背景技术
众所周知,在印染行业中,织物的制造过程中需要经过多次水洗过程,而根据工序和织物材料的不同,有的织物需要进行高温水洗,有的则需要进行常温水洗。传统的印染用水洗机,结构比较简单,功能比较单一,常常只能满足某一次的水洗过程,无法同时进行高温水洗和常温水洗,由于不具有干燥功能,水洗之后的织物还需要再运送到干燥设备进行干燥处理,而水洗之后产生的废水没有进行专门的收集,这就导致传统印染用水洗机的实用性差的问题出现。印染又称之为染整。是一种加工方式,也是前处理,染色,印花,后整理,洗水等的总称。印染加工过程中,为了除去织物在漂染色等加工过程中的表面沉色、多余染料、桨料、分界物及其它污物,必须进行水洗处理。传统的水洗处理方法是分段将印染后的布匹在原染缸进行清洗,然后移至脱水机脱水,再用开幅机将布匹全幅展开,最后移至轮式烘干机进行烘干处理,这种处理方法处理效果差、洗涤时间一长、废水排放多。
