优选的,对应的所述边盖分别固设于所述车架侧板件的对应位置处。
上述技术方案中,优选的,位于所述电机两侧的所述车架左侧板、所述车架右侧板及所有所述边盖均通过同组紧固件与所述电机固定连接。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述后叉前端与所述固定销连接处设置有轴承,所述固定销至少部分部位穿设于所述轴承处。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述边盖与所述固定销连接处设置有卡簧。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述电机输出轴上设置有传动件,所述传动件与传动皮带传动连接。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述车架左侧板及所述车架右侧板上分别设置有若干安装位,通过设置于对应安装位上的紧固件将其与所述电机固定连接。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述车架左侧板上的安装位及所述车架右侧板上的安装位均一一对应,且对应的安装位同轴设置。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述电机、所述车架侧板件、所述后叉、所述固定销及所述边盖均同轴设置。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型优化中置电机的设置位置及固定结构,固定结构简单且具有较高的牢固度,使用寿命长。

本发明的实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式及附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:
参见图1-图4,一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,包括电机1、车架侧板件、后叉2及边盖3,而车架侧板件又包括车架左侧板41和车架右侧板42,车架左侧板41和车架右侧板42又对应有各自的边盖3,后叉2前端具有两个连接部位。
本实施例中,以电机1为中间部位,车架左侧板41、后叉2前端一侧的连接部位21及对应的边盖3位于电机1左侧;车架右侧板42、后叉2前端另一侧的连接部位22及对应的边盖3位于电机1右侧。
在电机1左侧,车架左侧板41与后叉2前端一侧的连接部位21通过一固定销5使两者相连,车架左侧板41与后叉2前端一侧的连接部位21两者的铰接轴线与电机1转子中心线相重合。
同时,可在后叉2前端一侧的连接部位21与固定销5之间设置轴承6,即固定销5至少部分部位穿设与轴承6处。
而车架左侧板41与电机1之间通过紧固件固定连接,固定销5由该侧的边盖3定位,边盖3固定于车架左侧板41上,边盖3固定时又将后叉2前端一侧的连接部位21定位,如此,将电机1左侧的各部件固定牢靠。
进一步的,在该处的边盖3与固定销5之间还可设置有卡簧7。
在电机1右侧亦是如此,即车架右侧板42与后叉2前端另一侧的连接部位22通过一固定销5使两者相连,同时,可在后叉2前端另一侧的连接部位22与固定销5之间设置轴承6,即固定销5至少部分部位穿设于该轴承6处。
而车架右侧板42与电机1之间通过紧固件固定连接,固定销5由该侧的边盖3定位,边盖3固定于车架右侧板42上,边盖3固定时又将后叉2前端另一侧的连接部位22定位,如此,将电机1右侧的各部件固定牢靠。
进一步的,在该处的边盖3与固定销5之间还可设置有卡簧7。
本实施例中,所述车架左侧板41及所述车架右侧板42上分别设置有若干安装位8,通过设置于对应安装位8上的紧固件将其与所述电机1固定连接,可进一步的设计为:所述车架左侧板41上的安装位及所述车架右侧板42上的安装位均一一对应,且对应的安装位同轴设置。
为更为体现装置的整体性及安装的快捷性,可将位于所述电机1两侧的车架左侧板41、车架右侧板42及所有边盖3均通过同组紧固件与电机1固定连接。
本实施例中,所述电机1输出轴上设置有传动件11,所述传动件11与传动皮带12传动连接,用于动力的输出。
作为其中一种设定方式,所述电机1、所述车架侧板件41、所述后叉2、所述固定销5及所述边盖3均同轴设置。
在另一实施例中,电机1亦可固定于车辆车架上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,其特征在于:包括电机、车架侧板件及后叉,所述电机固定于车辆车架或车架侧板件上,所述车架侧板件与所述后叉均连接于一固定销上,且两者的铰接轴线与所述电机转子中心线相重合,所述固定销通过一设置于车辆车架或车架侧板件上的边盖定位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,其特征在于:所述车架侧板件包括车架左侧板和车架右侧板,分别设置于所述电机的两侧,所述后叉前端一侧与所述车架左侧板均连接于对应的固定销上,所述后叉前端另一侧与所述车架右侧板均连接于对应的固定销上,每个固定销均通过对应的所述边盖定位。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,其特征在于:对应的所述边盖分别固设于所述车架侧板件的对应位置处。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,其特征在于:位于所述电机两侧的所述车架左侧板、所述车架右侧板及所有所述边盖均通过同组紧固件与所述电机固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,其特征在于:所述后叉前端与所述固定销连接处设置有轴承,所述固定销至少部分部位穿设于所述轴承处。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,其特征在于:所述边盖与所述固定销连接处设置有卡簧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,其特征在于:所述电机输出轴上设置有传动件,所述传动件与传动皮带传动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,其特征在于:所述车架左侧板及所述车架右侧板上分别设置有若干安装位,通过设置于对应安装位上的紧固件将其与所述电机固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,其特征在于:所述车架左侧板上的安装位及所述车架右侧板上的安装位均一一对应,且对应的安装位同轴设置。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电机、车架和后叉的同轴固定结构,其特征在于:所述电机、所述车架左侧板、所述车架右侧板、所述后叉前端两侧、所有所述固定销及所有所述边盖均同轴设置。
