微纳结构制作方法及微纳结构制作装置 技术领域
本发明属于微纳结构制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种微纳结构制作方法及微纳结构制作装置。
背景技术
在透光件的表面制出微纳结构,常能改变、增强或扩展透光件的功能特性,如,窗口件用于隔绝外部的物理环境,仅容许光线通过,其中,在透光件的表面制出亚波长结构,有利于提高窗口件的增透性。
现有技术中,由于微纳结构尺寸较小,常采用光刻、电子束直写或离子刻蚀的方式在透光件的表面制出微纳结构,在透光件的表面制出微纳结构的过程较为费时,也即是在透光件的表面制出微纳结构存在效率低的问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种微纳结构制作装置,其旨在解决在透光件的表面制出微纳结构存在效率低的问题。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种微纳结构制作方法,包括:
在透光坯料的一侧表面粘附有一层液态并为透光材料且不会在重力作用下流离所述透光坯料的功能扩展料;
将印章结构压印所述功能扩展料,并使所述功能扩展料呈现出的形状为微纳结构;
使所述功能扩展料固化,并附着于所述透光坯料,其中,所述透光坯料与呈微纳结构状的所述功能扩展料共同构成透光件;
使所述印章结构与所述功能扩展料分离。
可选地,所述功能扩展料为紫外固化材料;
通过紫外线使所述功能扩展料固化。
可选地,在所述功能扩展料固化之前,使所述印章结构压印所述功能扩展料的作用力维持恒定。
可选地,所述透光件为窗口件;
所述微纳结构为亚波长结构。
本发明还提供一种微纳结构制作装置,包括印章结构,所述印章结构能够在压印于一液态且在自身重力作用下不会流离所粘附的物件的物料时,使所述物料呈现出的形状为微纳结构。
可选地,所述印章结构为由透光材料制成的印章结构。
可选地,所述印章结构由柔性材料制成,且呈薄膜状。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
可参考图2和图3,本发明实施例提供一种微纳结构制作方法,其具体制作步骤如下。
第一步,在透光坯料的一侧表面粘附有一层液态并为透光材料且不会在重力作用下流离透光坯料的功能扩展料。
功能扩展料为透光材料,可避免影响透光件800的基础功能实现,功能扩展料可为热固材料,也即是功能扩展料的温度达到预定温度时会发生固化相变,从液态相变为固体,也可以是紫外固化材料,也即是功能扩展料受到紫外线照射时会发生固化相变,从液态相变为固体。在本发明实施例中,功能扩展料为紫外固化材料,如此,功能扩展料在没有受到紫外线照射时,不会发生固化相变,避免环境温度对功能扩展料的干扰。
在此需要说明的是,此步骤中,功能扩展料整体呈薄膜状,且虽然功能扩展料为液态,但不会在重力作用下流离透光坯料,因此,功能扩展料的粘稠度较高。
在具体实施中,功能扩展料可通过旋涂机涂覆于透光坯料
第二步,将印章结构100压印功能扩展料,并使功能扩展料呈现出的形状为微纳结构810。
其中,印章结构100朝向功能扩展料的侧面具有能够与微纳结构810嵌合的压嵌结构110,以在印章结构100压印功能扩展料时,使功能扩展料呈现出的形状为微纳结构810。
在此步骤中,功能扩展料依然是液态,因此,功能扩展料受到印章结构100压印时会发生形变。
第三步,使功能扩展料固化,并附着于透光坯料,其中,透光坯料与呈微纳结构810状的功能扩展料共同构成透光件800。
在功能扩展料成为透光件800的一部分时,功能扩展料呈微纳结构810状。
在此需要说明的是,如功能扩展料为紫外固化材料(如,环氧丙烯酸酯),则在此步骤中,是通过紫外线使功能扩展料固化的。
第四步,使印章结构100与功能扩展料分离。
此步骤中,功能扩展料不会粘附于印章结构100,避免破坏功能扩展料呈现出的微纳结构810。
基于本发明的方法,透光件800的表面的微纳结构810可以一次成型,相对于现有技术,即相对于光刻、电子束直写或离子刻蚀的制作方法在透光件800的表面逐步形成,明显减少了制作时间,提高了在透光件800的表面制出微纳结构810的制作效率。
在本发明实施例中,在功能扩展料固化之前,使印章结构100压印功能扩展料的作用力维持恒定,如此,有利于保证印章结构100的压印效果。
在本发明实施例中,使印章结构100由柔性材料制成,且呈薄膜状。在透光坯料粘附功能扩展料的侧面为曲面的情况下,如印章结构100为硬质材料,透光坯料与印章结构100之间的位置需要完全对应,如不完全对应,透光坯料与印章结构100之间难以使功能扩展料呈现出预设的微纳结构810状,甚至出现使透光坯料损坏的情况,而基于此结构设计,透光坯料与印章结构100之间的位置不完全对应,印章结构100压印时,印章结构100会发生形变,至少不会出现损坏透光坯料的情形,此外,透光坯料与印章结构100之间的位置略微错位时,通过印章结构100会发生形变,依然能够使功能扩展料呈现出预设的微纳结构810状。
在本发明实施例中,透光件800为窗口件,而微纳结构810为亚波长结构。
在此需要说明的是,透光件800可以是屏幕面板、抗指纹膜、防窥膜等。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明还提供一种微纳结构制作装置。
该微纳结构制作装置包括印章结构100,印章结构100能够在压印于一液态且在自身重力作用下不会流离所粘附的物件的物料时,使物料呈现出的形状为微纳结构810。
基于此结构设计,可进行前述实施例的微纳结构810制作方法,具体可参见前述实施例,在此不再赘述。
同样地,基于本此结构设计,在在透光件800的表面制出微纳结构810的过程中,透光件800的表面的微纳结构810可以一次成型,相对于现有,即相对于光刻、电子束直写或离子刻蚀的制作方法在透光件800的表面逐步形成,明显减少了制作时间,提高了在透光件800的表面制出微纳结构810的制作效率。
在本发明实施例中,印章结构100为由透光材料制成的印章结构100。基于此,首先,在印章结构100压印功能扩展料时,印章结构100会遮蔽功能扩展料,而基于此结构设计,工作人员能够直观地观察到印章结构100的压印位置是否有明显的偏移等,其次,在功能扩展料为紫外固化材料时,便于紫外线透过印章结构100照射到功能扩展料。
请参阅图1,在本发明实施例中,印章结构100由柔性材料制成,且呈薄膜状。在透光坯料粘附功能扩展料的侧面为曲面的情况下,如印章结构100为硬质材料,透光坯料与印章结构100之间的位置需要完全对应,如不完全对应,透光坯料与印章结构100之间难以使功能扩展料呈现出预设的微纳结构810状,甚至出现使透光坯料损坏的情况,而基于此结构设计,透光坯料与印章结构100之间的位置不完全对应,印章结构100压印时,印章结构100会发生形变,至少不会出现损坏透光坯料的情形,此外,透光坯料与印章结构100之间的位置略微错位时,通过印章结构100会发生形变,依然能够使功能扩展料呈现出预设的微纳结构810状。
在此需要说明的是,为便于印章结构100的固定,印章结构100四周连接有一硬质的连接环,通过连接环来与其他结构件连接。
请参阅图1,在本发明实施例中,微纳结构制作装置还包括:
压印驱动结构200,用于驱动印章结构100压印至功能扩展料。
基于此,利用机械来驱动印章结构100压印至功能扩展料,有利于保证印章结构100压印的一致性。
在本发明实施例中,压印驱动结构200还可连接一机械臂300,通过机械臂300,可扩展压印驱动结构200的活动范围,使压印驱动结构200在一个位置压印完出一个透光件800之前,可以到另一个位置继续压印透光件800,减少压印驱动结构200的等待时间,提高压印效率。

在本发明实施例中,透光件800为窗口件,而微纳结构810为亚波长结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种微纳结构制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在透光坯料的一侧表面粘附有一层液态并为透光材料且不会在重力作用下流离所述透光坯料的功能扩展料;
    将印章结构压印所述功能扩展料,并使所述功能扩展料呈现出的形状为微纳结构;
    使所述功能扩展料固化,并附着于所述透光坯料,其中,所述透光坯料与呈微纳结构状的所述功能扩展料共同构成透光件;
    使所述印章结构与所述功能扩展料分离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的微纳结构制作方法,其特征在于,所述功能扩展料为紫外固化材料;
    通过紫外线使所述功能扩展料固化。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的微纳结构制作方法,其特征在于,在所述功能扩展料固化之前,使所述印章结构压印所述功能扩展料的作用力维持恒定。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的微纳结构制作方法,其特征在于,所述透光件为窗口件;
    所述微纳结构为亚波长结构。
  5. 一种微纳结构制作装置,其特征在于,包括印章结构,所述印章结构能够在压印于一液态且在自身重力作用下不会流离所粘附的物件的物料时,使所述物料呈现出的形状为微纳结构。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的微纳结构制作装置,其特征在于,所述印章结构为由透光材料制成的印章结构。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的微纳结构制作装置,其特征在于,所述印章结构由柔性材料制成,且呈薄膜状。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的微纳结构制作装置,其特征在于,所述微纳结构制作装置还包括:
    压印驱动结构,用于驱动所述印章结构压印至所述功能扩展料。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的微纳结构制作装置,其特征在于,所述微纳结构制作装置还包括:
    恒力控制组件,包括压力传感器以及与所述压印结构连接的检测施力件;
    所述检测施力件在所述印章结构压印至所述功能扩展料时抵压所述压力传感器;
    所述驱动结构在所述压力传感器检测到所述恒力检测施力件的压力达到预设值时维持对所述功能扩展料的压印力。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的微纳结构制作装置,其特征在于,所述透光件为窗口件;
    所述微纳结构为亚波长结构。
