一种DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,包括控制器与安装架,所述安装架设有分别信号连接于所述控制器的:
上料装置,用于分别进行母头上料与公头上料;
入料治具,连接于所述上料装置,用于分别承接所述上料装置输送的母头与公头;
压合治具,用于组装母头与公头;
取料装置,用于抓取所述入料治具内的母头与公头,并先后放入所述压合治具;
压合装置,用于压合所述压合治具内的公头与母头。
可选的,所述上料装置包括双流道振动盘,所述双流道振动盘的两个振动盘,其中一个所述振动盘设有母头上料流道,另一个所述振动盘设有公头上料流道。
可选的,所述入料治具包括:
母头入料位,连接于所述母头上料流道的端部以用于承接母头;
公头入料位,连接于所述公头上料流道的端部以用于承接公头。
可选的,所述入料治具还包括:
检测装置,设于所述母头入料位和/或所述公头入料位,用于检测所述母头入料位和/或所述公头入料位是否为空位状态。
可选的,所述入料治具包括入料盒体,所述母头入料位与所述公头入料位为设于所述入料盒体上端面的两个沉槽,且所述沉槽与所述入料治具盒的一侧贯通,所述公头上料流道与所述母头上料流道的端部分别插装于所述入料盒体的侧部,以使所述母头入料位套设于所述母头上料流道的端部、所述公头入料位套设于所述公头上料流道的端部。
可选的,所述入料盒体在与所述公头上料流道、所述母头上料流道的插接处设有盖板。
可选的,所述检测装置包括光电传感器。
可选的,所述压合治具包括用于容纳母头与公头的压合腔体、以及与所述压合腔体贯通并用于放置内芯的侧部槽口。
可选的,所述安装架包括机箱,所述机箱的一侧设有用于手动放入内 芯的操作窗口,所述操作窗口的两侧设有安全光栅,所述安全光栅信号连接于所述控制器,当所述安全光栅检测到所述操作窗口处有操作人员时,所述压合装置停止下压。
可选的,所述机箱在所述操作窗口的框架处设有用于控制急停的急停按钮以及用于显示设备工作状态的显示灯。
可选的,所述取料装置包括:
吸盘组件,包括两组吸嘴,两组所述吸嘴用于同时吸取所述入料治具内的母头与公头;
切位驱动组件,连接于所述吸盘组件,用于驱动所述吸盘组件相对所述压合治具移动,以使两组所述吸嘴先后位于所述压合治具的正上方;
升降驱动组件,连接于所述切位驱动组件,用于驱动所述吸盘组件升降移动,以使所述吸盘组件贴合或远离所述入料治具或所述压合治具;
横向驱动组件,连接于所述升降驱动组件,用于驱动所述吸盘组件在所述入料治具与所述压合治具之间移动。
可选的,所述压合装置包括:
聚氨酯压合块,设于所述压合治具的正上方,用于压合所述压合治具内的公头与母头;
压合气缸,用于驱动所述聚氨酯压合块下压或上升;
弹簧缓冲装置,上端连接于所述压合气缸、下端连接于所述聚氨酯压合块。
本申请所提供的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,由于母头与公头分别上料并分别进入入料装置,因此,母头与公头在入料装置内的位置和顺序是固定,取料装置将入料装置内的母头与公头抓取后,母头与公头在取料装置上的位置与顺序也是固定的,从而,取料装置可按顺序先将母头放入压合治具,操作人员手动将内芯放置在压合治具内的母头上,然后取料装置再将公头放入压合治具,取料装置移开并进行下次取料,压合装置下压以将压合治具内的母头、内芯与公头压合,以完成DP接口连接器的组装。能够实现公头、母头的自动上料与压合,操作人员只需根据产品的组装节拍将内芯放入即可,能够大大提高工作效率,确保产量供应,保证产品质 量。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没 有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请的核心是提供一种DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,能够实现公头、母头的自动上料与压合,操作人员只需根据产品的组装节拍将内芯放入即可,能够大大提高工作效率,确保产量供应,保证产品质量。
请参考图1至图8,图1为本申请所提供DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备具体实施例的示意图;图2为DP接口连接器的装配示意图;图3为压合治具的示意图;图4为入料治具的示意图;图5为上料装置的示意图;图6为图1的局部放大示意图;图7为取料装置与压合装置的示意图;图8为图7中A部分的放大示意图。
本申请所提供的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,包括控制器与安装架10,安装架10设有分别信号连接于控制器的:
上料装置50,用于分别进行母头92上料与公头91上料;
入料治具60,连接于上料装置50,用于分别承接上料装置50输送的母头92与公头91;
压合治具70,用于组装母头92与公头91;
取料装置30,用于抓取入料治具60内的母头92与公头91,并先后放入压合治具70;
压合装置20,用于压合处于压合治具70内的公头91与母头92。
其中,安装架10为整个设备安装载体,控制器用于根据预设程序控制各个装置协同配合,上料装置50分别进行母头92上料与公头91上料,即母头92与公头91通过不同的上料流道进行上料,以便于后续取料装置30准确取料,入料装置用于分别承接上料装置50所输送的母头92与公头91,即母头92与公头91进入入料装置的不同位置。具体的,入料治具60只能同时容纳一个公头91和一个母头92,以便于取料装置30每次取料都抓取一个公头91和一个母头92。
由于母头92与公头91分别上料并分别进入入料装置,即母头92与公头91在入料装置内的位置和顺序是固定,因此,取料装置30将入料装置内的母头92与公头91抓取后,母头92与公头91在取料装置30上的位置 与顺序也是固定的,如此,取料装置30可按顺序先将母头92放入压合治具70,再将公头91放入压合治具70。
在上述过程中,当取料装置30将母头92放入压合治具70后,操作人员手动将内芯93放置在压合治具70内的母头92上,然后取料装置30再将公头91放置在压合治具70内,取料装置30移开进行下次取料,压合装置20下压以将压合治具70内的母头92、内芯93与公头91压合,从而完成DP接口连接器90的组装。
本申请所提供的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,由于母头92与公头91分别上料并分别进入入料装置,因此,母头92与公头91在入料装置内的位置和顺序是固定,取料装置30将入料装置内的母头92与公头91抓取后,母头92与公头91在取料装置30上的位置与顺序也是固定的,从而,取料装置30可按顺序先将母头92放入压合治具70,操作人员手动将内芯93放置在压合治具70内的母头92上,然后取料装置30再将公头91放入压合治具70,取料装置30移开并进行下次取料,压合装置20下压以将压合治具70内的母头92、内芯93与公头91压合,以完成DP接口连接器90的组装。能够实现公头91、母头92的自动上料与压合,操作人员只需根据产品的组装节拍将内芯93放入即可,能够大大提高工作效率,确保产量供应,保证产品质量。
在上述实施例的基础之上,考虑到上料装置50的具体选择,作为一种可选实施方式,上料装置50包括双流道振动盘,双流道振动盘的两个上料流道分别为母头上料流道53与公头上料流道52。
本实施例中,上料装置50为双流道振动盘,双流道振动盘包括两个振动盘51与两个上料流道,每个振动盘51均设有一个上料流量,其中一个振动盘61设有母头上料流道53,另一个振动盘51设有公头上料流道52。上料前,分别将母头92放入其中的一个振动盘51,将公头91放入另一个振动盘51,以便两个振动盘51通过两个上料流道分别进行公头91上料与母头92上料。
在上述实施例的基础之上,考虑到入料治具60的具体设置方式,作为一种可选实施方式,入料治具60包括:
母头入料位63,连接于母头上料流道53的端部以用于承接母头92;
公头入料位62,连接于公头上料流道52的端部以用于承接公头91;
检测装置64,设于母头入料位63和/或公头入料位62,用于检测母头入料位63和/或公头入料位62是否为空位状态。
本实施例中,母头入料位63与公头入料位62分别用于承接母头92与公头91,以便取料装置30从母头入料位63与公头入料位62准确的抓取母头92与公头91,另外,检测装置64可检测母头入料位63和/或公头入料位62是否为空位,当母头入料位63和/或公头入料位62为空位时,控制器控制双流道振动盘振动上料,以使母头92与公头91分别进入入料治具60,当母头入料位63和/或公头入料位62不是空位时,控制器控制双流道振动盘停止振动,以减少损耗,待取料装置30将入料治具60内的公头91与母头92取走后,控制器控制双流道振动盘继续上料。
在上述实施例的基础之上,考虑到入料治具60的具体选择,作为一种可选实施方式,入料治具60包括入料盒体61,母头入料位63与公头入料位62为设于入料盒体61上端面的两个沉槽,且沉槽与入料治具60盒的一侧贯通,两个上料流道的端部分别插装于入料盒体61的侧部,以使母头入料位63套设于母头上料流道53的端部、公头入料位62套设于公头上料流道52的端部。
本实施例中,入料治具60包括入料盒体61,入料盒体61的上端面设有两个沉槽,且两个沉槽分别与入料盒体61的一侧贯通,以使母头上料流道53与公头上料流道52分别沿入料盒体61的侧部插入两个沉槽,两个沉槽即为母头入料位63与公头入料位62,从而使母头入料位63套设于母头上料流道53的端部,公头入料位62套设于公头上料流道52的端部。
振动盘51上料的过程中,母头92沿母头上料流道53进入入料盒体61的母头92上料位,公头91沿公头上料流道52进入入料盒体61的公头91上料位,以便于取料装置30将入料盒体61内母头92与公头91同时取走。
在上述实施例的基础之上,作为一种可选实施方式,入料盒体61在与两个上料流道的对接处设有盖板65,检测装置64包括光电传感器。
本实施例中,在入料盒体61与两个上料流道的插装处设有盖板65,具 体的,盖板65与沉槽最内侧的距离刚好为一个公头91或母头92的距离,如此,当取料装置30取料的过程中,保证取料装置30每次只取走一个母头92与一个公头91,从而避免将其余的母头92和公头91带起,保证取料的准确性。
在上述实施例的基础之上,考虑到压合治具70的具体设置方式,作为一种可选实施方式,压合治具70包括用于容纳母头92与公头91的压合腔体71、以及与压合腔体71贯通并用于放置内芯93的侧部槽口72。可选的,侧部槽口72设于压合治具70远离入料治具60的一侧。
其中,压合腔体71为装配母头92与公头91的腔体,因此,压合腔体71的形状应当母头92与公头91的形状相适应,以保证母头92与公头91的准确压合。压合腔体71的一侧设有侧部槽口72,即压合治具70在压合腔体71的一侧设有将压合腔体71与压合治具70的外壁贯通的侧部槽口72,以便将内芯93放置在压合腔体71内的母头92上。
装配的过程中,取料装置30先将母头92放入压合腔体71内,工作人员将内芯93的头部放置在母头92上,并使内芯93的身部沿侧部槽口72伸出压合治具70,以使内芯93处于平直状态而不被弯折。最后,取料装置30再将公头91放置在母头92与内芯93上,压合装置20下压完成母头92、内芯93以及公头91压合装配。
在上述实施例的基础之上,考虑到安装架10的具体选择,作为一种可选实施方式,安装架10包括机箱,机箱的一侧设有用于手动放入内芯93的操作窗口11,操作窗口11的两侧设有安全光栅40,安全光栅40信号连接于控制器,当安全光栅40检测到操作窗口11处有操作人员时,压合装置20停止下压。
本实施例中,考虑到在装配的过程中,在取料装置30将母头92放入压合治具70的间隙中之后、将公头91放入压合治具70的间隙中之前,需要工作人员将内芯93放入压合治具70内的母头92上,因此,在安装架10的一侧设有操作窗口11,以便工作人员放入内芯93。
另外,为避免由于操作不当导致压合装置20压伤工作人员,在操作窗口11处设有安全光栅40,安全光栅40可检测到工作人员的是否处于操作 窗口11,只有当安全光栅40检测到操作窗口11无操作人员,即操作人员将手臂与身体伸出在操作窗口11之外时,压合装置20才会下压,从而确保操作的安全性。
在上述实施例的基础之上,作为一种可选实施方式,机箱在操作窗口11的框架处设有用于控制急停的急停按钮以及用于显示设备工作状态的显示灯,显示灯可让操作员清晰的看出设备的当前状态,起到目视化的作用。以备出现异常的时候,一键按下急停按钮,整个设备断电。另外,还可在设置脚垫80,以放置操作人员滑倒。
在上述实施例的基础之上,考虑到取料装置30的具体选择,作为一种可选实施方式,取料装置30包括:
吸盘组件34,包括两组吸嘴341,两组吸嘴341用于同时吸取母头入料位63的母头92与公头入料位62内的公头91;
切位驱动组件33,连接于吸盘组件34,用于驱动吸盘组件34相对压合治具70移动,以使两组吸嘴341先后位于压合治具70的正上方;
升降驱动组件31,连接于切位驱动组件33,用于驱动吸盘组件34升降移动,以使吸盘组件34贴合或远离入料治具60或压合治具70;
横向驱动组件32,连接于升降驱动组件31,用于驱动吸盘组件34在入料治具60与压合治具70之间移动。
本实施例中,取料装置30包括吸盘组件34,通过控制吸盘组件34的移动,使吸盘组件34上的两组吸嘴341同时吸取公头91与母头92,实现快速取料。
具体取料流程可参考如下:
1、双流道振动盘振动实现自动上料,公头91和母头92在入料治具60的末端停下,等待被取走;
2、检测装置64检测到公头91与母头92的到位信号;
3、横向驱动组件32驱动吸盘组件34移动到入料治具60的上方;
4、升降驱动组件31驱动吸盘组件34下移,以使两个吸嘴341分别贴合公头91与母头92;
5、吸盘组件34产生负压,公头91和母头92分别吸附在吸嘴341上,
6、升降驱动组件31驱动吸盘组件34上移;
7、横向驱动组件32驱动吸盘组件34移动到压合治具70的上方;
8、切位驱动组件33驱动吸盘组件34纵向移动,以使吸附有母头92的吸嘴341先处于压合治具70的正上方;
9、升降驱动组件31驱动吸盘组件34下移,吸盘组件34上吸附有母头92的吸嘴341泄压,以将母头92放置压合治具70内,升降驱动组件31驱动吸盘组件34上移;
10、操作人员手动将内芯93线放在母头92上;
11、切位驱动组件33驱动吸盘组件34纵向移动,以使吸附有公头91的吸嘴341处于压合治具70的正上方;
12、升降驱动组件31驱动吸盘组件34下移,吸盘组件34上吸附有公头91的吸嘴341泄压,以将公头91放置压合治具70内,升降驱动组件31驱动吸盘组件34上移;
13、横向驱动组件32驱动吸盘组件34移动到入料治具60的上方,以进行下次取料,同时,压合装置20下压,将母头92、内芯93、公头91完成压合。
另外,控制器还可根据吸盘组件34的压力变化,判断取料装置30是否将公头91与母头92从入料治具60放入压合治具70,以保证压合装置20不会空压。
在上述实施例的基础之上,考虑到压合装置20的具体选择,作为一种可选实施方式,压合装置20包括:
聚氨酯压合块23,设于压合治具70的正上方,用于压合压合治具70内的公头91与母头92;
压合气缸21,用于驱动聚氨酯压合块23下压或上升;
弹簧缓冲装置22,上端连接于压合气缸21、下端连接于聚氨酯压合块23。
其中,聚氨酯压合块23是指分子结构中有很多重复的氨基甲酸酯基团的一类聚合物,弹性模量介于塑料和橡胶之间,性能较好,既能保证压合的可靠性,又可以避免硬度过大损伤公头91与母头92。另外,压合气缸 21与聚氨酯压合块23之间设有弹簧缓冲装置22,避免硬压造成的物料划伤。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,包括控制器与安装架(10),所述安装架(10)设有分别信号连接于所述控制器的:
    上料装置(50),用于分别进行母头(92)上料与公头(91)上料;
    入料治具(60),连接于所述上料装置(50),用于分别承接所述上料装置(50)输送的母头(92)与公头(91);
    压合治具(70),用于组装母头(92)与公头(91);
    取料装置(30),用于抓取所述入料治具(60)内的母头(92)与公头(91),并先后放入所述压合治具(70);
    压合装置(20),用于压合所述压合治具(70)内的公头(91)与母头(92)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述上料装置(50)包括双流道振动盘,所述双流道振动盘的两个振动盘(51),其中一个所述振动盘(61)设有母头上料流道(53),另一个所述振动盘(51)设有公头上料流道(52)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述入料治具(60)包括:
    母头入料位(63),连接于所述母头上料流道(53)的端部以用于承接母头(92);
    公头入料位(62),连接于所述公头上料流道(52)的端部以用于承接公头(91)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述入料治具(60)还包括:
    检测装置(64),设于所述母头入料位(63)和/或所述公头入料位(62),用于检测所述母头入料位(63)和/或所述公头入料位(62)是否为空位状态。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述入料治具(60)包括入料盒体(61),所述母头入料位(63)与所述公头入料位(62)为设于所述入料盒体(61)上端面的两个沉槽,且所述沉槽与所述入料治具(60)盒的一侧贯通,所述公头上料流道(52) 与所述母头上料流道(53)的端部沿所述沉槽插装于所述入料盒体(61)的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述入料盒体(61)在与所述公头上料流道(52)、所述母头上料流道(53)的插接处设有盖板(65)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述检测装置(64)包括光电传感器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述压合治具(70)包括用于容纳母头(92)与公头(91)的压合腔体(71)、以及与所述压合腔体(71)贯通并用于放置内芯(93)的侧部槽口(72)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述安装架(10)包括机箱,所述机箱的一侧设有用于放入内芯(93)的操作窗口(11),所述操作窗口(11)的两侧设有安全光栅(40),所述安全光栅(40)信号连接于所述控制器,当所述安全光栅(40)检测到所述操作窗口(11)处有操作人员时,所述压合装置(20)停止下压。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述操作窗口(11)的框架处设有用于控制急停的急停按钮以及用于显示设备工作状态的显示灯。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述取料装置(30)包括:
    吸盘组件(34),包括两组吸嘴(341),两组所述吸嘴(341)用于同时吸取所述入料治具(60)内的母头(92)与公头(91);
    切位驱动组件(33),连接于所述吸盘组件(34),用于驱动所述吸盘组件(34)相对所述压合治具(70)移动,以使两组所述吸嘴(341)先后位于所述压合治具(70)的正上方;
    升降驱动组件(31),连接于所述切位驱动组件(33),用于驱动所述吸盘组件(34)升降移动,以使所述吸盘组件(34)贴合或远离所述入料治具(60)或所述压合治具(70);
    横向驱动组件(32),连接于所述升降驱动组件(31),用于驱动所述吸盘组件(34)在所述入料治具(60)与所述压合治具(70)之间移动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的DP接口连接器的半自动组装设备,其特征在于,所述压合装置(20)包括:
    聚氨酯压合块(23),设于所述压合治具(70)的正上方,用于压合所述压合治具(70)内的公头(91)与母头(92);
    压合气缸(21),用于驱动所述聚氨酯压合块(23)下压或上升;
    弹簧缓冲装置(22),上端连接于所述压合气缸(21)、下端连接于所述聚氨酯压合块(23)。
