自動車灯具におけるレンズとハウジングとの接着に使用されるホットメルト組成物には、作業性に優れること(具体的には例えば、ホットメルト組成物を基材に適用する際のホットメルト組成物の粘度が適切な範囲であること。以下同様)、耐熱流動性に優れること(具体的には例えば、ホットメルト組成物で基材を接着させた後のホットメルト組成物(接着層)が高温条件下において軟化又は変形しにくいこと。以下同様)、密着性と解体性とのバランスが優れること、耐揮発性に優れること(これによって自動車灯具(自動車ランプ)の内部が曇りにくくなる)、耐熱クリープ性に優れること(加熱及び負荷がかかった状態での密着保持性)等が要求される。
密着性は、ホットメルト組成物を用いて第1の部材と第2の部材とを接着させた後の密着性を意味する。
解体性(分離性)は、ホットメルト組成物を用いて第1の部材と第2の部材とを接着させた後、第1の部材から第2の部材を外す際、ホットメルト組成物が固化した硬化物が第1の部材又は第2の部材から界面剥離しやすいこと、さらに、基材(被着体)から上記硬化物を分離する際、上記接着層が切れにくいことを意味する。
特許文献1には、重量平均分子量が30万以上のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーと、
粘着付与剤と、
重量平均分子量が1,000以上のパラフィンオイル1と、
重量平均分子量が1,000未満のパラフィンオイル2と、を含有する、ホットメルト組成物が記載されている。
粘着付与材(2)として、芳香族系石油樹脂(2a)、テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)、及び、非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)を含有し、
パラフィンオイルとして、重量平均分子量1000以上の高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)と、重量平均分子量1000未満の低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)とを含有する、ホットメルト組成物によれば、所望の効果が得られることを見出し、本発明に至った。
本発明は上記知見等に基づくものであり、具体的には以下の構成により上記課題を解決するものである。
粘着付与材(2)として、芳香族系石油樹脂(2a)、テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)、及び、非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)と、
重量平均分子量1000以上の高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)と、
重量平均分子量1000未満の低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)とを含有する、ホットメルト組成物。
[2] 上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)の含有量が、上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)100質量部に対して10~50質量部である、[1]に記載のホットメルト組成物。
[3] 上記オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)の含有量が、上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)100質量部に対して30~70質量部である、[1]又は[2]に記載のホットメルト組成物。
[4] 上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)が、SEEPSを含む、[1]~[3]のいずれかに記載のホットメルト組成物。
[5] 上記芳香族系石油樹脂(2a)と上記テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)の合計含有量が、上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)100質量部に対して200~600質量部である、[1]~[4]のいずれかに記載のホットメルト組成物。
[6] 自動車ランプ用である、[1]~[5]のいずれかに記載のホットメルト組成物。
なお、本明細書において「~」を用いて表される数値範囲は、「~」の前後に記載される数値を下限値および上限値として含む範囲を意味する。
本明細書において、特に断りのない限り、各成分はその成分に該当する物質をそれぞれ単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。成分が2種以上の物質を含む場合、成分の含有量は、2種以上の物質の合計の含有量を意味する。
本明細書において、(メタ)アクリルはアクリルまたはメタクリルを表す。
本明細書において、作業性、耐熱流動性、密着性と解体性とのバランス、耐揮発性、及び、耐熱クリープ性のうちの少なくとも1つがより優れることを、本発明の効果がより優れるということがある。密着性と解体性とのバランスがより優れることは、例えば、密着性に必要な密着力(剥離強度)を維持しつつ、解体に必要な剥離強度をより低くできることを意味する。
本発明のホットメルト組成物(本発明の組成物)は、
熱可塑性エラストマー(1)として、重量平均分子量30万以上のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)、スチレン含有量が20質量%以下のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)、並びに、エチレンプロピレンゴム及び/又はブチルゴムを含むオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)と、
粘着付与材(2)として、芳香族系石油樹脂(2a)、テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)、及び、非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)と、
重量平均分子量1000以上の高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)と、
重量平均分子量1000未満の低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)とを含有する、ホットメルト組成物である。
なお、本発明の組成物に含有される、重量平均分子量30万以上のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)を、「特定St系エラストマー(1a)」、又は、単に「(1a)」と称する場合がある。
また、スチレン含有量が20質量%以下のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)を、「特定St系エラストマー(1b)」、又は、単に「(1b)」と称する場合がある。
オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)を、「特定オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)」、又は、単に「(1c)」と称する場合がある。
重量平均分子量が1,000以上の高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)を、「高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)」、又は、単に「(3a)」と称する場合がある。
重量平均分子量が1,000未満の低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)を、「低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)」、又は、単に「(3b)」と称する場合がある。
本発明の組成物は、熱可塑性エラストマー(1)として、重量平均分子量30万以上のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)、スチレン含有量が20質量%以下のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)、及び、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)を含有する。また、上記オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)は、エチレンプロピレンゴム及び/又はブチルゴムを含む。
スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーとは、スチレンまたはスチレン誘導体によって形成される繰り返し単位を有する重合体ブロックと共役ジエン由来の構造単位を含有する重合体ブロックとを有するブロック共重合体を指す。
本発明において、熱可塑性エラストマー(1)として含有されるスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)は、その重量平均分子量が30万以上である。本発明の組成物は特定St系エラストマー(1a)を含有することによって、耐熱流動性が優れる。
本発明において、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)の重量平均分子量は30万以上である。
上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)の重量平均分子量(Mw)は、本発明の効果により優れ、耐熱性、機械特性、解体性に優れるという観点から、30万~60万が好ましく、30万以上50万未満がより好ましく、35万以上45万未満が更に好ましい。

上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)のスチレン含有量は、本発明の効果により優れ、耐熱性、機械特性に優れるという観点から、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)中の25~40質量%が好ましく、25~35質量%がより好ましい。
スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーのスチレン含有量は、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー中の、スチレンによる繰り返し単位の含有量の比率を意味する。
スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーのスチレン含有量(質量%)は、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーを製造する際に使用されたモノマー全量中のスチレン及び/又はスチレン誘導体の割合としてもよい。
本発明において、熱可塑性エラストマー(1)として含有されるスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)は、そのスチレン含有量が20質量%以下である。
スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)を含有することによって、本発明の組成物は作業性、密着性と解体性とのバランスに優れる。
上記式中、l+m+nは、後述する、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)の重量平均分子量に対応する値とすることができ、l+nは、後述する、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)のスチレン含有量に対応する値とすることができる。
本発明において、上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)のスチレン含有量は、20質量%以下である。
上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)のスチレン含有量は、本発明の効果(特に、作業性、密着性と解体性とのバランス)により優れるという観点から、上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)中の10~18質量%が好ましく、10~15質量%がより好ましい。
スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)のスチレン含有量の測定方法は、上記と同様である。
上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)の重量平均分子量(Mw)は、本発明の効果により優れるという観点から、30万未満であることが好ましく、5万~25万がより好ましく、10万~20万が更に好ましい。
スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)の重量平均分子量の測定方法は、上記のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)の重量平均分子量の測定方法と同様である。
スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)の含有量は、本発明の効果がより優れる(特に、作業性、及び/又は、密着性と解体性とのバランス)という観点から、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)100質量部に対して10~50質量部であることが好ましく、20~40質量部がより好ましい。
本発明の組成物は、熱可塑性エラストマー(1)としてオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)を含有し、上記オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)は、エチレンプロピレンゴム及び/又はブチルゴムを含む。
本発明の組成物は、上記オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)を含有することによって、作業性、耐熱クリープ性が優れる。
上記オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)は、本発明の効果がより優れる(特に、密着性と解体性とのバランス、耐熱クリープ性)という観点から、エチレンプロピレンゴムを含むことが好ましい。
オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)としてのエチレンプロピレンゴムは、エチレンとプロピレンとのみの共重合ゴムである。なお、本発明において、エチレンプロピレンゴムは、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)を含まない。
ブチルゴムは、イソブテンとイソプレンとの共重合ゴムである。一般的に、ブチルゴムを構成する繰り返し単位の主成分はイソブテンによる繰り返し単位である。
上記オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)の重量平均分子量(Mw)は、本発明の効果により優れるという観点から、20万~50万が好ましく、30万~40万がより好ましい。

なお、上記のとおり、熱可塑性エラストマー(1)は粘着付与材(2)を含まないので、熱可塑性エラストマー(1)としてのオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)は、非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)を含まない。また、本明細書において、非晶性ポリアルファオレフィンをAPAOと称する場合がある。
上記非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)の重量平均分子量(Mw)は、本発明の効果がより優れるという観点から、3万~15万が好ましく、4万~10万がより好ましい。
非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)の重量平均分子量の測定方法は、上述のオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)の重量平均分子量の測定方法と同様である。
上記非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)の含有量は、上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)100質量部に対して、1~20質量部であることが好ましく、1~10質量部がより好ましく、1~5質量部が更に好ましい。
本発明の組成物は、パラフィンオイルとして、重量平均分子量1000以上の高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)を含有する。
本発明の組成物は、高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)を含有することによって、耐熱流動性、耐揮発性に優れる。
高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)は、例えば、式CnH2n+2で表される化合物を含むことが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。なお、本発明において、上記nは高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)の重量平均分子量にそれぞれ応じた値とできる。
また、高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)は、例えば、室温(23℃)条件下で液体であることが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。
本発明において、上記高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)の重量平均分子量は、1,000以上である。
上記高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)の重量平均分子量は、本発明の効果がより優れるという観点から、1,200~3,000であることが好ましく、1,300~2,000がより好ましい。

本発明の組成物は、パラフィンオイルとして、重量平均分子量1000未満の低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)を含有する。
本発明の組成物は、低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)を含有することによって、作業性、密着性と解体性とのバランスに優れる。
低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)は、例えば、式CnH2n+2で表される化合物を含むことが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。なお、本発明において、上記nは低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)の重量平均分子量にそれぞれ応じた値とできる。
また、低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)は、例えば、室温(23℃)条件下で液体であることが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。
本発明において、低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)の重量平均分子量は、500~11000未満であることが好ましく、700~1,000未満がより好ましい。
低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)の重量平均分子量の測定方法は、上記のパラフィンオイルの重量平均分子量の測定条件と同様である。
上記高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)及び低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)の含有量の合計は、本発明の効果がより優れるという観点から、上記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)100質量部に対して、500~3000質量部が好ましく、700~1500質量部がより好ましい。
上記低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)の含有量に対する上記高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)の含有量の質量比B(高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)/低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b))は、本発明の効果(特に、作業性、耐熱クリープ性)がより優れるという観点から、5/95~95/5であることが好ましく、20/80~70/30であることがより好ましく、30/70~50/50がさらに好ましい。
本発明の組成物は必要に応じてさらに添加剤を含有することができる。添加剤としては、例えば、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)、(1b)、エチレンプロピレンゴム及びブチルゴム以外の熱可塑性エラストマー;ヒンダードフェノール系化合物のような老化防止剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、充填剤、パラフィンオイル以外の軟化剤又は可塑剤、補強剤が挙げられる。添加剤の量は適宜決定することができる。
本発明の組成物はその製造方法について特に制限されない。例えば、上記の必須成分、および必要に応じて使用することができる添加剤を150~250℃の条件下で混合することによって製造することができる。
本発明のホットメルト組成物の使用方法としては、例えば、本発明の組成物を190~230℃に加熱して溶融させ被着体(例えば第1の部材および/または第2の部材)に付与し、上記被着体を接合又は積層させて、接合体又は積層体とし、上記接合体又は積層体を室温の条件下に置いて本発明の組成物を固化させる方法が挙げられる。第2の部材の材質は第1の部材と同じでも異なってもよい。
ポリカーボネート樹脂、(メタ)アクリル樹脂又はポリプロピレンの接着;ポリカーボネート樹脂又は(メタ)アクリル樹脂とポリプロピレンとの接着に本発明の組成物を使用することが好ましい態様として挙げられる。
下記第1表に示す、熱可塑性エラストマーとパラフィンオイルとを同表に示す量(質量部)で用いて、これらを3L双腕型ニーダー(日本スピンドル社製)に仕込み、200℃の条件下で40分間攪拌し、混合物を得た。次に、上記混合物に同表に示す粘着付与材(2)に該当する化合物(又は(比較)ポリテルペン樹脂)及び老化防止剤を添加し、これらをさらに1時間混合し、各ホットメルト組成物を製造した。
なお、第1表のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーのスチレン含有量は「St**%」と表示されているが、上記%は質量%を意味する。
上記のとおり製造された各組成物を用いて以下の評価を行った。結果を第1表に示す。
(作業性)
上記のとおり製造した組成物を220℃の条件下で30分間溶融した後、BF型粘度計(ブルックフィールド型粘度計)を用い、No.29号ローターを用いて回転させ、5rpmにおいて、JIS K 6833-1に準じて、上記組成物の粘度を測定し、評価を行った。
上記粘度が100Pa・s以下であった場合、作業性に非常に優れると評価し、これを「〇」と表示した。
上記粘度が100Pa・sを超え150Pa・s以下であった場合、作業性にやや優れると評価し、これを「△」と表示した。
一方、上記粘度が150Pa・sを超えた場合、作業性が悪いと評価し、これを「×」と表示した。
上記のとおり製造された組成物をハンドガンで220℃の条件で溶融し、アルミ板の上にφ(直径)4mm×(長さ)50mmのビードを塗布した。その後120℃オーブンに上記アルミ板を90°に立てた状態で24時間入れて、24時間後の材料(組成物)の垂れ具合(24時間後、アルミ板を90°に立てた状態で、アルミ板とこれに付着しているビードの下面において、アルミ板とビードとの付着の最下位置から、ビードが垂れ下がった距離。)を測定した。
垂れ下がった距離が5mm以下であった場合、耐熱流動性に優れると評価し、これを「○」と表示した。
一方、垂れ下がった距離が5mmを超えた場合、耐熱流動性が悪いと評価し、これを「×」と表示した。
上記のとおり製造された各組成物を220℃に加熱し、溶融し、PP板(ポリプロピレン製、縦25mm×横75mm×厚さ3mm)に塗布した。塗布後、上記PP板の組成物上に、PC板(ポリカーボネート製、縦25mm×横75mm×厚さ3mm)を十字になるように重ね、接着面積25mm×25mmで3mm厚まで組成物を圧着し、20℃、50%RHの条件下に24時間置いて養生(固化)させ、試験片を得た。試験片は、PP板とPC板との間にホットメルト組成物(接着層)を有する。
得られた試験片について、引張試験機を用いて、20℃、50mm/minの引張速度の条件下でPP板の面に対して垂直方向にPC板を引っ張る引張試験を行い、上記試験片の剥離強度を測定した。また、破壊後の破壊面の状態(破壊モード)を目視で観察した。
各試験片について測定された剥離強度を強度(N)として表1に結果を示す。また、破壊モードについては、PP板から接着層がきれいに剥がれた場合を「○」、PP板に接着層が残った場合は「×」と表示した。
上記強度(剥離強度)が60~130Nであり、かつ、破壊モードが「〇」であった場合、密着性と解体性とのバランスが優れると評価した。
また、上記強度が70~120Nであり、かつ、破壊モードが「〇」であった場合、密着性と解体性とのバランスがより優れると評価し、上記強度が75~90Nであり、かつ、破壊モードが「〇」であった場合、密着性と解体性とのバランスが更に優れると評価した。
一方、上記強度が60N未満であった場合、密着性が悪く、したがって密着性と解体性とのバランスが悪いと評価した。
また、上記強度が130Nを超えた場合、又は、破壊モードが「×」であった場合、解体性が悪く、したがって密着性と解体性とのバランスが悪いと評価した。
試験管に上記のとおり製造された各組成物を3g入れ、試験管の上部をガラス板で密閉した。120℃のオイルバスに試験管を浸して加熱した。
加熱開始から24時間後、上記ガラス板の内側表面(試験管と密閉空間を構成した部分)の汚れの有無を目視で確認した。
上記ガラス板の内側表面に汚れが無かった場合、これを「汚れ無し」と表示し、耐揮発性に優れると評価した。
一方、上記ガラス板の内側表面に汚れが認められた場合、これを「汚れ有り」と表示し、耐揮発性に優れると評価した。
上記のとおり製造された各組成物を220℃に加熱し、溶融し、PP板(ポリプロピレン製、縦25mm×横75mm×厚さ3mm)に塗布した。塗布後、上記PP板の組成物上に、PC板(ポリカーボネート製、縦25mm×横75mm×厚さ3mm)を十字になるように重ね、接着面積25mm×25mmで3mm厚まで組成物を圧着し、20℃、50%RHの条件下に24時間置いて養生させ、試験片を得た。試験片は、PP板とPC板との間にホットメルト組成物(接着層)を有する。
得られた初期試験片について、PP板の面に対して垂直方向にPC板を引っ張り、接着層が150%伸長した状態で上記各試験片を固定し、そのままの状態で60℃の条件下に24時間置く耐熱試験を行った。
上記耐熱試験後の試験片(固定は維持された状態。以下同様)におけるホットメルト組成物(接着層)のはがれ具合を目視で確認した。
上記耐熱試験後の試験片において、ホットメルト組成物(接着層)が基材から全くはがれていなかった場合、又は、ホットメルト組成物がPP板及びPC板と接着している部分の面積が接着面全体(縦25mm×横25mm。以下同様)に対して80%以上であった場合、耐熱クリープ性に最も優れる(加熱後の密着保持率が最も高い)と評価し、これを「◎」と表示した。
ホットメルト組成物がPP板及びPC板と接着している部分の面積が接着面全体に対して60%以上80%未満であった場合、耐熱クリープ性が非常に優れる(加熱後の密着保持率が非常に高い)と評価し、これを「〇」と表示した。
ホットメルト組成物がPP板及びPC板と接着している部分の面積が接着面全体に対して30%以上60%未満であった場合、耐熱クリープ性がやや優れる(加熱後の密着保持率がやや高い)と評価し、これを「△」と表示した。
一方、ホットメルト組成物がPP板及びPC板と接着している部分の面積が接着面全体に対して30%未満であった場合、耐熱クリープ性が悪い(加熱後の密着保持率が低い)と評価し、これを「×」と表示した。
<スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)>
・スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a-1):SEEPS(St含有量30質量%、Mw39万)。商品名セプトン4077、クラレ社製。
・比較スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー1:SEEPS(St含有量30質量%、Mw25万)。商品名セプトン4055、クラレ社製。
・比較スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー2:SEBS(St含有量30質量%、Mw11万)。商品名クレイトンG1650、クラレ社製。
・スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b-1):SEPS(St含有量13質量%、Mw12万)。商品名セプトン2063、クラレ社製。
・スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b-2):SEBS(St含有量12質量%、Mw18万)。商品名タフテックH-1221、旭化成社製。
なお、上記の比較スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー1~3は、いずれも、本発明におけるスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)及びスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)に該当しない。
・オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c-1):エチレンプロピレンゴム。商品名三井EPT0045、三井化学社製。(モノマーとしての)第3成分無し。Mw35万。エチレンとプロピレンのみで形成されたゴム
・オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c-2):ブチルゴム。商品名ブチル365、JSR社製。Mw44万
<芳香族系石油樹脂(2a)>
・芳香族系石油樹脂(2a-1):芳香族系炭化水素樹脂(スチレン系炭化水素樹脂)。商品名FMR0150、三井化学社製。
・テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b-1):商品名YSポリスターU115、ヤスハラケミカル社製。非水添のテルペンフェノール樹脂。
・(比較)ポリテルペン樹脂:テルペンモノマー単独(100%)重合樹脂。商品名YSレジンPX1150、ヤスハラケミカル社製
・非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c-1):APAO(プロピレン/ブテン-1共重合体)。商品名RT2780、rextac社製。Mw7万
・非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c-2):APAO(プロピレン/エチレン共重合体)。商品名RT2585、rextac社製。Mw6万
・高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a-1):高分子量パラフィンオイル。重量平均分子量1500。商品名PW-380、出光興産社製。
・低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b-1):低分子量パラフィンオイル。重量平均分子量900。商品名PW-90、出光興産社製。
・老化防止剤:ヒンダードフェノール系化合物。商品名イルガノックス1010、BASF社製。
特定St系エラストマー(1b)を含有しない比較例2は、作業性が悪く、密着性が悪いため密着性と解体性のバランスが悪かった。
特定St系エラストマー(1b)を含有せず、代わりに比較スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー3を含有する比較例3は、耐熱流動性が悪く、解体性が悪いため密着性と解体性のバランスが悪かった。
特定オレフィン系エラストマー(1c)を含有しない比較例4は、密着性と解体性とのバランスが優れるものの、作業性、耐熱クリープ性が悪かった。
芳香族系石油樹脂(2a)を含有しない比較例5は、密着性及び解体性が悪いため密着性と解体性のバランスが悪かった。
テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)を含有しない比較例6は、作業性、解体性が悪いため密着性と解体性のバランスが悪かった。
テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)を含有せず、代わりにポリテルペン樹脂を含有する比較例7は、作業性が悪く、密着性が悪いため密着性と解体性のバランスが悪かった。
非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)を含有しない比較例8は、密着性が悪いため密着性と解体性のバランスが悪かった。
高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)を含有しない比較例9は、耐熱流動性、耐揮発性が悪かった。
特定St系エラストマー(1b)、特定オレフィン系エラストマー(1c)及びテルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)を含有しない比較例10は、耐熱クリープ性が悪かった。
特定St系エラストマー(1b)、特定オレフィン系エラストマー(1c)、テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)及び非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)を含有せず、テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)の代わりにポリテルペン樹脂を含有する比較例11は、作業性が悪く、密着性が悪いため密着性と解体性のバランスが悪く、耐熱クリープ性が悪かった。
特定St系エラストマー(1b)、特定オレフィン系エラストマー(1c)及びテルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)を含有せず、テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)の代わりにポリテルペン樹脂を含有する比較例12は、作業性が悪く、密着性が悪いため密着性と解体性のバランスが悪く、耐熱クリープ性が悪かった。
特定St系エラストマー(1b)及び特定オレフィン系エラストマー(1c)を含有しない比較例13は、作業性、耐熱クリープ性が悪かった。
特定オレフィン系エラストマー(1c)、テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)、非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)及び低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)を含有しない比較例14は、耐熱クリープ性が悪かった。
特定St系エラストマー(1a)を含有せず、代わりに比較スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー2を含有し、特定St系エラストマー(1b)、非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)及び低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)を含有しない比較例15は、密着性が強すぎて解体できず、密着性と解体性のバランスが悪かった。
特定St系エラストマー(1b)を含有せず、代わりに比較スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー2を含有する比較例16は、耐熱流動性が悪かった。
Claims (6)
- 熱可塑性エラストマー(1)として、重量平均分子量30万以上のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)、スチレン含有量が20質量%以下のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)、並びに、エチレンプロピレンゴム及び/又はブチルゴムを含むオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)と、
粘着付与材(2)として、芳香族系石油樹脂(2a)、テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)、及び、非晶性ポリアルファオレフィン(2c)と、
重量平均分子量1000以上の高分子量パラフィンオイル(3a)と、
重量平均分子量1000未満の低分子量パラフィンオイル(3b)とを含有する、ホットメルト組成物。 - 前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1b)の含有量が、前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)100質量部に対して10~50質量部である、請求項1に記載のホットメルト組成物。
- 前記オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1c)の含有量が、前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)100質量部に対して30~70質量部である、請求項1又は2に記載のホットメルト組成物。
- 前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)が、SEEPSを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のホットメルト組成物。
- 前記芳香族系石油樹脂(2a)と前記テルペンフェノール樹脂(2b)の合計含有量が、前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー(1a)100質量部に対して200~600質量部である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のホットメルト組成物。
- 自動車ランプ用である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のホットメルト組成物。
