请参阅图1至图7,本申请第一实施例提供了一种折叠器,包括下折叠部10,具有第一连接端11。下折叠部10侧壁上设有贯通侧壁内外的轴向缝隙101,通过缩小轴向缝隙101的宽度而使轴向缝隙101变小,以便将下折叠部10以抱紧的方式固定在待连接的部件(滑板车前叉组件或自行车前叉组件)上。上折叠部20,具有第二连接端21,第二连接端21与第一连接端11枢接连接。第一连接端11和第二连接端21分别用于连接待连接的两个部件,例如滑板车的车架组件和车把组件,当第一连接端11连接车架组件,则第二连接端21连接车把组件,则反之。可选地,第一连接端11的外壁上开设有第一枢接孔102;第二连接端21的外壁上开设有第二枢接孔201,第二枢接孔201和第一枢接孔102之间装设有枢接轴70,第一连接端11和第二连接端21通过枢接轴70枢接连接。以及,弹性锁扣机构,弹性锁扣机构连接于第一连接端11和第二连接端21之间;弹性锁扣机构包括提供自动锁扣驱动力的弹性件50;弹性锁扣机构具有锁扣状态和脱扣状态;弹性锁扣机构锁扣时,上折叠部20扶正,弹性件50驱动弹性锁扣机构自动扣合,使第一连接端11和第二连接端21锁扣连接。弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,外力驱动弹性锁扣机构打开,第一连接端11和第二连接端21脱扣。
在一个实施例中,弹性锁扣机构还包括手柄60、卡勾件40以及第一勾块22;手柄60的一端枢接在第一连接端11上;可选地,手柄60通过一枢接轴90枢接于第一连接端11的外壁。卡勾件40转动连接于第一连接端11或第二连接端21上。卡勾件40具有第二勾块401;且手柄60带动卡勾件40转动。可选地,卡勾件40可直接设于手柄60上,可以理解为,卡勾件40是通过手柄60间接转动连接于第一连接端11或第二连接端21上;手柄60转动时,卡勾件40随手柄60转动。
第一勾块22连接于第一连接端11或第二连接端21上,可选地,第一勾块22可通过固定或者可拆卸的结构连接于第一连接端11或第二连接端21上。弹性件50的一端抵于第一连接端11或第二连接端21上,弹性件50的另一端抵于卡勾件40或手柄60上,可选地,弹性件50为弹片、弹簧或者弹性橡胶等。当第一勾块22位于第一连接端11上时,卡勾件40连接于第二连接端21上,则反之。弹性锁扣机构锁扣时,上折叠部20扶正,上折叠部20带动第一勾块22向第二勾块401方向转动;同时,弹性件50驱动手柄60或卡勾件40向第一勾块22方向转动,使第二勾块401扣合第一勾块22。或者,上折叠部20和弹性件50同时带动卡勾件40向第一勾块22方向转动,使第二勾块401扣合第一勾块22,实现自锁。此时,下折叠部10和上折叠部20被锁在展开状态无法折叠。弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,外力驱动手柄60的自由端背离上折叠部20转动预定角度,并带动卡勾件40转动,使第一勾块22和第二勾块401脱扣。此时,下折叠部10和上折叠部20从锁扣状态切换到脱扣状态,从而上折叠部20能折叠在下折叠部10上。当手柄60由于意外转动,且手柄60相对上折叠部20发生轻微转动且转动的角度小于预定角度时,第一勾块22和第二勾块401也不会发生脱扣,从而提高了安全性。可选地,手柄60和卡勾件40可转动地设在第二连接端21,对应的,第一勾块22位于第一连接端11上,即第一连接端11上的部件和第二连接端21上的部件对调,同样也能实现锁扣。
在一个实施例中,手柄60上设有第一勾位81,第二连接端21的外壁对应设有第二勾位82,锁扣时,第二勾位82与第一勾位81卡勾连接。可选地,第一勾位81为设在手柄60上可上下拉动地勾块,对应的,第二勾位82为设在第二连接端21外壁上的挂勾,锁扣时,挂勾与勾块卡勾连接。向上拉动勾块可实现勾块与挂钩的脱扣。且勾块内设有弹簧,在松开勾块情况下,勾块在弹簧的作用下实现位置的复原。可选地,第一勾位81为手柄60顶端向上折叠部20方向延伸出的勾块,对应的,第二勾位82为设在贯穿第二连接端21外壁的勾孔,锁扣时,勾块与勾孔卡勾连接。
在一个实施例中,卡勾件40转动连接于第一连接端11,第二勾块22连接于第二连接端21。卡勾件40包括有两卡勾41和连接于两卡勾之间的连杆42,第二勾块401分别位于两卡勾41的一端;弹性件50一端抵于卡勾41背面;促使卡勾41向第一勾块22方向运动。手柄60的两侧面贯穿有滑槽62,两侧面为手柄60的左右侧面;连杆42穿过滑槽62,手柄60转动带动连杆42于滑槽62中滑动,以改变第一勾块22和第二勾块401的连接状态;可以理解为,卡勾件40是通过手柄60间接转动连接在第一连接端11上。滑槽62包括圆弧段621和脱扣段622,脱扣段622的一端与圆弧段621的一端连通,圆弧段621的圆心靠近卡勾件40;脱扣段622的延伸方向背离卡勾件40。上折叠部20扶正,且连杆42位于圆弧段621时,第一勾块22与第二勾块401卡扣连接,也就是说,连杆42在圆弧段621中滑动时,促使第一勾块22向第二勾块401运动,使两者紧扣在一起。手柄60朝第一连接端11转动到预定角度时,连杆42于圆弧段621滑到脱扣段622,以使第一勾块22与第二勾块401脱扣。可选地,脱扣段622可为弧形状、直线状或者其它形状。
可选地,弹性件50为拱形弹片,且拱形弹片为两个。第一连接端11上开设有安装腔103,安装腔103为两面开口结构,其便于弹性件50的安装。两卡勾41分别位于对应的安装腔103中,两拱形弹片分别安装于对应的安装腔103中,且拱形弹片的两端抵于安装腔103的内壁上,形成支撑点。拱形弹片的最高拱起点抵于卡勾41的背面,对卡勾41施加压力,使第二勾块401卡扣第一勾块22。可选地,拱形弹片为可变形的弹性金属材质或者可变形的弹性塑胶材质等。
在一个实施例中,折叠器还包括顶杆30,顶杆30包括有轴体31以及与轴体连接的杆体32,轴体31枢接于第一连接端11的外壁或者第二连接端21的外壁;杆体32的扣合端为球头形状,手柄60上凹设有扣槽61,锁扣时,扣槽61与杆体32的扣合端扣合,以将下折叠部10和上折叠部20锁定在非折叠状态下。通过这种结构设置使得手柄60与顶杆30之间的扣合不容易松脱,从而保证锁紧作用的可靠性。在手柄60松开时,顶杆30可以防止手柄60过度转动,需要人为施力手柄60,才能使手柄60克服顶杆30的阻力,从而达到安全性。当然,折叠器不局限于顶杆型折叠器。可选地,轴体31和杆体32为一体式连接结构,或者轴体31和杆体32为分体式连接结构,例如,杆体32为螺钉,对应的,轴体31上贯穿有螺纹孔,螺钉的螺纹段与螺纹孔螺纹连接,从而可根据情况来调节杆体32的长度,使用更加的灵活方便。且螺钉的下端是抵于手柄60的内壁上。
如图8-图14所示,为本申请的第二实施例,其与第一实施例的结构基本相同,其不同之处在于:卡勾件40为V字形扳手,卡勾件40的一端为扳手部402,另一端为第二勾块401,且第二勾块401与扳手部402呈V字形状。卡勾件40是安装于枢接轴90上的。扳手部402位于手柄60的下方,且弹性件50的一端抵于扳手部402的底面;弹性件50为扭簧,扭簧一端抵于第一连接端11上,扭簧另一端抵于扳手部402的底面,且扭簧套设在枢接轴90上。
弹性锁扣机构锁扣时,上折叠部20扶正,上折叠部20带动第一勾块22向第二勾块401方向转动,同时,弹性件50驱动扳手部402向第一勾块22转动,使第二勾块401与第一勾块22扣合。弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,手柄60转动到预定角度时,手柄60靠近扳手部402的一端抵压在扳手部402上并带动卡勾件40转动,以使第二勾块401与第一勾块22脱扣。在一个实施例中,上折叠部20靠近下折叠部10的一端装设有座体23,第二连接端21位于座体23上,即第二连接端21与上折叠部20为分体式设置,可选地,座体23的一端延伸出有紧插段231,紧插段231插入上折叠部20中,紧插段231的外壁与上折叠部20的内壁紧插在一起固定。
如图15-图19所示,为本申请的第三实施例,其与第一实施例的结构基本相同,其不同之处在于:卡勾件40一体连接于手柄60的侧面。弹性件50的一端抵于手柄60的一端。弹性件50为扭簧,扭簧的一端抵于第一连接端11上,扭簧的另一端抵于手柄60的底面。弹性锁扣机构锁扣时,上折叠部20扶正,上折叠部20带动第一勾块22向第二勾块401方向转动,同时,弹性件50驱动手柄60向第一勾块22转动;促使第一勾块22与第二勾块401扣合;弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,手柄60的自由端向背离第一勾块22方向转动到预定角度时,使第二勾块401与第一勾块22脱扣。
在一个实施例中,手柄60为了避让轴体31开设有避让腔601,轴体31穿过避让腔601;且避让腔601的内壁靠近下折叠部10的一端形成有勾部602,当第二勾块401与第一勾块22脱扣后,继续转动手柄60一定的角度后,轴体31与勾部602脱扣。弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,脱扣的顺序依次为:顶杆32的扣合端与扣槽61先脱扣,接着,第二勾块401与第一勾块22脱扣,最后,轴体31与勾部602脱扣,通过三道钩扣结构,进一步防止上折叠部20倾倒。可选地,轴体31上套设有偏置件33,偏置件33的一端抵于第一连接端11上,偏置件33的另一端抵于杆体32上,促使杆体32朝扣槽61方向转动,从而使杆体32的扣合端紧扣在扣槽61内。可选地,偏置件33为扭簧。
如图20-图25所示,为本申请的第四实施例,其与第二实施例的结构基本相同,其不同之处在于:卡勾件40转动连接于第二连接端11,第二勾块22连接于第一连接端11。卡勾件40转动连接于第二连接端11的内部,可选地,卡勾件40通过转轴100转动连接于第二连接端11上;第一勾块22连接于第一连接端11的内部。
弹性件50内置于第二连接端11内部,且弹性件50一端抵于卡勾件40上;促使卡勾件40向第一勾块22转动;可选地,弹性件50为扭簧,其一端抵于第二连接端11的内壁,另一端抵于卡勾件40上,且扭簧套设于转轴100上。手柄60的一端延伸出有触发部63。弹性锁扣机构锁扣时,上折叠部20扶正,上折叠部20和弹性件50同时带动卡勾件40向第一勾块22方向转动,使第二勾块401扣合第一勾块22。弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,手柄60转动到预定角度时,触发部63伸入第一连接端11的内部并推动卡勾件40向远离第一勾块22方向转动,使第一勾块22和第二勾块401脱扣。
且折叠器在市面现有折叠器基础上进行变更,保留折叠器基本原理,不影响折叠器可靠性。且折叠器折叠步骤只增加了解锁扣这一步,其余折叠步骤与常见的折叠方式相同,使用方便,结构简单,装配简单。
本申请还提供一种折叠车辆,包括:车架组件和车把手组件以及的折叠器;折叠器连接于车架组件和车把手组件之间。当下折叠部10与车架组件连接时,则上折叠部20与车把手组件连接,则反之。折叠器可应用到折叠自行车、折叠平衡车或者折叠滑板车等。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种折叠器,其特征在于,包括下折叠部(10),具有第一连接端(11);上折叠部(20),具有第二连接端(21),所述第二连接端(21)与所述第一连接端(11)枢接连接;以及弹性锁扣机构,所述弹性锁扣机构连接于所述第一连接端(11)和第二连接端(21)之间;所述弹性锁扣机构包括提供自动锁扣驱动力的弹性件(50);所述弹性锁扣机构具有锁扣状态和脱扣状态;所述弹性锁扣机构锁扣时,所述上折叠部(20)扶正,所述弹性件(50)驱动弹性锁扣机构自动扣合,使所述第一连接端(11)和第二连接端(21)锁扣连接;所述弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,外力驱动所述弹性锁扣机构打开,使所述第一连接端(11)和第二连接端(21)脱扣。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述弹性锁扣机构还包括手柄(60)、卡勾件(40)以及第一勾块(22);所述手柄(60)的一端枢接在所述第一连接端(11)上;所述卡勾件(40)转动连接于所述第一连接端(11)或第二连接端(21)上,所述卡勾件(40)具有第二勾块(401);且所述手柄(60)带动所述卡勾件(40)转动;所述第一勾块(22)连接于所述第一连接端(11)或第二连接端(21)上;所述弹性件(50)的一端抵于所述第一连接端(11)或第二连接端(21)上,所述弹性件(50)的另一端抵于所述卡勾件(40)或所述手柄(60)上;当所述第一勾块(22)位于所述第一连接端(11)上时,所述卡勾件(40)连接于所述第二连接端(21)上;当所述第一勾块(22)位于所述第二连接端(21)上时,所述卡勾件(40)连接于所述第一连接端(11)上;所述弹性锁扣机构锁扣时,所述上折叠部(20)扶正,上折叠部(20)带动第一勾块(22)向第二勾块(401)方向转动;同时,所述弹性件(50)驱动所述手柄(60)或所述卡勾件(40)向第一勾块(22)方向转动,使所述第二勾块(401)扣合所述第一勾块(22);或者,所述上折叠部(20)和弹性件(50)同时带动所述卡勾件(40)向所述第一勾块(22)方向转动,使所述第二勾块(401)扣合所述第一勾块(22);所述弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,外力驱动所述手柄(60)的自由端背离所述上折叠部(20)转动预定角度,并带动所述卡勾件(40)转动,使所述第一勾块(22)和所述第二勾块(401)脱扣。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述手柄(60)上设有第一勾位(81),所述第二连接端(21)的外壁对应设有第二勾位(82),锁扣时,所述第二勾位(82)与所述第一勾位(81)卡勾连接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述折叠器还包括顶杆(30),所述顶杆(30)包括有轴体(31)以及与轴体连接的杆体(32),所述轴体(31)枢接于所述第一连接端(11)的外壁或者所述第二连接端(21)的外壁。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述杆体(32)的扣合端为球头形状,所述手柄(60)上对应凹设有扣槽(61),锁扣时,所述扣槽(61)与杆体(32)的扣合端扣合。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述卡勾件(40)转动连接于所述第一连接端(11),所述第二勾块(22)连接于所述第二连接端(21)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述卡勾件(40)包括有两卡勾(41)和连接于两卡勾之间的连杆(42),所述第二勾块(401)分别位于两所述卡勾(41)的一端;所述弹性件(50)一端抵于所述卡勾(41)背面;促使卡勾(41)向所述第一勾块(22)方向运动;所述手柄(60)的两侧面贯穿有滑槽(62),所述连杆(42)穿过所述滑槽(62),所述手柄(60)转动带动所述连杆(42)于所述滑槽(62)中滑动,以改变所述第一勾块(22)和所述第二勾块(401)的连接状态。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述滑槽(62)包括圆弧段(621)和脱扣段(622),所述脱扣段(622)的一端与所述圆弧段(621)的一端连通,所述圆弧段(621)的圆心靠近所述卡勾件(40);所述脱扣段(622)的延伸方向背离所述卡勾件(40);所述上折叠部(20)扶正,且所述连杆(42)位于圆弧段(621)时,所述第一勾块(22)与所述第二勾块(401)卡扣连接;所述手柄(60)朝所述第一连接端(11)转动到所述预定角度时,所述连杆(42)于圆弧段(621)滑到所述脱扣段(622),以使所述第一勾块(22)与所述第二勾块(401)脱扣。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述卡勾件(40)为V字形扳手,所述卡勾件(40)的一端为扳手部(402),另一端为所述第二勾块(401),且所述第二勾块(401)与所述扳手部(402)呈V字形状;所述扳手部(402)位于所述手柄(60)的下方,且所述弹性件(50)的一端抵于所述扳手部(402)的底面;弹性锁扣机构锁扣时,上折叠部(20)扶正,上折叠部(20)带动第一勾块(22)向第二勾块(401)方向转动,同时,所述弹性件(50)驱动所述扳手部(402)向所述第一勾块(22)转动,使所述第二勾块(401)与所述第一勾块(22)扣合;弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,所述手柄(60)转动到所述预定角度时,所述手柄(60)靠近扳手部(402)的一端抵压在所述扳手部(402)上并带动所述卡勾件(40)转动,以使所述第二勾块(401)与所述第一勾块(22)脱扣。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述上折叠部(20)靠近所述下折叠部(10)的一端装设有座体(23),所述第二连接端(21)位于所述座体(23)上,所述座体(23)的一端延伸出有紧插段(231),所述紧插段(231)插入所述上折叠部(20)中固定。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述卡勾件(40)一体连接于所述手柄(60)的侧面,所述弹性件(50)的一端抵于所述手柄(60)的一端;弹性锁扣机构锁扣时,上折叠部(20)扶正,上折叠部(20)带动第一勾块(22)向第二勾块(401)方向转动,同时,所述弹性件(50)驱动所述手柄(60)向所述第一勾块(22)转动;促使所述第一勾块(22)与所述第二勾块(401)扣合;弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,所述手柄(60)的自由端向背离所述第一勾块(22)方向转动到所述预定角度时,使所述第二勾块(401)与所述第一勾块(22)脱扣。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述卡勾件(40)转动连接于所述第二连接端(11),所述第二勾块(22)连接于所述第一连接端(11)。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述卡勾件(40)转动连接于所述第二连接端(11)的内部;所述第一勾块(22)连接于所述第一连接端(11)的内部;所述弹性件(50)内置于所述第二连接端(11)内部,且所述弹性件(50)一端抵于所述卡勾件(40)上;促使卡勾件(40)向所述第一勾块(22)转动。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的折叠器,其特征在于:所述手柄(60)的一端延伸出有触发部(63);弹性锁扣机构锁扣时,所述上折叠部(20)扶正,所述上折叠部(20)和所述弹性件(50)同时带动所述卡勾件(40)向所述第一勾块(22)方向转动,使所述第二勾块(401)扣合所述第一勾块(22);弹性锁扣机构脱扣时,所述手柄(60)转动到所述预定角度时,所述触发部(63)伸入所述第一连接端(11)的内部并推动所述卡勾件(40)向远离所述第一勾块(22)方向转动,使所述第一勾块(22)和所述第二勾块(401)脱扣。
  15. 一种折叠车辆,其特征在于,包括:车架组件、车把手组件以及如权利要求1-14任一项所述的折叠器;所述折叠器连接于所述车架组件和所述车把手组件之间。
