本实用新型所述的自行车车架的加强管,包括斜跨固定在车架主管和五通管之间的管体,管体两端的管段截面为在两侧相交形成扁平形状的两圆弧,管体两端管段截面的圆弧两侧相交点的连线相互垂直。
所述的自行车车架的加强管,管体的两端管段截面形状为两个相连接的弧形边相交点连接互相垂直的扁平形状,与车架主管连接时,管体其中一端两圆弧边相交点的连线与车架主管平行,使得管体与车架主管连接截面的纵向尺寸大于横向尺寸,提升了车架主管的纵向刚性,管体的另一端管段截面的两圆弧边相交点的连线与五通管相平行,使管体与五通管连接处的加强管端部纵向尺寸小于横向尺寸,从而可增加与五通管横向的连接面积,有效增强自行车车架的横向刚性。本实用新型结构简单,加工成本低,通过将加强管的两端分别增强车架主管纵向刚性和五通管侧向刚性,不仅使车架整体的强度增大,还能提升骑行的舒适度,减少骑行者的能力损耗。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种自行车车架的加强管,包括斜跨固定在车架主管1和五通管2之间的管体3,管体两端的管段截面为在两侧相交形成横宽竖窄的扁平形状的两圆弧,管 体两端管段截面的圆弧两侧相交点的连线相互垂直。
管体的两端管段截面形状为两个相连接的弧形边相交点连接互相垂直的扁平形状,与车架主管连接时,管体其中一端两圆弧边相交点的连线与车架主管平行,使得管体与车架主管连接截面的纵向尺寸大于横向尺寸,提升了车架主管的纵向刚性,管体的另一端管段截面的两圆弧边相交点的连线与五通管相平行,使管体与五通管连接处的加强管端部纵向尺寸小于横向尺寸,从而可增加与五通管横向的连接面积,有效增强自行车车架的横向刚性。本实用新型结构简单,加工成本低,通过将加强管的两端分别增强车架主管纵向刚性和五通管侧向刚性,不仅使车架整体的强度增大,还能提升骑行的舒适度,减少骑行者的能力损耗。
所述管体为直线变径管,也可为弧形变径管,管体上端与车架主管连接处截面为两个相连接的弧形边,所述两弧形边连接处为两相对的尖角;管体下端与五通管连接处截面为扁平的椭圆形,所述管体上端两尖角的对角线与管体下端扁平的椭圆形的短轴相平行,管体上端侧壁向管体下端侧壁均匀变径过渡。使得加强管管体的形状更加顺滑,增加加强管的整体美观效果。

  1. 一种自行车车架的加强管,包括斜跨固定在车架主管(1)和五通管(2)之间的管体(3),其特征在于,管体两端的管段截面为在两侧相交形成扁平形状的两圆弧,管体两端管段截面的圆弧两侧相交点的连线相互垂直。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加强管,其特征在于,所述管体为直线变径管,管体上端与车架主管连接处截面为两个相连接的弧形边,两所述弧形边连接处为两相对的尖角;管体下端与五通管连接处截面为扁平的椭圆形,所述管体上端两尖角的对角线与管体下端扁平的椭圆形的短轴相平行,管体上端侧壁向管体下端侧壁均匀变径过渡。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的加强管,其特征在于,所述管体为弧形变径管,管体上端与车架主管连接处截面为两个相连接的弧形边,两所述弧形边连接处为两相对的尖角;管体下端与五通管连接处截面为扁平的椭圆形,所述管体上端两尖角的对角线与管体下端椭圆形状的短轴相平行,管体上端侧壁向管体下端侧壁均匀变径过渡。
