本实用新型公开了一种桶盖整形装置，旨在提供一种能够对桶盖翻新实现机械化操作，结构简单，使用方便的桶盖整形装置。包括主机架，主机架上设置有旋转轴，旋转轴一端固定连接有定位板，旋转轴的另一端通过传动机构与旋转电机连接；定位板外侧与桶盖卷沿相应的位置设置有可自由转动的托轮，托轮上设置有凹模；主机架上设置有升降轴，升降轴的一端固定连接有压盘，压盘上设置有与托轮上凹模相配合的凸模，升降轴的上另一端与升降驱动机构连接。本实用新型的整形装置使用压盘上的凸模与托轮上的凹模相配合，能够对桶盖卷沿成型实现机械化生产，提高了生产效率，减轻了劳动强度。而且，本实用新型的整形装置结构简单，使用方便。

本实用新型涉及一种钢桶翻新处理时使用的桶盖整形装置。
背景技术
在石油、涂料以及一些化工领域的生产企业中，往往需要使用钢桶来盛装产品。为了减少浪费和满足环保的要求，在产品使用后所剩的钢桶需要回收翻新后再利用。在钢桶翻新时，由于桶盖卷沿向内翻，需要使用人工操作，给翻新工作增加了难度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种能够对桶盖翻新实现机械化操作，结构简单，使用方便的桶盖整形装置。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现：
一种桶盖整形装置，其特征在于，包括主机架，所述主机架上设置有旋转轴，所述旋转轴一端固定连接有定位板，所述旋转轴的另一端通过传动机构与旋转电机连接；所述定位板外侧与桶盖卷沿相应的位置设置有可自由转动的托轮，所述托轮上设置有凹模；所述主机架上设置有升降轴，所述升降轴的一端固定连接有压盘，所述压盘上设置有与托轮上凹模相配合的凸模，所述升降轴的上另一端与升降驱动机构连接。
所述托轮与调节机构连接，所述调节机构包括固定在主机架上的调节支架，所述调节支架上固定有调节块，所述托轮与调节块之间可转动连接，所述调节块通过连接螺栓与调节杆连接，所述调节杆上固定有转动手柄，所述调节杆与调节支架之间螺纹连接。
所述升降驱动机构包括升降电机，所述升降电机与链传动机构或皮带传动机构连接，皮带传动机构中的被动皮带轮或链传动机构中的被动链轮与升降轴之间螺纹连接，被动链轮或被动皮带轮与主机架之间可转动连接。
所述升降轴上设置有花键，所述花键与固定在主机架上的花键定位套配合连接。
本实用新型具有下述技术效果：
本实用新型的桶盖整形装置使用压盘上的凸模与托轮上的凹模相配合，能够对桶盖卷沿成型实现机械化生产，提高了生产效率，减轻了劳动强度。而且，本实用新型的整形装置结构简单，使用方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型详细说明。
图1为本实用新型桶盖整形装置的示意图，包括主机架1，主机架1上设置有旋转轴20，旋转轴20一端固定连接有定位板19，旋转轴20的另一端通过传动机构与旋转电机22连接。其中，旋转轴与旋转电机之间的传动机构可采用链传动机构、皮带传动机构、齿轮传动机构中的任一种，也可以根据传动方向采用多种传动机构的组合。本实施例中采用链传动机构23与伞齿轮传动机构21相结合的传动方式。定位板19外侧与桶盖卷沿相应的位置设置有可自由转动的托轮16，所述托轮16上设置有凹模17。在主机架1上设置有升降轴8，升降轴8的一端固定连接有压盘9，压盘9上设置有与托轮上的凹模17相配合的凸模10，升降轴的另一端与升降驱动机构连接。所述升降驱动机构可以采用汽缸驱动、液压驱动、电驱动中的任一种。本实施例中的升降驱动机构采用电驱动。包括升降电机3，升降电机3与升降轴8之间可以采用链传动机构、皮带传动机构、齿轮传动机构中的任一种，当采用链传动机构时，升降电机与链传动机构连接，链传动机构中的被动链轮与升降轴之间螺纹连接，被动链轮与主机架之间可转动连接。本实施例中采用由主动皮带轮2、三角带4、被动皮带轮5组成的皮带传动机构，升降电机3与主动皮带轮2连接，被动皮带轮5与升降轴8之间螺纹连接，被动皮带轮5与主机架1之间可转动连接。升降电机带动皮带传动机构，被动皮带轮转动使升降轴上升或下降。
为了方便调节，托轮16与调节机构连接，所述调节机构包括固定在主机架上的调节支架15，调节支架15上固定有调节块14，托轮16与调节块14之间可转动连接。调节块14通过连接螺栓13与调节杆11连接，调节杆11上固定有转动手柄12，调节杆11与调节支架15之间螺纹连接。转动手柄12，调节杆11沿调节支架上的螺纹升降，并通过连接螺栓13带动调节块14，从而带动托轮升降，调节托轮与定位板之间的位置。
为了保障升降轴上下运动时的可靠性，升降轴上设置有花键6，花键6与固定在主机架上的花键定位套7配合连接。当升降轴上下移动时，升降轴上的花键沿花键定位套运动。
使用时，先将桶盖的卷沿去掉向内翻的部分，使卷沿处形成一个开口。将桶盖18放在定位板19上，桶盖的卷沿内沿处于定位板的边沿处，托轮上的凹模位于卷沿凸出部分的下方。旋转电机通过传动机构带动定位板转动。升降电机通过皮带传动机构带动升降轴下降，升降轴下端压盘上的凸模压在卷沿的开口处，并通过压盘凸模与托轮凹模的配合，在压盘上凸模压力的作用下，使卷沿部分发生变形，从而形成新的卷沿，完成桶盖整形。

1、一种桶盖整形装置，其特征在于，包括主机架，所述主机架上设置有旋转轴，所述旋转轴一端固定连接有定位板，所述旋转轴的另一端通过传动机构与旋转电机连接；所述定位板外侧与桶盖卷沿相应的位置设置有可自由转动的托轮，所述托轮上设置有凹模；所述主机架上设置有升降轴，所述升降轴的一端固定连接有压盘，所述压盘上设置有与托轮上凹模相配合的凸模，所述升降轴的上另一端与升降驱动机构连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的桶盖整形装置，其特征在于，所述托轮与调节机构连接，所述调节机构包括固定在主机架上的调节支架，所述调节支架上固定有调节块，所述托轮与调节块之间可转动连接，所述调节块通过连接螺栓与调节杆连接，所述调节杆上固定有转动手柄，所述调节杆与调节支架之间螺纹连接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的桶盖整形装置，其特征在于，所述升降驱动机构包括升降电机，所述升降电机与链传动机构或皮带传动机构连接，皮带传动机构中的被动皮带轮或链传动机构中的被动链轮与升降轴之间螺纹连接，被动链轮或被动皮带轮与主机架之间可转动连接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的桶盖整形装置，其特征在于，所述升降轴上设置有花键，所述花键与固定在主机架上的花键定位套配合连接。
