Abstract

一种电子设备,本申请实施例可以包括手机、平板电脑、手持计算机、对讲机、POS机、行车记录仪、可穿戴设备、虚拟现实设备、或车载前装等设有扬声器的终端产品。用于安装扬声器的安装腔内壁以及扬声器分别设有相互适配的配合面,两个配合面中,一个配合面设有柔性密封件和限位结构,另一个配合面设有硬质密封件,扬声器在安装时,硬质密封件能够相对于柔性密封件沿第一方向移动,直至硬质密封件与柔性密封件配合,限位结构能够限制柔性密封件移动,从而避免扬声器在安装过程中,硬质密封筋会剐蹭柔性密封筋,使得柔性密封件在第一配合面的位置移动,导致无法实现有效密封防护的问题。

一种电子设备
本申请要求于2021年09月18日提交中国国家知识产权局、申请号为202111112843.7,发明名称为“一种电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子设备。
背景技术
手机等设有扬声器的电子设备中,通常设有与扬声器相适配的安装腔,扬声器在安装于安装腔内后,扬声器的出音通道能够与安装腔侧壁开设的出音通道连通,在出音通道的连通处设置有密封部,以对整机进行密封防护,避免外部液体或灰尘沿该出音通道处进入内部。
现有技术中,密封部是硅胶密封筋,该硅胶密封筋通过粘接固定在安装腔的内壁,扬声器安装于安装腔内后,扬声器的配合面能够与该硅胶密封筋抵接配合,以在出音通道的连通处实现密封。但是扬声器在组装过程中,需要由外向内沿深度方向安装于安装腔内,在此过程中,扬声器可能会对硅胶密封筋造成剐蹭,导致材质较软的硅胶密封筋发生变形或位置发生变化,从而无法实现密封防护作用,进而导致整机进液风险大大增加。
为避免上述问题,现有技术中,将扬声器远离出音通道的一端的底部设置有让位切口,安装时,该扬声器整体呈倾斜状态,并将扬声器设有配合面的一端向安装腔内倾斜并直接放置在能够与硅胶密封筋配合的高度位置,让位切口能够避免此时与安装腔的侧壁干涉,然后再将扬声器设有让位切口的一端向安装腔内推动,使得扬声器整体位于安装腔内即可,虽然此种设置能够减少扬声器在安装过程中对硅胶密封筋的剐蹭作用,但是此种设置需要扬声器设置让位切口,影响扬声器的体积,进而影响该电子设备的出音效果。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,便于扬声器的组装,避免扬声器的组装对出音通道连通处的密封防护造成影响,同时还能够保证该电子设备的出音效果。
一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,包括本体部和扬声器,本体部设有用于安装扬声器的安装腔,安装腔的内壁以及扬声器对应设有配合面,各配合面分别开设有能够相互连通的通道;两个配合面分别为第一配合面和第二配合面,第一配合面设有限位结构以及沿通道的周向设置的柔性密封件,第二配合面设有沿通道的周向设置的硬质密封件,两个配合面能够相对移动至硬质密封件与柔性密封件密封配合,限位结构用于限制柔性密封件相对于第一配合面向第一方向移动,第一方向为硬质密封件相对于柔性密封件的移动方向。
限位结构能够限制柔性密封件相对于第一配合面沿第一方向滑动移动,扬声器在安装于安装腔内时,可直接沿安装腔的深度方向由外向内安装即可,该扬声器无需倾斜,安装操作较为方便,同时能够避免在安装过程中,由于剐蹭作用导致柔性密封件与第一安装面的相对位置发生变化,保证安装完成后的密封防护效果,同时无需对扬声器的结构进行变 动,保证该电子设备的出音效果。
基于一方面,本申请实施例还提供了一方面的第一种实施方式:
第一配合面开设有安装槽,柔性密封件设于安装槽内,安装槽的槽壁形成限位结构。如此设置,能够在对柔性密封件的移动进行限制的同时,还可简化整体结构。
基于一方面的第一种实施方式,本申请实施例还提供了一方面的第二种实施方式:
安装槽的深度不小于柔性密封件的厚度,硬质密封件凸出于第二配合面。如此设置,柔性密封件能够整体位于安装槽内,扬声器在安装过程中,硬质密封件在与柔性密封件配合前,二者之间不会发生相互剐蹭的情况,在保证柔性密封件位置稳定的同时,还能够减小第一配合面和第二配合面之间的安装阻力,进而便于扬声器的安装操作。
基于一方面的第一种实施方式,本申请实施例还提供了一方面的第三种实施方式:
柔性密封件通过第一胶层与安装槽的内壁粘接固定。简化操作工艺。
基于一方面、一方面的第一种至第三种实施方式中的任一者,本申请实施例还提供了一方面的第四种实施方式:
柔性密封件为硅胶密封垫。如此设置,成本低、经济性好。
基于一方面、一方面的第一种至第三种实施方式中的任一者,本申请实施例还提供了一方面的第五种实施方式:
第二配合面一体成型有环形凸筋,环形凸筋形成硬质密封件。如此设置,可简化整体结构并简化加工工艺。

环形凸筋朝向第一配合面的一侧端为光滑的弧形结构。如此设置,能够避免环形凸筋在与柔性密封件抵接时,对柔性密封件造成损伤。

环形凸筋的截面由第二配合面的一侧向第一配合面的一侧渐缩。如此设置,环形凸筋朝向第一配合面的一端的宽度设置较小时,能够减小端部与柔性密封件的抵接面积,增大柔性密封件的变形量,进而保证密封效果。

还包括设于第一配合面和第二配合面之间的防尘网,防尘网能够封堵安装腔内壁的通道。防尘网对通道起到防尘作用,避免由中框的第一通道外的灰尘进入通道内,从而对扬声器提供防护。
基于一方面的第八种实施方式,本申请实施例还提供了一方面的第九种实施方式:
防尘网通过第二胶层与安装腔内壁的配合面粘接固定。如此设置,可简化整体结构并简化安装工艺。
基于一方面、一方面的第一种至第九种实施方式中的任一者,本申请实施例还提供了一方面的第十种实施方式:
安装腔的配合面及扬声器的配合面均为相互适配的倾斜面,且安装腔的配合面朝向开口的一端向安装腔外倾斜。如此设置,便于扬声器能够顺畅安装,并且减小两个配合面之间以及硬质密封件和柔性密封件之间的接触滑动,从而减小硬质密封件剐蹭柔性密封件的 作用力,实现能够便于安装操作的同时,保证安装后的密封防护效果。

为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备,可以是手机或平板电脑,也可以是手持计算机、对讲机、POS机、行车记录仪、可穿戴设备、虚拟现实设备、或车载前装等具有扬声器的终端产品。
本申请实施例所提供的电子设备包括本体部和扬声器,其中,本体部设有用于安装扬声器的安装腔,该安装腔类似一个槽结构,安装时,沿安装腔的深度方向由外向内将扬声器放入槽结构内即可。
具体的,安装腔的内壁以及扬声器分别对应设有配合面,各配合面分别开设有相互连通的通道,也就是说,将扬声器安装于该安装腔内后,安装腔的配合面与扬声器的配合面配合,并且安装腔的通道和扬声器的通道连通以形成出音通道,便于将声音传出。
如图1所示,以电子设备是手机为例,手机的本体部1包括中框2和电池仓3,安装腔是由中框2的内壁和电池仓3的外壁围合形成,中框2朝向安装腔内的一侧壁面形成配合面,扬声器4对应设有配合面,该安装腔的尺寸与扬声器4的尺寸相适配,当将扬声器 4安装于该安装腔内后,扬声器4的配合面能够与中框2的配合面配合,扬声器4远离配合面的一侧端面能够与安装腔朝向电池仓3的一侧壁面抵接配合,从而保证扬声器4能够稳定地位于该安装腔内。
为方便说明,将两个配合面分别称为第一配合面5和第二配合面6,其中,如图2和图6所示,第一配合面5开设有第一通道51,第二配合面6开设有第二通道61,当两个配合面配合时,第一通道51和第二通道61连通并形成出音通道9,具体可以是中框2的配合面形成第一配合面5、扬声器4的配合面形成第二配合面6,也可以是中框2的配合面形成第二配合面6、扬声器4的配合面形成第一配合面5均可,组装后,这两个配合面能够配合并相对固定,出音通道9连通,密封部能够在出音通道9的连通处沿周向形成密封,以防止外部液体或者灰尘进入。
详细的讲,密封部包括柔性密封件7和硬质密封件8,其中,柔性密封件7设于第一配合面5并沿第一通道51的周向布置,硬质密封件8固设于第二配合面6并沿第二通道61的周向布置,安装时,第一配合面5和第二配合面6能够相对滑动,直至第一通道51和第二通道61对应连通,并且对应的柔性密封件7和硬质密封件8抵接配合,此时,柔性密封件7和硬质密封件8能够在相互连通的第一通道51和第二通道61的周向形成密封,从而完成组装。
根据字面意思,不难理解,柔性密封件7的材质相对较软,该柔性密封件7可以选用硅胶密封垫,其具有一定的弹性、成本低、经济性好,硬质密封件8的材质相对较硬,具体可以选用塑料或金属等均可,当柔性密封件7和硬质密封件8配合时,硬质密封件8能够挤压柔性密封件7,使得柔性密封件7产生变形,以在出音通道9的连接处的周向形成密封。具体的,硅胶密封垫为沿第一通道51的周向设置的环形结构,硬质密封件8为设于第二配合面6的环形凸筋,该环形凸筋与硅胶密封垫相适配,环形凸筋与硅胶密封垫抵接配合后,环形凸筋能够挤压硅胶密封垫使其发生弹性变形,从而保证密封性。
安装时,扬声器4沿安装腔的深度方向由外向内安装于安装腔内,而在此过程中,扬声器4的配合面能够相对于中框2的配合面移动,并且在扬声器4安装到位后,两个配合面之间的柔性密封件7能够和硬质密封件8密封配合,因此,在安装过程中,随着两个配合面的相对滑动,柔性密封件7和硬质密封件8在配合之前也存在或多或少的相对贴合滑动。为方便说明,将安装过程中,硬质密封件8相对于柔性密封件7移动的方向称为第一方向。
具体的,第一配合面5和第二配合面6的移动方向是相对的,如图2所示,当中框2的配合面形成第一配合面5并设有柔性密封件7、扬声器4的配合面形成第二配合面6并设有硬质密封件8时,安装时,第一配合面5和柔性密封件7不动,第二配合面6带动硬质密封件8相对于第一配合面5向安装腔内移动,此时,第一方向是指沿安装腔的深度方向由外向内的方向,随着扬声器4的安装,硬质密封件8具有剐蹭柔性密封件7,并使得柔性密封件7相对于第一配合面5向安装腔内的一侧移动的趋势;如图6所示,当中框2的配合面形成第二配合面6并设有硬质密封件8、扬声器4的配合面形成第一配合面5并设有柔性密封件7时,安装时,第二配合面6和硬质密封件8不动,第一配合面5带动柔 性密封件7相对于第二配合面6移动,此时,第一方向是指沿安装腔的深度方向由内向外的方向,随着扬声器4的安装,硬质密封件8具有剐蹭柔性密封件7,并使得柔性密封件7相对于第一配合面5向安装腔外的一侧移动的趋势。
而为避免在柔性密封件7和硬质密封件8在配合之前的相对贴合滑动过程中,硬质密封件8对柔性密封件7产生剐蹭作用,使得柔性密封件7的位置发生窜动而导致无法配合的情况,本实施例中,如图3和图7所示,第一配合面5开设有安装槽52,该安装槽52沿第一通道51的周向布置,该安装槽52用于安装柔性密封件7,具体的,当第一方向是沿安装腔的深度方向由外向内的方向时,如图3所示,安装槽52朝向安装腔深度方向的内侧的一侧壁形成限位结构54,如图4所示,当柔性密封件7安装于安装槽52内时,限位结构54能够限制柔性密封件7相对于第一配合面5移动,确保扬声器4在安装过程中,柔性密封件7的位置稳定,扬声器4安装到位后柔性密封件7和硬质密封件8能够配合。;当第一方向是沿安装腔的深度方向由内向外的方向时,如图7所示,安装槽52朝向安装腔深度方向的外侧的一侧壁形成限位结构54,如图8所示,当柔性密封件7安装于安装槽52内时,限位结构54能够限制柔性密封件7相对于第一配合面5移动,确保扬声器4在安装过程中,柔性密封件7的位置稳定,扬声器4安装到位后柔性密封件7和硬质密封件8能够配合。
并且,如图2和图6所示,中框2的配合面和扬声器4的配合面均为相互适配的倾斜面,具体的中框2的配合面的顶端(朝向安装腔开口的一端)向安装腔外的一侧倾斜,也就是说,该安装腔的开口端的截面积要大于底端的截面积,如此一来,扬声器4在安装时,由于开口端空间较大,扬声器4的配合面刚开始并未与中框2的配合面接触,并且扬声器4在安装到位之前,扬声器4的配合面与中框2的配合面之间仍留有间隙,硬质密封件8和柔性密封件7之间也未完全配合,扬声器4能够顺利安装,并且减小两个配合面之间以及硬质密封件8和柔性密封件7之间的接触滑动,从而减小硬质密封件8剐蹭柔性密封件7的作用力,能够在便于安装操作的同时,保证安装后的密封防护效果。
因此,本实施例中所提供的电子设备中,扬声器4在安装于安装腔内时,可直接沿安装腔的深度方向由外向内安装即可,该扬声器4无需倾斜,安装操作较为方便,同时限位结构54的设置,还能够避免在安装过程中,由于剐蹭作用导致柔性密封件7与第一安装面5的相对位置发生变化,保证安装完成后的密封防护效果,同时无需对扬声器4的结构进行变动,保证该电子设备的出音效果。
安装槽52的深度不小于柔性密封件7的厚度,也就是说,柔性密封件7整体位于该安装槽52内,并未凸出于第一配合面5,同时,硬质密封件8凸出于第二配合面6,安装时,由于柔性密封件7并未凸出于第一配合面5,因此硬质密封件8在沿第一配合面5滑动时,并不会剐蹭到柔性密封件7,直至两个配合面相对移动到位,硬质密封件8与柔性密封件7配合,此时,硬质密封件8朝向第一配合面5的一侧端部能够刚好进入安装槽52并与柔性密封件7抵接配合,保证密封效果。
当两个配合面配合时,硬质密封件8朝向第一配合面5的一侧端部可以部分进入安装槽52内并与柔性密封件7抵接配合,此时两个配合面之间可留有间隙,或者,还可以是当两个配合面配合时,硬质密封件8完全进入安装槽52内并与柔性密封件7抵接配合,此时 两个配合面相互贴合。
本实施例中,安装槽52的深度也可以小于柔性密封件7的厚度,此时,柔性密封件7的部分伸出安装槽52外,即柔性密封件7部分凸出于第一配合面5,安装时,硬质密封件8在相对沿第一配合面5滑动时,能够剐蹭凸出于第一配合面5的柔性密封件7,但是由于安装槽52的槽壁的限位作用,使得柔性密封件7在第一配合面5的位置不会发生窜动,也可以保证安装到位后的密封防护效果。
或者,本实施例中,还可以通过在第一配合面5设置挡块(图中未示出)以形成上述限位结构54,该挡块具体设于柔性密封件7朝向第一方向的一侧,当第一方向是指沿安装腔的深度方向由外向内时,挡块设于柔性密封件7朝向安装腔内的一侧,而当第一方向是指沿安装腔的深度方向由内向外时,挡块设于柔性密封件7朝向安装腔外的一侧。具体的,挡块可以是间隔设置的凸起结构也可以是连续的凸起结构,能够限制柔性密封件7被硬质密封件8剐蹭而发生在第一配合面5的位置发生窜动的情况即可。
安装槽52的设置相较于设置挡块来说,能够简化整体结构,而将柔性密封件7设置为完全位于安装槽52内时,扬声器4在安装过程中,硬质密封件8在与柔性密封件7配合前,二者之间不会发生相互剐蹭的情况,在保证柔性密封件7位置稳定的同时,还能够减小第一配合面5和第二配合面6之间的安装阻力,进而便于扬声器4的安装操作。
如图4和图8所示,柔性密封件7和安装槽52的内壁(侧壁和/或底壁)之间通过第一胶层53粘接固定,也就是说,柔性密封件7通过粘接固定于安装槽52内。如此一来,能够进一步保证该柔性密封件7能够稳定地位于安装槽52内,进一步保证安装稳定性。如果限位结构54为设于第一配合面5的挡块时,柔性密封件7和挡块之间和/或柔性密封件7和第一配合面5之间也可通过第一胶层53粘接固定,以保证该柔性密封件7的稳定性。
或者,也可以直接将柔性密封件7放置于安装槽52内,当安装槽52的深度不小于柔性密封件7的厚度时,柔性密封件7能够整体位于该安装槽52内,二者之间也可以不存在其它连接方式,而通过通过第一胶层53粘接固定时,能够进一步保证柔性密封件7在安装槽52内的稳定性。
当然,本实施例中,对于柔性密封件7的固定方式并不作限制,如还可将柔性密封件7与第一配合面5之间通过紧固件固定均可,而通过第一胶层53粘接固定可简化整体结构并简化安装操作,同时还可进一步保证第一配合面5和柔性密封件7之间的密封作用。
硬质密封件8(环形凸筋)可以是通过紧固件与第二配合面6固定,也可以通过粘接与第二配合面6固定,或者还可以是如图5和图9所示的,环形凸筋与第二配合面6为一体式结构,简化整体结构、简化加工工艺的同时还能够保证二者之间的固定稳定性,避免在两个配合面发生相对移动的过程中,环形凸筋在第二配合面6的位置发生窜动的情况,同时还能够简化组装工艺、提高组装效率。
环形凸筋朝向第一配合面5的一侧端能够与柔性密封件7(硅胶密封垫)抵接,并使得柔性密封件7发生弹性变形,因此,如图5和图9所示,该环形凸筋朝向第一配合面5的一侧端为光滑的弧形结构81,如此设置,能够避免环形凸筋在与柔性密封件7抵接时,对柔性密封件7造成损伤。
并且,环形凸筋的截面由第二配合面6的一侧向第一配合面5的一侧渐缩,也就是说, 该环形凸筋的截面朝向第一配合面5的一侧宽度较小,具体可将该环形凸筋的截面设置为如图5和图9所示的三角型结构,其中,三角形结构的一个侧边朝向第二配合面6(具体可以是贴合固定也可以是一体式结构),而与该侧边对应的角外壁为光滑的弧形结构81并能够抵接柔性密封件7,或者,该环形凸筋的截面也可以设置为梯形结构,其长边与第二配合面6贴合,短边能够形成光滑过渡的弧形结构81并能够抵接柔性密封件7等均可。将环形凸筋朝向第一配合面5的一端的宽度设置较小时,能够减小端部与柔性密封件7的抵接面积,增大柔性密封件7的变形量,进一步保证密封防护效果。
对于第一通道51和第二通道61的具体结构并不做限制,如这两个通道可以分别仅设置有一个孔结构,也可以是其中任意一者设有多个孔结构,还可以是两个通道分别设有多个孔结构均可,无论每个通道的孔结构的设置数量如何,两个通道对应连通并形成出音通道9,该出音通道9整体位于由密封部围合形成的环形结构内,保证整体密封防护效果。当两个配合面配合时,中框2的孔结构能够分别与扬声器4的孔结构连通并形成出音通道9,密封部能够沿出音通道9的整体外周设置密封,如图9所示的,当中框2的通道设有多个孔结构时,各孔结构整体位于由密封部围合形成的环形结构内,保证整体密封防护效果。
第一配合面5和第二配合面6之间还设有防尘网10,该防尘网10能够封堵设于安装腔内壁的通道,如图4所示的,防尘网10通过第二胶层与第一配合面5固定并封堵第一通道51,如图10所示的,防尘网10通过第二胶层与第二配合面6固定,并封堵第二通道61。不难理解,防尘网10为网状结构,其封堵出音通道9并不会影响出音通道9的出音效果,但是可以对出音通道9起到防尘作用,避免由中框2的第一通道51外的灰尘进入出音通道9内,从而对扬声器4提供防护。当然,本实施例中,对于该防尘网10的具体固定方式不做限制,如还可通过紧固件与对应的安装腔内壁形成的配合面固定,而通过第二胶层粘接固定可简化整体结构并简化安装工艺。
以上仅是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括本体部(1)和扬声器(4),所述本体部(1)设有用于安装所述扬声器(4)的安装腔,所述安装腔的内壁以及所述扬声器(4)对应设有配合面,各所述配合面分别开设有能够相互连通的通道;
    两个所述配合面分别为第一配合面(5)和第二配合面(6),所述第一配合面(5)设有限位结构(54)以及沿所述通道的周向设置的柔性密封件(7),所述第二配合面(6)设有沿所述通道的周向设置的硬质密封件(8),两个所述配合面能够相对移动至所述硬质密封件(8)与所述柔性密封件(7)密封配合,所述限位结构(54)用于限制所述柔性密封件(7)相对于所述第一配合面(5)向第一方向移动,所述第一方向为所述硬质密封件(8)相对于所述柔性密封件(7)的移动方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一配合面(5)开设有安装槽(52),所述柔性密封件(7)设于所述安装槽(52)内,所述安装槽(52)的槽壁形成所述限位结构(54)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述安装槽(52)的深度不小于所述柔性密封件(7)的厚度,所述硬质密封件(8)凸出于所述第二配合面(6)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述柔性密封件(7)通过第一胶层(53)与所述安装槽(52)的内壁粘接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述柔性密封件(7)为硅胶密封垫。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第二配合面(6)一体成型有环形凸筋,所述环形凸筋形成所述硬质密封件(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述环形凸筋朝向所述第一配合面(5)的一侧端为光滑的弧形结构(81)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述环形凸筋的截面由所述第二配合面(6)的一侧向所述第一配合面(5)的一侧渐缩。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括设于所述第一配合面(5)和所述第二配合面(6)之间的防尘网(10),所述防尘网(10)能够封堵设于所述安装腔内壁的通道。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述防尘网(10)通过第二胶层与所述安装腔内壁的配合面粘接固定。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述安装腔的配合面及所述扬声器(4)的配合面均为相互适配的倾斜面,且所述安装腔的配合面朝向开口的一端向所述安装腔外倾斜。
