Abstract
(A)アニオン界面活性剤と、(B)塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種のカチオン性ポリマーと、(C)高度分岐環状デキストリン、及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種と、を含有し、前記塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体における塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムに由来する構造単位のモル比率が40%以上であり、前記(A)成分の含有量に対する前記(B)成分及び前記(C)成分の含有量における和の質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]が、0.01以上0.05以下であることを特徴とする皮膚洗浄剤組成物である。
Description
本発明は、皮膚洗浄剤組成物に関する。
従来、ボディソープやハンドソープなどの皮膚洗浄剤組成物には、優れた保湿性や、洗浄後の皮膚の状態を良好にすることなどが求められている。優れた保湿性を得るためには、保湿実感を与える上で重要な性能である泡のクリーミー性、泡の量の多さ、泡の弾力性、及び泡もち等の泡性能を向上させることが考えられる。また、洗浄後の皮膚の状態を良好にするためには、洗浄後の肌のしっとり感の付与や、肌のきめを向上させることが考えられる。さらに、汗や皮脂等が原因で発生するニオイに対して消臭性を備えたものや、低温条件下で保存しても成分が析出されることを防ぐ皮膚洗浄剤組成物が求められている。
近年、洗浄基剤として高級脂肪酸塩と、両性界面活性剤又はアルキルアミンオキサイドとを含み、泡質の改善、並びに脂汚れ及びニオイ汚れに対する洗浄力に優れる液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物が提案されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
しかし、前記提案における液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、優れた洗浄力を有するものの、ニオイ汚れについては香料によるマスキングに頼っているため、十分なニオイの消臭持続性は得られず、またタオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性が不十分であるという問題があった。

また、消臭持続性を付与する目的で、高度分岐環状デキストリン及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種を含有する液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物が提案されている(例えば、特許文献2参照)。
しかし、前記提案における液体皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、タオルドライ後の肌のキメが粗くなったり、洗浄後の肌におけるしっとり感が持続しなかったりすることに加え、低温安定性が低減するという問題があった。

したがって、汗や皮脂等によるニオイの消臭持続性、タオルドライ後の肌のキメ、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさが向上し、低温条件下においても成分の析出を防ぐ皮膚洗浄剤組成物は未だ提供されておらず、その速やかな開発が強く望まれているのが現状である。
本発明は、従来における前記諸問題を解決し、以下の目的を達成することを課題とする。即ち、汗や皮脂等によるニオイの消臭持続性、タオルドライ後の肌のキメ、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさ、及び低温安定性に優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を提供することを目的とする。
本発明者らは、前記目的を達成すべく鋭意検討を重ねた結果、本発明の皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、(A)アニオン界面活性剤と、(B)塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種のカチオン性ポリマーと、(C)高度分岐環状デキストリン及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種と、を含有し、前記塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体における塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムに由来する構造単位のモル比率が40%以上であり、前記(A)成分の含有量に対する前記(B)成分及び前記(C)成分の含有量における和の質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]が、0.01以上0.05以下であることにより、汗や皮脂等によるニオイの消臭持続性、タオルドライ後の肌のキメ、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさ、及び低温安定性に優れることを知見した。
本発明は、本発明者らによる前記知見に基づくものであり、前記課題を解決するための手段としては以下の通りである。
<1>(A)アニオン界面活性剤と、(B)塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種のカチオン性ポリマーと、(C)高度分岐環状デキストリン、及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種と、を含有し、前記塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体における塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムに由来する構造単位のモル比率が40%以上であり、前記(A)成分の含有量に対する前記(B)成分及び前記(C)成分の含有量における和の質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]が、0.01以上0.05以下であることを特徴とする皮膚洗浄剤組成物である。
<2>(D)下記一般式(D1)で表される共重合体を含む、前記<1>に記載の皮膚洗浄剤組成物である。
ただし、前記一般式(D1)中、n、m、及びzは各構造単位のモル比(モル%)を示し、n+m+z=100であり、前記nは0~34、前記mは24~31、前記zは35~76である。
<3>前記(A)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して、12質量%以上24質量%以下であり、前記(B)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して、0.2質量%以上0.8質量%以下であり、前記(C)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して、0.03質量%以上0.1質量%以下である、前記<1>から前記<2>のいずれかに記載の皮膚洗浄剤組成物である。
<4>前記(D)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して、0.1質量%以上0.5質量%以下である、前記<2>から前記<3>のいずれかに記載の皮膚洗浄剤組成物である。

本発明によると、従来における前記諸問題を解決し、前記目的を達成することができ、汗や皮脂等によるニオイの消臭持続性、タオルドライ後の肌のキメ、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさ、及び低温安定性に優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を提供することができる。
(皮膚洗浄剤組成物)
本発明の皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、(A)アニオン界面活性剤と、(B)塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種のカチオン性ポリマーと、(C)高度分岐環状デキストリン及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種と、を含有し、必要に応じて、更にその他の成分を含有する。
なお、本明細書において、(A)アニオン界面活性剤は「(A)成分」、(B)塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種のカチオン性ポリマーは「(B)成分」、(C)高度分岐環状デキストリン及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種は「(C)成分」と称することがある。
本発明の皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、(A)アニオン界面活性剤と、(B)塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種のカチオン性ポリマーと、(C)高度分岐環状デキストリン及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種と、を含有し、必要に応じて、更にその他の成分を含有する。
なお、本明細書において、(A)アニオン界面活性剤は「(A)成分」、(B)塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種のカチオン性ポリマーは「(B)成分」、(C)高度分岐環状デキストリン及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種は「(C)成分」と称することがある。
<(A)アニオン界面活性剤>
前記(A)アニオン界面活性剤は、泡もち、及びタオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性を向上させるために含有される。
なお、本明細書において「泡もち」とは、泡が消えずに維持することを意味する。

前記(A)成分のアニオン界面活性剤としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、高級脂肪酸塩、ポリオキシエチレン(POE)アルキルエーテル硫酸塩、エーテルカルボン酸塩、アミノ酸系界面活性剤などが挙げられる。これらの中でも、泡もち、及びタオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性を向上させる点から、高級脂肪酸塩が好ましい。
これらは、1種単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。

-高級脂肪酸塩-
前記高級脂肪酸塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、ラウリン酸塩、ミリスチン酸塩、パルミチン酸塩、ステアリン酸塩などが挙げられる。これらの中でも、泡もち、及びタオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性を向上させる点から、ラウリン酸塩及びミリスチン酸塩のいずれをも含む高級脂肪酸塩が好ましい。
これらは、1種単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。
前記高級脂肪酸塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、ラウリン酸塩、ミリスチン酸塩、パルミチン酸塩、ステアリン酸塩などが挙げられる。これらの中でも、泡もち、及びタオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性を向上させる点から、ラウリン酸塩及びミリスチン酸塩のいずれをも含む高級脂肪酸塩が好ましい。
これらは、1種単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。
前記高級脂肪酸塩における塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、アルカリ金属塩、アミン塩、アミノ酸塩などが挙げられる。
前記アルカリ金属塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩などが挙げられる。
前記アミン塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、アンモニウム塩、モノエタノールアミン塩、ジエタノールアミン塩、トリエタノールアミン塩、2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパノール、2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパンジオール等のアルカノールアミン塩などが挙げられる。
前記アミノ酸塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、リジン塩、アルギニン塩などが挙げられる。
これらの中でも、アルカリ金属塩が好ましく、カリウム塩がより好ましい。

前記アミン塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、アンモニウム塩、モノエタノールアミン塩、ジエタノールアミン塩、トリエタノールアミン塩、2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパノール、2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパンジオール等のアルカノールアミン塩などが挙げられる。
前記アミノ酸塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、リジン塩、アルギニン塩などが挙げられる。
これらの中でも、アルカリ金属塩が好ましく、カリウム塩がより好ましい。
前記高級脂肪酸塩は、適宜合成したものを使用してもよいし、市販品を使用してもよい。
前記高級脂肪酸塩の合成方法としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、常法により得られた脂肪酸塩をそのまま配合してもよいし、皮膚洗浄剤組成物の配合過程において、高級脂肪酸と水酸化カリウム等のアルカリとを配合槽中で中和反応させることにより高級脂肪酸塩を合成してもよい。
前記高級脂肪酸塩の合成方法としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、常法により得られた脂肪酸塩をそのまま配合してもよいし、皮膚洗浄剤組成物の配合過程において、高級脂肪酸と水酸化カリウム等のアルカリとを配合槽中で中和反応させることにより高級脂肪酸塩を合成してもよい。
前記高級脂肪酸塩の市販品としては、例えば、商品名で、NIKKOL ラウリン酸カリLK-120(ラウリン酸カリウム)、NIKKOL ミリスチン酸カリMK-140(ミリスチン酸カリウム)、タイソープ MNK-40(ヤシ油脂肪酸カリウム)(以上、日光ケミカルズ株式会社製)、ノンサールPK-1(パルミチン酸カリウム)(日油株式会社製)などが挙げられる。
-ポリオキシエチレン(POE)アルキルエーテル硫酸塩-
前記ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、下記一般式(A1)で表される化合物などが挙げられる。

前記(A)成分の合計含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して8質量%以上であると、泡もちが向上し、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性が優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。前記(A)成分の合計含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して30質量%以下であると、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性が優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。

本発明において、前記塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体における塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムに由来する構造単位のモル比率は、40モル%以上である。前記塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体における塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムに由来する構造単位のモル比率が、40モル%以上であることにより、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性が優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。
また、前記塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体における塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムに由来する構造単位のモル比率としては、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性が向上する観点から、65モル%以上が好ましく、95モル%以上がより好ましい。
前記塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体は、1種単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。
また、前記塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体における塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムに由来する構造単位のモル比率としては、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性が向上する観点から、65モル%以上が好ましく、95モル%以上がより好ましい。
前記塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体は、1種単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。
前記(B)カチオン性ポリマーの含有量としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができるが、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさの点から、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して、0.1質量%以上1質量%以下が好ましく、0.2質量%以上0.8質量%以下がより好ましい。
前記(B)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して0.1質量%以上であると、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性に優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。前記(B)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して1質量%以下であると、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさが良好である皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。
前記(B)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して0.1質量%以上であると、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性に優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。前記(B)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して1質量%以下であると、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさが良好である皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。

前記(C)成分の高度分岐環状デキストリン及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種は、汗や皮脂等によるニオイの消臭持続性を向上させるために含有される。
なお、「汗や皮脂等によるニオイの消臭持続性」は、「消臭持続性」と称することがある。
前記(C)成分は、消臭持続性が向上する点から、ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンが好ましい。

前記高度分岐環状デキストリンとしては、例えば、デンプンを原料として、ブランチングエンザイムという酵素を作用させて製造される。原料であるデンプンは、グルコースがα-1,4-グルコシド結合によって直鎖状に結合したアミロースと、α-1,6-グルコシド結合によって複雑に分岐した構造を持つアミロペクチンからなり、前記アミロペクチンは、クラスター構造が多数連結された巨大分子である。使用酵素であるブランチングエンザイムは、動植物、微生物に広く分布するグルカン鎖転移酵素であり、アミロペクチンのクラスター構造の継ぎ目部分に作用し、これを環状化する反応を触媒する。
より詳細には、前記高度分岐環状デキストリンとしては、例えば、特開平8-134104号公報に記載の内分岐環状構造部分と外分岐構造部分とを有する、重量平均重合度が50~10,000の範囲にあるグルカンなどが挙げられる。本明細書において、前記高度分岐環状デキストリンは、特開平8-134104号公報の記載を参酌して理解され得る。
より詳細には、前記高度分岐環状デキストリンとしては、例えば、特開平8-134104号公報に記載の内分岐環状構造部分と外分岐構造部分とを有する、重量平均重合度が50~10,000の範囲にあるグルカンなどが挙げられる。本明細書において、前記高度分岐環状デキストリンは、特開平8-134104号公報の記載を参酌して理解され得る。
前記高度分岐環状デキストリンとしては、上記の通り、特定の構造を有し、かつ重量平均重合度(分子量)が大きいものであり、α-シクロデキストリン(グルコースの数が6個)、β-シクロデキストリン(グルコースの数が7個)、γ-シクロデキストリン(グルコースの数が8個)等のグルコースが6~8個結合した一般的なシクロデキストリンとは異なる。
また、後述するヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンは、シクロデキストリンの水酸基の一部にヒドロキシアルキル基を導入したものであり、前記高度分岐環状デキストリンとは異なる。

―ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリン―
前記ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンとしては、グルコースがα-1,4-グルコシド結合で環状に連なった化合物であり、かつシクロデキストリンの水酸基の一部にヒドロキシアルキル基が導入されたものであり、例えば、下記一般式(C1)で表される化合物などが挙げられる。なお、前記ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンは、β-シクロデキストリンに比べて洗浄剤に対する溶解性が著しく高い。
前記ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンとしては、グルコースがα-1,4-グルコシド結合で環状に連なった化合物であり、かつシクロデキストリンの水酸基の一部にヒドロキシアルキル基が導入されたものであり、例えば、下記一般式(C1)で表される化合物などが挙げられる。なお、前記ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンは、β-シクロデキストリンに比べて洗浄剤に対する溶解性が著しく高い。
ただし、前記R2、前記R3、及び前記R4が同時に水素原子となることはない。
前記ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンのシクロデキストリン部分としては、例えば、グルコースが6個環状に結合したα-シクロデキストリン、グルコースが7個環状に結合したβ-シクロデキストリン、グルコースが8個環状に結合したγ-シクロデキストリンなどが挙げられる。これらの中でも、β-シクロデキストリンが好ましい。
前記ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンとしては、例えば、ヒドロキシメチル-α-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシメチル-β-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシメチル-γ-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシエチル-α-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシエチル-β-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシエチル-γ-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシプロピル-α-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシプロピル-β-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシプロピル-γ-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシブチル-α-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシブチル-β-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシブチル-γ-シクロデキストリンなどが挙げられる。これらの中でも、消臭持続性が向上する点から、ヒドロキシエチル-β-シクロデキストリン、ヒドロキシプロピル-β-シクロデキストリンが好ましく、ヒドロキシプロピル-β-シクロデキストリンがより好ましい。
これらは、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。

前記ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンのヒドロキシアルキル基の置換度は、消臭持続性の点から、1シクロデキストリンあたり、1~14が好ましい。前記置換度が、1以上又は14以下であると、消臭持続性が不十分となるといった問題を解消することができる。
前記ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンは、適宜合成したものを使用してもよいし、市販品を使用してもよい。
前記ヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンの市販品としては、例えば、商品名で、セルデックスHP-β-CD(ヒドロキシプロピル-β-シクロデキストリン;日本食品化工株式会社製)などが挙げられる。

前記(C)成分の高度分岐環状デキストリン及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種の含有量としては、汗や皮脂等によるニオイの消臭持続性、及び低温安定性の点から、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して、0.01質量%以上0.2質量%未満が好ましく、0.03質量%以上0.1質量%以下がより好ましい。
前記(C)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して0.01質量%以上であると、汗や皮脂等によるニオイの消臭持続性が優れる皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。
前記(C)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して0.2質量%未満であると、低温安定性が良好な皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。

前記(C)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して0.2質量%未満であると、低温安定性が良好な皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。
<質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]>
本発明において、前記(A)成分の含有量に対する前記(B)成分及び前記(C)成分の含有量における和の質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]は、0.01以上0.05以下である。
前記質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]が0.01以上であることにより、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性、汗や皮脂によるニオイの消臭持続性、及びタオルドライ後の肌のキメに優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。前記質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]が0.05以下であることにより、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさ、及び低温安定性に優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。
また、前記(A)成分の含有量に対する前記(B)成分及び前記(C)成分の含有量における和の質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]としては、0.015以上0.04以下であることが好ましい。
本発明において、前記(A)成分の含有量に対する前記(B)成分及び前記(C)成分の含有量における和の質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]は、0.01以上0.05以下である。
前記質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]が0.01以上であることにより、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性、汗や皮脂によるニオイの消臭持続性、及びタオルドライ後の肌のキメに優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。前記質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]が0.05以下であることにより、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさ、及び低温安定性に優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。
また、前記(A)成分の含有量に対する前記(B)成分及び前記(C)成分の含有量における和の質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]としては、0.015以上0.04以下であることが好ましい。
<(D)一般式(D1)で表される共重合体>
本発明である皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、前記(A)成分、前記(B)成分、及び前記(C)成分以外に、下記一般式(D1)で表される共重合体を含んでいてもよい。
なお、前記一般式(D1)で表される共重合体は、「(D)成分」と称することがある。
前記(D)成分の共重合体は、泡もちを向上させるために含有される。
本発明である皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、前記(A)成分、前記(B)成分、及び前記(C)成分以外に、下記一般式(D1)で表される共重合体を含んでいてもよい。

前記(D)成分の含有量が、前記皮膚洗浄剤組成物の全量に対して0.05質量%以上であると、良好な泡もちを有する皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。前記(D)成分の含有量が、前記皮膚洗浄剤組成物の全量に対して0.8質量%以下であると、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさに優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。
前記(D)成分の含有量が、前記皮膚洗浄剤組成物の全量に対して0.05質量%以上であると、良好な泡もちを有する皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。前記(D)成分の含有量が、前記皮膚洗浄剤組成物の全量に対して0.8質量%以下であると、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさに優れた皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得ることができる。
<その他の成分>
本発明の皮膚洗浄剤組成物には、前記(A)成分、前記(B)成分、前記(C)成分、及び前記(D)成分以外にも、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で必要に応じて、その他の成分を配合することができる。
前記その他の成分としては、例えば、(A)成分以外の界面活性剤、(B)及び(D)成分以外の水溶性高分子、油分、シリコーン類、低級又は高級アルコール等のアルコール類、ラノリン誘導体、蛋白誘導体、ビタミン等の薬剤、殺菌剤、防腐剤、水酸化カリウム、クエン酸、塩酸等のpH調整剤、酸化防止剤、金属封鎖剤、紫外線吸収剤、紫外線散乱剤、粘度調整剤、動植物抽出物又はその誘導体、エデト酸等のキレート剤、色素、香料、顔料、無機粉体、粘土鉱物、ナイロン、ポリエチレン等の水不溶性高分子化合物粉体などが挙げられる。これらは、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
前記その他の成分は、適宜合成したものを使用してもよいし、市販品を使用してもよい。
前記その他の成分の前記皮膚洗浄剤組成物における含有量としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができる。
本発明の皮膚洗浄剤組成物には、前記(A)成分、前記(B)成分、前記(C)成分、及び前記(D)成分以外にも、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で必要に応じて、その他の成分を配合することができる。
前記その他の成分としては、例えば、(A)成分以外の界面活性剤、(B)及び(D)成分以外の水溶性高分子、油分、シリコーン類、低級又は高級アルコール等のアルコール類、ラノリン誘導体、蛋白誘導体、ビタミン等の薬剤、殺菌剤、防腐剤、水酸化カリウム、クエン酸、塩酸等のpH調整剤、酸化防止剤、金属封鎖剤、紫外線吸収剤、紫外線散乱剤、粘度調整剤、動植物抽出物又はその誘導体、エデト酸等のキレート剤、色素、香料、顔料、無機粉体、粘土鉱物、ナイロン、ポリエチレン等の水不溶性高分子化合物粉体などが挙げられる。これらは、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。

前記フォーマー容器としては、ノンガス型の泡吐出容器などが挙げられる。前記ノンガス型の泡吐出容器としては、本発明の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を空気と混合して発泡状態で吐出できるものであれば特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、ボトル胴部を手で圧搾することによって泡を吐出できるスクイズフォーマー容器、ノズル部を押し下げることによって泡を吐出できるポンプフォーマー容器などが挙げられる。
前記スクイズフォーマー容器、及び前記フォーマー容器としては、例えば、大和製罐株式会社製のフォーマー容器、株式会社吉野工業所製のフォーマー容器などを使用することができる。
前記フォーマー容器としては、ノンガス型の泡吐出容器などが挙げられる。前記ノンガス型の泡吐出容器としては、本発明の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を空気と混合して発泡状態で吐出できるものであれば特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、ボトル胴部を手で圧搾することによって泡を吐出できるスクイズフォーマー容器、ノズル部を押し下げることによって泡を吐出できるポンプフォーマー容器などが挙げられる。
前記スクイズフォーマー容器、及び前記フォーマー容器としては、例えば、大和製罐株式会社製のフォーマー容器、株式会社吉野工業所製のフォーマー容器などを使用することができる。
前記ノンガス型の泡吐出容器は、通常、泡を形成するための多孔質膜体を有し、皮膚洗浄剤組成物が前記多孔質膜体を通過することにより泡が形成されるものである。
前記多孔質膜体の材質としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択できるが、ナイロン、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン等のプラスチック材料が好ましい。
前記多孔質膜体の材質としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択できるが、ナイロン、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン等のプラスチック材料が好ましい。
前記多孔質膜体のメッシュとしては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができるが、例えば、100メッシュ以上が好ましく、100メッシュ以上400メッシュ以下がより好ましく、200メッシュ以上350メッシュ以下がさらに好ましい。
前記多孔質膜体の枚数としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができるが、泡性能を向上させる観点から2枚~4枚が好ましい。より具体的には、特開平7-315463号公報、特開平8-230961号公報、及び特開2005-193972号公報に記載されたフォーマー容器を好適に使用することができる。
前記多孔質膜体の枚数としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができるが、泡性能を向上させる観点から2枚~4枚が好ましい。より具体的には、特開平7-315463号公報、特開平8-230961号公報、及び特開2005-193972号公報に記載されたフォーマー容器を好適に使用することができる。
<製造方法>
本発明の皮膚洗浄剤組成物の製造方法としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、前記(A)、前記(B)成分、及び前記(C)成分、必要に応じて、前記(D)成分、前記その他の成分、及び精製水(皮膚洗浄剤組成物全体が100質量%となるように残量として配合)を混合して得ることができる。
具体的には、以下のようにして製造することができる。70℃~80℃に加温した精製水に前記(A)成分を溶解し、前記(C)成分を添加した後、40℃以下に冷却してから、前記(B)成分、前記(D)成分、及びその他の成分を添加することにより製造することができる。
本発明の皮膚洗浄剤組成物の製造方法としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、前記(A)、前記(B)成分、及び前記(C)成分、必要に応じて、前記(D)成分、前記その他の成分、及び精製水(皮膚洗浄剤組成物全体が100質量%となるように残量として配合)を混合して得ることができる。
具体的には、以下のようにして製造することができる。70℃~80℃に加温した精製水に前記(A)成分を溶解し、前記(C)成分を添加した後、40℃以下に冷却してから、前記(B)成分、前記(D)成分、及びその他の成分を添加することにより製造することができる。
前記皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、装置を用いて調製してもよい。前記装置としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、剪断力があり、全体を混合することができる攪拌羽根を備えた攪拌装置などが挙げられる。
前記攪拌羽根としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、プロペラ、タービン、ディスパーなどが挙げられる。

以下に、本発明を実施例及び比較例に基づいて更に具体的に説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施例に制限されるものではない。

(実施例1~25及び比較例1~9)
下記表1~表7に示す組成、及び含有量の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を以下の方法で調製した。
最終的に得られる皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量の95質量%になる量の精製水を、70℃~80℃に加温し、(A)成分のアニオン界面活性剤を溶解し、(C)成分又は(C)成分の比較成分を添加した。その後、40℃以下に冷却してから、(B)成分又は(B)成分の比較成分、(D)成分、及びその他の成分を添加することにより皮膚洗浄剤組成物を調製した。その後、所定のpHに満たない場合は、共通成分である水酸化カリウムを添加し、所定のpHを10.0に調整後、全体量が100質量%になるように精製水を加えて、目的とする実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得た。なお、スリーワンモーター(HEIDON BL1200、新東化学株式会社製)を用いて攪拌し、攪拌羽根としてはプロペラを使用した。
得られた実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物のpHを、pHメーター(HM-30R;TOA DKK社製)を用いて、25℃で測定した。
得られた実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、ポンプディスペンサー付き容器(吐出量3mL、ノズル口径(内径)3.5mm、株式会社吉野工業所製)に充填した。
下記表1~表7に示す組成、及び含有量の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を以下の方法で調製した。
最終的に得られる皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量の95質量%になる量の精製水を、70℃~80℃に加温し、(A)成分のアニオン界面活性剤を溶解し、(C)成分又は(C)成分の比較成分を添加した。その後、40℃以下に冷却してから、(B)成分又は(B)成分の比較成分、(D)成分、及びその他の成分を添加することにより皮膚洗浄剤組成物を調製した。その後、所定のpHに満たない場合は、共通成分である水酸化カリウムを添加し、所定のpHを10.0に調整後、全体量が100質量%になるように精製水を加えて、目的とする実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を得た。なお、スリーワンモーター(HEIDON BL1200、新東化学株式会社製)を用いて攪拌し、攪拌羽根としてはプロペラを使用した。
得られた実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物のpHを、pHメーター(HM-30R;TOA DKK社製)を用いて、25℃で測定した。
得られた実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、ポンプディスペンサー付き容器(吐出量3mL、ノズル口径(内径)3.5mm、株式会社吉野工業所製)に充填した。
得られた実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物について、「泡もち」、「タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさ」、「タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性」、「消臭持続性」、「タオルドライ後の肌のキメ」、及び「低温安定性」を評価し、判定した。結果を下記表1~表7に示した。
<泡もちの評価>
専門評価者10名が、容器に入った実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を、5プッシュ(約15g)手に取り、全身を洗浄後に泡もちを観察し、下記評価基準に基づいて評価した。専門評価者10名の評定平均値を求め、下記判定基準に基づき判定した。

専門評価者10名が、容器に入った実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を、5プッシュ(約15g)手に取り、全身を洗浄し、40℃の温水ですすぎ流してタオルドライした。これを1日1回、7日間繰り返した後、25℃の恒温室にて30分間安静にし、1日目の洗浄前に対する7日目の「肌のキメ」を下記評価基準に基づいて評価した。専門評価者10名の評定平均値を求め、下記判定基準に基づき判定した。
〔タオルドライ後の肌のキメの評価基準〕
4点:肌のキメが非常に細かく、均一になったと感じる
3点:肌のキメがやや細かく、やや均一になったと感じる
2点:肌のキメの変化が見られない
1点:肌のキメが非常に粗く、表面の凸凹を感じる
〔タオルドライ後の肌のキメの判定基準〕
◎:3.5点以上4.0点以下
〇:3点以上3.5点未満
△:2点以上3点未満
×:1点以上2点未満
<消臭持続性の評価>
乾燥肌を悩みに抱える専門評価者5名が、高温環境下(38℃、40%RH)でフィットネスバイクによる運動を30分間実施した。その後、容器に入った実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を5プッシュ(約15g)手に取り、全身を洗浄し、40℃の温水ですすぎ流し、タオルドライした後に25℃の恒温室にて8時間安静にし、「汗、皮脂によるニオイの消臭持続性」を下記評価基準に基づいて評価した。専門評価者5名の評定平均値を求め、下記判定基準に基づき判定した。
〔消臭持続性の評価基準〕
4点:ワキや体幹部のニオイを全く感じない
3点:ワキや体幹部のニオイをわずかに感じる
2点:ワキや体幹部のニオイをやや強く感じる
1点:ワキや体幹部のニオイを強く感じる
〔消臭持続性の判定基準〕
◎:3.5点以上4.0点以下
○:3.0点以上3.5点未満
△:2.0点以上3.0点未満
×:2.0点未満

<低温安定性の評価>
実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を直径4cm、高さ7.5cmの円柱型の透明ガラス瓶に入れ、-5℃の恒温槽で2週間保存したときの析出物の生成状態を下記評価基準に基づいて評価した。
〔低温安定性の判定基準〕
◎:2週間保存後、結晶又は固体の析出が全くない
〇:2週間保存後、結晶又は固体の析出がほとんどない(機能上、問題なし)
×:2週間保存後、結晶又は固体の析出が多量にある
実施例1~25及び比較例1~9の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を直径4cm、高さ7.5cmの円柱型の透明ガラス瓶に入れ、-5℃の恒温槽で2週間保存したときの析出物の生成状態を下記評価基準に基づいて評価した。
〔低温安定性の判定基準〕
◎:2週間保存後、結晶又は固体の析出が全くない
〇:2週間保存後、結晶又は固体の析出がほとんどない(機能上、問題なし)
×:2週間保存後、結晶又は固体の析出が多量にある
(処方例1~6)
下記表8に示す組成及び含有量の皮膚洗浄剤組成物を、実施例1と同様の方法で調製した。

前記実施例1~25、比較例1~9、及び処方例1~6で使用した各成分の詳細について、下記表9に示す。
※2:ミリスチン酸カリウムは、ミリスチン酸(NAA-142、日油株式会社製)を水酸化カリウム(旭硝子株式会社製、液体苛性カリ)で中和させて調製したものを使用した。
※3:パルミチン酸カリウムは、パルミチン酸(NAA-160、日油株式会社製)を、水酸化カリウム(液体苛性カリ、旭硝子株式会社製)で中和させて調製したものを使用した。
※4:ステアリン酸カリウムは、ステアリン酸(NAA-180、日油株式会社製)を、水酸化カリウム(液体苛性カリ、旭硝子株式会社製)で中和させて調製したものを使用した。
※5:特開2002-128658号公報の段落[0065]~[0071]に記載された香料A~D、特開2003-73249号公報の段落[0076]~[0088]に記載されたA~E、又は、特開2020-132680号公報の段落[0016]~[0023]に記載の調合香料組成物1~4から適宜選択した。
本発明の皮膚洗浄剤組成物は、汗や皮脂等によるニオイの消臭持続性、タオルドライ後の肌のキメ、タオルドライ後の肌におけるしっとり感の持続性、タオルドライ後の肌におけるべたつきのなさ、及び低温安定性に優れるため、例えば、ボディシャンプー、ボディソープ、洗顔フォーム、ハンドソープ、泡ハンドソープクレンジングフォーム、メイク落としなどに好適に用いることができる。
Claims (4)
- (A)アニオン界面活性剤と、
(B)塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム重合体、及び塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種のカチオン性ポリマーと、
(C)高度分岐環状デキストリン、及びヒドロキシアルキル化シクロデキストリンから選択される少なくとも1種と、を含有し、
前記塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム-アクリル酸共重合体における塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムに由来する構造単位のモル比率が40%以上であり、
前記(A)成分の含有量に対する前記(B)成分及び前記(C)成分の含有量における和の質量比[{(B)+(C)}/(A)]が、0.01以上0.05以下であることを特徴とする皮膚洗浄剤組成物。 - 前記(A)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して、12質量%以上24質量%以下であり、
前記(B)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して、0.2質量%以上0.8質量%以下であり、
前記(C)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して、0.03質量%以上0.1質量%以下である、請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の皮膚洗浄剤組成物。 - 前記(D)成分の含有量が、皮膚洗浄剤組成物全量に対して、0.1質量%以上0.5質量%以下である、請求項2から3のいずれかに記載の皮膚洗浄剤組成物。
