本発明の化粧料用組成物において、ポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩の低分子量化が抑制され、さらに、ポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩およびピロリドンカルボン酸亜鉛塩の溶状安定性が向上するため、本発明の化粧料用組成物は、安定にかつ簡便に化粧料に配合することができ、化粧料に高い保湿性や良好な皮膚密着性と、皮脂抑制効果、抗菌作用、皮膚収斂効果、アンチエイジング効果等を付与し得る化粧料用のプレミックス品として有用である。
本発明の目的には、ポリL-アスパラギン酸およびポリDL-アスパラギン酸が好ましく用いられ、ポリL-アスパラギン酸がより好ましく用いられる。また、α-アミド結合体、β-アミド結合体、α-アミド結合体およびβ-アミド結合体の混合物のいずれも用いることができるが、α-アミド結合体ならびにα-アミド結合体およびβ-アミド結合体の混合物が好ましく用いられる。
本発明においては、ゲルろ過クロマトグラフィーにより測定される重量平均分子量が1,000~100,000であるものが用いられるが、前記重量平均分子量が2,000~50,000であるものが好ましく、2,000~10,000であるものがより好ましく、3,000~5,000であるものがさらに好ましい。
ポリアスパラギン酸の塩としては、薬学的に許容される塩であって、皮膚用組成物に用いられる塩であれば特に限定されないが、リチウム塩、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等のアルカリ金属塩;マグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩等のアルカリ土類金属塩;アンモニウム塩等の無機塩基との塩や、モノエタノールアミン塩、ジエタノールアミン塩、トリエタノールアミン塩等のアルカノールアミン塩;アルギニン塩、リシン塩、ヒスチジン塩等の塩基性アミノ酸との塩等の有機塩基との塩が例示され、ナトリウム塩等のアルカリ金属塩が好ましく用いられる。
たとえば、アミノ酸を直接加熱縮合させる固体重合法(The Journal of the American Chemical Society 82 3745 (1960)等)により、α-アミド結合体およびβ-アミド結合体の混合物を得ることができる。
アミノ酸のN-カルボキシ酸無水物を開環し、脱炭酸重合させる方法(Journal of Polymer Science A14 2065 (1976)、特開昭46-27828号公報等)、活性アミノ酸エステルを重合させる方法(特開昭54-47799号公報)、N-ジチオカルボニルアルコキシカルボニルアミノ酸を加熱重合させる方法(特公昭45-9391号公報)等により、α-アミド体を得ることができる。
また、アミノ酸のN-カルボキシ酸無水物の開環重合により、出発物質として用いられるアスパラギン酸の光学活性が保持された重合体を得ることができる。
本発明において、ポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩は、上記のような公知の方法により製造して用いてもよいが、味の素株式会社等より提供されている市販の製品を用いることもできる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物における(A)成分の含有量(WA)は、好ましくは2.5質量%以上であり、より好ましくは3質量%以上である。また、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(A)成分の含有量(WA)は、好ましくは13質量%以下であり、より好ましくは10質量%以下である。
本発明の他の実施態様では、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(A)成分の含有量(WA)は、好ましくは2質量%以上であり、より好ましくは3質量%以上であり、さらに好ましくは4質量%以上であり、さらにより好ましくは6質量%以上であり、特に好ましくは8質量%以上である。また、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(A)成分の含有量(WA)は、好ましくは20質量%以下であり、より好ましくは15質量%以下であり、さらに好ましくは13質量%以下であり、さらにより好ましくは11質量%以下であり、特に好ましくは10質量%以下である。
本発明のさらに他の実施態様では、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(A)成分の含有量(WA)は、好ましくは2質量%~20質量%であり、より好ましくは2質量%~15質量%であり、さらに好ましくは3質量%~13質量%であり、さらにより好ましくは4質量%~13質量%であり、さらに一層好ましくは6質量%~13質量%であり、さらにより一層好ましくは8質量%~13質量%、8質量%~11質量%または8質量%~10質量%であり得る。
なお、(A)成分としてポリアスパラギン酸の塩が含有される場合、上記含有量は、遊離体に換算した量にて表される。
ピロリドンカルボン酸亜鉛塩は、化学合成法、酵素法、遺伝子組換え法等により製造して用いることもできるが、各社より提供されている市販の製品を用いることもできる。
本発明の他の実施態様では、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(B)成分の含有量(WB)は、好ましくは1質量%以上であり、より好ましくは2質量%以上であり、さらに好ましくは3質量%以上であり、さらにより好ましくは4質量%以上である。また、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(B)成分の含有量(WB)は、好ましくは15質量%以下であり、より好ましくは13質量%以下であり、さらに好ましくは12質量%以下であり、さらにより好ましくは10質量%以下である。
本発明のさらに他の実施態様では、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(B)成分の含有量(WB)は、好ましくは1質量%~15質量%であり、より好ましくは2質量%~13質量%であり、さらに好ましくは3質量%~12質量%であり、さらにより好ましくは4質量%~10質量%である。
かかる脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸としては、グリコール酸、乳酸、タルトロン酸、グリセリン酸、ヒドロキシ酪酸(2-ヒドロキシ酪酸、3-ヒドロキシ酪酸、γ-ヒドロキシ酪酸)、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、シトラマル酸、クエン酸、イソクエン酸、ロイシン酸、メバロン酸、パントイン酸、パントテン酸等の非環式のヒドロキシカルボン酸;キナ酸、シキミ酸等の環式のヒドロキシカルボン酸が例示される。
(A)成分の低分子量化抑制効果ならびに(A)成分および(B)成分の溶状安定性向上効果の観点から、(C)成分としては、炭素数が1~10の非環式のヒドロキシカルボン酸が好ましく、グリコール酸、乳酸、タルトロン酸、グリセリン酸、ヒドロキシ酪酸(2-ヒドロキシ酪酸、3-ヒドロキシ酪酸、γ-ヒドロキシ酪酸)、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、シトラマル酸、クエン酸、イソクエン酸、ロイシン酸、メバロン酸、パントイン酸等の炭素数が2~6の非環式のヒドロキシカルボン酸がより好ましく、クエン酸が特に好ましい。
また、(C)成分としては、乳酸、タルトロン酸、グリセリン酸、ヒドロキシ酪酸(2-ヒドロキシ酪酸、3-ヒドロキシ酪酸、γ-ヒドロキシ酪酸)、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、シトラマル酸、クエン酸、イソクエン酸、ロイシン酸、メバロン酸、パントイン酸等の炭素数が3~6の非環式ヒドロキシカルボン酸がさらに好ましく、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、クエン酸、イソクエン酸等の炭素数が4~6で2個以上のカルボキシル基を有する非環式ヒドロキシカルボン酸がさらにより好ましく、クエン酸、イソクエン酸等の炭素数が6で2個以上のカルボキシル基を有する非環式ヒドロキシカルボン酸がさらに一層好ましく、クエン酸が特に好ましい。
かかる塩としては、薬学的に許容される塩であって、皮膚用組成物に用いられる塩であれば特に限定されないが、リチウム塩、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等のアルカリ金属塩;マグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩等のアルカリ土類金属塩;アンモニウム塩等の無機塩基との塩や、モノエタノールアミン塩、ジエタノールアミン塩、トリエタノールアミン塩等のアルカノールアミン塩;モルホリン塩、ピペリジン塩等の複素環式アミンとの塩;アルギニン塩、リシン塩、ヒスチジン塩等の塩基性アミノ酸との塩等の有機塩基との塩が例示され、ナトリウム塩等のアルカリ金属塩が好ましく用いられる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物における(C)成分の含有量(WC)は、好ましくは0.4質量%以上であり、より好ましくは0.7質量%以上である。本発明の化粧料用組成物における(C)成分の含有量(WC)は、好ましくは12質量%以下であり、より好ましくは7.5質量%以下である。
本発明の他の実施態様では、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(C)成分の含有量(WC)は、好ましくは0.4質量%以上であり、より好ましくは0.7質量%以上であり、さらに好ましくは1質量%以上であり、さらにより好ましくは1.5質量%以上であり、さらに一層好ましくは1.7質量%以上である。また、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(C)成分の含有量(WC)は、好ましくは15質量%以下であり、より好ましくは12質量%以下であり、さらに好ましくは8質量%以下であり、さらにより好ましくは5質量%以下である。
また、本発明のさらに他の実施態様では、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(C)成分の含有量(WC)は、好ましくは0.4質量%~15質量%であり、より好ましくは0.4質量%~12質量%であり、さらに好ましくは0.7質量%~12質量%であり、さらにより好ましくは0.7質量%~8質量%であり、さらに一層好ましくは1質量%~8質量%であり、さらにより一層好ましくは1質量%~5質量%であり、とりわけ好ましくは1.5質量%~5質量%または1.7質量%~5質量%であり得る。
なお、(C)成分として炭素数が1~10の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸の塩が含有される場合、上記含有量は、遊離体に換算した量にて表される。
本発明の他の実施態様では、(A)成分の含有量(WA)に対する(B)成分の含有量(WB)の比(WB/WA)が2.4未満であることが好ましく、2以下であることがより好ましく、1以下であることがさらに好ましい。また、前記比は、0.08以上であることが好ましく、0.12以上であることがより好ましく、0.36以上であることがさらに好ましく、0.55以上であることがさらにより好ましい。
本発明のさらに他の実施態様では、(A)成分の含有量(WA)に対する(B)成分の含有量(WB)の比(WB/WA)は、0.08以上2.4未満であることが好ましく、0.08~2であることがより好ましく、0.12~2であることがさらに好ましく、0.36~2であることがさらにより好ましく、0.36~1であることがさらに一層好ましく、0.55~1であることがさらにより一層好ましい。
本発明の他の実施態様では、(C)成分の含有量(WC)に対する(B)成分の含有量(WB)の比(WB/WC)は、0.25以上であることが好ましく、0.45以上であることがより好ましく、1以上であることがさらに好ましく、1.5以上であることがさらにより好ましい。
本発明のさらに他の実施態様では、(C)成分の含有量(WC)に対する(B)成分の含有量(WB)の比(WB/WC)は、0.25以上3.3未満であることが好ましく、0.45~3であることがより好ましく、1~3であることがさらに好ましく、1.5~3であることがさらにより好ましい。
本発明においては、ピロリドンカルボン酸は、D-体、L-体およびDL-体のいずれも用いることができるが、L-体およびDL-体が好ましく用いられ、L-体がより好ましく用いられる。
また、ピロリドンカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩としては、リチウム塩、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等が挙げられ、ナトリウム塩が好ましく用いられる。
ピロリドンカルボン酸またはそのアルカリ金属塩は、化学合成法、酵素法、遺伝子組換え法等により製造して用いることもできるが、各社より提供されている市販の製品を用いることもできる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物における(D)成分の含有量(WD)は、好ましくは1.5質量%以上であり、より好ましくは2.5質量%以上である。本発明の化粧料用組成物における(D)成分の含有量(WD)は、好ましくは18質量%以下であり、より好ましくは11質量%以下である。
本発明の他の実施態様では、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(D)成分の含有量(WD)は、好ましくは1.5質量%以上であり、より好ましくは2.5質量%以上であり、さらに好ましくは4質量%以上である。本発明の化粧料用組成物における(D)成分の含有量(WD)は、好ましくは18質量%以下であり、より好ましくは15質量%以下であり、さらに好ましくは12質量%以下であり、さらに一層好ましくは11質量%以下である。
また、本発明のさらに他の実施態様では、本発明の化粧料用組成物における(D)成分の含有量(WD)は、好ましくは1.5質量%~18質量%であり、より好ましくは2.5質量%~18質量%であり、さらに好ましくは2.5質量%~15質量%であり、さらにより好ましくは4質量%~15質量%であり、さらに一層好ましくは4質量%~12質量%または4質量%~11質量%であり得る。
なお、(D)成分として、ピロリドンカルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩が含有される場合、上記含有量は、遊離体に換算した量にて表される。
アルギニン(2-アミノ-5-グアニジノペンタン酸)は、天然に存在する塩基性のアミノ酸であり、D-体、L-体およびDL-体のいずれも用いることができるが、L-体およびDL-体が好ましく用いられ、L-体がより好ましく用いられる。
アルギニンの塩としては、薬学的に許容される塩であって、皮膚用組成物に用いられる塩であれば特に制限されず、酸付加塩や塩基との塩等を挙げることができる。
具体的には、無機塩基、有機塩基、無機酸、有機酸との塩およびアミノ酸との塩等が挙げられる。
有機塩基との塩としては、たとえばモノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン等のアルカノールアミンとの塩、モルホリン、ピペリジン等の複素環式アミンとの塩等が挙げられる。
無機酸との塩としては、たとえば、ハロゲン化水素酸(塩酸、臭化水素酸、ヨウ化水素酸等)、硫酸、硝酸、リン酸等との塩等が挙げられる。
有機酸との塩としては、たとえば、ギ酸、酢酸、プロパン酸等のモノカルボン酸との塩;シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸等の飽和ジカルボン酸との塩;マレイン酸、フマル酸等の不飽和ジカルボン酸との塩;アコニット酸等のトリカルボン酸との塩;α-ケトグルタル酸等のケト酸との塩等が挙げられる。
アミノ酸との塩としては、アラニン等の脂肪族アミノ酸との塩;チロシン等の芳香族アミノ酸との塩;リシン等の塩基性アミノ酸との塩;アスパラギン酸、グルタミン酸等の酸性アミノ酸との塩;ピログルタミン酸等のラクタムを形成したアミノ酸との塩等が挙げられる。
なお、本発明においては、遊離体のアルギニンおよび塩酸塩が好ましく用いられる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物における(E)成分の含有量(WE)は、1質量%~5質量%であることが好ましい。
なお、(E)成分として、アルギニンの塩が含有される場合、上記含有量は、遊離体に換算した量にて表される。
アルギニン以外の塩基性アミノ酸としては、リシン(2,6-ジアミノヘキサン酸)、ヒスチジン(2-アミノ-3-(1H-イミダゾール-4-イル)プロピオン酸)、シトルリン(2-アミノ-5-(カルバモイルアミノ)ペンタン酸)、オルニチン(2,5-ジアミノペンタン酸)等が挙げられる。
中性アミノ酸としては、アルキル鎖を有するグリシン(アミノエタン酸)、アラニン(2-アミノプロピオン酸)、バリン(2-アミノ-3-メチルブタン酸)、ロイシン(2-アミノ-4-メチルペンタン酸)、イソロイシン(2-アミノ-3-メチルペンタン酸)、ヒドロキシ基を有するセリン(2-アミノ-3-ヒドロキシプロパン酸)、トレオニン(2-アミノ-3-ヒドロキシブタン酸)、イオウを含むシステイン(2-アミノ-3-スルファニルプロピオン酸)、メチオニン(2-アミノ-4-(メチルチオ)ブタン酸)、アミド基を有するアスパラギン(2-アミノ-3-カルバモイルプロピオン酸)、グルタミン(2-アミノ-4-カルバモイルブタン酸)、イミノ基を有するプロリン(ピロリジン-2-カルボン酸)、芳香族基を有するフェニルアラニン(2-アミノ-3-フェニルプロパン酸)、チロシン(2-アミノ-3-(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン酸)、トリプトファン(2-アミノ-3-(インドリル)プロピオン酸)等が挙げられる。
上記のグリシン以外のアミノ酸は、D-体、L-体およびDL-体のいずれも用いることができるが、L-体およびDL-体が好ましく用いられ、L-体がより好ましく用いられる。
また、上記各アミノ酸の塩としては、薬学的に許容される塩であって、皮膚用組成物に用いられる塩であれば特に制限されず、(E)アルギニンについて上記したのと同様の酸付加塩や塩基との塩および水和物が挙げられる。
本発明においては、上記した酸性アミノ酸は、遊離体およびナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等のアルカリ金属塩の形態で、アルギニン以外の塩基性アミノ酸は、遊離体および塩酸塩等の酸付加塩の形態で、中性アミノ酸は、遊離体の形態で好ましく用いられる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物の保湿性を向上させる効果の観点からは、上記アミノ酸およびその塩からなる群より選択される2種以上を用いることが好ましく、酸性アミノ酸およびその塩からなる群より選択される1種以上、アルギニン以外の塩基性アミノ酸およびその塩からなる群より選択される1種以上、ならびに中性アミノ酸およびその塩からなる群より選択される1種以上を組み合わせて用いることがより好ましい。
本発明の目的には、グルタミン酸およびその塩からなる群より選択される1種以上、リシンおよびその塩からなる群より選択される1種以上、ならびにセリンおよびその塩からなる群より選択される1種以上を組み合わせて用いることが特に好ましい。
なお、(F)成分として、酸性アミノ酸、アルギニン以外の塩基性アミノ酸または中性アミノ酸の塩が含有される場合、当該塩の含有量は、遊離体に換算した量にて表し、上記含有量が算出される。
また、本発明の化粧料用組成物の皮膚密着性を向上させる効果の観点からは、本発明の化粧料用組成物には、(A)~(C)成分に加えて、上記した(E)成分を用いることが好ましい。
本発明の化粧料用組成物の保湿効果および感触改善効果を共に向上させるためには、(A)~(C)成分に加えて、上記した(D)、(E)および(F)成分を化粧料用組成物に用いることが特に好ましい。
また、本発明の他の実施態様では、本発明の化粧料用組成物は、組成物のpHが7~13となるように調整されることが好ましく、7~11となるように調整されることがより好ましく、7.5~8.7となるように調整されることがさらに好ましく、7.5~8.5となるように調整されることがさらにより好ましい。
化粧料用組成物のpHの調整は、一般的に化粧料に用いられるpH調整剤、たとえば塩酸、リン酸、コハク酸、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、酢酸ナトリウム、リン酸水素ナトリウム、1-アミノ-2-プロパノール等により行うことができる。
なお、本発明において、化粧料用組成物のpHは、通常のガラス電極法により、25℃にて測定される。
上記添加剤としては、賦形剤、結合剤、崩壊剤、滑沢剤、被覆剤、基剤、溶剤、乳化剤、分散剤、懸濁化剤、安定化剤、粘稠剤、抗酸化剤、防腐剤、保存剤、香料、着色剤等が挙げられる。
かかる場合には、pH調整剤以外の一般的な添加剤として、水、1,3-ブチレングリコール、グリセリン等の溶剤;オリーブ油、ダイズ油、ツバキ油、ゴマ油、落花生油、カカオ脂、牛脂、豚脂等の動植物性油脂;カルナウバロウ、ミツロウ、ホホバ油等のロウ;オクチルドデカノール、セタノール、ステアリルアルコール等の脂肪族アルコール;オレイン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸等の脂肪酸;スクワラン、白色ワセリン、流動パラフィン、セレシン、マイクロクリスタリンワックス等の炭化水素等の油脂性基剤、アルギン酸プロピレングリコールエステル、ジオクチルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム、大豆レシチン、ポビドン等の懸濁化剤;レシチン、水素添加レシチン、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーエル(ポリオキシエチレンオレイルエーテル等)、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル(ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノラウレート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノステアレート、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノオレエート等)、脂肪酸グリセリル(モノステアリン酸グリセリル等)、脂肪酸ポリグリセリル(ジステアリン酸ジグリセリル、イソステアリン酸デカグリセリル等)、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル、N-アシルアミノ酸エステル(N-ミリストイルメチルアミノプロピオン酸ヘキシルデシル等)、アルキル硫酸塩(ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム等)等の界面活性剤または乳化剤;カルボキシビニルポリマー、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、キサンタンガム、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコール(部分ケン化物)等の粘稠剤;トリメチルグリシン、マルチトール等の保湿剤;エデト酸ナトリウム、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレングリコール等の安定化剤;アスコルビン酸、エリソルビン酸ナトリウム、酢酸トコフェロール、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン等の抗酸化剤;ソルビン酸、デヒドロ酢酸ナトリウム、パラオキシ安息香酸メチル、パラオキシ安息香酸プロピル、パラオキシ安息香酸ブチル、フェノキシエタノール等の保存剤;色素;顔料;香料等を必要に応じて用いることができる。
多価アルコールとしては、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、グリセリン、1,3-ブチレングリコール、1,2-ペンタンジオール(ペンチレングリコール)等が例示され、1種を単独で、または2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物における多価アルコールの含有量は、好ましくは1質量%~50質量%であり、より好ましくは5質量%~20質量%である。
また、本発明の化粧料用組成物の溶状安定性および抗菌性の観点から、上記多価アルコールに代えて、または上記多価アルコールとともに、水溶解性の高い他の保湿剤、たとえばトリメチルグリシン、尿素等が好ましく含有される。
本発明の化粧料用組成物における上記他の保湿剤の含有量は、好ましくは1質量%~50質量%であり、より好ましくは1質量%~20質量%である。
本発明の化粧料用組成物における水の含有量は、その他の成分の好ましい含有量により適宜調整され得るが、好ましくは10質量%以上、より好ましくは20質量%以上、さらに好ましくは30質量%以上、さらにより好ましくは40質量%以上であり、好ましくは95質量%以下、より好ましくは93質量%以下、さらにより好ましくは80質量%以下、さらにより一層好ましくは70質量%以下である。
具体的には、本発明の一態様として、本発明の化粧料用組成物は、
(A)ポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩、
(B)ピロリドンカルボン酸亜鉛塩、
(C)炭素数が1~10の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸またはその塩、
(D)ピロリドンカルボン酸またはそのアルカリ金属塩、
(E)アルギニンまたはその塩、
(F)酸性アミノ酸およびその塩、アルギニン以外の塩基性アミノ酸およびその塩、ならびに中性アミノ酸およびその塩からなる群より選択される1種以上、
(G)水、並びに
(H)任意の添加剤として、pH調整剤、賦形剤、結合剤、崩壊剤、滑沢剤、被覆剤、基剤、溶剤、乳化剤、分散剤、懸濁化剤、安定化剤、粘稠剤、抗酸化剤、防腐剤、保存剤、香料、着色剤および保湿剤からなる群より選択される1種以上、
のみからなる化粧料用組成物
とすることができる。
さらに具体的には、上記態様の本発明の化粧料用組成物は、全量を100質量%とした場合、(A)成分2.5質量%~13質量%、(B)成分1質量%~12質量%、(C)成分0.4質量%~12質量%、(D)成分1.5質量%~18質量%、(E)成分1質量%~5質量%、(F)成分0.5質量%~3質量%、(G)成分10質量%~93.1質量%、(H)成分50質量%以下のみからなる。
上記態様の本発明の化粧料用組成物における成分の含有量のより好ましい範囲は、上記した通りである。
また、上記態様の本発明の化粧料用組成物は、他の実施態様として、全量を100質量%とした場合、(A)成分2質量%~20質量%、(B)成分1質量%~15質量%、(C)成分0.4質量%~15質量%、(D)成分1.5質量%~18質量%、(E)成分1質量%~5質量%、(F)成分0.5質量%~3質量%、(G)成分10質量%~93.6質量%、(H)成分50質量%以下のみからなる。
上記他の実施態様の本発明の化粧料用組成物における成分の含有量のより好ましい範囲は、上記した通りである。
それゆえ、本発明の化粧料用組成物は、優れた保湿効果を有し、皮膚に対する密着性が高く、良好な顔料等粉体分散性を有するポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩と、皮脂抑制効果や抗菌作用、皮膚収斂効果、アンチエイジング効果等の種々の生理機能を有するピロリドンカルボン酸亜鉛塩とを、安定に含有することができる。
従って、本発明の化粧料用組成物は、ポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩と、ピロリドンカルボン酸亜鉛塩とを、種々の化粧料に安定的に配合するために好適に用いられる。
本発明の化粧料用組成物とすることにより、乳化化粧料に対してもポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩を安定に配合することができることから、本発明の化粧料用組成物は、乳液状またはクリーム状の皮膚化粧料、下地化粧料、メイクアップ化粧料、日焼け化粧料、日焼け止め化粧料等に好適に用いることができる。
また、本発明の化粧料用組成物とすることにより、ポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩の皮膚に対する密着性および顔料等の粉体分散性を良好に発揮させることができるため、本発明の化粧料用組成物は、下地化粧料、メイクアップ化粧料、日焼け止め化粧料等、顔料等の粉体を含有する化粧料により好適に用いることができる。
従って、本発明の化粧料用組成物は、乳液状またはクリーム状の下地化粧料、メイクアップ化粧料、日焼け止め化粧料等、顔料等の粉体を含有する乳化化粧料に特に好適に用いることができる。
また、本発明の化粧料用組成物とともに化粧料に含有され得る粉体は、上記のような粉体の複合体(例えば、シリカ被覆酸化チタン、マイカ被覆酸化チタン、チタン被覆マイカ等)であってもよく、上記のような粉体にシリコーン処理、フッ素化合物処理、シランカップリング剤処理、シラン処理、有機チタネート処理、アシル化脂肪酸処理(例えば、ステアロイルグルタミン酸処理)、金属石鹸処理(例えば、ステアリン酸アルミニウム処理)、油剤処理、アミノ酸処理等の表面処理を施したもの(例えば、シリコーン処理タルク、シリコーン処理マイカ、シリコーン処理セリサイト、シリコーン処理酸化チタン、シリコーン処理赤色酸化鉄、シリコーン処理黄酸化鉄、シリコーン処理黒酸化鉄、ステアロイルグルタミン酸処理酸化チタン、ステアロイルグルタミン酸処理黄酸化鉄、ステアロイルグルタミン酸処理赤色酸化鉄、ステアロイルグルタミン酸処理黒酸化鉄、ステアリン酸アルミニウム処理酸化チタン等)であってもよい。
表1に示す処方に従い、(A)~(C)成分を精製水に順次添加して均一に混合し、pH調整剤を用いてpHを調整し、実施例1~3および比較例1の液状の化粧料用組成物を調製した。表中のpHは、25℃においてガラス電極法により測定される値を示す。
(A)成分としては、「アクアデュウSPA-30B」(重量平均分子量=3,000~5,000)(味の素株式会社)を用いた。表中の(A)成分の含有量は、ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウム自体の含有量を示す。(B)成分および(C)成分としては、化粧料用として市販されている製品を用いた。また、pH調整剤としては、水酸化ナトリウム(化粧料用の市販製品)を用いた。
なお、表中の1,3-ブチレングリコールおよびエチレンジアミン四酢酸ジナトリウムは、「アクアデュウSPA-30B」(味の素株式会社)に由来して含有される成分である。
また、(A)成分および(C)成分については、かっこ内に遊離体に換算した含有量を示した。(A)成分の含有量(WA)に対する(B)成分の含有量(WB)の比(WB/WA)および(C)成分の含有量に対する(B)成分の含有量の比(WB/WC)については、 (A)成分の含有量および(C)成分の含有量として、それぞれ遊離体に換算した含有量を用いて算出した値を示す。
(1)溶状安定性
各化粧料用組成物を調製した直後に常温(25℃)にて状態を観察した後、50℃にて1ヵ月、70℃にて9日間それぞれ保存し、保存後の状態を観察して、下記評価基準に従い、溶状安定性を評価した。
<評価基準>
◎;苛酷な加速試験(70℃にて9日保存)においても、含有成分の析出や沈殿を認めない。
〇;調製直後および加速試験(50℃にて1ヵ月保存)では含有成分の析出や沈殿を認めないが、苛酷な加速試験(70℃にて9日保存)では、含有成分の析出や沈殿を認める。
△;調製直後には含有成分の析出や沈殿を認めないが、加速試験(50℃にて1ヵ月保存)で含有成分の析出や沈殿を認める。
×;調製直後において含有成分の析出や沈殿を認める。
実施例1~3および比較例1の各化粧料用組成物を70℃にて9日間保存した後、ゲルろ過クロマトグラフィーにより、各組成物中のポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウムの重量平均分子量を測定し、下記評価基準に従い、ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウムの安定性を評価した。
<評価基準>
◎;ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウムの重量平均分子量が2,400以上である。
〇;ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウムの重量平均分子量が2,000以上2,400未満である。
△;ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウムの重量平均分子量が1,600以上2,000未満である。
×;ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウムの重量平均分子量が1,600未満である。
一方、(A)成分および(B)成分に加えて(C)成分を含有する実施例1~3の化粧料用組成物では、70℃で9日間保存という苛酷な加速試験において、ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウムの若干の低分子量化が認められたものの、含有成分の析出や沈殿は認められず、良好な溶状安定性が認められた。
表2に示す処方に従い、(A)~(D)成分を精製水に順次添加して均一に混合し、pH調整剤を用いてpHを調整して、実施例4~23の液状の化粧料用組成物を調製した。表中のpHは、25℃においてガラス電極法により測定される値を示す。
(A)成分~(C)成分およびpH調整剤については、上記実施例1~3の調製に用いたものと同じものを用いた。(D)成分としては、化粧料用として市販されている製品を用いた。
なお、表中の(A)成分の含有量は、ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウム自体の含有量を示し、1,3-ブチレングリコールおよびエチレンジアミン四酢酸ジナトリウムは、「アクアデュウSPA-30B」(味の素株式会社)に由来して含有される成分である。
また、(A)成分、(C)成分および(D)成分については、かっこ内に遊離体に換算した含有量を示した。(A)成分の含有量(WA)に対する(B)成分の含有量(WB)の比(WB/WA)および(C)成分の含有量に対する(B)成分の含有量の比(WB/WC)については、(A)成分の含有量および(C)成分の含有量として、それぞれ遊離体に換算した含有量を用いて算出した値を示す。
(A)~(D)成分の各含有量は実施例17の化粧料用組成物と同じであるが、pHをそれぞれ7.0、9.0、10.0および11.0とした実施例20~23の各化粧料用組成物では、苛酷な加速試験において、ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウムの若干の低分子量化が認められたが、製品として提供する上で、問題となるような低分子量化は認められなかった。
また、(A)成分の含有量に対する(B)成分の含有量の比(WB/WA)が0.12である実施例7の化粧料用組成物、(C)成分の含有量に対する(B)成分の含有量の比(WB/WC)が、それぞれ2.73、3.00および2.70である実施例8、11および19の各化粧料用組成物において、加速試験にて含有成分の析出や沈殿が認められたが、その他の化粧料用組成物では、良好な溶状安定性が認められた。
また、化粧料用組成物のpHが7~11に調整されると、(A)成分の低分子量化は良好に抑制され、7.5~8.5に調整されると、(A)成分の低分子量化はより良好に抑制されることが示唆された。
表3に示す処方に従い、(A)~(F)成分およびその他の成分を精製水に順次添加して均一に混合し、実施例24の化粧料用組成物を調製した。(A)~(D)成分については、上記実施例1~23にて用いたものと同じものを用い、(E)成分、(F)成分およびその他の成分についても、化粧料用として市販されている製品を用いた。
なお、表中の(A)成分の含有量は、ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウム自体の含有量を示し、1,3-ブチレングリコールの含有量には、「アクアデュウSPA-30B」(味の素株式会社)に由来する1,3-ブチレングリコールの含有量が含まれる。また、エチレンジアミン四酢酸ジナトリウムは、「アクアデュウSPA-30B」(味の素株式会社)に由来して含有される成分である。
(A)成分、(C)成分、(D)成分および塩の形態の(F)成分については、かっこ内に遊離体に換算した含有量を示した。
実施例24の化粧料用組成物のpHを、ガラス電極法により25℃にて測定したところ、8.5であった。
また、(A)~(F)成分に加えて、1,3-ブチレングリコールおよびトリメチルグリシンを含有する実施例24の化粧料用組成物は、防腐剤を含有しないにもかかわらず、良好な抗菌性を示した。
さらに、実施例24の化粧料用組成物においては、実施例1の化粧料用組成物に比べて、より良好な皮膚密着感と保湿感が認められた。
また、多価アルコールやトリメチルグリシンを用いることにより、化粧料用組成物の溶状安定性を損なうことなく、抗菌性を付与できることが示唆された。
本発明の化粧料用組成物は、安定にかつ簡便に化粧料に配合することができ、化粧料に高い保湿性や良好な皮膚密着性と、皮脂抑制効果、抗菌作用、皮膚収斂効果、アンチエイジング効果等を付与し得る化粧料用のプレミックス品として有用である。
Claims (20)
- (A)ポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩、(B)ピロリドンカルボン酸亜鉛塩、および(C)炭素数が1~10の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸またはその塩を含有する、化粧料用組成物。
- (A)ポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩の含有量が、遊離体に換算した含有量にて2.5質量%~13質量%である、請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- (B)ピロリドンカルボン酸亜鉛塩の含有量が1質量%~12質量%である、請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- (C)炭素数が1~10の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸またはその塩が、炭素数が2~6の非環式のヒドロキシカルボン酸またはその塩である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- (A)成分の含有量(WA)に対する(B)成分の含有量(WB)の比(WB/WA)が2.4未満である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- (C)成分の含有量(WC)に対する(B)成分の含有量(WB)の比(WB/WC)が3.3未満である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- さらに、(D)ピロリドンカルボン酸またはそのアルカリ金属塩を含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- さらに、(E)アルギニンまたはその塩を含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- さらに、(F)酸性アミノ酸およびその塩、アルギニン以外の塩基性アミノ酸およびその塩、ならびに中性アミノ酸およびその塩からなる群より選択される1種以上を含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- さらに、多価アルコールを1種以上含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- さらに、トリメチルグリシンを含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 25℃における組成物のpHが7~13である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 粉体を含有する化粧料に添加される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物、および粉体を含有する化粧料。
- (A)ポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩、(B)ピロリドンカルボン酸亜鉛塩、および(C)炭素数が1~10の脂肪族ヒドロキシカルボン酸またはその塩、ならびに粉体を含有する化粧料。
- (A)ポリアスパラギン酸またはその塩の含有量が、遊離体に換算した含有量にて2質量%~20質量%である、請求項1に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- (B)ピロリドンカルボン酸亜鉛塩の含有量が1質量%~15質量%である、請求項1または2に記載の化粧料用組成物。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の化粧料用組成物を含有する化粧料。
- 請求項16に記載の化粧料用組成物を含有する化粧料。
- 請求項17に記載の化粧料用組成物を含有する化粧料。
