为了使本实用新型所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“连接于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者间接在该另一个元件上。当一个元件被称为是“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或间接连接至该另一个元件上。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。

请一并参阅图1至5,现对本实用新型实施例提供的雾化芯进行说明。本实用新型实施例提供的雾化芯,适用于气溶胶发生装置的雾化器。请结合参阅图1和图2,雾化芯包括多孔基体1和发热件2,多孔基体1的至少部分外表面 形成雾化面11,多孔基体1上形成有储存部分气溶胶形成基质的储液空间,且储液空间与雾化面11之间的多孔基体1部分具有传输液体性能良好的微孔结构,使得储液空间中的气溶胶形成基质可经由微孔结构传输至雾化面11。发热件2设置于多孔基体1上,发热件2可以是发热片、发热网、发热涂层、发热线路或发热膜等。可以理解地,当发热件2是发热片或发热网时,发热件2可以嵌设于多孔基体1中。当发热件2是发热涂层、发热线路或发热膜时,发热件2可以结合于多孔基体1的外表面。多孔基体1为多孔陶瓷、发泡金属或多孔玻璃等具有微孔毛细效应的多孔材料中的至少一种。储液空间包括但不限于设于多孔基体1内部的储液腔室、凹设于多孔基体1表面的储液槽12或设于多孔基体1上的储液仓。则在使用时,仅需将多孔基体1的储液空间与雾化器之储液腔连通,使得部分气溶胶形成基质储存于储液空间中,储液空间中的气溶胶形成基质可经由微孔结构,便可持续地传输至雾化面11,保证雾化面11的供液充足。发热件2通电后产生的热量,可将传输至雾化面11上的气溶胶形成基质加热并雾化形成气溶胶,气溶胶由雾化器的出气孔流出,以供用户抽吸。
本实用新型实施例提供的雾化芯,与现有技术相比,通过在多孔基体1的至少部分外表面形成雾化面11,在多孔基体1上形成与雾化器的储液腔连通的储液空间,并在多孔基体1上设置通电后发热的发热件2。则在使用时,通过多孔基体1上的储液空间储存部分气溶胶形成基质,利用储液空间与雾化面11之间的微孔结构将储液空间中的气溶胶形成基质持续且快速地传输至雾化面11。这样,由于储液空间与雾化面之间的液体传输距离较短,缩短了气溶胶形成基质传输至雾化面11的距离,减小了气溶胶形成基质在传输过程中受到的阻力,从而提高多孔基体1的导液速率,进而提高多孔基体1导液效率,能够保证雾化面11供液充足,有效防止雾化芯干烧。
请结合参阅图1、图3和图4,在其中一些实施例中,多孔基体1上开设有用于汇集气溶胶的通气孔15。在使用时,雾化面11位于储液腔外部,通气孔15可通过出烟通道与雾化器的出气口(图未示出)连通,则在雾化面11上被 发热件2加热雾化形成的气溶胶,汇集于通气孔15中,再依次经由出烟通道(图未示出)流至雾化器的出气孔,最终由雾化器的出气孔流出。由于雾化面11上雾化形成的气溶胶,首先是从四周汇集于通气孔15中,再通过出烟通道(图未示出)引导至出气孔,减少空气进入的量,使得气溶胶的口感更佳。
请结合参阅图1、图3和图4,在其中一些实施例中,多通气孔15沿多孔基体1的厚度方向贯穿设置于多孔基体1上,多孔基体1沿通气孔15的轴向具有第一端13和第二端14,第一端13的端面上形成有雾化面11,第二端14的端面上凹设有储液槽12,储液槽12构成储液空间,储液槽12的槽口用于与雾化器之储液腔(图未示出)连通。通过采用上述方案,沿通气孔15的轴向方向,多孔基体1具有第一端13和第二端14,在第一端13的端面上形成有雾化面11,并在第二端14的端面上凹设有储液槽12,仅需将多孔基体1的第二端14置入雾化腔中,则可使得储液槽12的槽口与储液腔连通,储液槽12便可储存部分气溶胶形成基质,同时雾化面11位于储液腔外部,并且通过通气管(通气管的管腔形成导烟通道)将通气孔15与出气孔连通,使得雾化面11上加热雾化形成的气溶胶汇集到通气孔15,然后由出气孔流出,以供用户吸食。由于储液槽12与雾化面11分别设置在多孔基体1的相对两端,缩短了气溶胶形成基质传输至雾化面11的距离,减小了气溶胶形成基质在传输过程中受到的阻力,使得储液槽12中的气溶胶形成基质可通过微孔结构持续且快速地传输至雾化面11,从而提高多孔基体1的导液速率,进而提高多孔基体1导液效率,能够保证雾化面11供液充足,有效防止雾化芯干烧。此外,储液槽12与雾化面11分别设置在多孔基体1的相对两端,使得储液槽12的内底面至雾化面11之间的多孔基体部分厚度较薄,该多孔基体部分具有将储液槽12中的液体快速传输至雾化面11的微孔结构,导液速度快,避免雾化面11的温度过高而产生有害物质。
请结合参阅图1、图4和图5,在其中一些实施例中,第二端14的端面上对应通气孔15的位置凸设有柱状凸起16,柱状凸起16上设有气流缓冲通道17,气流缓冲通道17用于连通通气孔15与雾化器之出气孔。通过采用上述方案, 在多孔基体1的第二端14的端面上凸设柱状凸起16,在柱状凸起16上设有气流缓冲通道17,由于柱状凸起16的设置位置与通气孔15的设置位置对应,可通过气流缓冲通道17连通通气孔15与出气孔。可以理解地,当柱状凸起16沿通气孔15轴向延伸的长度足够时,气流缓冲通道17可以直接与出气孔连通。也就是说,气流缓冲通道17可构成导烟通道,因此可省略通气管的设置。在其中另一些实施例中,气流缓冲通道17可以通过通气管间接地与出气孔连通。由于在多孔基体1的第二端14的端面上凸设柱状凸起16,在柱状凸起16上设有气流缓冲通道17。则在用户抽吸时,汇集于通气孔15中的气溶胶在流经气流缓冲通道17的过程中,可减缓气流的流动速度,使得气溶胶与空气充分混合,避免出现呛烟的情形,提升气溶胶的口感。请结合参阅图1、图4和图5,在其中一些实施例中,柱状凸起16与多孔基体1一体成型制作,以增强柱状凸起16与多孔基体1连接的强度。
请结合参阅图1、图3和图4,在其中一些实施例中,柱状凸起16设于第二端14的端面的居中位置,第二端14的端面上凹设有至少两个储液槽12,至少两个储液槽12沿柱状凸起16的周向间隔设置。通过采用上述方案,将通气孔15设于第二端14的端面中心部位,并在第二端14之端面的居中位置凸设柱状凸起16,当通气孔15与气流缓冲通道17连通后,可将气溶胶从四周汇集于雾化器的出气孔,减少空气进入的量,使得气溶胶的口感更佳。此外,在第二端14的端面上凹设有至少两个储液槽12,至少两个储液槽12沿柱状凸起16的周向间隔设置,使得雾化面11的供液更加充足,有利于进一步防止雾化芯出现干烧。可以理解地,多孔基体1上的储液槽12的数量可以设置为一个或两个,也可以设置为多个。当储液槽12的数量设置为多个时,多个储液槽12沿柱状凸起16的周向等间隔设置,使得雾化面11的供液更加充足。
在其中一些实施例中,多孔基体1内部和/或柱状凸起16内部具有吸附、存储气溶胶形成基质的微孔结构,微孔结构可将多孔基体1内部和/或柱状凸起16内部存储的气溶胶形成基质传输至雾化面11。该实施例中,不仅在液空间与 雾化面11之间的多孔基体1部分具有微孔结构,而且在多孔基体1内部和/或柱状凸起16内部具有吸附、存储气溶胶形成基质的微孔结构,在储液槽12储存部分气溶胶形成基质的基础上,进一步增大储液体积。同时,通过多孔基体1内部和/或柱状凸起16内部的微孔结构,将多孔基体1内部和/或柱状凸起16内部存储的气溶胶形成基质传输至雾化面11,进一步增大导液面积和导液速度,使得雾化面11的供液更加充足,不仅有利于增大雾化芯雾化形成气溶胶的量,还可进一步防止雾化芯出现干烧。
请结合参阅图2,在其中一些实施例中,发热件2为发热线路,发热线路结合于雾化面11上。可以理解地,发热线路可以采用厚膜印刷的方式印刷于雾化面11上,发热线路的材料为金、银、钯、铂等两种或者两种以上的金属组成。请结合参阅图2,在其中一些具体实施例中,将发热线路设置成椭圆形并联线路结构,椭圆形并联线路结构环绕通气孔设置,以提高发热线路布线的均匀性,使得发热线路产生的热量均匀地分布于雾化面11,有利于气溶胶形成基质的均匀受热,提升气溶胶的口感。请结合参阅图2,在其中一些具体实施例中,椭圆形并联线路结构包括以通气孔15的中心轴线为对称轴对称设置的两个圆弧形发热线路21,以及将两个圆弧形发热线路并联连接的第一耳状发热线路22和耳状发热线路23,两个圆弧形发热线路21与第一耳状发热线路22和耳状发热线路23共同构成椭圆形并联线路结构。
在其中一些实施例中,当多孔基体1采用多孔陶瓷时,通过注压成型工艺制备出孔隙率高、孔分布均匀、孔径大小可控且具有良好的力学性能多孔陶瓷基体。其中,多孔陶瓷基体之微孔结构的孔隙率为50%~70%,孔径为10~50um,使得多孔陶瓷基体具有良好的储液与导液能力。可以理解地,在其中一些实施例中,多孔陶瓷基体包含的原料组分包括但不限于硅藻土、氧化铝、氧化锆、碳化硅、玻璃粉等两种或者两种以上硅酸盐材料组成。在其中一些实施例中,微孔结构的孔隙率包括但不限于50%~70%,微孔结构的孔径包括但不限于10~50um。
本实用新型实施例还提供一种雾化器,适用于气溶胶发生装置。本实用新型实施例提供的雾化器包括雾化芯和内部设有雾化腔(图未示出)和储液腔(图未示出)的雾化器主体(图未示出),雾化器主体上设有出气孔(图未示出),雾化器主体内还设有连通气流缓冲通道17与出气孔的通气管(图未示出),通气管的管腔形成导烟通道(图未示出)。雾化芯为上述任一实施例提供的雾化芯,雾化芯设置于雾化腔中。因雾化器具有上述任一实施例提供的雾化芯的全部技术特征,故其具有雾化芯相同的技术效果。则在使用时,仅需将雾化芯设于雾化腔中,并使得雾化芯之多孔基体1的储液空间与雾化器之储液腔连通,部分气溶胶形成基质便可储存于储液空间中,储液空间中的气溶胶形成基质可经由微孔结构,持续地传输至雾化面11,保证雾化面11供液充足。雾化芯之发热件2通电后产生的热量,可将传输至雾化面11上的气溶胶形成基质加热并雾化形成气溶胶。用户抽吸时,气溶胶从四周向通气孔15中汇集,然后依次经由气流缓冲通道17、导烟通道(通气管)流入出气孔,最终由雾化器的出气孔流出,以供用户抽吸。
本实用新型实施例还提供一种气溶胶发生装置,气溶胶发生装置包括上述任一实施例提供的雾化芯或述任一实施例提供的的雾化器。因气溶胶发生装置具有上述任一实施例提供的雾化芯或雾化器的全部技术特征,故其具有雾化芯相同的技术效果。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种雾化芯,用于雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯包括:
    多孔基体,至少部分外表面形成用于供气溶胶形成基质加热雾化的雾化面,所述多孔基体上形成有用于与所述雾化器之储液腔连通的储液空间,所述储液空间与所述雾化面之间的多孔基体部分具有微孔结构,所述储液空间中的气溶胶形成基质可经由所述微孔结构传输至所述雾化面;以及
    发热件,设置于所述多孔基体上,用于加热并雾化传输至所述雾化面上的气溶胶形成基质。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述多孔基体上开设有通气孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述通气孔沿所述多孔基体的厚度方向贯穿设置于所述多孔基体上,所述多孔基体沿所述通气孔的轴向具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端的端面上形成有所述雾化面,所述第二端的端面上凹设有储液槽,所述储液槽构成所述储液空间,所述储液槽的槽口用于与所述雾化器之储液腔连通。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述第二端的端面上对应所述通气孔的位置凸设有柱状凸起,所述柱状凸起上设有气流缓冲通道,所述气流缓冲通道用于连通所述通气孔与所述雾化器之出气孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述柱状凸起与所述多孔基体一体成型制作。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述柱状凸起设于所述第二端之端面的居中位置,所述第二端的端面上凹设有至少两个所述储液槽,至少两个所述储液槽沿所述柱状凸起的周向间隔设置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述多孔基体内部和/或所述柱状凸起内部具有吸附、存储气溶胶形成基质的微孔结构,所述微孔结构可 将所述多孔基体内部和/或所述柱状凸起内部存储的气溶胶形成基质传输至所述雾化面。
  8. 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述发热件为发热线路,所述发热线路结合于所述雾化面上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述发热线路设置成椭圆形并联线路结构。
  10. 一种雾化器,用于气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的雾化芯。
  11. 一种气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的雾化芯或如权利要求10所述的雾化器。
