所述第一转盘301固定安装有第一转轴303,所述第一转轴303远离第一 转盘301的一端转动连接有第一连接块304,所述第一连接块304的上端固定连接有第一连接杆305,所述第一连接杆305的下端安装有第一切刀306;
所述第二转盘302固定安装有第二转轴307,所述第二转轴307远离第二转盘302的一端转动连接有第二连接块308,所述第二连接块308的下端固定连接有第二连接杆309,所述第二连接杆309的上端安装有第二切刀310。
第一转盘301和第二转盘302相对转动的过程中,第一转盘301驱动第一转轴303与第二转盘302驱动第二转轴307,使得第一转轴303和第二转轴307相互靠近或远离,进而通过第一连接杆305和第二连接杆309带动第一切刀306和第二切刀310相互靠近或远离,通过调节驱动件800的转速就能够直接调整第一切刀306和第二切刀310的相互闭合的频率。
进一步地说,参照图6所示,第二连接块308的一侧固定连接有滑动杆400,第一连接块304的一侧固定连接有滑动块311,所述滑动块311设置有滑动槽,所述滑动槽能够与所述滑动杆400相匹配。设置滑动块311的目的是,防止第一切刀306和第二切刀310在相互靠近或远离的过程中发生相对转动,保证第一切刀306和第二切刀310在相互靠近的过程中能够相互闭合。
进一步地说,参照图1所示,第一连接杆305远离第一连接块304的一端和第二连接杆309远离第二连接块308的一端分别固定安装有两锁紧组件500,第一连接杆305的下端设置有第一安装槽,第二连接杆309的上端设置有第二安装槽;
所述第一切刀306的刀背侧能够安装在所述第一安装槽内,且能够通过所述锁紧组件500与第一连接块304相配合将第一切刀306锁紧;
所述第二切刀310的刀背侧能够安装在所述第二安装槽内,且能够通过锁紧组件500与第二连接块308相配合将第二切刀310锁紧。
通过两锁紧组件500分别与第一连接块304第二连接块308相配合,能够将第一切刀306和第二切刀310锁紧或打开,方便第一切刀306和第二切刀310的拆卸,操作简单,便于推广
实施例中,锁紧组件500包括锁紧块501和螺栓502,所述锁紧块501设置有螺纹孔,所述螺栓502与所述螺纹孔相匹配。螺栓502在螺纹孔中转动 的过程中,通过分别与第一连接块304和第二连接块308的相互配合将第一切刀306和第二切刀310锁紧。
进一步地说,第一转盘301通过第一驱动轴701与安装板200转动连接,第二转盘302通过第二驱动轴601与安装板200转动连接,所述安装板200远离转盘组300的一侧安装驱动齿轮600和从动齿轮700,所述驱动齿轮600与所述从动齿轮700相啮合,驱动齿轮600套设在第二驱动轴601的外周,从动齿轮700套设在第一驱动轴701的外周。
驱动齿轮600远离安装板200的一侧固定安装有第一同步轮602,安装板200远离转盘组300的一侧还安装驱动件800,所述驱动件800的输出端固定连接有第二同步轮801,所述第一同步轮602与所述第二同步轮801之间通过皮带802连接。
驱动件800驱动第二同步轮801转动,第二同步轮801通过皮带802带动第一同步轮602转动,第一同步轮602带动驱动齿轮600转动,驱动齿轮600带动从动齿轮700转动,进而带动第一转盘301和第二转盘302转动,传动效率高。
需要特别说明的是,驱动件800与安装板200之间通过固定架900固定连接。便于固定驱动件800。
第一连接块304设置有第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔内安装有第一轴承,所述第一轴承套设在第一转轴303的外周;第二连接块308设置有第二安装孔,所述第二安装孔内安装有第二轴承,所述第二轴承套设在第二转轴307的外周。
第一转轴303通过与第一轴承相配合实现与第一连接块304的转动连接,第二转轴307通过与第二轴承相配合实现与第二连接块308的转动连接。
发明原理:
本发明的使用过程如下:在使用本发明时,驱动件800驱动第二同步轮801转动,第二同步轮801通过皮带802带动第一同步轮602转动,第一同步轮602带动驱动齿轮600转动,驱动齿轮600带动从动齿轮700转动,进而通过第一驱动轴701和第二驱动轴601带动第一转盘301和第二转盘302转 动,在第一转盘301和第二转盘302转动的过程中,带动第一转轴303和第二转轴307相互靠近或远离,第一转轴303和第二转轴307通过第一连接块304和第二连接块308相互靠近或远离,第一连接块304和第二连接块308带动第一连接杆305和第二连接杆309相互靠近或远离,第一连接杆305和第二连接杆309带动第一切刀306和第二切刀310相互靠近或远离,实现第一切刀306和第二切刀310的闭合或打开。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种自动切膜装置,其特征在于:该切膜机构包括底座,所述底座上端固定安装有安装板,所述安装板的一侧安装有转盘组,所述转盘组包括第一转盘和第二转盘,所述第一转盘和所述第二转盘能够逆向转动;
    所述第一转盘固定安装有第一转轴,所述第一转轴远离第一转盘的一端转动连接有第一连接块,所述第一连接块的上端固定连接有第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆的下端安装有第一切刀;
    所述第二转盘固定安装有第二转轴,所述第二转轴远离第二转盘的一端转动连接有第二连接块,所述第二连接块的下端固定连接有第二连接杆,所述第二连接杆的上端安装有第二切刀。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动切膜装置,其特征在于:第二连接块的一侧固定连接有滑动杆,第一连接块的一侧固定连接有滑动块,所述滑动块设置有滑动槽,所述滑动槽能够与所述滑动杆相匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动切膜装置,其特征在于:第一连接杆远离第一连接块的一端和第二连接杆远离第二连接块的一端分别固定安装有两锁紧组件,第一连接杆的下端设置有第一安装槽,第二连接杆的上端设置有第二安装槽;
    所述第一切刀的刀背侧能够安装在所述第一安装槽内,且能够通过所述锁紧组件与第一连接块相配合将第一切刀锁紧;
    所述第二切刀的刀背侧能够安装在所述第二安装槽内,且能够通过锁紧组件与第二连接块相配合将第二切刀锁紧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动切膜装置,其特征在于:锁紧组件包括锁紧块和螺栓,所述锁紧块设置有螺纹孔,所述螺栓与所述螺纹孔相匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动切膜装置,其特征在于:第一转盘通过第一驱动轴与安装板转动连接,第二转盘通过第二驱动轴与安装板转动连接,所述安装板远离转盘组的一侧安装驱动齿轮和从动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮与所述从动齿轮相啮合,驱动齿轮套设在第二驱动轴的外周,从动齿轮套设在第一驱动轴的外周。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种自动切膜装置,其特征在于:驱动齿轮远 离安装板的一侧固定安装有第一同步轮,安装板远离转盘组的一侧还安装驱动件,所述驱动件的输出端固定连接有第二同步轮,所述第一同步轮与所述第二同步轮之间通过皮带连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种自动切膜装置,其特征在于:驱动件与安装板之间通过固定架固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动切膜装置,其特征在于:第一连接块设置有第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔内安装有第一轴承,所述第一轴承套设在第一转轴的外周;
    第二连接块设置有第二安装孔,所述第二安装孔内安装有第二轴承,所述第二轴承套设在第二转轴的外周。
