驱动装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种驱动装置,尤其涉及一种可拆卸式地设置于移动载具的车架的驱动装置。
背景技术
现行的移动载具,例如轮椅等,可大致区分为人力式或电动式。电动式的轮椅的费用甚高,且电动机若有损坏时,则须送回厂商或店家修理,而修理期间使用者就处于缺乏行动工具的处境。
发明内容
基于本发明的至少一个实施例,本发明提出一种驱动装置,可拆卸式地设置于移动载具,使用者无须花费高昂费用购置电动式移动载具,且当发生损坏时也仅需将驱动装置送修或更换,从而具有节省购置费用以及减少使用者不便的效果。
本发明的一方面是提供一种驱动装置,所述驱动装置应用于移动载具,其包含车架以及设置于所述车架的移动轮,所述驱动装置包含:
动力部,可拆卸式地设置于所述车架,并用于提供动力;以及
驱动轮,其包含轮轴以及轮胎,所述轮轴是连接于所述动力部以接收所述动力部所提供的动力,所述轮胎环绕所述轮轴且用于带动所述移动载具的移动轮。
本发明的又一方面是提供一种驱动装置,所述驱动装置包含:
动力部,用于提供动力;以及

请参考图1至图5,如图1所示,本发明的一方面是提供一种驱动装置2其可应用于移动载具1。移动载具1包含车架10以及设置于车架10的移动轮11, 驱动装置2包含动力部20以及驱动轮21。动力部20可拆卸式地设置于车架10,并用于提供动力。驱动轮21包含轮轴210以及轮胎211,轮轴210连接于动力部20以接收动力部20所提供的动力,轮胎211环绕轮轴211且用于带动移动载具1的移动轮11。动力部20可提供动力给驱动轮21进行转动,驱动轮21的轮胎211则驱动移动轮11转动。轮胎211与移动轮11间的带动可来自两者间的摩擦力。动力部20可为电动机,并设有电池(图中未示),但并不仅限于此。移动载具11可为非电动式的移动载具。
借此,本发明的驱动装置2可拆卸式地设置于移动载具1,并通过驱动轮21带动移动轮11即可驱动移动载具1,使用者无须花费高昂费用购置电动式移动载具,且当发生损坏时也仅需将驱动装置2送修或更换,从而具有节省购置费用以及减少使用者不便的效果。
如图2A所示,在实施例中,驱动装置2可还包含夹持部22。夹持部22连接于动力部20并可夹持于车架10。夹持部22可为夹钳,但并不仅限于此。此外,动力部20可在图2中的Y方向上弹性连接于夹持部22,以调整对移动轮11的作用力。移动轮11具有第一胎纹110,驱动轮21的轮胎211具有带动第一胎纹110的第二胎纹212,借此提供驱动轮21的轮胎211与移动轮11间带动的摩擦力。
如图1与2B所示,在实施例中,驱动装置2可还包含夹持组件24。夹持组件24可拆卸地组设于动力部20且包含载板240、设置于载板240上的第一夹具241以及第二夹具242。载板240包含第一部分240a以及第二部分240b。第一夹具241设置于第一部分240a,第二夹具242设置于第二部分240b。在本实施例中,第一夹具241以及第二夹具242为相同的夹钳,但并不仅限于此,第一夹具241以及第二夹具242也可具有彼此不同的结构。第一夹具241以及第二夹具242用于夹持于车架10,且第一夹具241以及第二夹具242的配置可对应所装设的车架10的款式、管径或弯折。此外,当应用于轮椅的移动载具1时,第一夹具241以及第二夹具242之间可夹设可作为椅背或背靠的布料(图中未示)。当夹持组件24固定于车架10后,可将驱动装置2的动力部20组设于载板240,以调整驱动轮21的轮胎211与移动轮11间带动的摩擦力。动力部20可通过锁附或夹持而组设于载板20,但并不仅限于此。
如图3及图4所示,在实施例中,驱动装置2可还包含操控部23。操控部 23电性连接于动力部20且固定于车架10。在图4中,驱动装置2所应用的移动载具1为非电动式的轮椅。移动载具1包含两个手把架12,两个手把架12可分别设置有一个操控部23。移动载具1包含两个相对的移动轮11,而各个移动轮11可分别被至少一个驱动装置2所带动。在本实施例中,各个移动轮11对应有两个驱动装置2,分别位于移动轮11的上方与前方,但并不仅限于此。各个操控部23可通过电线(图中未示出)连接于位于同侧的两个驱动装置2分别的动力部20,但并不仅限于此。例如各个操控部23也可一体连设于同侧的其中一个驱动装置2的动力部,例如一体连设于位于移动轮11上方的驱动装置2。各个操控部23可设有如图2的驱动装置2的夹持部22或其他可拆卸式的夹持结构,以夹持于手把架12。各个操控部23可为控制仪表,设有摇杆231以及多个按钮232。各个操控部23的底部可设有开关(图中未示),当正确安装于手把12时,开关被按压才可有效的操作操控部23,以避免安装过程或脱落时误触。当移动载具1作为助行器时,可由操控部23设定助行模式,当使用者有推动移动载具1时,驱动装置2才会启动。当移动载具1行进于坡度较陡的地形或驱动装置2的电力不足时,也可通过操控部23设定为助行模式,或助推模式。当移动载具1为助行模式或助推模式时,可通过移动轮11转动驱动轮21,从而对动力部20中的电池(图中未示出)进行充电。操控部23中也可内建有自动断电系统,当侦测到电池或移动轮11过热时自动断电,以确保使用者的安全。当移动载具2设有两个相对(即左右配置式)的移动轮11时,通过在移动载具2的左右两侧皆装设驱动装置2,可使两个移动轮11间产生差速,使得移动载具2可展现左右转或原地回转的性能。
如图4所示,本发明的驱动装置2可仅通过一个操控部23来控制两个移动轮11,例如当移动载具1直线前进或进行一般的转弯时,可由其中一个操控部23同时控制其所对应的移动轮11进而带动另一个移动轮11,例如通过操作摇杆231与按钮232来加速与转弯,但并不仅限于此。
如图4所示,本发明的驱动装置2的各个操控部23也可单独控制所对应的移动轮11。当为轮椅的移动载具1有进行复杂动作的需求,例如跳舞、球类竞技或特技等,可由各个操控部23单独控制所对应的移动轮11,例如同时将两个操控部23上的摇杆231往不同的方向扳动可快速原地转身。图4中的移动载具1为非竞技型的轮椅,然而移动载具1也可为竞技型的轮椅(图中未示出),其 车架10的结构可使两个移动轮11的距离越往底部渐增。
如图5所示,在实施例中,移动载具1包含两个移动轮11,两个移动轮11包含前轮11a及后轮11b,驱动装置2的驱动轮21的车胎211可带动后轮11b,但并不仅限于此,驱动轮21也可带动前轮11a,甚至移动载具1可配置有两个驱动装置2而分别带动前轮11a与后轮11b,以进一步提升移动载具1的移动性以及扭力性能。借此可将原本非电动的移动载具1通过可拆卸的驱动装置2迅速改装为电动式移动载具,例如图5所示的自行车。但并不仅限于此,移动载具1也可为滑板车、手拉车、手推车或其他的移动载具。如图1至图5所示,本发明的驱动装置2也可直接装设于不具有移动轮11的车架(图中未示出),或是直接作为移动载具(例如手拉车或手推车)的轮子,以成为使用者可自行组装的配件。
如图1及图6所示,本发明的驱动装置2可包括控制器25以及电性连接于控制器25的无线模块26。控制器25可为单芯片的微型计算机装置,但并不仅限于此。无线模块26可为全球定位系统(GPS)、无线网络(WiFi)、4G或5G等通信协议的电路或芯片,以接收无线控制信号,控制器25根据无线控制信号执行相对应的驱动控制模式,以提升驱动装置2所装设的移动载具1的防盗性及可被追踪性。例如可通过全球定位系统导航移动载具1返回家中或通过无线网络、4G或5G网络在商场内导航移动载具1回到停放位置。例如在医院及商场中,使用者使用完移动载具1后无需自行归回,驱动装置2可感应到使用者离开后自行返回可充电的停放位置。另外,通过无线模块26并可提高驱动装置2本身以及所装设的移动载具1的防盗性。
如图1及图6所示,本发明的驱动装置2可进一步包括传感模块27。传感模块27可为芯片或电路,传感模块27电性连接于控制器25并用于感应周遭环境以接收来自周遭环境的传感信号,控制器25根据无线控制信号执行相对应的驱动控制模式。
如图1及图6所示,例如传感模块27可为雷达、声波或红外线式的距离传感器,当感应到移动载具1的周遭有障碍物时,控制器25可控制移动载具1进行回避。
如图1及图6所示,例如传感模块27可为速度传感器,当移动载具1行驶于下坡导致速度快过预设值时,控制器25可控制移动载具1进行减速。监控者 可通过无线网络26对移动载具1进行速度控制,以提高使用者的安全性。
如图1及图6所示,例如传感模块27可为压力及平衡传感器,以通过压力及压力位置的变化感应使用者使用移动载具1的情形,例如当驱动装置2装设于为滑板的移动载具1时,可了解使用者的动作是否正确,而当驱动装置2装设于为轮椅的移动载具的座位时,可了解使用者是否有异常状况例如昏倒或跌倒,并通过无线模块26回传给监控者以进行救援或其他对应的处理。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例,其并非用以局限本发明的专利范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种驱动装置,应用于移动载具,其包含车架以及设置于所述车架的移动轮,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包含:
    动力部,用于可拆卸式地设置于所述车架,并用于提供动力;
    驱动轮,包含轮轴以及轮胎,所述轮轴是连接于所述动力部以接收所述动力部所提供的动力,所述轮胎环绕所述轮轴且用于带动所述移动载具的移动轮。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述移动轮具有第一胎纹,所述驱动轮的轮胎具有带动所述第一胎纹的第二胎纹。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,还包含操控部,电性连接于所述动力部且固定于所述车架。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述操控部一体连设于所述动力部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述移动载具是非电动式的轮椅,包含两个相对的所述移动轮。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述移动载具设有两个所述驱动装置,以分别用于带动所述两个移动轮。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述移动载具包含两个所述移动轮,所述两个移动轮包含前轮及后轮,所述移动载具设有驱动装置,以用于带动所述后轮、所述前轮,或所述移动载具,所述移动载具包含自行车、滑板车、手拉车或手推车。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,还包含夹持部,所述夹持部连接于所述动力部并可夹持于所述车架。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述夹持部为夹钳。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,还包含夹持组件,其包含载板、第一夹具以及第二夹具,所述载板包含第一部分以及第二部分,所述第一夹具设置于所述第一部分,所述第二夹具设置于所述第二部分,所述第 一夹具与所述第二夹具用于夹持于车架,所述动力部可拆卸地组设于所述载板。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,还包含控制器以及电性连接于所述控制器的无线模块,所述无线模块用于接收无线控制信号。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述无线模块为全球定位系统(GPS)、无线网络(WiFi)、4G或5G等通信协议的电路或芯片,以导航所述移动载具。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,还包含电性连接于所述控制器的传感模块,所述传感模块用于感应周遭环境以接收来自周遭环境的传感信号,所述控制器根据所述无线控制信号执行相对应的驱动控制模式。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述传感模块为雷达、声波或红外线式的距离传感器,当感应到所述移动载具的周遭有障碍物时,所述控制器控制所述移动载具进行回避。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述传感模块为速度传感器,当所述移动载具的速度快过预设值时,所述控制器控制所述移动载具进行减速。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述传感模块为压力及平衡传感器,以通过压力及压力位置的变化感应移动载具的使用情况。
  17. 一种驱动装置,其特征在于,包含:
    动力部,用于提供动力;以及
    驱动轮,其包含轮轴以及轮胎,所述轮轴是连接于所述动力部以接收所述动力部所提供的动力,所述轮胎环绕所述轮轴且用以带动移动载具的移动轮。
