Claims (7)

  1. 一种服装面料加工用水洗设备,其特征在于,包括清洗箱(1)、搅拌电机(2)、安装箱体(3)、连接部(4)、面料辊(5)、上限位辊(6)、下限位辊(7)、导向辊(8)、偏心清洗辊(9)、毛刷板(11)、搅拌杆(12)、旋转轴(13)、加热框(16)、加热板(18)、送风管道(19)、抽风机(20)和隔板(21);
    清洗箱(1)相互远离的两侧端面分别设有两组用于供面料通过的安装通孔,清洗箱(1)侧端面上两组安装通孔的下端面分别与两组连接部(4)的侧端面连接;两组面料辊(5)分别安装在两组连接部(4)上,两组面料辊(5)分别与连接部(4)转动连接;两组上限位辊(6)安装在清洗箱(1)的内部,两组上限位辊(6)的上端面分别与清洗箱(1)的上端内壁转动连接;下限位辊(7)与清洗箱(1)的内壁连接,下限位辊(7)位于上限位辊(6)的正下方,下限位辊(7)与清洗箱(1)的内壁转动连接;安装箱体(3)安装在清洗箱(1)的内部,安装箱体的一侧端面设有用于向清洗箱(1)内部添加清洗液的出水口;隔板(21)安装在安装箱体(3)的内部,隔板(21)将安装箱体(3)分隔为搅拌空间和加热加热空间;搅拌电机(2)安装在清洗箱(1)上,搅拌电机(2)的输出轴与旋转轴(13)的一端连接;旋转轴(13)的另一端伸入到安装箱体(3)的内部的搅拌空间内,旋转轴(13)的外周面分别与多组搅拌杆(12)的一端连接;
    加热框(16)安装在安装箱体(3)内部的加热空间内,加热框(16)的内部设有加热板(18);安装箱体(3)上加热框(16)所在位置设有用于连通加热框(16)内部与安装箱体(3)外部的条形通孔(17);抽风机(20)安装在安装箱体(3)的内部,抽风机(20)的送风管道(19)伸入到加热框(16)内 部与加热框(16)内部连通;两组导向辊(8)分别与安装箱体(3)的下端面两侧转动连接;多组偏心清洗辊(9)安装在清洗箱(1)的底部内壁上,多组偏心清洗辊(9)与清洗箱(1)转动连接;毛刷板(11)的上端面与安装箱体(3)的下端面连接,毛刷板(11)的下端面设有多组毛刷(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料加工用水洗设备,其特征在于,还包括驱动电机(25)、第一带轮(26)、第二带轮(27)和第三带轮(30);
    驱动电机(25)安装在清洗箱(1)的一侧端面上,驱动电机(25)的输出轴与第一带轮(26)连接;多组第二带轮(27)分别与多组偏心清洗辊(9)的一端连接;第三带轮(30)与清洗箱(1)一侧端面的面料辊(5)连接;第一带轮(26)、第二带轮(27)和第三带轮(30)采用皮带传动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料加工用水洗设备,其特征在于,还包括排水管(23);
    清洗箱(1)的侧端面下端设有排水口;排水管(23)的一端管口与排水口连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种服装面料加工用水洗设备,其特征在于,排水管(23)上设有阀门。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料加工用水洗设备,其特征在于,清洗箱(1)的上端面设有注水口(24);注水口(24)与安装箱体(3)内部的搅拌空间连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料加工用水洗设备,其特征在于,偏心清洗辊(9)的外周面设有多组用于快速清洗面料的弹性凸起块。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料加工用水洗设备,其特征在于,清洗箱(1)的下端面设有多组支撑腿。
