Abstract

Ce modèle d'utilité se rapporte aux dispositifs de saisie, au transport et à l'emballage de plateaux d'oeufs à l'aide de dispositifs de prise. Le résultat technique de cette pince pour plateaux d'oeufs a pour but d'assurer une saisie fiable et un positionnement précis des emballages pour oeufs dans une boîte. Cette pince universelle pour emballages d'oeufs comprend une base aux côtés opposés de laquelle sont connectées, via des mécanismes de rotation, deux parois de prise, une unité de ventouses avec un mécanisme de levage-descente de celle-ci, ainsi que deux mécanismes de synchronisation des parois-prises se présentant sous forme de deux crémaillères de section ronde et d'un pignon de synchronisation montés sur le corps de la pince. On utilise en qualité de mécanisme de rotation trois actionneurs électriques dont deux sont synchronisés entre eux tandis que le troisième actionneur électrique est connecté à chaque paroi de prise. Chaque actionneur électrique est connecté à un mécanisme de synchronisation-réducteur correspondant.
