Une partie supérieure du premier réservoir d'eau (1) est en retrait pour former une première position de montage (3), de sorte qu'une partie supérieure du premier réservoir d'eau (1) forme une partie en saillie (101), le second réservoir d'eau (2) est monté dans la première position de montage (3) et est utilisé pour alimenter en eau le tambour (8), et une extrémité d'aspiration d'air de l'appareil d'aspiration d'air (10) communique avec un espace de réception à l'intérieur du premier réservoir d'eau (1).
