Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面を参照して説明する。図1において、取引管理システム10は、コンピュータネットワークNを介し、複数の業者及び消費者のコンピュータ20乃至80とデータ通信が可能なように接続されている。複数の業者とは、商品の取引に関係する、小売業者、卸業者、生産業者、資材業者、銀行及びその他の業者を含む。以降、これらの各業者の総称として「取引関係者」と称呼する場合がある。
システム全体の動作の流れを図3に示す。取引管理システム10を含むすべてのコンピュータ10乃至80の動作は、プロセッサ150が所定のプログラムを実行することにより実現される。複数の取引関係者が関わった商品が、消費者に販売され、その商品代金が消費者から所定の銀行の入金口座に振り込まれる。入金口座は、取引管理システム10の運営業者の口座とする。以降、取引管理システム10の運営業者を単に「システム運営者」と称呼する場合がある。即ち、図3に示すように、まず、消費者のコンピュータ80から銀行のコンピュータ20に対し商品代金の振込手続が行われることにより、銀行が管理するシステム運営者の口座に商品代金が振り込まれる(S1)。

続いて、S6で触れた振込指示部17の処理を図7に基づいて説明する。取引管理システム10の記憶装置140には、業者情報記憶部18が設けられている。業者情報記憶部18は、業者識別子毎に、認証情報、連絡先、出金口座、入金口座、及び支払条件等を紐づけて記憶している。認証情報は、当該業者が帳票を閲覧する際に取引管理システム10にログインする場合等に使用するユーザID及びパスワードである。連絡先は、当該業者のメールアドレス等の連絡先である。出金口座は、当該業者が支払元となる場合の当該業者の出金口座番号等である。入金口座は、当該業者が支払先となる場合の当該業者の入金口座番号等である。支払条件は、当該業者が支払元となる場合の支払条件である。支払条件としては、入金都度支払いや、月末締め翌月末支払い等が設定されている。
入金都度支払い又は締日が到来した場合、処理中の業者識別子と請求先識別子とが一致する請求情報のうち、支払フラグが「支払対象」になっている請求情報を請求情報記憶部14から読み出し、読み出した請求情報の請求金額を請求元識別子ごとに集計する(S15)。
次いで、処理中の業者識別子に対応する出金口座と、請求元識別子に対応する入金口座と、当該請求元への集計した振込金額と、振込日とを紐づけ、請求元ごとに振込指示情報を生成する(S16)。振込日は、入金都度支払いの場合は即日とし、某日締め某日支払いの場合は、某日支払いとする。そして、振込指示部17は、生成した振込指示情報を出金口座がある銀行のコンピュータ20に送信する。以降、次の業者を選択してS11からの処理を繰り返す。振込指示部17は、振込指示の対象となった請求情報の支払フラグを「支払済み」に変更する。
以上のように、本実施形態によれば、複数業者間の取引により発生する支払を自動化することができる。
続いて、S12で触れた帳票更新部11の処理を図9に基づいて説明する。振込指示部17からの振込指示に基づき、振込を完了した銀行のコンピュータ20は、複数の振込完了通知を取引管理システム10に返す。各振込完了通知には、少なくとも、支払元の業者識別子と、支払先の業者識別子と、振込金額と、振込実行日とが含まれる。帳票更新部11は、これらの情報を振込完了通知から抽出し、支払情報として支払元の業者識別子に紐づいた帳票記憶部12の帳票に支払の仕訳を記録する。また、入金情報として支払先の業者識別子に紐づいた帳票記憶部12の帳票に入金の仕訳を記録する。振込完了通知毎に各取引関係者の帳票に入金又は支払の仕訳を記録する。
[変形例]
前述の「支払条件」は、「請求先から当社へ請求額の入金があったこと」としてもよい。例えば、チェーン識別子を同一とする請求情報が、A社からB社へp円の請求、C社からB社へq円の請求、B社からDへr円の請求であるとする。このとき、DからB社へr円が振り込まれると、B社からA社への支払条件と、B社からC社への支払条件とが満たされる。これにより、B社からA社へp円が自動的に振り込まれると共に、B社からC社へq円が自動的に振り込まれる。振込手数料は前述の振込完了通知に表示されることにより、各社の仕訳に記録される。

- 供給連鎖により一連の取引業者間に生じる関連した複数の請求情報に共通のチェーン識別子を紐づけて記憶する請求情報記憶部と、
設定された支払条件を記憶する業者情報記憶部とを備え、
コンピュータが、
入金された前記請求情報と共通のチェーン識別子が付与された複数の前記請求情報の支払フラグを「支払対象」とする処理と、
前記支払フラグが「支払対象」となり、かつ、前記支払条件を満たした前記請求情報について支払を手配する処理とを行う、取引管理方法。 - 前記各取引業者の会計帳票を記憶する帳票記憶部を備え、
前記コンピュータが、
前記手配した支払の完了後に、当該完了した支払の支払元の前記会計帳票に支払の仕訳を記録すると共に、当該完了した支払の支払先の前記会計帳票に入金の仕訳を記録する処理を行う、請求項1に記載の取引管理方法。 - 供給連鎖により一連の取引業者間に生じる関連した複数の請求情報に共通のチェーン識別子を紐づけて記憶する請求情報記憶部と、
