本实用新型属于乳胶漆生产设备领域,尤其是涉及一种吸附净味乳胶漆的灌装设备。
背景技术
乳胶漆在搅拌完成后需要使用灌装设备进行灌装,现有的灌装设备功能单一,灌装完成后在灌装设备管路内会残留乳胶漆,容易滴落到厂区地面上,影响环境卫生,同时会造成产品的浪费。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型旨在提出一种吸附净味乳胶漆的灌装设备,以解决上述问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种吸附净味乳胶漆的灌装设备,包括支架、设于支架上的过滤罐、进液管、出液管、回液管、风机、灌装头及升降机构,
所述进液管及风机分别与过滤罐上端连通,所述过滤罐底部设有出液口,所述出液口通过三通分别与出液管及回液管的一端连通,所述回液管的另一端连通进液管中部,所述出液管的另一端连通灌装头,所述升降机构用于调节灌装头高度,
所述进液管与回液管连接处与所述进液管与过滤罐连接处之间的进液管上设有进液电磁阀,所述出液管上设有出液电磁阀,所述回液管上设有回液电磁阀,所述出液管中部连通有排空管,所述排空管上设有排空电磁阀,所述排空管的自由端高度高于所述出液电磁阀高度。
优选的,所述过滤罐包括罐体及与罐体密封可拆卸连接的盖体,所述进液管及风机分别与盖体连通。
优选的,所述罐体内设有滤筒,所述滤筒内设有滤网,滤筒上均匀设有过流孔,罐体内设有用于架设滤筒的内凸缘。
优选的,所述盖体与罐体铰接,盖体与罐体之间设有密封圈,盖体内设有密封条,当罐体与盖体闭合时,所述密封条与滤筒上端紧密相抵。
优选的,所述升降机构包括支撑板、螺杆、导向杆及手轮,所述支撑板固设于支架上呈水平设置,所述螺杆及导向杆均与灌装头垂直固接且均穿过所述支撑板,所述手轮通过轴承与支撑板转动连接,手轮中部设有螺纹孔,手轮与螺杆螺纹连接。
优选的,所述灌装头包括挡板及设于挡板上的灌装嘴。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型所述的吸附净味乳胶漆的灌装设备具有以下优势:
本实用新型所述的灌装设备在灌装完成后可以通过风机向过滤罐充入气体,提高过滤罐内气压,将残留的乳胶漆通过回液管吹回搅拌罐内,同时排空电磁阀打开,可以使出液管与大气连通,残留在出液管内的乳胶漆流入乳胶漆桶内,防止环境污染,减少浪费。

本实用新型涉及一种吸附净味乳胶漆的灌装设备,用于吸附净味乳胶漆的生产过程,包括支架1、设于支架1上的过滤罐、进液管2、出液管3、回液管4、风机5、灌装头及升降机构,
所述进液管2及风机5分别与过滤罐上端连通,所述过滤罐底部设有出液口,所述出液口通过三通分别与出液管3及回液管4的一端连通,所述回液管4的另一端连通进液管2中部,所述出液管3的另一端连通灌装头,所述升降机构用于调节灌装头高度,
所述进液管2与回液管4连接处与所述进液管2与过滤罐连接处之间的进液管2上设有进液电磁阀6,所述出液管3上设有出液电磁阀7,所述回液管4上设有回液电磁阀8,所述出液管3中部连通有排空管9,所述排空管9上设有排空电磁阀10,所述排空管9的自由端高度高于所述出液电磁阀7高度。
灌装时,首先所有电磁阀,将进液管2的进料端与乳胶漆搅拌桶连通,打开进液电磁阀6及出液电磁阀7,乳胶漆在过滤罐内经过过滤后,通过出液管3排出,最终从灌装头灌装到乳胶漆桶内,当完成其中一桶的灌装后,关闭出液电磁阀7,打开排空电磁阀10,出液管3中残留的乳胶漆在重力作用下流入乳胶漆桶中,一段时间后关闭排空电磁阀10,操作人员将灌装后的乳胶漆桶移开,更换新的乳胶漆桶,再次打开出液电磁阀7,重复上述动作;
当全部乳胶漆桶灌装完成后,首先关闭全部已打开的电磁阀,打开回液电磁阀8,启动风机5,利用风机5将外界空气注入过滤罐中,使过滤罐内气压升高,将过滤罐中残余的乳胶漆通过回液管4-进液管2返回乳胶漆搅拌桶,完成乳胶漆的回收。
所述过滤罐包括罐体11及与罐体11密封可拆卸连接的盖体12,所述进 液管2及风机5分别与盖体12连通,所述罐体11内设有滤筒13,所述滤筒13内设有滤网14,滤筒13上均匀设有过流孔,罐体11内设有用于架设滤筒13的内凸缘,灌装完成后,打开盖体12能够将使用后的滤网14取出,用于清洗或更换,所述盖体12的一侧与罐体11铰接,另一侧与罐体11之间设有对应的锁扣,盖体12与罐体11之间设有密封圈,盖体12内设有密封条,当罐体11与盖体12闭合时,密封圈用于使罐体11与盖体12之间实现密封,所述密封条与滤筒13上端紧密相抵,使盖体12与滤筒13之间实现密封,由进液管2进入过滤罐的乳胶漆只能够从滤网14经过,而无法在过滤前直接进入罐体11,确保最终灌装进入乳胶漆桶内的乳胶漆为过滤过的,确保了产品灌装质量。
优选的,所述升降机构包括支撑板15、螺杆16、导向杆17及手轮18,所述支撑板15固设于支架1上呈水平设置,所述螺杆16及导向杆17均与灌装头垂直固接且均穿过所述支撑板15并相对于支撑板15做上下运动,所述手轮18通过轴承与支撑板15转动连接,手轮18中部设有螺纹孔,手轮18与螺杆16螺纹连接,所述灌装头包括挡板19及设于挡板19上的灌装嘴20,转动手轮18,与手轮18螺纹连接的螺杆16能够穿过支撑板15上下运动,随之穿过支撑板15上下运动,从而调节挡板19及灌装嘴20的高度,本实施例中的手轮18与螺杆16也可以更换为气缸,提高自动化程度。
