Abstract
Description
図1は、内視鏡10の外観図である。本実施の形態の内視鏡10は、十二指腸向けの軟性鏡である。内視鏡10は、挿入部20、操作部40、ユニバーサルコード59およびコネクタ部50を有する。操作部40は、湾曲ノブ41およびチャンネル入口42を有する。
図22は、照明枠64と発光素子基板63とを固定する工程の変形例を説明する説明図である。図22に示す工程は、図20を使用して説明したステップS509の変形例である。
本変形例は、照明ケーブル65がシールド線655を備えない内視鏡10に関する。実施の形態1と共通する部分については、説明を省略する。
本実施の形態は、第1絶縁シート621を使用しない内視鏡10に関する。実施の形態1と共通する部分については、説明を省略する。図23は、実施の形態2の照明部組66の分解図である。図24および図25は、実施の形態2の発光素子基板63の斜視図である。
本実施の形態は、照明枠64の壁面の一部をシールド線655により構成する内視鏡10に関する。実施の形態1と共通する部分については、説明を省略する。
今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって、制限的なものでは無いと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は、上記した意味では無く、請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
挿入部の先端に配置された先端部材に固定された観察窓と、
前記観察窓の視野方向を照明する照明部とを備え、
前記照明部は、
発光素子と、
前記発光素子に電源を供給する電源線および該電源線に沿って延びる導体線と、
前記発光素子と前記電源線との接続部を囲み、前記電源線と絶縁されて、前記導体線と導通する導電性の照明枠と
を備える内視鏡。
前記導体線は、前記電源線の周囲を囲むシールド線である

前記シールド線のうち、前記電源線の周囲から取り外された部分は、絶縁性チューブに挿通されている

前記シールド線は、それぞれが絶縁性の被覆で覆われた4本の前記電源線の周囲を囲む

前記電源線は、前記発光素子の正側電極と負側電極にそれぞれ2本ずつ接続されている

前記先端部材は導電性であり、前記照明枠および前記電源線のいずれとも絶縁されている

前記発光素子は、発光素子基板の第1実装面に実装されており、
前記電源線は、前記第1実装面と反対側である第2実装面に実装されている

- 挿入部の先端に配置された先端部材に固定された観察窓と、
前記観察窓の視野方向を照明する発光素子と、
前記発光素子に電源を供給する電源線と、
前記発光素子と前記電源線との接続部を囲む照明枠と、
内視鏡用プロセッサに接続されるコネクタ部と、
前記照明枠と前記コネクタ部とを接続する導体線と
を備える内視鏡。 - 前記発光素子は、発光素子基板の第1実装面に実装されており、
前記電源線は、前記第1実装面と反対側である第2実装面に実装されている
請求項1に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記照明枠は、前記発光素子基板の側面を囲む筒状であり、
前記第1実装面は前記照明枠の端部に配置され、
