Description
本申请要求在2021年9月18日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111104791.9的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及钢桶生产设备技术领域,例如涉及一种小桶预卷边机。
钢桶生产过程中,需要对桶盖进行卷边处理,以便与桶身更好地密封固定。为方便后续加工,会先进行预卷边工序,目前工艺为人工进行搬运桶盖,再配合卷边机完成预卷边,此方式人工劳动强度大,降低了生产效率低,无法满足目前自动化生产线的需要。考虑到全自动化设备结构复杂、成本高,加上桶尺寸差异、定位精度等问题,均增加了设备研发难度,需要进一步设计、优化。
发明内容
本申请提供一种小桶预卷边机,完成桶盖自动化卷边动作,并配合生产线流转,保证定位精度,提高钢桶生产线的效率。
本申请采用以下技术方案:
一种小桶预卷边机,其包括:
机架,机架上设置有工作平台;
主轴组件,包括升降轴,升降轴的顶部设置有放置工件的托盘,工作平台上对应托盘开设有让位孔,托盘由升降轴驱动而伸出或退回于工作平台的上表面,工作平台的下方设置有固定套筒,固定套筒上装配有套设于升降轴上的带轮轴,带轮轴由第一电机驱动并与升降轴之间通过花键联动;
压盘组件,包括设置于工作平台上方的固定压架,固定压架上设置有与托盘配合夹紧工件并同轴转动的压盘;
预卷组件,包括设置于工作平台上表面的卷轮,卷轮位于压盘组件的一侧并相对压盘进给运动,卷轮上设置有与工件边沿触碰的卷边成型槽。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的零部件或具有相同或类似功能的零部件。
在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一特征和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一特征和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来说明本申请的技术方案。
请参阅图1至5所示,本可选实施例提供一种小桶预卷边机,设置为对桶盖进行预翻边处理,其包括机架1、主轴组件、压盘组件、预卷组件和导向组件。
机架1上设置有工作平台2。
主轴组件包括升降轴3、升降气缸4、导柱5和连接座6。升降轴3的顶部设置有放置工件的托盘7,工作平台2上对应不同托盘7尺寸开设有让位孔8,托盘7由升降轴3驱动而伸出或退回于工作平台2的上表面。
工作平台2的下方设置有固定套筒9,固定套筒9上装配有套设于升降轴3上的带轮轴10,带轮轴10由第一电机11驱动并与升降轴3之间通过花键联动,第一电机11固定于机架1上,且第一电机11的输出轴上设置有皮带轮12,皮带轮12与带轮轴10之间通过带传动连接。
升降轴3的底部与连接座6之间通过轴承胀紧且转动连接,升降气缸4固定于机架1上,升降气缸4的输出杆朝向工作平台2设置,且升降气缸4的输出杆与连接座6固连,导柱5平行地设置于升降气缸4的一侧并穿过连接座6,使连接座6沿着导柱5上下运动。
压盘组件包括设置于工作平台2上方的固定压架,固定压架上设置有与托盘7配合夹紧工件并同轴转动的压盘13,此处固定压架可选包括十字叉板14,十字叉板14的四角通过连杆15竖立于工作平台2上,十字叉板14的中心设置有芯杆16,芯杆16与压盘13之间通过轴承转动连接。
预卷组件包括设置于工作平台2上表面的卷轮17、滑座18和轮座19。卷轮17位于压盘组件的一侧并相对压盘13进给运动,卷轮17上设置有与工件边沿触碰的卷边成型槽20。
工作平台2上设置有朝向让位孔8的直线导轨21,滑座18设置于直线导轨21上,并由第二电机22通过丝杆螺母副23驱动滑动,轮座19固连于滑座18上,滑座18上竖立有芯轴24,卷轮17与芯轴24之间通过轴承转动连接。
可选地,预卷组件设置有两组,对称地设置于压盘组件的两侧,对工件进行对顶。
导向组件包括设置于工作平台2上表面的导向板25、第一电动缸26和滑台27,两个导向板25之间形成引导至让位孔8的工件流道。工作平台2上设置有滑轨28,滑台27设置于滑轨28上,并由第一电动缸26驱动滑动,两组导向组件相对布置,以调整工件流道的间隙。
另外,工作平台2的下表面上设置有第二电动缸29,第二电动缸29的输出轴上设置有用于检测工件边沿位置的到位感应头,以便监测加工位有无工件以及工件是否放置到位。
加工过程:
1)待卷边桶盖由导向板25引导,并由到位感应头检测,到达工作平台2上指定加工位置;
2)升降气缸4动作,将升降轴3及托盘7顶升超出工作平台2,并将桶盖托起,直至与上方压盘13配合将桶盖夹紧;
3)第一电机11启动,驱动带轮轴10、升降轴3、托盘7、桶盖、压盘13同轴转动;
4)第二电机22启动,通过丝杆螺母副23驱动卷轮17进给,直至接触桶盖边沿完成预卷边;
5)卷轮17、托盘7先后复位,卷边完成的桶盖放置在工作平台2上,等待下料。
综上,上述的小桶预卷边机实现了桶盖达到设定加工位完成预卷边的流程,过程中通过升降轴、托板、压盘等保证了桶盖可靠定位与装夹,以便精准卷边,自动化程度高,且具有调节功能,适用性强,适用于不同尺寸的桶盖,方便与相关技术中的生产线对接,实现全自动化生产。

- 一种小桶预卷边机,包括:机架,所述机架上设置有工作平台;主轴组件,包括升降轴,所述升降轴的顶部设置有放置工件的托盘,所述工作平台上对应托盘开设有让位孔,所述托盘由升降轴驱动而伸出或退回于工作平台的上表面,所述工作平台的下方设置有固定套筒,所述固定套筒上装配有套设于升降轴上的带轮轴,所述带轮轴由第一电机驱动并与升降轴之间通过花键联动;压盘组件,包括设置于工作平台上方的固定压架,所述固定压架上设置有与所述托盘配合夹紧工件并同轴转动的压盘;预卷组件,包括设置于工作平台上表面的卷轮,所述卷轮位于所述压盘组件的一侧并相对压盘进给运动,所述卷轮上设置有与工件边沿触碰的卷边成型槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的小桶预卷边机,其中:所述主轴组件还包括升降气缸、导柱和连接座,所述升降轴的底部与所述连接座之间通过轴承胀紧且转动连接,所述升降气缸固定于所述机架上,升降气缸的输出杆朝向所述工作平台设置,且升降气缸的输出杆与所述连接座固连,所述导柱平行地设置于升降气缸的一侧并穿过所述连接座,使连接座沿着所述导柱上下运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的小桶预卷边机,其中:所述第一电机固定于所述机架上,且第一电机的输出轴上设置有皮带轮,所述皮带轮与所述带轮轴之间通过带传动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的小桶预卷边机,其中:所述固定压架包括十字叉板,所述十字叉板的四角通过连杆竖立于所述工作平台上,十字叉板的中心设置有芯杆,所述芯杆与所述压盘之间通过轴承转动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的小桶预卷边机,其中:所述预卷组件还包括滑座和轮座,所述工作平台上设置有朝向让位孔的直线导轨,所述滑座设置于所述直线导轨上,并由第二电机通过丝杆螺母副驱动滑动,所述轮座固连于所述滑座 上,所述滑座上竖立有芯轴,所述卷轮与所述芯轴之间通过轴承转动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的小桶预卷边机,其中:所述预卷组件设置有两组,对称地设置于所述压盘组件的两侧,对工件进行对顶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的小桶预卷边机,还包括导向组件,所述导向组件包括设置于工作平台上表面的导向板,两个导向板之间形成引导至所述让位孔的工件流道。
- 根据权利要求7所述的小桶预卷边机,其中:所述导向组件还包括第一电动缸和滑台,所述工作平台上设置有滑轨,所述滑台设置于所述滑轨上,并由第一电动缸驱动滑动,两组导向组件相对布置,以调整工件流道的间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的小桶预卷边机,其中:所述工作平台的下表面上设置有第二电动缸,第二电动缸的输出轴上设置有用于检测工件边沿位置的到位感应头。
