Abstract
Description
本発明による業務管理方法は、コンピュータを用いて、複数の業務担当者が共通の業務対象について実施する業務の管理を行う方法であって、前記コンピュータには、前記業務の実施に関する業務情報を格納した業務情報データベースが接続されており、前記コンピュータにより、前記業務対象において所定のトリガーイベントが発生したことを検知すると、各業務担当者に対して前記業務の開始通知を行い、前記業務の実施に関する業務情報を格納した業務情報データベースに基づいて、前記トリガーイベントに対して各業務担当者が実施すべき業務を指示する業務フローを構築し、前記業務フローに基づいて、各業務担当者ごとに適する内容で前記業務情報をそれぞれ提供し、前記業務の進捗を通知する。
また、開始通知部112は、例えば管理保守作業開始など、業務担当者が発出するトリガーイベントも取り扱うことができる。
Claims (12)
- 複数の業務担当者が共通の業務対象について実施する業務の管理を行うシステムであって、
前記業務の実施に関する業務情報を格納した業務情報データベースと、
前記業務対象において所定のトリガーイベントが発生したことを検知すると、各業務担当者に対して前記業務の開始通知を行う開始通知部と、
前記業務情報データベースに基づいて、前記トリガーイベントに対して各業務担当者が実施すべき業務を指示する業務フローを構築する業務フロー構築部と、
前記業務フローに基づいて、各業務担当者ごとに適する内容で前記業務情報をそれぞれ提供する情報提供部と、
前記業務の進捗を通知する進捗通知部と、を備える業務管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の業務管理システムにおいて、
各業務担当者は、複数の部門を有する組織において前記複数の部門のいずれかが所属部門に設定されており、
前記情報提供部は、前記所属部門ごとに異なる内容で各業務担当者に前記業務情報をそれぞれ提供する業務管理システム。 - 請求項2に記載の業務管理システムにおいて、
