技术领域
本发明涉及汽车控制领域,特别是涉及一种车窗控制方法及装置。

现有技术中在对车窗控制时通常是通过手摇臂转动齿轮以控制车窗的上升或下降,或者使用多个机械按键和多个继电器配合,用户通过对不同的机械按键进行操作使对应的继电器导通和闭合,以实现对车窗的电机的正转和反转的控制从而对车窗的上升和下降进行控制,然而由于车辆智能化的发展,通过手摇臂或机械按键对车窗的控制和整车智能的理念不符,因此,如何实现对车窗控制的智能化的问题亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种车窗控制方法及装置,不仅能够使用户免于通过机械按键对车窗进行控制,还能够在用户对期望车窗进行控制时向用户提示,便于用户盲操,保证用户驾驶的安全性,提高了对车窗控制的智能化。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种车窗控制方法,包括:
判断是否接收到用户通过车窗选择触摸面板发送的选择期望车窗的有效指令;

此外,还需判断用户是否对期望车窗进行控制,相应地,信息采集模块21能够在用户触摸车窗控制触摸面板时对用户触摸的信号进行采集,判断模块22对信息采集模块21采集到的触摸信号进行判断,从而确定是用户无意触摸到车窗控制触摸面板,还是想要对期望车窗进行控制才触摸车窗控制触摸面板,避免由于用户的误触导致误对车窗进行控制,在判断模块22判定用户发送的控制期望车窗上升或下降的指令为有效指令时,中央处理器2便能够基于用户对车窗控制触摸面板的触摸确定用户想要控制期望车窗上升或下降,也即判定接收到用户通过车窗控制触摸面板发送的控制期望车窗上升或下降的有效指令。
S13:若接收到控制期望车窗上升或下降的有效指令,则控制期望车窗进行上升或下降,并控制反馈装置3提示用户正在对期望车窗进行控制。
在接收到用户发送的控制期望车窗上升的有效指令时,控制期望车窗上升;在接收到用户发送的控制期望车窗下降的有效指令时,控制期望车窗下降。
此外,还控制反馈装置3提示用户正在对期望车窗进行控制,从而使用户在驾驶位置时无需将视线从前方路线移至车窗控制触摸面板即可确定对期望车窗的控制是否准确,保证用户的驾车安全。
需要说明的是,本申请中在控制期望车窗上升或下降时,均通过控制与期望车窗连接的电机4正转或反转,以使电机4带动期望车窗上升或下降。
综上,本申请中不仅能够使用户免于通过机械按键对车窗进行控制,还能够在用户对期望车窗进行控制时向用户提示,便于用户盲操,保证用户驾驶的安全性,提高了对车窗控制的智能化。

作为一种优选的实施例,车窗选择触摸面板包括车窗初选触摸按键和分别与车辆上的各个车窗一一对应的车窗选择触摸按键;

申请人考虑到为了进一步避免用户对车窗选择触摸按键误操作,本申请中的车窗选择触摸面板中还设置了车窗初选触摸按键,用户可以先对车窗初选触摸按键进行操作,从而唤醒各个车窗选择触摸按键,用户再对期望车窗对应的车窗选择触摸按键进行操作,便能够选择期望车窗。其中,本申请中对车窗初选触摸按键的操作可以但不限定为触摸或按压;对车窗选择触摸按键的操作也可以但不限定为触摸或按压。
此外,申请人考虑到当用户在对车窗进行控制时,为了便于用户盲操,也即便于用户无需直视车窗选择触摸面板即可通过对车窗选择触摸面板进行操作,从而选择期望车窗,车窗初选触摸按键可以设计为向上凸起的触摸按键,各个形状为扇形的车窗选择触摸按键构成的圆环可以环绕车窗初 选触摸按键,用户可以通过触摸车窗初选触摸按键确定各个车窗选择触摸按键的位置,从而准确的选择期望车窗,例如用户在对到车窗初选触摸按键进行操作后,从车窗初选触摸按键滑动至期望控制的车窗对应的车窗选择触摸按键的位置即可选定该车窗作为期望车窗。
需要说明的是,申请人考虑到用户可能同时对多个车窗选择触摸按键进行操作,此时将用户的手指离开车窗选择触摸面板时最后选择的车窗选择触摸按键对应的车窗选定为期望车窗,从而后续对此期望车窗进行控制。也即用户在构成圆环的多个车窗选择触摸按键上按照顺时针或逆时针滑动时,最终停留的位置所在的车窗选择触摸按键对应的车窗即为期望车窗。
作为一种优选的实施例,车窗选择触摸面板还包括车窗全选触摸按键;
判断是否接收到用户通过车窗初选触摸按键发送的开始选择车窗的有效指令之后,还包括:
若接收到开始选择车窗的有效指令,则判断是否接收到用户通过车窗全选触摸按键发送的将所有的车窗选定为期望车窗的有效指令;

本申请中的车窗选择触摸面板还包括车窗全选触摸按键,使用户在想要同时控制所有的车窗时,只需在选窗时对车窗全选触摸按键进行操作,例如按压或触摸,本申请对此不作限定,即可对所有的车窗进行控制。
此外,车窗全选触摸按键可以为车窗初选触摸按键的复用,例如当用户对车窗初选触摸按键进行操作的时件不小于3秒时,为用户将所有车窗选定为期望车窗,本申请对具体的操作方式不作限定。
作为一种优选的实施例,反馈装置3包括与各个车窗选择触摸按键一一对应设置的车窗选择指示灯31、和/或与控制车窗上升对应的车窗上升操 作指示灯32、和/或与控制车窗下降对应的车窗下降操作指示灯33、和/或显示装置34、和/或声音提示装置35和/或振动提示装置36;

例如,各个车窗选择指示灯31可以设置于对应的车窗选择触摸按键的下方,当用户对车窗初选触摸按键进行操作后,所有的车窗选择指示灯31均点亮,与控制车窗上升对应的车窗上升操作指示灯32和与控制车窗下降对应的车窗下降操作指示灯33也点亮,显示装置34提示用户开始对车窗进行控制,声音提示装置35播放预设的音频以及振动提示装置36振动,从而使用户确定当前对车窗初选触摸按键的操作是有效的,无需用户直视车窗初选触摸按键。
当用户对车窗选择触摸按键进行操作后,仅该期望车窗对应的车窗指示灯点亮,与控制车窗上升对应的车窗上升操作指示灯32和与控制车窗下降对应的车窗下降操作指示灯33也点亮,显示装置34提示用户选定的车窗,声音提示装置35播放预设的音频以及振动提示装置36振动,从而使用户确定当前对车窗选择触摸按键的操作是有效的,无需用户直视车窗选择触摸按键。
当用户控制期望车窗上升时,该期望车窗对应的车窗选择指示灯31点亮,车窗上升操作指示灯32点亮,显示装置34提示用户正在对期望车窗进行控制,声音提示装置35播放预设的音频以及振动提示装置36振动,从而使用户确定当前对车窗对期望车窗的控制是有效的,无需用户直视车窗控制触摸面板,提高用户驾驶的安全性。
当然,本申请中的车窗选择指示灯31、与控制车窗上升对应的车窗上升操作指示灯32、与控制车窗下降对应的车窗下降操作指示灯33可以但不限定为以三原色共同交集成像的Smart RGB LED(smart-Red Green Blue-Light-Emitting Diode,智能颜色系统发光二极管),能够显示不同的颜色,且可基于用户的设定而改变自身发光的颜色。在接收到用户通过车窗初选触摸面板发送的有效信号后,处理器2可将各个车窗选择指示灯31依次点亮,从而呈现跑马灯的效果,也可以直接将各个车窗选择指示灯31同时点亮,本申请对此不作限定。
此外,显示装置34可以为车内大屏,本申请对此不做限定。
本申请中声音提示装置35发出的音频可以根据用户的设定而改变,振动提示装置36振动的频率、振幅或加速度也可以基于用户的设定而改变。
此外,声音提示装置35和振动提示装置36可在用户触摸车窗选择操作面板和车窗控制操作面板时持续发出声音和振动的提示,直至用户离开车窗选择操作面板和车窗控制操作面板。
显示装置34也可在用户对车窗选择操作面板和车窗控制操作面板进行操作时持续显示用户在对期望车窗进行操作的画面,并更新车窗当前的状态,例如运动方向和当前位置,直至用户离开车窗选择操作面板和车窗控制操作面板。
作为一种优选的实施例,若接收到控制期望车窗上升或下降的有效指令,则控制期望车窗进行上升或下降,并控制反馈装置3提示用户正在对期望车窗进行控制,包括:
若接收到用户在车窗控制触摸面板上通过第一预设数量的手指进行操作的有效指令,则控制期望车窗上升;若接收到用户通过在车窗控制触摸面板上通过第二预设数量的手指进行操作的有效指令时,控制期望车窗下降,并控制反馈装置3提示用户正在对期望车窗进行控制;第一预设数量不等于第二预设数量。
本实施例中,用户若通过第一预设数量的手指在车窗控制触摸面板上进行操作,则控制期望车窗上升;用户若通过第二预设数量的手指在车窗控制触摸面板上进行操作,则控制期望车窗下降。例如,若用户在车窗控制触摸面板上通过双指从上至下滑动时,则控制期望车窗上升至最高点,若用户在车窗控制触摸面板上通过单指从上至下滑动时,则控制期望车窗下降至最低点,本申请对此不作限定,能够实现对期望车窗的控制即可。
此外,车窗控制触摸面板上可以设置两个滑槽,用户可以通过单指或双指在两个滑槽内滑动,从而实现对期望车窗的控制。
作为一种优选的实施例,车窗控制触摸面板包括第一控制触摸板和第二控制触摸板;
若接收到控制期望车窗上升或下降的有效指令,则控制期望车窗进行上升或下降,并控制反馈装置3提示用户正在对期望车窗进行控制,包括:
若接收到用户通过第一控制触摸板发送的控制期望车窗的有效指令时,控制期望车窗上升;若接收到用户通过第二控制触摸板发送的控制期望车窗的有效指令时,控制期望车窗下降,并控制反馈装置3提示用户正在对期望车窗进行控制。
本申请中通过设置第一控制触摸板和第二控制触摸板,且第一控制触摸板对应期望车窗的上升,第二控制触摸板对应期望车窗的下降,从而使用户在第一控制触摸板中操作时控制期望车窗上升,用户在第二控制触摸板中操作时控制期望车窗下降,便于用户的操作。
具体的,例如,当用户在第一控制触摸板中从下至上滑动时,控制期望车窗上升至最高点;当用户在第二控制触摸板中从上至下滑动时,控制期望车窗下降至最低点,本申请中对在第一控制触摸板中和第二控制触摸板中的操作手势和操作方向不作限定。
此外,本申请中的第一控制触摸板中和第二控制触摸板中可分别设有指示向上的信标或指示向下的信标,从而便于用户控制车窗上升或下降。
此外,当用户触摸车窗选择触摸面板后,可直接将手指滑动至第一控制触摸板或第二控制触摸板,从而控制期望车窗的上升或下降。
作为一种优选的实施例,若接收到控制期望车窗上升或下降的有效指令,则控制期望车窗进行上升或下降,并控制反馈装置3提示用户正在对期望车窗进行控制,包括:
若接收到用户通过在车窗控制触摸面板上的第一预设位置进行操作时发送的控制车窗的有效指令,则控制期望车窗上升,直至用户停止对第一预设位置的操作;若接收到用户通过在车窗控制触摸面板上的第二预设位置操作时发送的控制车窗的有效指令,则控制期望车窗下降,直至用户停止对第二预设位置的操作。
本申请为了进一步便于用户对车窗进行控制,车窗控制触摸面板上设定了第一预设位置和第二预设位置。用户可以对车窗控制触摸面板上的第一预设位置进行操作,从而控制期望车窗上升,直至用户停止对第一预设位置的操作;用户可以对车窗控制触摸面板上的第二预设位置进行操作,从而控制期望车窗下降,直至用户停止对第二预设位置的操作。
例如,车窗控制触摸面板上可以设置两个滑槽,用户可以通过单指或双指在两个滑槽内滑动,从而实现对期望车窗的控制,在各个滑槽的中间位置设置一条棱线,棱线的上方为第一预设位置,棱线的下方为第二预设位置,从而便于用户操作。也可以在两个滑槽内各设置一个指示箭头的信标,分别指示向上和指示向下,指示向上的信标所在的位置可为第一预设位置,指示向下的信标所在的位置可为第二预设位置。
再例如,车窗控制触摸面板上可以设置第一控制触摸板和第二控制触摸板,第一预设位置设置于第一控制触摸板中,第二预设位置设置于第二控制触摸板中,从而便于用户操作。
具体地,当用户对第一预设位置或第二预设位置点按,例如按压时间不超过1秒时,仅控制期望车窗上升或下降预设单位距离;当用户对第一预设位置或第二预设位置按压时间超过一秒时,控制期望车窗上升或下降直至用户停止对第一预设位置或第二预设位置的按压。
需要说明的是,本申请中用户对第一预设位置或对第二预设位置进行操作时,可以按压或触摸第一预设位置或第二预设位置,本申请对具体的操作方式不作限定。

需要说明的是,本申请中的用户操作触摸面板1和处理器2连接,便于用户接收相应的指令,从而对期望车窗进行控制。
此外,用户操作触摸面板1表面的颜色可根据汽车内部的装饰风格而定,且用户操作触摸面板1的材质可以但不仅限为真木材质,本申请对此不做限定。
作为一种优选的实施例,用户操作触摸面板1为矩形板;车窗选择触摸面板的形状为向下凹陷的圆形;车窗初选触摸按键设置于车窗选择触摸面板的圆心,形状为圆形,且向上凸起;各个车窗选择触摸按键的形状为扇形,且各个车窗选择触摸按键构成的圆环包围车窗初选触摸按键;
车窗控制触摸面板包括第一控制触摸板和/或第二控制触摸板,且第一控制触摸板和/或第二控制触摸板的形状均为向下凹陷的方形。
本实施例中的用户操作触摸面板1为矩形板;车窗选择触摸面板的形状为向下凹陷的圆形;车窗初选触摸按键设置于车窗选择触摸面板的圆心,形状为圆形,且向上凸起,从而便于用户触摸车窗初选触摸按键,也便于用户盲操;各个车窗选择触摸按键的形状为扇形,且各个车窗选择触摸按键构成的圆环包围车窗初选触摸按键,从而便于用户将手指滑动至对应的车窗选择触摸按键。
例如,当车辆有四个车窗时,四个车窗选择触摸面板分别位于车窗初选模块的左上方,也即对应驾驶员位置的车窗;位于车窗初选模块的右上方,也即对应副驾驶员位置的车;位于车窗初选模块的左下方,也即对应驾驶员后面位置的车窗;位于车窗初选模块的右下方,也即对应副驾驶员后面位置的车窗。设计感较为现代化,且较为简约,满足用户的需求。

图4中上半部分的圆形为车窗选择触摸面板,四个用虚线分割的扇形分别为四个车窗选择触摸按键,处于四个车窗选择触摸按键构成的圆环中 心的圆形按键为车窗初选触摸按键;图4中下半部分的方形为车窗控制触摸面板,用虚线分割可认为分成两个滑槽,用户可通过单指或双指在两个滑槽中滑动,从而对车窗进行控制。
图5中中间部分的圆形为车窗选择触摸面板,四个用虚线分割的扇形分别为四个车窗选择触摸按键,处于四个车窗选择触摸按键构成的圆环中心的圆形按键为车窗初选触摸按键;图5中上面和下面的方形为车窗控制触摸面板,也即第一控制触摸板和第二控制触摸板,用户可通过在第一控制触摸板中滑动,从而控制车窗上升,通过在第二控制触摸板中滑动,从而控制车窗下降。

  1. 一种车窗控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    判断是否接收到用户通过车窗选择触摸面板发送的选择期望车窗的有效指令;
    若接收到选择所述期望车窗的有效指令,则控制反馈装置提示用户选定的所述期望车窗,并判断是否接收到用户通过车窗控制触摸面板发送的控制所述期望车窗上升或下降的有效指令;
    若接收到控制所述期望车窗上升或下降的有效指令,则控制所述期望车窗进行上升或下降,并控制所述反馈装置提示用户正在对所述期望车窗进行控制。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车窗控制方法,其特征在于,所述车窗选择触摸面板包括车窗初选触摸按键和分别与车辆上的各个车窗一一对应的车窗选择触摸按键;
    判断是否接收到用户通过车窗选择触摸面板发送的选择期望车窗的有效指令,包括:
    判断是否接收到用户通过所述车窗初选触摸按键发送的开始选择车窗的有效指令;
    若接收到开始选择车窗的有效指令,则判断是否接收到用户触摸所述车窗选择触摸按键的有效指令;
    若接收到用户对所述车窗选择触摸按键进行操作的有效指令,则判定接收到选择所述期望车窗的有效指令,并将用户的手指离开所述车窗选择触摸面板时最后选择的所述车窗选择触摸按键对应的车窗选定为所述期望车窗。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的车窗控制方法,其特征在于,所述车窗选择触摸面板还包括车窗全选触摸按键;
    判断是否接收到用户通过所述车窗初选触摸按键发送的开始选择车窗的有效指令之后,还包括:
    若接收到开始选择车窗的有效指令,则判断是否接收到用户通过所述车窗全选触摸按键发送的将所有的车窗选定为所述期望车窗的有效指令;
    若接收到用户通过所述车窗全选触摸按键发送的将所有的车窗选定为所述期望车窗的有效指令,则进入控制所述期望车窗上升或下降,并控制反馈装置提示用户当前正在对所述期望车窗进行控制的步骤;
    若未接收到用户通过所述车窗全选触摸按键发送的选择所有的车窗为所述期望车窗的有效指令,则进入判断是否接收到用户对所述车窗选择触摸按键进行操作的有效指令的步骤。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的车窗控制方法,其特征在于,所述反馈装置包括与各个所述车窗选择触摸按键一一对应设置的车窗选择指示灯、和/或与控制车窗上升对应的车窗上升操作指示灯、和/或与控制车窗下降对应的车窗下降操作指示灯、和/或显示装置、和/或声音提示装置和/或振动提示装置;
    判断是否接收到用户通过所述车窗初选触摸按键发送的开始选择车窗的有效指令之后,还包括:
    若接收到开始选择车窗的有效指令,则控制各个所述车窗选择指示灯、和/或所述车窗上升操作指示灯、和/或所述车窗下降操作指示灯点亮、和/或控制所述显示装置提示用户开始对车窗进行控制、和/或声音提示装置播放预设的音频和/或振动提示装置振动,并进入判断是否接收到用户对所述车窗选择触摸按键进行操作的有效指令的步骤;
    若接收到选择所述期望车窗的有效指令,则控制反馈装置提示用户选定的所述期望车窗,包括:

    若接收到用户在所述车窗控制触摸面板上通过第一预设数量的手指进行操作的有效指令,则控制所述期望车窗上升;若接收到用户通过在所述车窗控制触摸面板上通过第二预设数量的手指进行操作的有效指令时,控制所述期望车窗下降,并控制反馈装置提示用户正在对所述期望车窗进行控制;所述第一预设数量不等于所述第二预设数量。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的车窗控制方法,其特征在于,所述车窗控制触摸面板包括第一控制触摸板和第二控制触摸板;
    若接收到控制所述期望车窗上升或下降的有效指令,则控制所述期望车窗进行上升或下降,并控制所述反馈装置提示用户正在对所述期望车窗进行控制,包括:
    若接收到用户通过所述第一控制触摸板发送的控制所述期望车窗的有效指令时,控制所述期望车窗上升;若接收到用户通过所述第二控制触摸板发送的控制所述期望车窗的有效指令时,控制所述期望车窗下降,并控制所述反馈装置提示用户正在对所述期望车窗进行控制。
  7. 如权利要求5-6任一项所述的车窗控制方法,其特征在于,若接收到控制所述期望车窗上升或下降的有效指令,则控制所述期望车窗进行上 升或下降,并控制所述反馈装置提示用户正在对所述期望车窗进行控制,包括:
    若接收到用户通过在所述车窗控制触摸面板上的第一预设位置进行操作时发送的控制车窗的有效指令,则控制所述期望车窗上升,直至用户停止对所述第一预设位置的操作;若接收到用户通过在所述车窗控制触摸面板上的第二预设位置操作时发送的控制车窗的有效指令,则控制所述期望车窗下降,直至用户停止对所述第二预设位置的操作。
  8. 一种车窗控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    处理器,用于执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1至7任一项所述车窗控制方法的步骤。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的车窗控制装置,其特征在于,还包括用户操作触摸面板;
    所述用户操作触摸面板包括车窗选择触摸面板和车窗控制触摸面板;
    所述车窗选择触摸面板包括:
    车窗初选触摸按键和与各个车窗一一对应的车窗选择触摸按键。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的车窗控制装置,其特征在于,所述用户操作触摸面板为矩形板;所述车窗选择触摸面板的形状为向下凹陷的圆形;所述车窗初选触摸按键设置于所述车窗选择触摸面板的圆心,形状为圆形,且向上凸起;各个所述车窗选择触摸按键的形状为扇形,且各个所述车窗选择触摸按键构成的圆环包围所述车窗初选触摸按键;
    所述车窗控制触摸面板包括第一控制触摸板和/或第二控制触摸板,且所述第一控制触摸板和/或第二控制触摸板的形状均为向下凹陷的方形。
