现有的浸染装置浸染效率较低,染料容易发生沉淀,导致整体装置的经济效益较差,并且缺少对浸染完毕后的物料的处理组件,导致物料上残留的染料被浪费,导致整体设备的普及度较低。
实用新型内容

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种服装加工用浸染装置,通过设置浸染筒和夹持组件,利用圆形浸染筒与夹持组件的配合,实现物料在浸染筒内转动浸泡,提高了浸泡效率和本实用新型的经济效益,并且设置滑动部件,便于对不同尺寸的物料进行浸泡,提高了本实用新型的实用性;通过设置搅拌组件,对浸染筒内的染料进行搅拌,提高染料的均匀性,避免染料发生沉淀;通过设置处理组件,利用夹持组件对浸染完毕的物料进行转移,使物料移动到转移爪上,对物料上残留的染料进行收集,并且对物料进行初步烘干,提高本浸染装置的功能性,有利于本实用新型的广泛普及。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种服装加工用浸染装置,包括机架、浸染筒、搅拌组件、夹持组件和处理组件;浸染筒设置为半圆型筒,其上设置有入料口;搅拌组件设置在机架上,且位于浸染筒内;夹持组件转动设置在机架上,且位于浸染筒的上方,并与浸染筒转动连接,且与机架转动连接;处理组件设置在机架上,且位于浸染筒出料端的一侧;处理组件包括气缸、转移爪、集水箱和烘干机;气缸设置在机架上;转移爪设置在气缸的活塞端,且位于集水箱的上方;集水箱设置在机架上,且位于浸染筒的出料端;烘干机设置在集水箱上。
优选的,搅拌组件包括驱动件、转动轴、搅拌杆和驱动件安装架;驱动件安装架设置在机架上;由驱动件驱动的转动轴转动设置在驱动件安装架上;搅拌杆设置在转动轴上,且位于浸染筒内。
优选的,搅拌杆设置为螺旋杆。
优选的,驱动件设置为伺服电机;伺服电机设置在驱动件安装架上。
