引伸模具 技术领域
本申请涉及模具领域,例如涉及一种引伸模具。
背景技术
空调行业的翅片型号复杂多变,客户对空调模具的要求也日益增多。一般一副模具对应生产一孔径的翅片,如两种孔径的翅片引伸加工时需要两副模具,模具成本高,仓库存储压力大。因此,希望突破行业内限制,提高模具之间的共用能力。
发明内容
本申请提供一种引伸模具,实现一副模具能进行多种孔径的加工,提高模具的通用性。
一种引伸模具,包括配合设置的上模垫板和下模垫板,上模垫板的下表面设置有凹模板,凹模板上排布有多个凹模套,下模垫板的上表面设置有凸模固定板,凸模固定板上伸出有对应多个凹模套的多个引伸凸模,整个引伸模具按进料方向从前至后分为共用区和更换区,共用区至更换区中的凹模套尺寸依次减小,共用区中的凹模套和引伸凸模的尺寸固定,更换区中的凹模套和引伸凸模的尺寸按目标成型孔径选择性设置。

在本申请的描述中,除非另有规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一特征和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一特征和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本申请的技术方案。
实施例1:
请参阅图1所示,本实施例提供一种引伸模具,本实施例以对两个不同孔径的翅片引伸加工进行说明,在此基础上,多于两种孔径加工也可扩展进行。
该模具包括配合设置的上模垫板1和下模垫板2,上模垫板1的下表面设置有凹模板3,凹模板3上排布有多个凹模套4,下模垫板2的上表面设置有凸模固定板5,凸模固定板5上伸出有多个对应凹模套4的引伸凸模6。
整个模具按进料方向从前至后分为共用区7和更换区8,共用区7至更换区8中的凹模套4尺寸依次减小,共用区7中的凹模套4和引伸凸模6的尺寸固定,更换区8中的凹模套4和引伸凸模6的尺寸按目标成型孔径选择性设置。
凹模板3、凸模固定板5根据共用区7和更换区8分段设置,更换区8中的凹模板3、凸模固定板5及其上面的凹模套4和引伸凸模6可整体替换。如图2所示,假定要引伸A和B两种孔径的孔,共用区7可通用,仅需在更换区8中选择对应子模即可。
更换区8中引伸最后一步或两步的凹模套4为引伸成型套9,引伸成型套9中设置有与引伸凸模6对顶的压料钉10,以保证最终引伸成型效果。
凸模固定板5与凹模板3之间设置有卸料板11,凸模固定板5上竖立有定位柱12,卸料板11沿着定位柱12上下运动,且凸模固定板5上凸出有弹簧顶块13,弹簧顶块13作用于卸料板11上,使卸料板11相对于每个引伸凸模6上下浮动,以方便脱料,使得进料顺畅,避免故障,保证生产节拍。
一般不同孔径的翅片形状也有差异,在上述基础上,只需通过更换上下波纹成型板即可满足不同孔径的翅片生产要求。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例提出另一种引伸模具,如图3所示,不同之处在于,无需将更换区8的整个子模更换,仅需选择性地选用需要的凹模套4和引伸凸模6即可。
如图4和5所示,此处的更换区8中的凹模板3上设置有多个适用不同孔径引伸的凹模套4,下模垫板2的下方设置多个抽条14,每个抽条14上设置有与对应引伸凸模6的底部抵靠的高低部,通过控制抽条14上高低部位置变换,以选择一个引伸凸模6与凹模套4配合工作。
如此,无需更换子模,一副模具上具备多组孔径加工能力,仅需控制一些引伸凸模6工作、一些引伸凸模6不工作即可。模具中凹模套4的尺寸设计为渐小,加工尺寸逐渐靠近目标尺寸,即使两组孔径的凹模套4交错排布,只需控制不匹配的凹模套4位置不工作即可,模具设计排布更加简洁。
以上模具中,模前五步工序可以通用,只需更换对应孔径的凹模套4和引伸凸模6的尺寸,便可完成模具规格的切换,既可以方便快速的进行不同产品的生产,又可以节省再制一幅模具的成本。
综上,上述的引伸模具将不同孔径引伸工艺的前几步设计共用,后几步设计分组并选择性工作,从而实现一副模具上能进行多种孔径的加工,提高了模具共用性,节省了模具成本。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种引伸模具,包括配合设置的上模垫板和下模垫板,所述上模垫板的下表面设置有凹模板,所述凹模板上排布有多个凹模套,所述下模垫板的上表面设置有凸模固定板,所述凸模固定板上伸出有对应所述多个凹模套的多个引伸凸模,所述引伸模具按进料方向从前至后分为共用区和更换区,所述共用区至所述更换区中的凹模套尺寸依次减小,所述共用区中的凹模套和引伸凸模的尺寸固定,所述更换区中的凹模套和引伸凸模的尺寸按目标成型孔径选择性设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的引伸模具,其中,所述凹模板和所述凸模固定板根据所述共用区和所述更换区分段设置,所述更换区中的凹模板和凸模固定板、所述更换区中的凹模板上的凹模套和所述更换区中的凸模固定板上的引伸凸模可整体替换。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的引伸模具,其中,所述更换区中的凹模板上设置有多个适用不同孔径引伸的凹模套,所述下模垫板的下方设置多个抽条,每个抽条上设置有与所述每个抽条对应的引伸凸模的底部抵靠的高低部,每个抽条设置为控制所述每个抽条上高低部的位置变换,以选择一个引伸凸模与所述多个适用不同孔径引伸的凹模套配合工作。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的引伸模具,其中,所述更换区中引伸最后一步或两步的凹模套为引伸成型套,所述引伸成型套中设置有与所述引伸成型套对应的引伸凸模对顶的压料钉。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的引伸模具,其中,所述凸模固定板与所述凹模板之间设置有卸料板,所述凸模固定板上竖立有定位柱,所述卸料板设置为沿着所述定位柱上下运动,且所述凸模固定板上凸出有弹簧顶块,所述弹簧顶块设置为作用于所述卸料板上,使所述卸料板相对于每个引伸凸模上下浮动。
