Claims (17)
- 싸이올-엔 구조를 갖는 가교형 폴리머를 포함하는 젤 폴리머 전해질로서,상기 싸이올-엔 구조는 한 분자당 반응성 싸이올기를 적어도 4개 이상 포함하는 싸이올 화합물의 싸이올과 플루오르화 폴리에테르 다이아크릴레이트의 아크릴기가 클릭 반응하여 형성된 젤 폴리머 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 싸이올 화합물은 펜타에리트리톨 테트라키스(3-머캅토프로피오네이트), 다이펜타에리트리톨 헥사키스(3-머캅토프로피오네이트), 펜타에리트리틸 테트라싸이올, 테트라키스(2-머캅토에틸)실란 및 벤젠-1,2,4,5-테트라싸이올로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 젤 폴리머 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플루오르화 폴리에테르 다이아크릴레이트의 중량 평균 분자량은 200 내지 2000 g/mol 인 젤 폴리머 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서,리튬염 및 유기 용매를 더 포함하는 젤 폴리머 전해질.
- 제7항에 있어서,싸이올-엔 구조를 갖는 가교형 폴리머와 리튬염의 중량비는 1:11 내지 1:0.5 인 젤 폴리머 전해질.
- 제7항에 있어서,싸이올-엔 구조를 갖는 가교형 폴리머는 상기 유기 용매 100중량부에 대해 10 내지 80 중량부로 포함되는 것인 젤 폴리머 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서,리튬 이온 전도도는 25℃에서 1.0×10-3 S/cm 이상인 젤 폴리머 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서,리튬 이온 전도도는 45℃에서 2.0×10-3 S/cm 이상인 젤 폴리머 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서,첨가제로서 환형 카보네이트계 화합물, 할로겐 치환된 카보네이트계 화합물, 설톤계 화합물, 설페이트계 화합물, 포스페이트계 화합물, 보레이트계 화합물, 니트릴계 화합물, 벤젠계 화합물, 아민계 화합물, 실란계 화합물 및 리튬염계 화합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물을 더 포함하는 젤 폴리머 전해질.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 첨가제는 젤 폴리머 전해질 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 2 중량% 로 포함되는 것인 젤 폴리머 전해질.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 젤 폴리머 전해질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제14항에 있어서,시차주사열량측정법(DSC)에 의해 열류량(Heat Flow)을 측정하였을 때, 200℃ 내지 300℃의 온도 범위에서 발열량이 100 J/g 이하인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 양극, 음극 및 양극과 음극 사이에 개재되는 분리막을 포함하는 전극 조립체를 준비하는 단계; 상기 전극 조립체를 전지 케이스 내부에 삽입하는 단계;한 분자당 반응성 싸이올기를 적어도 4개 이상 포함하는 싸이올 화합물, 플루오르화 폴리에테르 다이아크릴레이트, 유기 용매, 리튬 염 및 열중합 개시제를 포함하는 젤 폴리머 전해질 전구체 용액을 준비하는 단계; 및상기 전구체 용액을 상기 전극 조립체가 삽입된 전지 케이스 내부에 주입하고 열처리 하여 가교 반응을 진행시키는 단계;를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 50℃ 내지 80℃의 온도에서 0.5 내지 3시간 동안 수행되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
