As shown in FIG. 4 and the like, when the diaper 1 is viewed from the non-skin side, the skin sheet 46 of the colored portion S preferably has a portion overlapping the absorbent body 10 . By overlapping the absorbent main body 10 and the skin sheet 46, it becomes easier for the wearer or the like to perceive a change in color depth of the skin sheet 46 due to absorption of more sweat.
- the lower end of the skin sheet 46 is not joined to the skin sheet of the absorbent main body 10 adjacent to the skin sheet 46 in the thickness direction of the back waist portion 40a. It is preferable to have a side non-joint portion 46nd. Specifically, no adhesive is applied to the lower non-bonded portion 46nd of the skin-side sheet 46, so the lower non-bonded portion 46nd is not fixed to the absorbent main body 10. part. By providing the lower non-bonded portion 46nd, when the skin sheet 46 absorbs moisture, the unfixed lower non-bonded portion 46nd of the skin sheet 46 tends to come closer to the wearer's skin. Become.
- the skin sheet 46 absorbs the wearer's sweat more, and the color depth of the skin sheet 46 appears to change more.
- the dark-colored area absorbs the wearer's sweat and absorbs moisture in the sweat. It becomes easier to give the impression that it can transpire.
- one side end of the colored portion S is provided outside the side joint portion 1e on the one side.
- one side edge of the skin sheet 46 which is the colored portion S, is provided outside the one side joint portion 1e.
- the skin sheet 46 is continuous from one side edge to the other side edge in the left-right direction of the diaper 1 , and the skin sheet 46 includes the skin side sheet 41 and the non-skin side sheet 42 .
- the front waist portion 30a is joined to the side joint portion 1e on one side and the side joint portion 1e on the other side.
- the portions outside the side joints 1e, 1e in the left-right direction are not in direct contact with the wearer's skin. often do not appear to be Therefore, for the skin sheet 46, by comparing the color of the region outside the side joint 1e on one side in the left-right direction with the color of the region inside the side joint 1e on the one side in the left-right direction, the wearer can , making it easier to recognize the difference in color appearance caused by sweat absorption.
- FIG. 9 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion of the rear waist portion 40a.
- the diaper 1 has a plurality of waist elastic members 45 between the skin-side sheet 41 and the non-skin-side sheet 42. As the waist elastic members 45 expand and contract in the left-right direction, the rear waist portion 40a is stretched. , uneven wrinkles are formed in the thickness direction. As shown in FIG.
- the portion closest to the skin is visually recognized as the first colored portion S1 with a predetermined color depth.
- the non-skin side of the first colored portion S1 is visually recognized as a second colored portion S2 that is lighter in color than the first colored portion S1.
- the difference in color depth between the first colored portion S1 and the second colored portion S2 makes it easier for the wearer or the like to recognize the color of the colored portion S.
- the rear waist portion 40a (the rear band member 40) has a plurality of openings 40h penetrating in the thickness direction.
- the opening portion 40h overlaps the colored portion S (skin sheet 46).
- the rear waist portion 40a absorbs moisture from sweat, and the color of the colored portion S appears darker, thereby making the uncolored opening 40h more conspicuous. Become. This makes it easier for the wearer or the like to visually recognize the openings 40h, and makes it easier for them to recognize the good breathability of the diaper 1 .
- the colored portions S are provided in the front waist portion 30a and the rear waist portion 40a, respectively, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- the colored portion S may be provided only on the front waist portion 30a, or may be provided only on the rear waist portion 40a. Further, the entire front waist portion 30a and the rear waist portion 40a may be colored. In addition, it is not necessary to provide only one colored portion S for each of the front waist portion 30a and the rear waist portion 40a.
- the rear waist portion 40a may be provided with a pair of colored portions S on both sides outside the center portion in the left-right direction without providing the colored portion S at the center portion in the left-right direction.
- a portion of each member (skin sheets 36, 46) may be the colored portion S, and the portions of the members (skin sheets 36, 46) other than the colored portion S may be white.
- the shape, size, and arrangement of the colored portion S can be appropriately changed according to the wearer's body type, constitution, posture, and the like.
- the skin-side sheets 31 and 41 which serve as hydrophobic portions, are positioned closer to the skin than the non-skin-side sheets 32 and 42, which are hydrophilic portions, and are positioned closer to the skin than the non-skin-side sheets 32 and 42.
- 36 and 46 are the colored portions S
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- a part or all of each of the skin-side sheets 31, 41 which are hydrophobic parts, the non-skin-side sheets 32, 42 which are hydrophilic parts, and the waist elastic members 35, 45 may be colored colored parts S, and the front waist part
- Each member of 30a and rear waist portion 40a may be joined with a colored adhesive.
- the colored portion S is the adhesive.
- the colored portion S may be formed by using a plurality of colored members.
- the skin sheets 36 and 46 do not necessarily have to be provided.
- the plurality of waist elastic members 45 overlapping the non-skin side sheet 42 may be light blue colored portions S, and the non-skin side sheet 42 may be a white sheet member.
- the portion of the non-skin side sheet 42 that overlaps the colored waist elastic member 45 is removed. , the transmission of light is reduced, and the color of the waist elastic member 45 appears dark.
- the waist elastic members 45 are intermittently arranged in the vertical direction, it is easy to recognize the difference in color between the portion where the waist elastic member 45 is arranged and the portion where it is not arranged. Therefore, the wearer or the like can visually recognize the change in the color depth of the waist elastic member 45 through the non-skin side sheet 42, and easily visually recognize the portion of the diaper 1 that absorbs the sweat of the wearer. By doing so, it becomes easier to give an impression that the sweat of the wearer can be absorbed and the moisture of the absorbed sweat can evaporate in the region where the color looks dark.
- the adhesive that joins the non-skin side sheet 42 and the skin side sheet 41 is a blue adhesive, and when the diaper 1 is viewed from the non-skin side, a blue adhesive is applied to a position overlapping the non-skin side sheet 42 when the diaper 1 is viewed from the non-skin side.
- An adhesive may be provided as the colored portion S.
- the portion overlapping the adhesive provided between the sheet 42 has less light transmission, and the color of the colored adhesive looks darker.
- the adhesive can be arranged in any shape and at any place, it is easy to recognize the difference in color between the portion provided with the adhesive and the portion not provided with the adhesive. Therefore, the wearer or the like can visually recognize the change in the color depth of the adhesive through the non-skin-side sheet 42, making it easier to visually recognize the portion of the diaper 1 that absorbs the sweat of the wearer. Therefore, it is easy to give an impression that the sweat of the wearer can be absorbed and the moisture of the absorbed sweat can evaporate in the region where the color looks dark.
- the entire area of the skin sheets 36 and 46 as the colored portion S is, when viewed from the non-skin side of the diaper 1, the non-skin side sheets 32 and 42 of the hydrophilic portion and the skin side sheet 31 of the hydrophobic portion. 41, but it is not limited to this. At least a portion of the colored portion S only needs to overlap with the hydrophilic portion. 46 may not overlap with the skin-side sheets 31 and 41. - ⁇ As described above, the non-skin-side sheet 32 of the hydrophilic portion has the function of retaining and evaporating sweat moisture.
- the moisture absorbed by the non-skin-side sheet 32 of the hydrophilic portion is diffused planarly within the non-skin-side sheet 32 , so that at least part of the skin-side sheets 36 and 46 when viewed from the non-skin side of the diaper 1 .
- the skin sheets 36 and 46 are overlapped, at least a part of the overlapped area has the function of absorbing and evaporating moisture from sweat.
- the colored portion S may have fibers like the skin sheet 46, and the colored portion S may include a compressed portion (not shown) compressed in the thickness direction of the rear waist portion 40a. Since the compressed portion has a high fiber density, the compressed portion becomes a portion that more easily absorbs moisture due to capillary action. When the rear waist portion 40a absorbs moisture, the compressed portion of the colored portion S absorbs more moisture, so that the color appears darker, and the wearer, etc., perspires in the diaper 1. By making the absorbing part easily visible, it is easy to give the impression that the sweat of the wearer can be absorbed and the moisture of the absorbed sweat can evaporate in the region where the color looks dark.
- the compressed portion of the colored portion S may be compressed in the thickness direction together with an adjacent member adjacent to the colored portion S in the thickness direction. That is, the diaper 1 may be provided with a compressed portion in which the skin sheet 46 and the skin side sheet 41 are compressed. In the pressed portion, the fibers of the sheets adjacent in the thickness direction are entangled or melted by pressing, and the distance between the sheets becomes closer. As a result, not only does the color of the colored portion S appear darker, but it also facilitates migration of moisture between the skin-facing sheet 46 and the skin-side sheet 41 of the colored portion S.
- the skin side sheet 46, the skin side sheet 41, and the non-skin side sheet 42 are compressed (welded) in the thickness direction to provide a pressed portion (welded portion), so that the skin side sheet 41 and the non-skin side sheet 42 are joined together.
- the waist elastic member 45 may be attached to the rear waist portion 40 using a plurality of compressed portions (welded portions).
- the openings 30h and 40h that pass through the band members 30 and 40 in the thickness direction are provided, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- the belt members 30 and 40 may be configured without openings, or have openings that penetrate only the non-skin side sheets 32 and 42 of the belt members 30 and 40, respectively, and the skin side sheets 31, A configuration in which 41 does not have an opening may be used.

Abstract
Description
白色基準板は、(X93.19、Y95.20、Z112.28)でlab0に設定する。
