本发明提供的再一个实施例中,驱动组件4包括设置在底座1内部的双向螺杆41,双向螺杆41由两段螺纹方向相反的螺旋杆组成,双向螺杆41的一侧平行设置有光杆42,且双向螺杆41的一端固定安装有电动机43,通过电动机43工作带动双向螺杆41转动,双向螺杆41和光杆42的外侧共同套设有两个对称分布的滑动件44,滑动件44分别套设在双向螺杆41的两段螺旋杆上,夹持组件3固定在滑动件44上,通过设置的驱动组件4能够实现焊接工装的自动夹持及松开操作,为焊接工作提供便利,使用过程中,通过电动机43正转带动双向螺杆41转动,从而带动其上的两个滑动件44相互靠近,进而带动两个夹持组件3相互靠近,对焊接工装进行夹持,同理,通过电动机43反转带动两个滑动件44相互远离,从而实现两个夹持组件3的相互远离,实现焊接工装的松开。
本发明提供的再一个实施例中,滑动件44包括滑座441,滑座441的顶部设置有与滑槽2相适配的滑块442,滑块442贯穿滑槽2插入安装槽311内,且滑座441的侧面开设有第二通孔443,第二通孔443共开设有两个,且其中一个第二通孔443为螺纹孔,与双向螺杆41相适配,另一个第二通孔443与光杆42相适配,滑块442的侧面开设有固定孔444,用于与固定组件5相适配,方便安装夹持组件3。
本发明提供的再一个实施例中,固定组件5包括贯穿固定座31设置的固定杆51,固定杆51与第一通孔312和固定孔444相适配,固定杆51的一端设置有压板52,压板52与固定座31之间连接有弹性元件53,弹性元件53套设在固定杆51上,弹性元件53为弹簧,弹性元件53的弹性作用力带动固定杆51弹出第一通孔312和固定孔444,压板52通过弹性元件53固定在固定座31上,压板52上对称开设有固定槽54;固定座31上位于固定槽54的对应位置处设置有锁紧件55,锁紧件55包括固定安装的连杆551,连杆551的一端转动安装有锁紧块552,锁紧块552与固定槽54相适配,锁紧件55用于对压板52进行锁紧,实现固定杆51的限位,达到夹持组件3与驱动组件4固定的目的,通过设置的固定组件5能够实现夹持组件3的快速安装及拆卸工作,且本设计结构简单,操作方便,省时省力,当需要安装夹持组件3时,将固定座31放置在底座1上,使得滑块442插入安装槽311内,然后向压板52施加压力,使得固定杆51贯穿第一通孔312插入固定孔444内,此时弹性元件53处于压缩状态,锁紧块552穿过固定槽54紧贴压板52的侧面,然后,转动锁紧块552使其与固定槽54呈垂直状态,即实现压板52的锁紧固定,达到夹持组件3固定的目的,当需要拆除夹持组件3时,转动锁紧块552使其与固定槽54成平行状态,此时,弹性元件53的弹性作用力带动固定杆51弹出第一通孔312和固定孔444,即实现夹持组件3的拆除。
本发明的工作原理为:在实际使用过程中,将待焊接的加工工装放入两个夹持组件3之间,然后,通过驱动组件4工作,带动两个夹持组件3沿滑槽2滑动相互靠近,对焊接工装进行夹紧固定,进行焊接即可,焊接完成后,同理,通过驱动组件4工作,带动两个夹持组件3沿滑槽2滑动相互远离,松开焊接工装即可,通过设置的夹持组件3能够对焊接工装进行夹持固定,且夹持组件3能够适用于不同大小、形状焊接工装的夹持固定,使用范围较广,且能够进行不规则工装的夹持,实用性较强,降低了生产成本。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (10)
- 一种自动化焊接工装用夹具机构,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的上表面开设有滑槽(2),且底座(1)上设置有两个对称分布的夹持组件(3),所述底座(1)的内部设置有驱动组件(4),所述驱动组件(4)用于驱动两个所述夹持组件(3)相互靠近或相互远离;所述夹持组件(3)的两侧均设置有固定组件(5),所述固定组件(5)用于连接夹持组件(3)和驱动组件(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化焊接工装用夹具机构,其特征在于:所述夹持组件(3)包括固定座(31),所述固定座(31)上转动设置有下夹持板(32),且固定座(31)与下夹持板(32)之间转动设置有第一调节部件(33),所述下夹持板(32)的内侧转动设置有上夹持板(34),且下夹持板(32)与上夹持板(34)之间转动设置有第二调节部件(35)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动化焊接工装用夹具机构,其特征在于:所述第一调节部件(33)和第二调节部件(35)均为调节气缸。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动化焊接工装用夹具机构,其特征在于:所述固定座(31)的下表面对称开设有安装槽(311),且固定座(31)的两侧均开设有第一通孔(312)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化焊接工装用夹具机构,其特征在于:所述驱动组件(4)包括设置在底座(1)内部的双向螺杆(41),所述双向螺杆(41)的一侧平行设置有光杆(42),且双向螺杆(41)的一端固定安装有电动机(43),所述双向螺杆(41)和光杆(42)的外侧共同套设有两个对称分布的滑动件(44)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种自动化焊接工装用夹具机构,其特征在于:所述滑动件(44)包括滑座(441),所述滑座(441)的顶部设置有与滑槽(2)相适配的滑块(442),且滑座(441)的侧面开设有第二通孔(443),所述滑块(442)的侧面开设有固定孔(444)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种自动化焊接工装用夹具机构,其特征在于:所述第二通孔(443)共开设有两个,且其中一个所述第二通孔(443)为螺纹孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动化焊接工装用夹具机构,其特征在于:所述固定组件(5)包括贯穿所述固定座(31)设置的固定杆(51),所述固定杆(51)的一端设置有压板(52),所述压板(52)与固定座(31)之间连接有弹性元件(53),所述弹性元件(53)套设在固定杆(51)上,所述压板(52)上对称开设有固定槽(54);所述固定座(31)上位于固定槽(54)的对应位置处设置有锁紧件(55)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种自动化焊接工装用夹具机构,其特征在于:所述弹性元件(53)为弹簧。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种自动化焊接工装用夹具机构,其特征在于:所述锁紧件(55)包括固定安装的连杆(551),所述连杆(551)的一端转动安装有锁紧块(552),所述锁紧块(552)与固定槽(54)相适配。
