Abstract
Description
(1)メラミン樹脂発泡体スポンジが、液体歯磨き剤を含ませたものを(加熱により)乾燥させたものであることで、従来のもののようにパッケージ袋などの包装容器に密封した状態で保管・流通させる必要が無い。そのため、製造工程において、メラミン樹脂発泡体スポンジを包装容器に入れて密封する工程が不要となる。したがって、メラミン樹脂発泡体スポンジを包装容器に入れて密封する工程を省略できるので、製造コストの低廉化を図ることができる。また、使用する際に個別の包装を開封する必要が無いので、使用の際の包装の開封にかかる手間が無くなり、開封時に包装容器のゴミが出るおそれも無くなる。(2)メラミン樹脂発泡体スポンジが、加圧により圧縮されたものであることで、破れなくなる、清掃効率及び耐久性が向上する、圧縮されると穴が小さくなる。
なお、上記の括弧内の符号は、後述する実施形態における対応する構成要素の図面参照番号を参考のために示すものである。
図1は、本発明の第一実施形態に係る歯清掃具を示す斜視図である。同図に示す歯面清掃具100は、液体歯磨き剤を含浸したメラミン樹脂発泡体スポンジを加熱及び加圧して圧縮状態で乾燥させてなる歯面清掃具である。
次に、本発明の第二実施形態について説明する。図2は、本発明の第二実施形態に係る電動歯面清掃装置を示す斜視図である。本実施形態の電動歯面清掃装置1は、主に歯面に付着した歯垢などの汚れを電動で除去するためのものであって、図2に示すように、本体部2と、本体部2の先端に回転可能に設けられたヘッド部3と、ヘッド部3を回転駆動するための駆動系(図4参照)と、ヘッド部3に装着されるメラミン樹脂発泡体スポンジからなる歯面清掃具100-2とを含んで構成されている。なお、以下の説明においては、図2に示す矢印方向を「上下」及び「前後」とする。
次に、本発明の第三実施形態について説明する。なお、第三実施形態の説明及び対応する図面においては、第二実施形態と同一又は相当する構成部分には同一の符号を付し、以下ではその部分の詳細な説明は省略する。また、以下で説明する事項以外の事項、及び図示する以外の事項については、第二実施形態と同じである。
Claims (12)
- 液体歯磨き剤を含ませたメラミン樹脂発泡体スポンジを加熱及び加圧して圧縮状態で乾燥させてなることを特徴とする歯面清掃具。
- 前記液体歯磨き剤は、ポリリン酸塩を含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯面清掃具。 - 前記液体歯磨き剤は、ポリエチレングリコールを含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯面清掃具。 - 前記液体歯磨き剤は、香味料を含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯面清掃具。 - 前記液体歯磨き剤は、フッ素化合物を含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯面清掃具。 - 前記メラミン樹脂発泡体スポンジは、真空乾燥又は凍結乾燥により乾燥させたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の歯面清掃具。 - 前記メラミン樹脂発泡体スポンジは、前記加圧により元の体積の約1/4の体積に圧縮されたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の歯面清掃具。 - 歯を清掃するための電動歯面清掃装置であって、
本体ケースと該本体ケースの一端から延びる先細状のネック部とを備える本体部と、
前記ネック部の先端に回転可能に設けられたヘッド部と、
前記ヘッド部の装着台に着脱可能に装着される歯面清掃具と、
前記ケース本体に内蔵された電池及び電動モータと、前記電動モータの回転を前記装着台の回転運動又は往復回転運動に変換する変換機構と、を備え、
前記歯面清掃具は、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の歯面清掃具である
ことを特徴とする電動歯面清掃装置。 - 前記歯面清掃具を前記装着台に対して着脱可能に装着する装着手段を備え、
前記装着手段は、面ファスナーである
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電動歯面清掃装置。 - 前記電動モータの回転を前記装着台の回転に変換する前記変換機構は、前記電動モータの出力軸の回転方向を軸直角方向に変換するベベルギヤによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の電動歯面清掃装置。
- 前記電動モータの回転を前記装着台の往復回転運動に変換する前記変換機構は、
前記電動モータの出力軸の回転をロッドの往復直線運動に変換する第1の機構と、
前記ロッドの往復直線運動を揺動アームの揺動運動に変換する第2の機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の電動歯面清掃装置。 - 前記第1の機構は、前記電動モータの出力軸に結着されたギヤと、該ギヤに噛合するリングギヤと、該リングギヤの回転中心から偏心した点を回転中心とする偏心カムと、該偏心カムが係合する長孔を備える従動部材を含んで構成され、
前記第2の機構は、揺動端が前記装着台に径方向に形成された長孔に摺動可能に嵌合し、基端部の1点が前記ロッドの先端部に回動可能に連結され、同基端部の他の1点が揺動軸を中心として揺動可能に支持された揺動アームを含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電動歯面清掃装置。
