本申请涉及车厢显示技术,尤其涉及一种车厢及轨道车辆。
背景技术
轨道车辆是连结各城市的重要交通纽带,也逐渐成为城市内的主要交通工具。轨道车辆包括多节车厢串接而成,一些轨道车辆的车厢侧面设置有显示屏。通常位于车厢侧面的显示屏是集成在车窗内部的框架上或集成在侧墙内部,这种显示屏的维修非常不方便,对于集成在车窗内部框架上的显示屏,需要先拆除玻璃窗,但玻璃窗通常是采用粘接方式固定的,拆除比较困难,而且拆卸后难以重新安装,提高了维修成本。对于集成在侧墙内部的显示屏,需要对侧墙结构进行拆除再进行维修,需要拆装大量的零部件,导致维修效率较低。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术缺陷之一,本申请实施例中提供了一种车厢及轨道车辆。
根据本申请实施例的第一个方面,提供了一种车厢,包括:侧墙及设置在侧墙上的车窗;所述车厢还包括:
显示屏,位于车窗的内侧,覆盖所述车窗的部分区域,所述显示屏的显示表面朝向车厢的外侧;所述显示屏的纵向两端连接至车窗两侧边的侧墙上。
根据本申请实施例的第二个方面,提供了一种轨道车辆,包括:如上所述的车厢。
本申请实施例所提供的技术方案,将显示屏设置在车窗的内侧,覆盖车窗的部分区域,显示屏的显示表面朝向车厢的外侧;显示屏的纵向两端连接至车窗两侧边的侧墙上,在需要对显示屏进行维护时,直接拆卸显示屏即可,显示屏的安装和拆卸均不需要拆卸车窗或侧墙等结构,提高维护效率及便捷性,而 且显示屏的维护过程也不会破坏车窗或侧墙等结构,降低了维护成本。

本实施例提供一种车厢,能够应用于轨道车辆中,该轨道车辆可以为内燃机车或电力机车,可以为普通客运车辆、动车组、地铁或有轨电车等。
该车厢可以具有一层乘坐空间,乘坐空间两侧的侧墙上设置有车窗,在至少一个车窗上应用本实施例所提供的显示屏,例如:在每一侧的其中两个车窗上设置有显示屏。
或者,该车厢可以具有上下两层乘坐空间,每一层乘坐空间两侧的侧墙上都设置有车窗,在至少一个车窗上应用本实施例所提供的显示屏,例如:在每一侧的上层乘坐空间的其中两个车窗上设置有显示屏。
图1为本申请实施例提供的车厢的侧面视图。如图1所示,采用中间层地板将车厢内部空间分隔为上层乘坐空间11和下层乘坐空间12,车厢端部的空间作为过道区域13。侧墙14的上部设置有与上层乘坐空间位置对应的车窗15,侧墙的下部设置有与下层乘坐空间对应的车窗15。上层乘坐空间11中的至少 一个车窗15的内侧设置有显示屏2。图1中具体是在上层乘坐空间11的每一侧的两个车窗15上设置显示屏2。
本实施例中,将车厢的长度方向称为纵向,将车厢的宽度方向称为横向,将车厢的高度方向称为垂向或竖向。本实施例所称的“内侧”、“外侧”均是以车厢的内外角度设定的,即:内侧为朝向车厢内部空间的一侧,外侧为朝向车厢外部空间的一侧。
显示屏2位于车窗15的内侧,覆盖车窗15的部分区域,显示屏2的显示表面朝向车厢的外侧。显示屏2可以覆盖车窗15的下方区域或上方区域,本实施例以覆盖车窗15的上方区域为例进行说明。显示屏2的纵向两端连接至车窗两侧边的侧墙14上。
以上部分的装配顺序为:先将车窗安装至侧墙上,然后将显示屏2安装至侧墙上。在需要对显示屏2进行维护时,直接将显示屏2从侧墙拆下即可,无需拆除车窗或侧墙中的其他结构,
本实施例所提供的技术方案,将显示屏设置在车窗的内侧,覆盖车窗的部分区域,显示屏的显示表面朝向车厢的外侧;显示屏的纵向两端连接至车窗两侧边的侧墙上,在需要对显示屏进行维护时,直接拆卸显示屏即可,显示屏的安装和拆卸均不需要拆卸车窗或侧墙等结构,提高维护效率及便捷性,而且显示屏的维护过程也不会破坏车窗或侧墙等结构,降低了维护成本。
而且显示屏2的两端固定至侧墙14上,其稳定性更高,避免了在行车过程中显示屏2发生振动。
进一步的,还可以采用防护罩,连接在侧墙14上。防护罩可以相对于侧墙14翻转至罩设在显示屏2的内侧,遮挡显示屏2,以使乘客在车厢内不能直接看到显示屏2,提高视觉美观性、防水性、防腐蚀性。防护罩还可以相对于侧墙14翻转至打开转体,露出显示屏2进而对显示屏2进行维护。
防护罩的边缘采用密封条对防护罩与侧墙、显示屏之间的缝隙进行密封,一方面避免异物进入显示屏2内,另一方面也避免小朋友将手指插入防护罩被 夹伤。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实施例对显示屏2的实现方式、显示屏2与侧墙14安装的方式、防护罩与侧墙14安装的方式进行举例说明:
图2为本申请实施例提供的显示屏的结构示意图,图3为本申请实施例提供的车窗上设置有前面板的结构示意图,图4为本申请实施例提供的车窗上设置有显示模组的结构示意图,图5为本申请实施例提供的车窗上设置有防护罩的结构示意图。如图2所示,显示屏2包括:显示屏主体21以及设置在显示屏主体21纵向两端的第一连接件22,通过第一连接件22固定至侧墙14上。显示屏主体21的纵向长度与车窗尺寸相匹配。显示屏主体21的中部为显示区域23。显示屏2通过插接头24与车厢中的显示控制线路电连接。
图3、图4、图5为车窗15的内侧视图,即从车厢内部空间看向外部的视图角度。显示屏主体21包括:显示模组211和前面板212。其中,显示模组211具有沿纵向方向延伸的显示窗,用于显示文字、数字等内容,以展示车次、站点、车厢号等信息。
前面板212设置在显示模组211的外侧,前面板212设有与显示窗对应的透光区域2121,在透光区域2121之外的其余区域设置阻光层2122。
前面板212可以固定在显示模组211上,与显示模组211作为一个整体固定至侧墙14上;或者,前面板212也可以单独固定至侧墙14上;或者,前面板212也可以单独固定至车窗玻璃上。另一种实现方式:直接在车窗玻璃上涂覆、印刷、粘贴、刻印阻光结构,并将与显示窗对应的位置保留为玻璃原状作为透光区域2121。
上述图3展示了前面板212;图4展示了显示模组211,显示模组211位于前面板212的内侧;图5展示了防护罩3,防护罩3位于显示模组211的内侧。
本实施例提供一种显示屏2与侧墙14连接的方式:采用显示屏连接组件分别与第一连接件22和侧墙骨架相连。图6为本申请实施例提供的显示屏与 侧墙相连的结构示意图,图7为图6中A区域的放大视图。如图2、3、4、6、7所示,第一连接件22包括相互垂直的第一横向连接板221和第一纵向连接板222。其中,第一横向连接板221沿车厢宽度方向延伸,连接至显示屏主体21的纵向端面,具体可通过螺栓进行连接。第一纵向连接板222沿车厢长度方向延伸,其一端连接至第一横向连接板221朝向车厢外侧的端部,另一端与显示屏连接组件相连。即:第一连接件22形成“L”形结构,第一横向连接板221贴着显示屏主体21的纵向端面固定,其外侧端部与第一纵向连接板222相连。
显示屏连接组件包括:第二连接件25和第三连接件26,第一纵向连接板222依次通过第二连接件25和第三连接件26连接至侧墙骨架。具体的,第二连接件25包括:相互垂直的第二纵向连接板251和第二横向连接板252。第二纵向连接板251沿车厢长度方向延伸,其一端与第一纵向连接板222相连,另一端与第二横向连接板252相连,第二横向连接板252沿车厢宽度方向延伸。即:第二连接件25形成“L”形结构,第二纵向连接板251与第一纵向连接板222存在部分重叠,并在重叠区域通过螺栓253和卡式螺母254进行固定,具有较好紧固防松效果。第二横向连接板252朝向车厢内侧方向延伸。
第三连接件26包括:相互垂直的第三横向连接板261和第三纵向连接板262。第三横向连接板261沿车厢宽度方向延伸,其一端与第二横向连接板252相连,另一端与第三纵向连接板262相连,第三纵向连接板262沿车厢长度方向延伸,与侧墙骨架的内侧面相连。即:第三连接件26形成“L”形结构,第三横向连接板261与第二横向连接板252具有重叠区域,并在重叠区域通过螺栓紧固。第三纵向连接板262延伸至侧墙骨架的内侧面,可通过螺栓紧固、焊接等方式与侧墙骨架固定。
在侧墙14装配的过程中,可预先将上述第二连接件25和第三连接件26固定至侧墙骨架上,第二连接件25伸出在车窗15的内侧(如图3)。第一连接件22预先装配至显示屏2上(如图2),在装配过程中,直接将显示屏2上的第一连接件22与第二连接件25通过螺栓和螺母连接即可(如图4),装配过程 简单快捷。在需要对显示屏2进行维护时,直接拆卸第一连接件22与第二连接件25之间连接的螺栓和螺母即可,拆卸过程也较为方便快速。
显示屏2与车窗15之间设置有密封胶条,用于对显示屏2与车窗之间的间隙进行密封。
本实施例提供一种防护罩3的实现方式:图8为本申请实施例提供的防护罩处于闭合位置的结构示意图,图9为图8中B区域的放大视图,图10为图8中C区域的放大视图,图11为本申请实施例提供的防护罩处于打开位置的结构示意图,图12为图11中D区域的放大视图。
图8、9、10展示了防护罩3处于闭合状态,也就是罩设在显示屏2上的示意图。图11和12展示了防护罩3处于打开状态。防护罩3包括:连接部31、罩板32和锁定部33。其中,连接部31沿车厢长度方向延伸,其两端连接至车窗两侧边的侧墙14上。例如:在连接部31的两端设置连接座311,连接座311上设置有螺栓孔,通过螺栓固定至侧墙14上。
图13为本申请实施例提供的车窗上设置有显示屏且防护罩处于打开状态的结构示意图,图14为图13中E区域的放大视图。如图10、12、13、14所示,连接座311具体包括:垂向座板3111和横向座板3112。其中,垂向座板3111沿垂向方向延伸,其底端固定于连接部31,横向座板3112沿水平方向延伸,横向座板3112上设置螺栓孔。采用“L”形的防护罩连接角码3113,其一边板沿垂向方向延伸,通过螺栓固定至侧墙14上;另一边板沿水平方向延伸,延伸至横向座板3112的下方与横向座板3112的重叠部分通过螺栓进行固定。
罩板32通过转动件34与连接部31转动连接,罩板32可相对于连接部31转动至罩设在显示屏2的内侧,或转动至打开状态使显示屏2显露。转动件34具体包括:第一转动连接件、转轴和第二转动连接件。第一转动连接件与连接部31相连,第二转动连接件连接至罩板32的底端,转轴连接在第一转动连接件和第二转动连接件之间。罩板32可对于连接部31向下翻转至打开状态,或向上翻转至关闭状态。或者,转动件34也可以为合页、普通铰链、缓冲铰链 等部件。
进一步的,采用锁定部33设置在罩板32上,用于在罩板32罩设在显示屏2内侧时将罩板32锁定在侧墙14上,避免在行车过程中防护罩3因振动自行翻转打开。
一种实现方式:图15为本申请实施例提供的防护罩锁紧在侧板上的局部视图。如图9和15所示,锁定部33采用锁舌和联动件,其中,锁舌的一端转动连接至罩板32朝向显示屏2的一侧。锁舌可转动至另一端卡设于侧墙14上的锁槽内,或转动至另一端从锁槽内脱出。当锁舌卡设于锁槽内时,锁槽的侧壁通过锁舌限制罩板32向下翻转。联动件设置于罩板32背离显示屏2的一侧,与锁舌相连用于带动锁舌转动。联动件可以为把手,司乘人员直接转动把手带动锁舌转动;或者联动件为钥匙孔,司乘人员插入钥匙之后才能转动锁舌。
进一步的,防护罩3还包括:防护链35。防护链35的一端连接至罩板32的顶部,另一端可拆卸连接至侧墙14。当防护罩3向上翻转至罩设在显示屏2上时,防护链35处于松弛状态;当防护罩3向下翻转至打开状态时,防护链35处于拉伸状态。防护罩3打开的最大角度取决于防护链35的长度。防护链35能够在防护罩3打开后对其进行牵拉,避免防护罩3向下翻转角度过大影响下方的物体,或者避免防护罩3突然脱落砸到下方物体或人员,提高安全性。
图16为本申请实施例提供的防护罩通过防护链连接在侧板上的具体视图。如图9和16所示,防护链35具体包括:链体351和连接在链体351两端的锁扣352,其中一个锁扣352连接至罩板32顶部的第一锁环353上,另一个锁扣352连接至侧墙14上的第二锁环354上。
第一锁环353位于罩板32顶端的纵向两端,则在罩板32打开时更方便对显示屏2进行维护拆装。
上述链体351可以为金属多环节链体,也可以为柔性绳。
本实施例还提供一种轨道车辆,包括上述任一内容所提供的车厢。本实施例所提供的轨道车辆具有与上述车厢相同的技术效果。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或可以互相通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
尽管已描述了本申请的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本申请范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种车厢,其特征在于,包括:侧墙及设置在侧墙上的车窗;所述车厢还包括:
    显示屏,位于车窗的内侧,覆盖所述车窗的部分区域,所述显示屏的显示表面朝向车厢的外侧;所述显示屏的纵向两端连接至车窗两侧边的侧墙上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车厢,其特征在于,还包括:
    防护罩,连接至侧墙;防护罩可相对于侧墙翻转至打开状态或翻转至罩设在显示屏的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车厢,其特征在于,所述显示屏包括:纵向长度与车窗尺寸相匹配的显示屏主体和设置在显示屏主体纵向端面的第一连接件;
    所述车厢还包括:显示屏连接组件,连接在第一连接件与侧墙的骨架之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车厢,其特征在于,所述第一连接件,包括:相互垂直的第一横向连接板和第一纵向连接板;所述第一横向连接板沿车厢宽度方向延伸,连接至显示屏主体的纵向端面;第一纵向连接板沿车厢长度方向延伸,其一端连接至第一横向连接板朝向车厢外侧的端部,另一端与显示屏连接组件相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车厢,其特征在于,所述显示屏连接组件包括:
    第二连接件,包括:相互垂直的第二纵向连接板和第二横向连接板;所述第二纵向连接板沿车厢长度方向延伸,其一端与第一纵向连接板相连;另一端与第二横向连接板相连;第二横向连接板沿车厢宽度方向延伸;
    第三连接件,包括:相互垂直的第三纵向连接板和第三横向连接板;所述第三横向连接板沿车厢宽度方向延伸,其一端与第二横向连接板相连,另一端与第三纵向连接板相连;第三纵向连接板沿车厢长度方向延伸,与侧墙骨架的内侧面相连。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5任一项所述的车厢,其特征在于,所述显示屏主体 包括:
    显示模组;所述显示模组具有沿车厢长度方向延伸的显示窗;
    前面板,设置在所述显示模组的外侧;所述前面板设有与显示窗对应的透光区域,在透光区域之外的其余区域设置阻光层。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的车厢,其特征在于,所述防护罩包括:
    连接部,沿车厢长度方向延伸;所述连接部的两端连接至车窗两侧边的侧墙上;
    罩板,通过转动件与所述连接部转动连接;所述罩板可相对于连接部转动至罩设在显示屏的内侧或转动至打开状态使所述显示屏显露;
    锁定部,设置在罩板上,用于在罩板罩设在显示屏内侧时将罩板锁定在侧墙上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车厢,其特征在于,所述转动件包括:第一转动连接件、转轴和第二转动连接件;
    所述第一转动连接件与连接部相连,第二转动连接件连接至罩板的底端;转轴连接在第一转动连接件和第二转动连接件之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车厢,其特征在于,所述锁定部包括:
    锁舌,其一端转动连接至罩板朝向显示屏的一侧;所述锁舌可转动至另一端卡设于所述侧墙上的锁槽内,或转动至另一端从锁槽内脱出;
    联动件,设置于所述罩板背离所述显示屏的一侧,与锁舌相连用于带动所述锁舌转动。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的车厢,其特征在于,所述防护罩还包括:防护链,其一端连接至罩板的顶部,另一端可拆卸连接至侧墙;所述防护链包括:链体和连接在链体两端的锁扣,其中一个锁扣连接至罩板顶部的第一锁环上,另一个锁扣连接至侧墙上的第二锁环上;所述第一锁环位于罩板顶端的纵向两端。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的车厢,其特征在于,包括:上层乘坐空间和下 层乘坐空间;侧墙的上部设置有与上层乘坐空间位置对应的车窗,侧墙的下部设置有与下层乘坐空间对应的车窗;上层乘坐空间中的至少一个车窗的内侧设置有所述显示屏。
  12. 一种轨道车辆,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求1-11任一项所述的车厢。
