Claims (14)
- 중량%로, Si: 2.0 내지 4.0%, Mn: 0.04 내지 0.2%, N:0.010% 이하(0%를 제외함), C: 0.005% 이하(0%를 제외함), Sn: 0.03 내지 0.08% 및 Cr: 0.01 내지 0.2%를 포함하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고,AlN, (Al,Si)N, (Al,Si,Mn)N, MnS, CuS, Al2O3 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 개재물을 포함하고,상기 개재물의 평균 입경이 0.5 내지 6.0㎛이고,상기 개재물 중 입경이 6.0㎛ 이하인 개재물을 40 내지 130 개/mm2 포함하는 방향성 전기강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,결정립 입경이 1mm 이하인 결정립의 면적 분율이 10%이하인 방향성 전기강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,Al: 0.005 내지 0.030 중량% 더 포함하는 방향성 전기강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,S:0.010 중량% 이하 더 포함하는 방향성 전기강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,P: 0.0005 내지 0.045 중량% 더 포함하는 방향성 전기강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,Sb: 0.1중량% 이하 더 포함하는 방향성 전기강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,Co:0.1 중량% 이하, Ni: 0.1 중량% 이하 및 Mo: 0.1 중량% 이하 중 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 방향성 전기강판.
- 중량%로, Si: 2.0 내지 4.0%, Mn: 0.04 내지 0.2%, N:0.010% 이하(0%를 제외함), C: 0.001 내지 0.04%, Sn: 0.03 내지 0.08% 및 Cr: 0.01 내지 0.2%를 포함하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 하기 식 1을 만족하는 슬라브를 열간 압연하여 열연강판을 제조하는 단계;상기 열연강판을 권취하는 단계;권취된 상기 열연강판을 그대로 냉각하고, 냉간압연하여 냉연강판을 제조하는 단계;상기 냉연강판을 1차 재결정 소둔하는 단계; 및상기 1차 재결정 소둔한 냉연강판을 2차 재결정소둔하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 권취하는 단계에서 권취온도는 700 내지 850℃이고, 하기 식 2를 만족하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.[식 1]0.038 × [Si] - 0.069 - [N] ≤ [C] ≤ 0.038 × [Si] - 0.069 + [N](식 1에서, [Si], [N] 및 [C]는 각각 슬라브 내 Si, N 및 C의 함량(중량%)를 나타낸다.)[식 2]90 ≤ (0.038 × [Si] + [N] + [C]) × [CT] ≤ 130(식 2에서, [Si], [N] 및 [C]는 각각 슬라브 내 Si, N 및 C의 함량(중량%)를 나타내고, [CT]는 권취 온도(℃)를 나타낸다.)
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 열연강판을 제조하는 단계 이전에 슬라브를 1300℃ 이하로 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 권취하는 단계 이후 및 냉연강판을 제조하는 단계 이전에 강판 외부에서 열을 가하는 열처리가 없는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 냉연강판을 제조하는 단계는 상기 열연강판을 1회 냉간압연하는 단계로 이루어지는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 1차 재결정 소둔하는 단계는 탈탄 단계 및 침질 단계를 포함하고,상기 탈탄 단계 이후, 상기 침질 단계를 수행하거나,상기 침질 단계 이후, 상기 탈탄 단계를 수행하거나, 또는상기 탈탄 단계 및 상기 침질 단계를 동시에 수행하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 1차 재결정 소둔하는 단계 이후, 소둔 분리제를 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 2차 재결정 소둔하는 단계는 900 내지 1210℃의 온도에서 2차 재결정이 완료되는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
