Claims (12)
- 면대를 커팅하여 만두피를 형성하는 만두피 커팅장치;상기 만두피 커팅장치의 하부 영역에 배치되며, 커팅된 상기 만두피가 안착되고 만두소를 공급받은 상기 만두피를 가압하여 접어주는 만두 성형용 하부접이 장치; 및상기 만두 성형용 하부접이 장치의 상부 영역에 배치되며, 접어진 상기 만두피를 가압하여 봉합하는 봉합장치를 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 만두피 커팅장치는,커팅장치 프레임;상기 커팅장치 프레임에 지지되며, 상기 면대를 상기 만두 성형용 하부접이 장치에 형성된 돌출 커터로 1차적으로 가압하는 제1 면대 가압기; 및상기 커팅장치 프레임에 지지되고 상기 제1 면대 가압기에 대해 이격되어 배치되며, 상기 제1 면대 가압기에 의해 1차적으로 가압된 상기 면대를 상기 돌출 커터로 2차적으로 가압하는 제2 면대 가압기를 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 면대 가압기는,상기 커팅장치 프레임에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 제1 회동 바아부;상기 제1 회동 바아부에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 면대를 가압하는 제1 가압 롤러부; 및상기 커팅장치 프레임에 지지되고 상기 제1 회동 바아부에 연결되며, 상기 제1 회동 바아부의 회동각도를 조절하여 제1 가압 롤러부의 상기 돌출 커터에 대한 높이를 조절하는 제1 높이 조절부를 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 면대 가압기는,상기 커팅장치 프레임에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 제2 회동 바아부;상기 제2 회동 바아부에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 면대를 가압하는 제2 가압 롤러부; 및상기 커팅장치 프레임에 지지되고 상기 제2 회동 바아부에 연결되며, 상기 제2 회동 바아부의 회동각도를 조절하여 제2 가압 롤러부의 상기 돌출 커터에 대한 높이를 조절하는 제2 높이 조절부를 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 봉합장치는,상기 만두 성형용 하부접이 장치에 의해 접어진 상기 만두피를 가압하는 제1 봉합패드와 상기 제1 봉합패드에 대향되게 배치되어 상기 제1 봉합패드의 방향으로 상기 만두피를 가압하는 제2 봉합패드를 구비하는 봉합용 가압유닛;상기 봉합용 가압유닛에 연결되어 상기 제1 봉합패드와 제2 봉합패드를 이동시키는 봉합용 캠레일유닛; 및상기 봉합용 가압유닛에 연결되며, 상기 봉합용 가압유닛을 상기 봉합용 캠레일유닛에 대해 상대이동시키는 봉합용 이동유닛을 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 봉합용 가압유닛은 다수 개로 마련되며, 다수 개의 상기 봉합용 가압유닛은 무한궤도 형태로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 봉합용 가압유닛은,상기 봉합용 이동유닛에 연결되는 봉합용 지지 플레이트부;상기 봉합용 지지 플레이트부에 상대이동 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 제1 봉합패드가 결합되는 제1 이동 플레이트부;상기 제1 이동 플레이트부에 결합되며, 상기 봉합용 캠레일유닛에 연결되어 상기 제1 이동 플레이트부를 이동시키는 제1 이동 플레이트용 이동부;상기 봉합용 지지 플레이트부에 상대이동 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 제2 봉합패드가 결합되는 제2 이동 플레이트부;상기 제2 이동 플레이트부에 결합되며, 상기 봉합용 캠레일유닛에 연결되어 상기 제2 이동 플레이트부를 이동시키는 제2 이동 플레이트용 이동부;상기 봉합용 지지 플레이트부에 결합되며, 상기 제1 이동 플레이트부에 연결되어 상기 제1 이동 플레이트용 이동부에 의해 이동된 상기 제1 이동 플레이트부를 원위치로 복귀시키는 제1 원위치 복귀부; 및상기 봉합용 지지 플레이트부에 결합되며, 상기 제2 이동 플레이트부에 연결되어 상기 제2 이동 플레이트용 이동부에 의해 이동된 상기 제2 이동 플레이트부를 원위치로 복귀시키는 제2 원위치 복귀부를 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 이동 플레이트용 이동부는,상기 제1 이동 플레이트부에 결합된 제1 회전 중심축; 및상기 제1 회전 중심축에 회전 가능하게 결합된 제1 회전 롤러를 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제2 이동 플레이트용 이동부는,상기 제2 이동 플레이트부에 결합된 제2 회전 중심축; 및상기 제2 회전 중심축에 회전 가능하게 결합된 제2 회전 롤러를 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 원위치 복귀부는,상기 봉합용 지지 플레이트부에 결합된 제1 복귀용 고정블록;상기 제1 이동 플레이트부에 결합되며, 상기 봉합용 지지 플레이트부에 형성된 제1 관통공을 관통하는 제1 이동 플레이트용 돌출블록; 및상기 제1 복귀용 고정블록에 결합되며, 상기 제1 이동 플레이트용 돌출블록에 연결되어 상기 제1 이동 플레이트용 돌출블록을 가압하는 제1 복귀용 탄성체를 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2 원위치 복귀부는,상기 봉합용 지지 플레이트부에 결합된 제2 복귀용 고정블록;상기 제2 이동 플레이트부에 결합되며, 상기 봉합용 지지 플레이트부에 형성된 제2 관통공을 관통하는 제2 이동 플레이트용 돌출블록; 및상기 제2 복귀용 고정블록에 결합되며, 상기 제2 이동 플레이트용 돌출블록에 연결되어 상기 제2 이동 플레이트용 돌출블록을 가압하는 제2 복귀용 탄성체를 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 봉합용 캠레일유닛은,측면부를 따라 상기 제1 회전 롤러가 이동되는 제1 봉합용 지지레일부; 및측면부를 따라 상기 제2 회전 롤러가 이동되는 제2 봉합용 지지레일부를 포함하는 인라인 방식의 만두 성형 시스템.
