Description
本発明は、腋臭防止用組成物及び臭気物質産生抑制用組成物に関する。詳細には、本発明は、アゾール及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のアゾール成分を含有する腋臭防止用組成物及び臭気物質産生抑制用組成物に関する。
近年、体臭が周囲へ与える不快感が問題となっており、体臭の中でも、とりわけ腋臭を気にする人が増えている。そのため、様々な制汗剤やデオトラントが上市されている。また、腋臭防止剤や腋臭の防止方法も開発されており、特許文献1には、アゾールなどを含む殺菌組成物を腋窩に適用することを含む、ヒトの腋窩の悪臭発生を防止する方法が提案されている。
一方、特許文献2には、抗真菌薬としてテルビナフィンを、制汗剤として塩化アルミニウム六水和物を、そして溶媒ビヒクルとしてエタノールを含む足白癬の処置のための溶液が開示されている。
特許文献1には、殺菌組成物中のアゾールなどの含有量が具体的に開示されていない。
また、引用文献2は、抗真菌薬と制汗剤とを併用した、足白癬の処置に有効な組成物の提供を目的とするものであり、腋臭を防止する手段や臭気物質の産生を抑制する手段を提案するものではない。また、特許文献2に開示された上記の足白癬の処置のための溶液中のテルビナフィンの濃度は、約1%である。
また、引用文献2は、抗真菌薬と制汗剤とを併用した、足白癬の処置に有効な組成物の提供を目的とするものであり、腋臭を防止する手段や臭気物質の産生を抑制する手段を提案するものではない。また、特許文献2に開示された上記の足白癬の処置のための溶液中のテルビナフィンの濃度は、約1%である。
本発明の目的は、腋臭防止用組成物及び臭気物質産生抑制用組成物を提供することである。
本発明者らは、上記課題を解決するために鋭意検討した結果、少量のアゾール成分で腋臭を防止できることを見出し、本発明を完成した。

[腋臭防止用組成物]
本発明は、アゾール及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のアゾール成分を含有する、腋臭防止用組成物であって、アゾール成分の含有量が、腋臭防止用組成物に基づいて、0.01ないし0.2質量%である、組成物に関する。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物の対象は腋臭であるが、他の部位(頭皮、顔部、体幹部、股間、足裏等)の臭いに使用することもできる。
本発明は、アゾール及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のアゾール成分を含有する、腋臭防止用組成物であって、アゾール成分の含有量が、腋臭防止用組成物に基づいて、0.01ないし0.2質量%である、組成物に関する。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物の対象は腋臭であるが、他の部位(頭皮、顔部、体幹部、股間、足裏等)の臭いに使用することもできる。
<アゾール成分>
本発明において、アゾール成分は、腋臭を防止する作用を発揮するものであり、アゾール及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
本発明に使用し得るアゾール成分は特に限定されないが、例えば、ミコナゾール、クロトリマゾール、エコナゾール、チオコナゾール、オキシコナゾール、フルコナゾール、イトラコナゾール、ケトコナゾール、クロコナゾール、ネチコナゾール、イソコナゾール、スルコナゾール、ビホナゾール、ボリコナゾール、ホスフルコナゾール、ラノコナゾール、ルリコナゾール及びそれらの塩等が挙げられ、前記塩としては、硝酸塩、塩酸塩等が挙げられる。
上記アゾール成分は、1種類を単独で使用することもできるが、2種以上を混合して使用することもできる。
アゾール成分としては、ミコナゾール、クロトリマゾール、エコナゾール、チオコナゾール、オキシコナゾール、ケトコナゾール、スルコナゾール、ビホナゾール、ボリコナゾール、ホスフルコナゾール、ラノコナゾール、ルリコナゾール又はそれらの塩が好ましく、さらに日本国内で、外用医薬品や医薬部外品として使用されている実績のあるミコナゾール、ケトコナゾール又はそれらの塩がより好ましく、ミコナゾール又はその塩がさらに好ましく、とりわけミコナゾール硝酸塩が好ましい。
また、別の態様として、アゾール成分としては、とりわけケトコナゾールが好ましい。
本発明において、アゾール成分は、腋臭を防止する作用を発揮するものであり、アゾール及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
本発明に使用し得るアゾール成分は特に限定されないが、例えば、ミコナゾール、クロトリマゾール、エコナゾール、チオコナゾール、オキシコナゾール、フルコナゾール、イトラコナゾール、ケトコナゾール、クロコナゾール、ネチコナゾール、イソコナゾール、スルコナゾール、ビホナゾール、ボリコナゾール、ホスフルコナゾール、ラノコナゾール、ルリコナゾール及びそれらの塩等が挙げられ、前記塩としては、硝酸塩、塩酸塩等が挙げられる。
上記アゾール成分は、1種類を単独で使用することもできるが、2種以上を混合して使用することもできる。
アゾール成分としては、ミコナゾール、クロトリマゾール、エコナゾール、チオコナゾール、オキシコナゾール、ケトコナゾール、スルコナゾール、ビホナゾール、ボリコナゾール、ホスフルコナゾール、ラノコナゾール、ルリコナゾール又はそれらの塩が好ましく、さらに日本国内で、外用医薬品や医薬部外品として使用されている実績のあるミコナゾール、ケトコナゾール又はそれらの塩がより好ましく、ミコナゾール又はその塩がさらに好ましく、とりわけミコナゾール硝酸塩が好ましい。
また、別の態様として、アゾール成分としては、とりわけケトコナゾールが好ましい。
本発明は少量、具体的には、腋臭防止用組成物の総質量に基づいて、0.2質量%以下のアゾール成分で、腋臭を防止できるという効果を発現することができるので、アゾール成分の含有量は、腋臭防止用組成物の総質量に基づいて、0.01ないし0.2質量%であり、好ましくは0.01ないし0.1質量%であり、より好ましくは0.03ないし0.1質量%であり、さらに好ましくは0.04ないし0.06質量%である。
<収斂剤>
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物は、収斂剤を含有してもよい。
収斂剤を含有することにより、腋臭を防止する効果を向上させることができる。また、腋臭防止用組成物からアゾール成分が析出するのを抑制して、腋臭防止用組成物を安定して保存することができる。さらに、収斂剤は、その含有量によっては、収斂作用を発揮し得る。
収斂剤としては、パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛、硫酸亜鉛、酸化亜鉛等の亜鉛塩、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、アラントインクロルヒドロキシアルミニウム等のアルミニウム塩及びミョウバン等の金属塩、並びに、クエン酸、乳酸、タンニン酸、コハク酸、リンゴ酸及び酒石酸等の有機酸等が挙げられる。収斂剤は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
本発明において、収斂剤としては、パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、クエン酸、乳酸、タンニン酸、ミョウバン、コハク酸、酒石酸及びリン酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種が好ましく、パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛及びクロルヒドロキシアルミニウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種がより好ましい。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物は、収斂剤を含有してもよい。

本発明において、収斂剤の含有量は腋臭を防止する効果を向上させ、また腋臭防止用組成物を安定して保存できるのに十分な量であれば特に限定されず、腋臭防止用組成物の総質量に基づいて、好ましくは0.01ないし15質量%であり、より好ましくは0.1ないし10質量%であり、さらに好ましくは0.1ないし5質量%である。
本発明において、アゾール成分:収斂剤の含有比率は、質量比にて、好ましくは1:1ないし1000であり、より好ましくは1:1ないし300であり、さらに好ましくは1:1ないし20であり、とりわけ好ましくは、1:1ないし10である。
収斂剤がパラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛である場合、アゾール成分:パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛の含有比率は、質量比にて、好ましくは1:1ないし1000であり、より好ましくは1:1ないし300であり、さらに好ましくは1:1ないし50である。
収斂剤がクロルヒドロキシアルミニウムである場合、アゾール成分:クロルヒドロキシアルミニウムの含有比率は、質量比にて、好ましくは1:1ないし1000であり、より好ましくは1:1ないし300であり、さらに好ましくは1:1ないし200である。
収斂剤がパラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛である場合、アゾール成分:パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛の含有比率は、質量比にて、好ましくは1:1ないし1000であり、より好ましくは1:1ないし300であり、さらに好ましくは1:1ないし50である。
収斂剤がクロルヒドロキシアルミニウムである場合、アゾール成分:クロルヒドロキシアルミニウムの含有比率は、質量比にて、好ましくは1:1ないし1000であり、より好ましくは1:1ないし300であり、さらに好ましくは1:1ないし200である。
<抗酸化剤>
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物は、抗酸化剤を含有してもよい。
抗酸化剤を含有することにより、腋臭防止用組成物からアゾール成分が析出するのを抑制して、腋臭防止用組成物を安定して保存することができる。また、抗酸化剤は、その含有量によっては、抗酸化作用を発揮し得る。
抗酸化剤としては、人体への安全性が確認されているものであれば特に制限なく含有させることができるが、たとえば、ピロ亜硫酸ナトリウム、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン(BHT)、ブチルヒドロキシアニソール(BHA)、没食子酸プロピル、イソプロピルガレート、トコフェロール及びその誘導体(例えば、酢酸トコフェロール、トコフェリルリン酸ナトリウム等)、茶エキス(例えば、緑茶から水、エタノール、エタノール溶液、プロピレングリコール溶液又はグリセリン溶液で抽出して得られるエキス等)、ビタミンA及びその誘導体(例えば、レチノイン酸、パルミチン酸レチノール等)、ビタミンC及びその誘導体(例えば、アスコルビン酸2-グルコシド、3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸等)、フェルラ酸、リノール酸、ハイドロキノン、アスタキサンチン、ナイアシンアミド、γ-オリザノール、天然ビタミンE、プラセンタエキスなどを用いることができる。抗酸化剤は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
本発明において、抗酸化剤としては、トコフェロール及びその誘導体、茶エキス、ビタミンA及びその誘導体、ビタミンC及びその誘導体、没食子酸プロピル並びにリノール酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種が好ましい。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物は、抗酸化剤を含有してもよい。

本発明において、抗酸化剤としては、トコフェロール及びその誘導体、茶エキス、ビタミンA及びその誘導体、ビタミンC及びその誘導体、没食子酸プロピル並びにリノール酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種が好ましい。
本発明において、抗酸化剤の含有量は腋臭を防止する効果を向上させ、また腋臭防止用組成物を安定して保存できるのに十分な量であれば特に限定されず、腋臭防止用組成物の総質量に基づいて、好ましくは0.01ないし15質量%であり、より好ましくは0.05ないし10質量%であり、さらに好ましくは0.05ないし5質量%である。
本発明において、アゾール成分:抗酸化剤の含有比率は、質量比にて、好ましくは1:1ないし1000であり、より好ましくは1:1ないし300であり、さらに好ましくは1:1ないし20であり、とりわけ好ましくは、1:1ないし10である。
<その他の添加剤>
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物は、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲で、上述した成分以外に、油性基剤、保湿剤、界面活性剤、アルコール、清涼剤、香料、抗炎症剤、紫外線吸収剤、抗菌・防腐剤、増粘剤、キレート剤、pH調整剤、可溶化剤、溶解補助剤、安定化剤、色素、粉体(例えば、ヒドロキシアパタイト等)、吸着剤(例えば、ヒドロキシプロピル-β-シクロデキストリン等)、及び皮膜形成剤(例えば、(アクリレーツ/ジメチコン)コポリマー、アクリレーツコポリマー等)等を少なくとも1種以上含有してもよい。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物は、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲で、上述した成分以外に、油性基剤、保湿剤、界面活性剤、アルコール、清涼剤、香料、抗炎症剤、紫外線吸収剤、抗菌・防腐剤、増粘剤、キレート剤、pH調整剤、可溶化剤、溶解補助剤、安定化剤、色素、粉体(例えば、ヒドロキシアパタイト等)、吸着剤(例えば、ヒドロキシプロピル-β-シクロデキストリン等)、及び皮膜形成剤(例えば、(アクリレーツ/ジメチコン)コポリマー、アクリレーツコポリマー等)等を少なくとも1種以上含有してもよい。

本発明の腋臭防止用組成物が油性基剤を含有する場合、油性基剤の含有量はその効果が認められる範囲であればよく、特に限定されない。剤型によって好適な含有量は異なるが、例えばクリーム剤については、腋臭防止用組成物の総質量に基づいて、好ましくは5ないし40質量%であり、より好ましくは10ないし30質量%である。
保湿剤としては、コンドロイチン硫酸、コンドロイチン硫酸ナトリウム、ヒアルロン酸、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、コラーゲン、グリセリン、濃グリセリン、ジプロピレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、1,3-ブチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリオキシエチレンメチルグルコシド、キシリトール、ソルビトール、マルチトール、尿素、ピロリドンカルボン酸ナトリウム液、セラミド、トリメチルグリシン、植物抽出エキス及びジラウロイルグルタミン酸リシンナトリウム等が挙げられる。保湿剤は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物が保湿剤を含有する場合、保湿剤の含有量はその効果が認められる範囲であればよく、特に限定されない。一例として、腋臭防止用組成物の総質量に基づいて、0.1ないし70質量%が好ましく、1ないし50質量%がより好ましい。

本発明の腋臭防止用組成物が界面活性剤を含有する場合、界面活性剤の含有量はその効果が認められる範囲であればよく、特に限定されない。一例として、腋臭防止用組成物の総質量に基づいて、好ましくは0.1ないし30質量%であり、より好ましくは0.5ないし15質量%である。
アルコールとしては、エタノール、プロパノール、イソプロパノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール及びヘキサノール等の低級アルコール、並びにブタンジオール、プロパンジオール(プロピレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール)、ペンタンジオール、ヘキサンジオール及びオクタンジオール等の多価アルコール等が挙げられる。アルコールは1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物がアルコールを含有する場合、アルコールの含有量は、特に限定されないが、一例として、腋臭防止用組成物の総質量に基づいて、好ましくは1ないし80質量%であり、より好ましくは1ないし60質量%である。

清涼剤としては、メントール、メンチルグリセリルエーテル、乳酸メンチル、ハッカ油、ペパーミント油、カンファー及びサリチル酸メチル等が挙げられる。清涼剤は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
香料としては、シトラール、ボルネオ―ル及びオイゲノール等の天然香料、アネトール、安息香酸ベンジル及び酢酸ベンジル等の合成香料、並びに調合香料等が挙げられる。香料は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
抗炎症剤としては、サリチル酸、イソプロピルメチルフェノール、アラントイン、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウム、酸化亜鉛、酢酸トコフェロール及びメントール等が挙げられる。抗炎症剤は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
紫外線吸収剤としては、サリチル酸系紫外線吸収剤、ケイ皮酸系紫外線吸収剤、ベンゾイルメタン系紫外線吸収剤及び安息香酸エステル誘導体紫外線吸収剤等が挙げられる。紫外線吸収剤は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
抗菌・防腐剤としては、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル、パラオキシ安息香酸エチル、パラオキシ安息香酸プロピル、パラオキシ安息香酸ブチル、パラオキシ安息香酸イソプロピル、フェノキシエタノール、安息香酸及びグルコン酸クロルヘキシジン等が挙げられる。抗菌・防腐剤は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
増粘剤としては、アルギン酸、カルボキシビニルポリマー、グアーガム、キサンタンガム、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、疎水化ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコール、ベントナイト、アクリル酸メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体及び(アクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル/アクリロイルジメチルタウリンNa)コポリマー等が挙げられる。増粘剤は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
キレート剤としては、エデト酸塩[EDTA・2Na(エデト酸二ナトリウム)、EDTA・3Na(エデト酸三ナトリウム)、EDTA・4Na(エデト酸四ナトリウム)]、エチドロン酸(ヒドロキシエタンジホスホン酸)及びエチレンジアミンヒドロキシエチル三酢酸三ナトリウム等が挙げられる。キレート剤は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
pH調整剤としては、クエン酸、クエン酸ナトリウム、無水クエン酸、コハク酸、コハク酸ナトリウム、コハク酸二ナトリウム、リン酸、リン酸二水素ナトリウム、無水リン酸水素二ナトリウム、乳酸、乳酸ナトリウム、水酸化ナトリウム及び水酸化カリウム等が挙げられる。pH調整剤は1種単独で、又は2種以上を使用してもよい。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物は、上述した成分以外に、精製水や脱イオン水などの水を含有してもよい。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物が水を含有する場合、その含有量は、腋臭防止用組成物の全量(100質量%)から上述した成分の合計量を差し引いた残部である。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物中の水の含有量は特に限定されないが、一例として、腋臭防止用組成物の総質量に基づいて、35ないし99質量%が挙げられ、好ましくは40ないし99質量%であり、より好ましくは45ないし99質量%である。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物が水を含有する場合、その含有量は、腋臭防止用組成物の全量(100質量%)から上述した成分の合計量を差し引いた残部である。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物中の水の含有量は特に限定されないが、一例として、腋臭防止用組成物の総質量に基づいて、35ないし99質量%が挙げられ、好ましくは40ないし99質量%であり、より好ましくは45ないし99質量%である。
<調製方法>
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物の調製方法は特に限定されないが、例えば、アゾール成分と、必要により任意成分及び水とを混合し、必要に応じて、加温、攪拌等の処理をして、各成分を溶解する方法、又はアゾール成分が分散若しくは溶解した溶液と、任意成分が分散若しくは溶解した溶液とをそれぞれ調製し、これら溶液を混合し、必要に応じて、加温、攪拌等の処理をして、各成分を溶解する方法等が挙げられる。
得られた腋臭防止用組成物は、必要に応じて上記のpH調整剤を添加して、所望のpHに調整することができる。
本発明の腋臭防止用組成物のpHは特に限定されないが、好ましくは3以上であり、より好ましくはpH4ないし8であり、さらに好ましくはpH4.5ないし7である。

また、剤型がクリーム剤や乳剤などの乳化状態である場合は、油中水型(W/O型)又は水中油型(O/W型)の何れでも良く、使用感が特に良好な観点から、油中水型(W/O型)が好ましい。
本発明において、腋臭防止用組成物を塗布・噴霧等して、腋に十分に接触させる観点から、腋臭防止用組成物の剤型は、クリーム剤、液剤、スプレー剤、スティック剤及びロールオン剤の剤型が好ましく、油中水型(W/O型)クリーム剤及び液剤の剤型がより好ましい。

<収斂剤>
本発明の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物は、収斂剤を含有してもよい。
収斂剤を含有することにより、臭気物質の産生を抑制する効果を向上させることができる。また、臭気物質産生抑制用組成物からアゾール成分が析出するのを抑制して、臭気物質産生抑制用組成物を安定して保存することができる。さらに、収斂剤は、その含有量によっては、収斂作用を発揮し得る。
本発明の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物に含まれる収斂剤としては、腋臭防止用組成物で説明した収斂剤を用いることができる。
本発明の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物は、収斂剤を含有してもよい。

抗酸化剤を含有することにより、臭気物質産生抑制用組成物からアゾール成分が析出するのを抑制して、臭気物質産生抑制用組成物を安定して保存することができる。また、抗酸化剤は、その含有量によっては、抗酸化作用を発揮し得る。
本発明の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物に含まれる抗酸化剤としては、腋臭防止用組成物で説明した抗酸化剤を用いることができる。
本発明の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物は、抗酸化剤を含有してもよい。
抗酸化剤を含有することにより、臭気物質産生抑制用組成物からアゾール成分が析出するのを抑制して、臭気物質産生抑制用組成物を安定して保存することができる。また、抗酸化剤は、その含有量によっては、抗酸化作用を発揮し得る。

本発明の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物は、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲で、上述した成分以外に、腋臭防止用組成物で説明したその他の添加剤や水を含有してもよい。

また、本発明は、アゾール及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のアゾール成分を含有する外用組成物に、トコフェロール及びその誘導体、茶エキス、ビタミンA及びその誘導体、ビタミンC及びその誘導体、没食子酸プロピル並びにリノール酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を配合することを含む、アゾール成分の析出を抑制する方法に関する。

本発明の抑制方法に用いるアゾール成分や収斂剤および抗酸化剤として使用し得る各種成分としては、腋臭防止用組成物で説明したアゾール成分や収斂剤および抗酸化剤を用いることができる。
また、外用組成物は特に限定されないが、腋臭防止用組成物及び臭気物質産生抑制用組成物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つであることが好ましい。
本発明の抑制方法に用いるアゾール成分や収斂剤および抗酸化剤として使用し得る各種成分としては、腋臭防止用組成物で説明したアゾール成分や収斂剤および抗酸化剤を用いることができる。
外用組成物に収斂剤又は抗酸化剤として使用し得る各種成分を配合する方法は特に限定されず、外用組成物に前記各種成分を直接配合する方法や、前記各種成分が溶解又は分散している溶液を外用組成物に配合する方法などが挙げられる。
以下、実施例を挙げて、本発明をより具体的に説明するが、本発明は下記の実施例に限定されるものではない。
試験例1:ミコナゾール硝酸塩の腋臭防止効果の評価
表1に示した組成に従い、実施例1~3(クリーム剤)、実施例4及び5(液剤)並びに比較例1(クリーム剤)および比較例2(液剤)の腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を常法によって調製し、腋臭の防止効果を評価する官能評価試験に供した。
表2に示した臭気評価基準に従い、上記の腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)の塗布前の腋窩のニオイの平均値が4~7の健常成人30名を抽出し、比較例1もしくは2を対照とした二重盲検比較試験を行った。すなわち、被験者の一方の腋窩に実施例1、2、3、4、もしくは5の組成物を、もう一方の腋窩に比較例1もしくは2の組成物を左右ランダムに割付け塗布し、1日朝夕2回計4日間、1回につき約0.5g塗布した。試験開始前には他の腋臭防止剤や殺菌成分を含有するボディソープの使用を10日間禁止した。また、試験中シャワーの使用は認めたが、腋窩の洗浄は臨床施設の監督下で行われ、最終塗布から48時間後の評価までは腋窩の洗浄も禁止した。最終塗布から24時間後、48時間後に下記表2に示した臭気評価基準に従って4人の臭気判定士が腋窩のニオイを判定し、その平均値を採用した。その結果を表3および図1ないし図5に示す。
表1に示した組成に従い、実施例1~3(クリーム剤)、実施例4及び5(液剤)並びに比較例1(クリーム剤)および比較例2(液剤)の腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を常法によって調製し、腋臭の防止効果を評価する官能評価試験に供した。

結果:本発明の腋臭防止用組成物は優れた腋臭防止効果を発揮することが確認できた。なお、試験例1と同様のヒト官能評価試験において、ミコナゾール硝酸塩0.2質量%を配合したクリーム剤を用いて試験を実施したところ、同様の腋臭防止効果が認められた。
試験例2:ミコナゾール硝酸塩における臭気物質の産生抑制効果
試験例1に参加した被験者(実施例2の組成物、比較例1の組成物を各腋窩に塗布した被験者を対象とした)の脇から塗布前、最終塗布から24時間後、最終塗布から48時間後に臭気成分をそれぞれ採取し、次に示す臭気成分の定量を行った。臭気成分は一般的に腋臭の原因とされている3-ヒドロキシ-3-メチルヘキサン酸、3-メチル-2-ヘキセン酸、イソ吉草酸、3-メチル-3-スルファニルヘキサン-1-オール、3-メルカプト-1-ヘキサノールの5成分とした。ヒト皮膚から発生するガスの採取はPFS(Passive Flux Sampler)法を用いた。皮膚表面にPFSを装着することにより、皮膚表面から発生する揮発性成分はPFS内を拡散し、PFS内部に組み込まれた吸着材によって捕集される。本試験の吸着材はジーエルサイエンス株式会社製MonoTrap(登録商標) DSC18(0.778cm2)を使用した。PFSの装着時間は2時間とし、採取後はPFSを冷凍または冷蔵保管した。PFS内部の吸着材から臭気成分を抽出し、捕集した成分はガスクロマトグラフ質量分析計(GCMS)を用いて分析を行った。PFSを回収できた26名の平均値(±SE)を図6ないし図10に示す。

結果:アゾール系抗真菌剤であるミコナゾール硝酸塩を配合することにより、各種臭気成分の産生を抑制できた。この結果は試験例1の結果とも相関し、ミコナゾール硝酸塩等のアゾール系抗真菌剤は、広く臭気成分の産生を抑制し、優れた腋臭防止効果を発揮することが示唆された。
試験例3:ミコナゾール硝酸塩の溶解性に及ぼす収斂剤成分の効果
表4-1及び表4-2に記載される配合量で全体で質量100%となるように腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を調製した。
具体的には、ミコナゾール硝酸塩をプロピレングリコール(PG)とエタノールに溶解し、必要により80℃程度に加温し、スターラーを用いて撹拌して、ミコナゾール硝酸塩が完全に溶解するのを確認した。これとは別に、収斂剤として使用し得る各種成分を水に溶解したものを必要により80℃程度に加温し、前記各種成分が完全に溶解するのを確認した後、これをミコナゾール硝酸塩が溶解したものに加えた。さらに撹拌しながら精製水を加えて、各処方の腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を調製した。評価試験に用いる腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)をガラス製の密封容器に移し、すべての成分が完全に溶解していることを目視で確認した後、密封容器を室温及び0℃の環境に所定の期間放置することによって、ミコナゾール硝酸塩の析出が認められるか否かの観察を目視で行った。
ミコナゾール硝酸塩の析出の有無を以下の基準に従って、判定した。
〇:針状結晶が析出しなかった。
×:針状結晶が析出した。

ミコナゾール硝酸塩の析出の有無を以下の基準に従って、判定した。
〇:針状結晶が析出しなかった。
×:針状結晶が析出した。
なお、表中の各成分の量は、腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)の総質量に基づく質量%を表す。
結果:収斂剤として使用し得るクロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、クエン酸、乳酸、タンニン酸、パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛、ミョウバン、コハク酸、酒石酸、リンゴ酸を配合することにより、ミコナゾール硝酸塩の析出を抑制できた。すなわち、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、クエン酸、乳酸、タンニン酸、パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛、ミョウバン、コハク酸、酒石酸、リンゴ酸を配合することにより、ミコナゾール硝酸塩配合製剤が安定して保存できることを見出した。
試験例4:ミコナゾール硝酸塩の溶解性に及ぼす抗酸化剤成分の効果
表5に記載される配合量で全体で質量100%となるように腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を調製した。
具体的には、ミコナゾール硝酸塩をプロピレングリコール(PG)とエタノールに溶解し、必要により80℃程度に加温し、スターラーを用いて撹拌して、ミコナゾール硝酸塩が完全に溶解するのを確認した。これとは別に、抗酸化剤として使用し得る各種成分を水に溶解したものを必要により80℃程度に加温し、前記各種成分が完全に溶解するのを確認した後、これをミコナゾール硝酸塩が溶解したものに加えた。なお、水に溶解しない抗酸化剤はPGとエタノールに溶解させた。さらに撹拌しながら精製水を加えて、各処方の腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を調製した。評価試験に用いる腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)をガラス製の密封容器に移し、すべての成分が完全に溶解していることを目視で確認した後、密封容器を室温及び0℃の環境に所定の期間放置することによって、ミコナゾール硝酸塩の析出が認められるか否かの観察を目視で行った。
ミコナゾール硝酸塩の析出の有無を以下の基準に従って、判定した。

具体的には、ミコナゾール硝酸塩をプロピレングリコール(PG)とエタノールに溶解し、必要により80℃程度に加温し、スターラーを用いて撹拌して、ミコナゾール硝酸塩が完全に溶解するのを確認した。これとは別に、抗酸化剤として使用し得る各種成分を水に溶解したものを必要により80℃程度に加温し、前記各種成分が完全に溶解するのを確認した後、これをミコナゾール硝酸塩が溶解したものに加えた。なお、水に溶解しない抗酸化剤はPGとエタノールに溶解させた。さらに撹拌しながら精製水を加えて、各処方の腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を調製した。評価試験に用いる腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)をガラス製の密封容器に移し、すべての成分が完全に溶解していることを目視で確認した後、密封容器を室温及び0℃の環境に所定の期間放置することによって、ミコナゾール硝酸塩の析出が認められるか否かの観察を目視で行った。
ミコナゾール硝酸塩の析出の有無を以下の基準に従って、判定した。
〇:針状結晶が析出しなかった。
×:針状結晶が析出した。
なお、表中の各成分の量は、腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)の総質量に基づく質量%を表す。
結果:抗酸化剤として使用し得るdl-α-トコフェロール、d-δ-トコフェロール、トコフェリルリン酸Na、茶エキス、パルミチン酸レチノール、3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸、没食子酸プロピル、リノール酸を配合することにより、ミコナゾール硝酸塩の析出を抑制できた。すなわち、dl-α-トコフェロール、d-δ-トコフェロール、トコフェリルリン酸Na、茶エキス、パルミチン酸レチノール、3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸、没食子酸プロピル、リノール酸を配合することにより、ミコナゾール硝酸塩配合製剤が安定して保存できることを見出した。
試験例5:ケトコナゾールの溶解性に及ぼす収斂剤成分の効果
表6に記載される配合量で全体で質量100%となるように腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を調製した。

表6に記載される配合量で全体で質量100%となるように腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を調製した。

結果:収斂剤として使用し得るクロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、クエン酸、パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛を配合することにより、ケトコナゾールの析出を抑制できた。すなわち、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、クエン酸、パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛を配合することにより、ケトコナゾール配合製剤が安定して保存できることを見出した。
製剤例1:液剤
下記表7に示す処方に基づいて、腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を調製した。各表中の数値は質量%を意味する。
ミコナゾール硝酸塩、イソプロピルメチルフェノール、酸化亜鉛(亜鉛華)、ヒドロキシアパタイト、メントール、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、(アクリレーツ/ジメチコン)コポリマー、アクリレーツコポリマーはエタノールに溶解した。また、1,3-ブチレングリコール、疎水化ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピル-β-シクロデキストリン、EDTA・2Na、パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウムは精製水に溶解した。そして、両者を混合して、各処方の液剤を調製した。
下記表7に示す処方に基づいて、腋臭防止用組成物(臭気物質産生抑制用組成物)を調製した。各表中の数値は質量%を意味する。
ミコナゾール硝酸塩、イソプロピルメチルフェノール、酸化亜鉛(亜鉛華)、ヒドロキシアパタイト、メントール、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、(アクリレーツ/ジメチコン)コポリマー、アクリレーツコポリマーはエタノールに溶解した。また、1,3-ブチレングリコール、疎水化ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピル-β-シクロデキストリン、EDTA・2Na、パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウムは精製水に溶解した。そして、両者を混合して、各処方の液剤を調製した。
各製剤は、ミコナゾール硝酸塩が析出することなく、室温で1年間安定に保存でき、40℃湿度75%で半年間安定に保存できる。
Claims (26)
- アゾール及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のアゾール成分を含有する、腋臭防止用組成物であって、
アゾール成分の含有量が、腋臭防止用組成物に基づいて、0.01ないし0.2質量%である、組成物。 - 前記アゾールがミコナゾール又はケトコナゾールである、請求項1に記載の腋臭防止用組成物。
- 収斂剤をさらに含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の腋臭防止用組成物。
- 前記収斂剤がパラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、クエン酸、乳酸、タンニン酸、ミョウバン、コハク酸、酒石酸及びリンゴ酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の収斂剤である、請求項3に記載の腋臭防止用組成物。
- 前記アゾール成分の析出が抑制されている、請求項3に記載の腋臭防止用組成物。
- 抗酸化剤をさらに含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の腋臭防止用組成物。
- 前記抗酸化剤がトコフェロール及びその誘導体、茶エキス、ビタミンA及びその誘導体、ビタミンC及びその誘導体、没食子酸プロピル並びにリノール酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の抗酸化剤である、請求項6に記載の腋臭防止用組成物。
- 前記アゾール成分の析出が抑制されている、請求項6に記載の腋臭防止用組成物。
- 前記腋臭防止用組成物の剤型がクリーム剤、液剤、スプレー剤、スティック剤及びロールオン剤からなる群から選ばれる剤型である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の腋臭防止用組成物。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の腋臭防止用組成物を腋に適用する、腋臭を防止する方法。
- アゾール及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のアゾール成分を含有する、臭気物質産生抑制用組成物であって、
アゾール成分の含有量が、臭気物質産生抑制用組成物に基づいて、0.01ないし0.2質量%である、組成物。 - 前記アゾールがミコナゾール又はケトコナゾールである、請求項11に記載の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物。
- 前記臭気物質が3-ヒドロキシ-3-メチルヘキサン酸、3-メチル-2-ヘキセン酸、イソ吉草酸、3-メチル-3-スルファニルヘキサン-1-オール及び3-メルカプト-1-ヘキサノールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の臭気物質である、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物。
- 収斂剤をさらに含む、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物。
- 前記収斂剤がパラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、クエン酸、乳酸、タンニン酸、ミョウバン、コハク酸、酒石酸及びリンゴ酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の収斂剤である、請求項14に記載の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物。
- 前記アゾール成分の析出が抑制されている、請求項14に記載の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物。
- 抗酸化剤をさらに含む、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物。
- 前記抗酸化剤がトコフェロール及びその誘導体、茶エキス、ビタミンA及びその誘導体、ビタミンC及びその誘導体、没食子酸プロピル並びにリノール酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の抗酸化剤である、請求項17に記載の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物。
- 前記アゾール成分の析出が抑制されている、請求項17に記載の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物。
- 前記臭気物質産生抑制用組成物の剤型がクリーム剤、液剤、スプレー剤、スティック剤及びロールオン剤からなる群から選ばれる剤型である、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物。
- 請求項11又は請求項12に記載の臭気物質産生抑制用組成物を腋に適用する、臭気物質の産生を抑制する方法。
- アゾール及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のアゾール成分を含有する外用組成物に、パラフェノールスルホン酸亜鉛、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウム、クエン酸、乳酸、タンニン酸、ミョウバン、コハク酸、酒石酸及びリンゴ酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を配合することを含む、アゾール成分の析出を抑制する方法。
- アゾール及びその塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のアゾール成分を含有する外用組成物に、トコフェロール及びその誘導体、茶エキス、ビタミンA及びその誘導体、ビタミンC及びその誘導体、没食子酸プロピル並びにリノール酸からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を配合することを含む、アゾール成分の析出を抑制する方法。
- 前記アゾールがミコナゾール又はケトコナゾールである、請求項22又は請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記外用組成物の剤型が液剤である、請求項22又は請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記外用組成物が、腋臭防止用組成物及び臭気物質産生抑制用組成物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項22又は請求項23に記載の方法。
