分流箱采用槽钢作为骨架,外形尺寸为长2m、宽1.5m、高1.8m,在分流箱体顶部安装有顶进式搅拌器,防止泥水混合物的沉淀,在分流箱外部安装有2台螺杆泵,用于将灰水混合物输送至下一级胶带输送介质表面,灰水混合物与回程胶带表面输送的灰分一同装车后到露天矿进行回填;
所述的滚刷清扫器的刷毛前安装有2套喷淋水管,喷淋水管直径为25mm,在喷淋水管每间隔20mm开口,直径为5mm,喷淋水喷射方向与胶带表面呈60°布置,清水通过喷淋头喷向胶带表面,滚刷清扫器喷淋系统初始用水为电厂循环水,在滚刷清扫器后并且在接水槽内,安装有板式清扫器,并采用四氟乙烯板制作,将皮带表面积水清除掉,并落入接水槽内。
有益效果
1.本发明是一种带式输送机胶带表面粉尘清扫装置及其安装方法,该结构及方法采用安装于带式输送机回程胶带非工作面的压辊作为驱动源,通过三角传送带连接安装于带式输送机回程胶带工作面的2套滚刷清扫器,滚刷清扫器筒体外表面遍布刷毛,在胶带机运行过程中,滚刷清扫机随即联动,通过刷毛对胶带表面进行清扫,并伴有胶带表面水喷淋系统,通过回收再利用的方式实现节水的目的。
2.本发明的带式输送机通过滚刷清扫器的安装,不仅能够有效的清除胶带表面的积灰,同时起到保护胶带的作用,对设备的维护费用、人工投入在很大程度上都有所降低,同时,为起到保护环境的目的,达到废水零排放的要求,滚刷清扫器在设计上就满足了设备运行后期维护、更换方便的特点,可对单体滚刷筒体进行更换。
3.本发明机架上的轴承座的选型采用自密封形式,能够防止水、泥水混合物进入轴承座内部导致轴承的损坏。
4.本发明的滚刷清扫器处于回程胶带下方,其安装位置需要合理布置,一是要确保与压辊的有效传动,二是确保与回程胶带工作面有良好的清扫接触面积,由于滚刷清扫器与胶带机机架标高相差较多,在机架基础上采用#12槽钢配制滚刷清扫器安装所用的结构件,滚刷筒体与两侧端盖采用螺栓连接,端盖与整轴采用键连接的方式,该结构的设置以便于滚刷筒体的更换,同时还能确保滚刷清扫器在转动过程中,能够运行平稳,无窜动。
5.本发明在分流箱外部安装有2台螺杆泵,用于将灰水混合物输送至下一级胶带输送介质表面,灰水混合物与胶带表输送的灰分一同装车后到露天矿进行回填,从而达到废水零排放的目的,达到环境保护的目的。
6.本发明在滚刷清扫器2套滚刷前安装有2套喷淋水管,清水通过喷淋水管喷向胶带表面,一是起到降尘的作用,二是有利于胶带表面粉尘的清扫,滚刷清扫器喷淋系统初始用水为电厂循环水,在2套滚刷清扫器后(接水槽范围内)安装有板式清扫器,将皮带表面积水能够有效的清除掉,并落入接水槽内,有效保证了工作环境的清洁。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种带式输送机胶带表面粉尘清扫装置,其组成包括:压辊3,所述的压辊安装于回程胶带非工作面,所述的压辊的一端固定有传动轮II15,所述的传动轮II分别通过三角传动带14与2个滚刷清扫器4的传动轮I13连接,所述的滚刷清扫器外边面安装有刷毛12,所述的滚刷清扫器的下方安装有集水槽6,所述的集水槽底部安装有溢流口7,所述的溢流口通过管路与分流箱连接,所述的分流箱通过隔板分为水侧箱体10、泥侧箱体8,所述的水侧箱体侧面通过管路与清水泵11连接,所述的清水泵通过管路连接喷淋头2,所述的喷淋头安装在所述的滚刷清扫器前端。
实施例2:
根据实施例1所述的带式输送机胶带表面粉尘清扫装置,所述的压辊、所述的滚刷清扫器分别与机架上的轴承座16连接,所述的喷淋头与所述的清水泵之间的管路上安装有外部补水系统,所述的泥侧箱体底部安装有清泥口9,所述的滚刷清扫器后安装有板式清扫器5,胶带驱动主滚筒1带动回程胶带非工作面运动。
实施例3:
根据实施例1或2所述的带式输送机胶带表面粉尘清扫装置的安装方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)安装于回程胶带非工作面压辊的制作与安装:
所述的压辊采用ф219×10得碳钢管配制,其表面增面衬胶或条纹衬胶,衬胶厚度为10mm,将ф50mm、长度为1250mm整轴贯穿于压辊内部,压辊两侧采用端盖与轴连接,并进行中心找正试验,轴与压辊保持同心;轴端两侧安装有PC210轴承座各一套,轴承座的选型应采用自密封形式,压辊轴端驱动侧安装有三角带4槽传动轮,压辊整体组装工作完毕后,将压辊轴端轴承座分别安装于胶带机侧机架后,进行压辊与回程胶带的紧力调整,并进行回程胶带启动试验,压辊轴长可根据回程胶带宽进行调整;
(2)滚刷清扫器的制作与安装:
所述的滚刷清扫器筒体部分材质为PVC,外形尺寸为ф160×1000或滚刷筒体长度按胶带宽确定,毛刷单束尺寸为ф5×90,采用尼龙纤维制作,单根尼龙纤维直径为0.3mm,毛束间距为10mm,滚刷筒体通过两侧端盖与长轴相连成为整体,长轴通过安装于轴端的轴承座与胶带机机架结构件相连,轴承座的选型应采用自密封形式,由于滚刷清扫器处于胶带下方,其安装位置可以在机架基础上,采用槽钢配制滚刷清扫器安装所用的结构件;
所述的滚刷筒体与两侧端盖采用螺栓连接,端盖与整轴采用键连接的方式,保证主轴、滚刷筒体、两侧端盖同心;
所述的滚刷清扫器驱动端安装有三角带槽传动轮I,滚刷清扫器与压辊安装完成后,连接三角传动带,可通过各自轴承座的固定螺栓来调节压辊与回程胶带的摩擦紧力、滚刷清扫器的刷毛与胶带的接触面积、三角带的张紧力;
(3)所述的滚刷清扫器安装完成后,根据其整体安装位置,在滚刷清扫器下方配制接水槽,接水槽整体采用5mm钢板配制,直接座于地面,胶带喷淋水、泥水混合物全部落于接水槽内部,接水槽呈倾斜布置,最低端方向为落料管位置,在接水槽内沉淀的泥水混合物可通过落料管至下一条胶带机运走,在接水槽侧板高位点布置有溢流口,清水及泥水混合物可通过此溢流口自流到下方分流箱内;
分流箱采用槽钢作为骨架,外形尺寸为长2m、宽1.5m、高1.8m,在分流箱体顶部安装有顶进式搅拌器,防止泥水混合物的沉淀,在分流箱外部安装有2台螺杆泵,用于将灰水混合物输送至下一级胶带输送介质表面,灰水混合物与回程胶带表面输送的灰分一同装车后到露天矿进行回填;
所述的滚刷清扫器的刷毛前安装有2套喷淋水管,喷淋水管直径为25mm,在喷淋水管每间隔20mm开口,直径为5mm,喷淋水喷射方向与胶带表面呈60°布置,清水通过喷淋头喷向胶带表面,滚刷清扫器喷淋系统初始用水为电厂循环水,在滚刷清扫器后并且在接水槽内,安装有板式清扫器,并采用四氟乙烯板制作,将皮带表面积水清除掉,并落入接水槽内。
电厂加大力度对除灰胶带机系统进行粉尘综合治理,确保工作场所粉尘浓度符合国家标准,同时也为职工营造一个明亮、整洁的工作环境,申请人通过对滚刷清扫器的不断完善和创新,得到了电厂生技科、燃除部等部门各级人员的认可,并通过申请,首先在除灰#3甲侧胶带机头部进行安装试验,安装对于胶带机机架并无多大改变,并不影响机架整体强度,具体试运情况如下:
此次试运行滚刷清扫器运行平稳、并无轴向窜动迹象,同时,对胶带表面粉尘清扫极为干净彻底,胶带表面沟槽内的积灰同时被清除,对胶带表面并无损伤,使用白色抹布檫拭胶带表面,干净如初,但对于喷淋水的外泄以及泥水的处理上存在一定缺陷,后期又通过3个月的时间对滚刷清扫器的喷淋水系统进行完善,最终形成接水槽、分流箱、加装板式清扫器等辅助系统后,最终形成良好的预期效果,完成了除灰系统其它5条胶带机滚刷清扫器的改造和安装工作,并将此项目推广到输煤系统,并取得了良好的应用效果,最后完成滚刷清扫器及其附属系统的升级工作,增设分流箱顶进式搅拌器及用于输送灰水混合物的螺杆泵,用于将灰水混合物输送至下一级胶带输送介质表面,灰水混合物与胶带表输送的灰分一同装车后到露天矿进行回填,从而达到废水零排放的目的,达到环境保护的目的。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种带式输送机胶带表面粉尘清扫装置,其组成包括:压辊,其特征是:所述的压辊安装于回程胶带非工作面,所述的压辊的一端固定有传动轮II,所述的传动轮II分别通过三角传动带与2个滚刷清扫器的传动轮I连接,所述的滚刷清扫器外边面安装有刷毛,所述的滚刷清扫器的下方安装有集水槽,所述的集水槽底部安装有溢流口,所述的溢流口通过管路与分流箱连接,所述的分流箱通过隔板分为水侧箱体、泥侧箱体,所述的水侧箱体侧面通过管路与清水泵连接,所述的清水泵通过管路连接喷淋头,所述的喷淋头安装在所述的滚刷清扫器前端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带式输送机胶带表面粉尘清扫装置,其特征是:所述的压辊、所述的滚刷清扫器分别与机架上的轴承座连接,所述的喷淋头与所述的清水泵之间的管路上安装有外部补水系统,所述的滚刷清扫器后安装有板式清扫器,胶带驱动主滚筒带动回程胶带非工作面运动。
  3. 一种权利要求1或2之一所述的带式输送机胶带表面粉尘清扫装置的安装方法,其特征是:该方法包括如下步骤:
    (1)安装于回程胶带非工作面压辊的制作与安装:

    (3)所述的滚刷清扫器安装完成后,根据其整体安装位置,在滚刷清扫器下方配制接水槽,接水槽整体采用5mm钢板配制,直接座于地面,胶带喷淋水、泥水混合物全部落于接水槽内部,接水槽呈倾斜布置,最低端方向为落料管位置,在接水槽内沉淀的泥水混合物可通过落料管至下一条胶带机运走,在接水槽侧板高位点布置有溢流口,清水及泥水混合物可通过此溢流口自流到下方分流箱内;
    分流箱采用槽钢作为骨架,外形尺寸为长2m、宽1.5m、高1.8m,在分流箱体顶部安装有顶进式搅拌器,防止泥水混合物的沉淀,在分流箱外部安装有2台螺杆泵,用于将灰水混合物输送至下一级胶带输送介质表面,灰水混合物与回程胶带表面输送的灰分一同装车后到露天矿进行回填;
