Abstract
Description
本願は、2020年12月24日に、日本に出願された特願2020-214445号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
毛開きに対しては、ポリエステル用毛を用いて毛開き耐久性を確保し、ハンドル体における毛折れの起きやすい開口周縁部に軟質樹脂を用いることで毛折れ耐久性を向上させた歯ブラシが開示されている(例えば、特許文献1)。
また、平線の打ち込み深さを規定することで、毛開きの耐久性を向上させた文献が開示されている(例えば、特許文献2)。
なお、以下の実施形態は、本発明の一態様を示すものであり、この発明を限定するものではなく、本発明の技術的思想の範囲内で任意に変更可能である。また、以下の図面においては、各構成をわかりやすくするために、実際の構造と各構造における縮尺や数等を異ならせている。
図1は、第1実施形態に係る歯ブラシ1の部分正面図である。
歯ブラシ1は、植毛面2を有するヘッド部3と、ヘッド部3に接続されるハンドル部4とを有している。ヘッド部3は、正面側に植毛面2を有する。ヘッド部3は、ハンドル部4の長軸方向(図1中、左右方向)の先端側に位置する。
対向植毛部の最外郭をつなげた輪郭で囲まれた領域のうち、最も大きい領域の面積が50mm2未満の場合、用毛材料の降伏点を超えて移動する用毛の割合が大きくなり、毛開き耐久性が低下する可能性がある。
対向植毛部の最外郭をつなげた輪郭で囲まれた領域のうち、最も大きい領域の面積を50mm2以上とすることにより、毛開き耐久性を向上させることができる。
植毛部10の総面積に対する対向植毛部の総面積の割合が70%未満の場合には、用毛材料の降伏点を超えて移動する用毛の割合が大きくなり、毛開き耐久性が低下する可能性がある。
植毛部10の総面積に対する対向植毛部の総面積の割合を70%以上とすることにより、用毛材料の降伏点を超えて移動する用毛の割合を抑制でき毛開き耐久性向上を図ることができる。
ヘッド縁部を含む植毛面2の単位面積当たりの植毛本数が20本/mm2未満の場合、用毛材料の降伏点を超えて移動する用毛の割合が大きくなり、毛開き耐久性が低下する可能性がある。ヘッド縁部を含む植毛面2の単位面積当たりの植毛本数が80本/mm2以を超えると、用毛材料の移動する空間が少なくなり、歯列へのフィット性が低下する可能性がある。
隙間51~65の幅を1mm以下とすることにより、用毛材料の降伏点を超える空間を低減して毛開き耐久性を向上させることができる。
続いて、歯ブラシ1の第2実施形態について、図2を参照して説明する。
この図において、図1に示す第1実施形態の構成要素と同一の要素については同一符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
本実施形態の植毛部10は、第1植毛部A2、A3と、第2植毛部B1、B3と第3植毛部C11、C12、C21、C22と、複数の第4植毛部Dとを有している。
すなわち、本実施形態の植毛部10は、第1植毛部A1、第2植毛部B2が設けられず、長軸方向に分離された第3植毛部C11、C12、C21、C22と、複数の第4植毛部Dとが設けられる点が第1実施形態と異なっている。
他の構成は、上記第1実施形態と同様である。
以下、実施例により本発明の効果をより明らかなものとする。なお、本発明は、以下の実施例に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を変更しない範囲で適宜変更して実施することができる。
本実施例では、下記[表1]、[表2]、[表3]に示す仕様に従って、実施例1~8、比較例1の歯ブラシのサンプルを作製した。
各例の歯ブラシの各部位は表1、表2に示す寸法とした。用毛は径6mil、PF80%で調整し、ハンドル部の樹脂は、PP樹脂を用いた。
(1)歯ブラシの毛開き耐久性
[試験方法]
専門家パネル10名で歯ブラシを長期(3ヶ月)使用した後、使用前の毛束における短軸方向の毛先幅L1と、使用後の毛束における短軸方向の毛先幅L2とを測定し、毛開き率を下式で算出した。
毛開き率(%)=(L2-L1)×100/L1
◎(double circle mark):毛開き率の平均値が5%未満
〇(circle mark):毛開き率の平均値が6~10%
×(cross mark):毛開き率の平均値が10%を上回る
[試験方法]
専門家パネル10人を用いた官能試験により評価した。市販の歯磨剤1gを各実施例、比較例に示す歯ブラシ上にのせて3分間ブラッシングを行ったときの歯ブラシの歯列へのフィット性を下記評価基準にて評価した。
専門家パネル10人の平均点が4.0点を上回る「◎」、平均点が3.0点以上、4.0点未満を「〇」、平均点が3.0未満を「×」とし、◎又は○の歯ブラシの歯列へのフィット性とされるものを、歯磨き時に良好な歯列へのフィット性が得られる歯ブラシであると判断した。
5点:「歯列へのフィット性」が非常に感じられる。
4点:「歯列へのフィット性」がかなり感じられる。
3点:「歯列へのフィット性」が感じられる。
2点:「歯列へのフィット性」がやや感じられる
1点:「歯列へのフィット性」が全く感じられない。
Claims (8)
- 植毛面を有するヘッド部と、前記ヘッド部に接続するハンドル部とを備え、
前記ヘッド部は、
前記植毛面と対向する正面側から見た正面視で、前記植毛面に単一の毛束で独立した面状に設けられた複数の植毛部を備え、
複数の前記植毛部の最外郭をつなげた輪郭で囲まれた植毛面の面積に対する、複数の前記植毛部の総面積の割合は、70%以上、99%以下であり、
複数の前記植毛部は、線状に延び幅が1mm以下の隙間を介して互いに対向する対向植毛部を有し、
前記対向植毛部の総面積は、複数の前記植毛部の総面積に対する割合が70%以上であり、
前記対向植毛部の最外郭をつなげた輪郭で囲まれた領域のうち、最も大きい領域の面積は、50mm2以上であり、
前記植毛面の単位面積当たりの植毛本数は、20本/mm2以上、80本/mm2以下であることを特徴とする歯ブラシ。 - 複数の前記植毛部は、
