Abstract

Procédé de mesure de teneur en polysaccharide de Ganoderma lucidum. Le procédé consiste à déterminer la composition de sucre d'un polysaccharide de Ganoderma lucidum au moyen d'une chromatographie en phase liquide haute performance, puis à préparer une solution de substance standard en fonction des sucres de composition et de leur proportion de composition, et à mesurer la teneur en polysaccharide de Ganoderma lucidum à l'aide d'un procédé phénol-acide sulfurique et/ou d'un procédé anthrone-acide sulfurique. Le procédé peut être utilisé pour l'analyse qualitative et quantitative d'un polysaccharide de Ganoderma lucidum, et fournit une référence pour un procédé d'analyse de qualité d'un polysaccharide de Ganoderma lucidum.
