しかしながら、特許文献1に記載されたレンタルブースの管理システムでは、レンタルブースやロッカー装置を利用する際、管理装置まで赴かねばならない。そして、ロッカー装置の予約が前提とされていないため、レンタルブースを利用する際、ロッカー装置が既に他の利用者により利用され、ロッカー装置を利用したいときに利用することができないことがあるという問題がある。
このような構成によれば、利用者は、表示部に表示されたレンタル品から、利用したいレンタル品を選択し予約することができる。また、利用者は、予約した収納手段にレンタル品を配送させることができ、予約した収納手段内のレンタル品を回収させることができる。

図1に示すように、時間貸設備の管理システム1は、利用時間を設定して利用者に設備を貸与する時間貸設備を有する建物2と、情報を管理するための管理サーバ3と、利用者から管理サーバ3への情報入力を受け付ける利用者入力手段4と、物品を収納する収納手段5と、を備える。
建物2、利用者入力手段4、および収納手段5は、通信回線としての公衆ネットワークであるインターネット6を介して管理サーバ3に相互に通信可能に接続されている。
各部屋20は、LAN(Local Area Network)を介して接続されたモデムやルータ等の通信端末装置23を備えている。通信端末装置23は、インターネット6を介して管理サーバ3に接続されている。
利用者は、利用者入力手段4を用いてインターネット6を介して管理サーバ3にアクセスし、利用希望の部屋20と収納手段5を探し、利用時間を指定して部屋20と収納手段5との予約を実行することができる。
入力部41は、スマートフォンにおけるタッチパネルである。利用者は、入力部41であるタッチパネルを操作することで、予約に必要な情報を入力する。

図3に示すように、管理サーバ3は、記憶部30と、設備予約受付部31と、収納予約受付部32と、解除キー発行部7と、変動部10と、合計算出部11と、決済受付部12と、を備える。
なお、本実施形態では、記憶部30は、HDDにて構成されているが、SDD(Solid State Drive)や、NAS(Network Attached Storage)等によって構成されてもよく、クラウドサービスによって構成されてもよい。
また、管理サーバ3の各機能は、記憶部30に記憶されたプログラムに従って実行されているが、それぞれ独立した機器にて構成してもよく、クラウドコンピューティングによって構成してもよい。
ここで、利用者情報とは、利用者の名前や住所など、予約に際して用いられる利用者の情報のことをいう。また、設備予約情報とは、部屋20の予約日時や期間、予約される部屋20の大きさや間取りなど部屋20に係る情報のことをいう。
利用者は、入力部41から利用者情報と設備予約情報を入力し、設備予約受付部31を介して部屋20を予約することができる。
収納予約受付部32は、設備予約受付部31にて部屋20が予約された後、設備予約受付部31にて入力された利用者情報と関連付けて収納手段5の予約を実行する。収納予約受付部32は、設備予約受付部31が受け付ける予約日時と同じ日時においても予約を受け付け、設備予約受付部31が受け付ける予約日時とは異なる予約日時においても収納手段5の予約を受け付けることができる。
そして、収納予約受付部32は、位置情報表示部321と、収納部情報表示部322と、空き状況表示部323と、収納部選択部324と、を備える。

解除キーは、管理サーバ3から利用者入力手段4に発行される暗証番号や、バーコードおよびQRコード(登録商標)などの光学コード等である。利用者は、固有の解錠キーを用いて部屋20の設備側錠装置22と収納手段5の収納側錠装置50とを解錠できるようになっている。なお、本実施形態では、解錠キーは、暗証番号や、バーコードおよびQRコード(登録商標)などの光学コード等を採用しているが、例えば、顔認証や、指紋認証や、網膜認証などの生体認証を採用してもよく、設備側錠装置22および収納側錠装置50を解錠できれば、どのようなものであってもよい。

以下、図4から図7を用いて時間貸設備の管理システム1における部屋20と収納手段5との予約の動作を説明する。
利用者が収納手段5を予約することを選択した場合(ステップST02でYES)、位置情報表示部321は、記憶部30から第1収納手段51と第2収納手段52の位置情報を取得し、表示部42に表示させる位置情報表示工程を実行する(ステップST03)。利用者が収納手段5を予約しないことを選択した場合(ステップST02でNО)、解除キー発行部7は、解除キーを利用者に発行する解除キー発行工程(ステップST11)を実行し、部屋20と収納手段5の予約の動作を終了する。

Claims (19)
- 利用時間を設定して利用者に設備を貸与する時間貸設備を備える時間貸設備の管理システムであって、
通信回線に接続されて情報を管理するための管理サーバと、
利用者から前記管理サーバへの情報入力を受け付ける利用者入力手段と、
物品を収納する所定の収納空間を有する少なくとも一つの収納部を備えた収納手段と、を備え、
前記時間貸設備と前記利用者入力手段と前記収納手段とは、前記通信回線を介して前記管理サーバに相互に通信可能に接続され、
前記利用者入力手段は、
情報を入力する入力部と、情報を表示する表示部と、を備え、
前記管理サーバは、
情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記時間貸設備を利用する利用者に係る情報である利用者情報と前記時間貸設備の予約日時を含む前記時間貸設備の予約に係る情報である設備予約情報とを前記入力部を介して受け付け、前記利用者情報および前記設備予約情報を前記記憶部に記憶させる設備予約受付部と、
前記収納手段の予約日時を含む前記収納手段の予約に係る情報である収納予約情報を前記入力部を介して受け付け、前記収納予約情報を前記利用者情報と関連付けて前記記憶部に記憶させる収納予約受付部と、を備え、
前記収納予約受付部は、
前記記憶部から前記収納予約情報を取得し、前記収納手段の空き状況を前記表示部に表示させる空き状況表示部を備えることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記収納手段は、複数の前記収納部を備え、
前記記憶部は、複数の前記収納部の属性に係る属性情報を記憶し、
前記収納予約受付部は、
前記記憶部から前記属性情報を取得し、複数の前記収納部の前記属性情報を前記収納部ごとに前記表示部に表示させる収納部情報表示部と、
前記表示部に表示された前記収納部を利用者に選択させる収納部選択部と、を備えることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記収納手段は、複数の前記収納部を備え、
前記記憶部は、複数の前記収納部の属性に係る属性情報を記憶し、
前記収納予約受付部は、
前記記憶部から前記属性情報を取得し、複数の前記収納部の前記属性情報を前記属性ごとに前記表示部に表示させる属性情報表示部と、
前記表示部に表示された前記属性を利用者に選択させる属性選択部と、
利用者に選択された前記属性に基づいて、利用者に利用させる前記収納部を決定する収納部決定部と、を備えることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記収納予約受付部は、
前記設備予約受付部が受け付ける予約日時とは異なる予約日時においても前記収納手段の予約を受け付けることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記収納手段は、解除キーにて解除される収納側錠装置を備え、
前記管理サーバは、
利用者に予約された前記収納手段への物品の配送を受け付ける配送受付部と、
配送先となる前記収納手段の前記収納側錠装置を解除する解除キーを発行する解除キー発行部と、
物品の配送に係る業者に配送先の前記収納手段と解除キーとを通知する配送情報通知部と、を備えることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項5に記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記配送受付部は、物品の集荷に係る集荷情報を受け付け、
前記配送情報通知部は、物品の配送に係る業者に前記集荷情報を通知することを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記収納手段は、解除キーにて解除される収納側錠装置を備え、
前記管理サーバは、
利用者に予約された前記収納手段内の物品の回収を受け付ける回収受付部と、
回収先となる前記収納手段の前記収納側錠装置を解除する解除キーを発行する解除キー発行部と、
物品の回収に係る業者に回収先の前記収納手段と解除キーとを通知する回収情報通知部と、を備えることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項7に記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記回収受付部は、物品の発送に係る発送情報を受け付け、
前記回収情報通知部は、物品の回収に係る業者に前記発送情報を通知することを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記収納手段は、解除キーにて解除される収納側錠装置を備え、
前記管理サーバは、
利用者に予約された前記収納手段への物品の配送を受け付ける配送受付部と、
配送先となる前記収納手段の前記収納側錠装置を解除する解除キーを発行する解除キー発行部と、
物品の配送に係る業者に配送先の前記収納手段と解除キーとを通知する配送情報通知部と、
利用者に予約された前記収納手段内の物品の回収を受け付ける回収受付部と、
回収先となる前記収納手段の前記収納側錠装置を解除する解除キーを発行する解除キー発行部と、
物品の回収に係る業者に回収先の前記収納手段と解除キーとを通知する回収情報通知部と、
利用可能なレンタル品に係るレンタル情報を取得するレンタル品情報取得部と、
前記レンタル情報を前記表示部に表示させるレンタル情報表示部と、
利用者にレンタル品を選択させるレンタル品選択部と、を備え、
前記配送受付部は、物品としてレンタル品の配送を受け付け、
前記配送情報通知部は、レンタル業者に配送先の前記収納手段と解除キーとを通知し、
前記回収受付部は、物品としてレンタル品の回収を受け付け、
前記回収情報通知部は、レンタル業者に回収先の前記収納手段と解除キーとを通知することを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項5から請求項9のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記解除キー発行部は、
利用者に予約された前記収納手段の解除キーを利用者用解除キーとして利用者に発行する利用者用解除キー発行部と、
利用者に予約された前記収納手段を解除する際に業者が利用する業者用解除キーを業者に発行する業者用解除キー発行部と、を備え、
前記利用者用解除キーと、前記業者用解除キーとは異なることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項10に記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記管理サーバは、
所定の条件に基づいて、前記業者用解除キーを有効または無効にする業者用解除キー設定部を備えることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項11に記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記業者用解除キー設定部は、
指定された時間以外には前記業者用解除キーを無効にすることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項11または請求項12に記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記業者用解除キー設定部は、
前記業者用解除キーが利用された場合、前記業者用解除キーを無効にすることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項10から請求項13のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記管理サーバは、
所定の条件に基づいて、前記利用者用解除キーを有効または無効にする利用者用解除キー設定部を備え、
前記利用者用解除キー設定部は、前記業者用解除キーが無効となった後、前記利用者用解除キーを有効に設定することを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項10から請求項14のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記時間貸設備は、解除キーにて解除される設備側錠装置を備え、
前記利用者用解除キー発行部は、
前記設備側錠装置と前記収納側錠装置との双方の解除が可能な、文字列からなる前記利用者用解除キーを発行し、
前記業者用解除キー発行部は、
前記利用者用解除キーにおける文字列の一部を含む前記業者用解除キーを発行することを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項1から請求項15のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記時間貸設備は、解除キーにて解除される設備側錠装置を備え、
前記収納手段は、解除キーにて解除される収納側錠装置を備え、
前記管理サーバは、前記収納側錠装置を解除する解除キーを発行する解除キー発行部を備え、
前記解除キー発行部は、
前記設備側錠装置と前記収納側錠装置との双方の解除が可能な解除キーを発行することを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項1から請求項16のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記管理サーバは、
所定の条件に基づいて、前記収納手段の利用料と前記収納手段の利用期間との少なくとも一方を変動させる変動部を備えることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項1から請求項17のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記収納手段は、
所定の位置に設置される第1収納手段と、前記第1収納手段とは異なる位置に設置される第2収納手段と、を備え、
前記記憶部は、前記第1収納手段と前記第2収納手段とが設置されるそれぞれの位置情報を記憶し、
前記収納予約受付部は、
前記記憶部から前記位置情報を取得し、前記位置情報を前記表示部に表示させる位置情報表示部を備え、
前記空き状況表示部は、前記第1収納手段と前記第2収納手段との空き状況を前記表示部に表示させることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。 - 請求項1から請求項18のいずれかに記載された時間貸設備の管理システムにおいて、
前記管理サーバは、
前記収納手段の利用料、および前記時間貸設備の利用料の合計を算出する合計算出部と、
前記合計算出部にて算出された利用料の合計の決済を受け付ける決済受付部と、を備えることを特徴とする時間貸設備の管理システム。
