本公开的实施例涉及区块链技术领域,具体涉及获取ETC发票的方法、系统、装置、电子设备和存储介质。
背景技术
随着我国汽车保有量的增加,使用ETC(Electronic Toll Collection,电子不停车收费系统)进行收费站收费日益成为主流支付方式,可以很好地缓解高速公路拥堵,提升人民群众生活便利性,增强获得感,同时ETC支付也为统计车流量的大数据分析,提供了很好的大数据基础。
然而,现有ETC支付与车辆业务结合时,会出现乘客无法获取ETC发票的问题。车辆线下打车时,ETC支付的金额无法为乘客开具电子发票,只能选择采用人工通道支付通行费,并获得纸质电子发票。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提出了获取ETC发票的方法、系统、装置、电子设备和存储介质。
第一方面,本公开的实施例提供了一种获取ETC发票的方法,应用于车辆公司设备,包括:响应于接收到车辆打表机发送的车辆信息和计价开始信息,将所述车辆信息与所述计价开始信息绑定并上传到联盟链,其中,所述车辆信息与ETC卡绑定;响应于接收到所述车辆 打表机发送的计价结束信息,将所述车辆信息与所述计价结束信息绑定并上传到联盟链;通过所述联盟链获取所述车辆信息绑定的ETC卡的扣款金额;根据所述ETC卡的扣款金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息计算车费总金额;将所述车费总金额上传到所述联盟链。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:向车辆打表机发送所述车费总金额。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:响应于接收到乘客的电子发票开票申请,通过所述联盟链从电子发票开具机构设备获取电子发票;将所述电子发票发给所述乘客提供的接收端。

本公开的实施例提供的获取ETC发票的方法、系统、装置、电子设备和存储介质,通过区块链分布式账本技术,搭建连接车辆公司、ETC发卡机构设备、电子发票开具机构设备和银行设备的区块链联盟链,当车辆司机启动单次载客的打表机时,将车辆信息和打表机启动信息通过网关接口的方式上载到联盟链,当使用ETC过收费站时,ETC 发卡机构设备绑定的银行设备完成扣款,ETC扣款成功信息通过银行设备区块链节点上载到联盟链,车辆公司通过联盟链获取ETC扣款成功信息,并将ETC扣款金额添加到打表机中,实现ETC扣款金额添加到车辆打表信息中。当司机将乘客送达目的地,并结束打表机时,将车辆信息和打表机结束信息、本次打车总金额信息等通过网关接口的方式上载到联盟链,打表机打印本次打车总金额,并体现ETC扣款金额。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开。
图1示出了可以应用本公开的获取ETC发票的方法或获取ETC发票的装置的实施例的示例性系统架构。
如图1a所示,通过区块链分布式账本技术,搭建连接车辆公司设备、ETC发卡机构设备、电子发票开具机构设备和银行设备的区块链联盟链,各家设备都作为共识节点,参与区块链网络账本一致性的维护。本申请中的车辆不限于出租车,还可以是各种形式的运营车辆。
如图1b所示,车辆司机成为车辆公司的员工,公司为车辆安装打表机并激活,激活时,车辆打表机可通过车辆公司私有网关节点连接到车辆公司共识节点,并将车辆车辆信息、打表机信息绑定,上传到联盟链中。车辆司机向ETC发卡机构设备申请ETC,发卡机构安排ETC安装并激活,激活时,车辆ETC设备通过ETC发卡机构私有网关节点连接到ETC发卡机构共识节点。
如图1c所示,当车辆司机启动单次载客的打表机时,将车辆信息和打表机启动信息通过网关接口的方式上载到联盟链。
如图1d所示,当使用ETC过收费站时,ETC发卡机构设备绑定的银行设备完成扣款,ETC扣款成功信息通过银行私有网关节点连接到银行共识节点,并上载到联盟链,通过联盟链自动同步至车辆公司共识节点的区块链账本中。
如图1e所示,车辆公司通过联盟链获取ETC扣款成功信息,并将ETC扣款金额添加到打表机中,实现ETC扣款金额添加到车辆打 表信息中。
继续参考图2,示出了根据本公开的获取ETC发票的方法应用于车辆公司设备的一个实施例的流程200。该获取ETC发票的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤201,响应于接收到车辆打表机发送的车辆信息和计价开始信息,将车辆信息与计价开始信息绑定并上传到联盟链。
在本实施例中,获取ETC发票的方法的执行主体(车辆公司设备)可以通过车辆公司私有网关节点从车辆打表机接收车辆信息和计价开始信息。其中,车辆信息与ETC卡绑定。如果车辆是多个司机共享,司机可与ETC卡对应。车辆信息可以是详细的,例如车牌号、公司编码、司机编号、姓名、年龄等可以标识司机身份的信息。车辆信息还可以是简单的打表机编号,车辆公司通过打表机编号就可确定出详细的车辆信息。计价开始信息可包括行程的起始时间。可选地,计价开始信息还可包括行程的起始位置。通过起始位置和结束位置可大致估算出司机是否绕行,以对司机进行监督。例如,从A到B,按地图正常导航距离为5公里,如果打表记录为20公里,则说明打表记录不合理,司机有绕路的可能。可统计该司机的大量行驶记录来推测出司机是否有故意绕远的可能性。

在本实施例中,车辆结束打表时,会将计价结束信息通过车辆公司私有网关节点发送到车辆公司设备。计价结束信息可包括行驶结束的时间、行驶总里程数、行驶总时长。可选地,计价结束信息还可包括行驶结束的地点。可根据计价结束信息的来源(打表机编号)确定出车辆的车辆信息,然后将车辆信息与计价结束信息绑定并上传到联盟链。
步骤203,通过联盟链获取车辆信息绑定的ETC卡的扣款金额。
在本实施例中,通过打表机只能计算出不包括高速费的车费。需要通过联盟链获取车辆信息绑定的ETC卡的扣款金额。ETC发卡机构设备在发ETC卡时就已经绑定了司机和ETC卡。通过在高速收费口识别出ETC卡的信息,可计算高速通行费作为ETC卡的扣款金额,然后从ETC卡关联的银行账户扣除。计算出ETC卡的扣款金额后上传到联盟链。车辆公司即可通过联盟链获取ETC卡的扣款金额。
步骤204,根据ETC卡的扣款金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息计算车费总金额。
在本实施例中,计算车费时根据行驶总里程数、行驶总时长计算车费,还要加上ETC卡的扣款金额作为车费总金额。
步骤205,将车费总金额上传到联盟链。
在本实施例中,将车费总金额上传到联盟链。还可将其它相关信息一并上传到联盟链,例如,车辆打表时间和里程数、行驶的起点和终点等。此时联盟链中各节点均可获得车费总金额。电子发票开具机构设备可根据车费总金额开发票。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该方法还包括:向车辆打表机发送所述车费总金额。车辆可根据接收到的车费总金额直接打印发票。可避免司机私自改动打表机实现非法谋利的目的。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该方法还包括:响应于接收到乘客的电子发票开票申请,通过所述联盟链从电子发票开具机构设备获取电子发票;将所述电子发票发给所述乘客提供的接收端。乘客如果不想要纸质发票,可获得电子发票。可通过登录出租车公司的网站或APP,提供支付凭证获得电子发票。电子发票的接收端可以是乘客提供的邮箱、微信等。还可通过扫描出租车上的二维码来申请开电子发票。该二维码直接与出租车绑定。
继续参考图3,示出了根据本公开的获取ETC发票的方法应用于ETC发卡机构设备的一个实施例的流程300。该获取ETC发票的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤301,获取进入收费路段的车辆的ETC卡信息和入口地址。
在本实施例中,获取ETC发票的方法的执行主体(ETC发卡机构 设备)可以通过安装在收费入口处的ETC卡扫描器检测车辆进入收费路段的事件,事件中包括了ETC卡信息和入口地址。ETC卡扫描器扫描车辆安装的ETC卡。将识别出的ETC卡信息和入口地址通过内部网络发送到ETC发卡机构共识节点。ETC卡信息可包括车牌号、ETC卡号、关联的银行账号等。
步骤302,通过联盟链获取离开收费路段的车辆的ETC卡信息和出口地址。
在本实施例中,获取ETC发票的方法的执行主体(ETC发卡机构设备)可以通过安装在收费出口处的ETC卡扫描器扫描车辆离开收费路段的事件,事件中包括了ETC卡信息和出口地址。ETC卡扫描器扫描车辆安装的ETC卡。将识别出的ETC卡信息和出口地址通过内部网络发送到ETC发卡机构共识节点。ETC卡信息可包括车牌号、ETC卡号、关联的银行账号等。
步骤303,根据入口地址和出口地址计算ETC卡的扣款金额,并将ETC卡的扣款金额上传到联盟链。
在本实施例中,当检测到车辆离开收费路段时,开始进行高速费结算。从内部网络获得入口地址和出口地址,高速公路按里程收费,根据入口地址和出口地址计算ETC卡的扣款金额,并通过ETC发卡机构共识节点将ETC卡的扣款金额上传到联盟链。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该方法还包括:接收申请ETC卡的激活消息,其中,所述激活消息包括车辆信息、ETC卡信息、银行账号信息;将所述车辆信息、所述ETC卡信息、银行账号信息绑定,并上传到联盟链。车辆司机向ETC发卡机构申请ETC,发卡机构安排ETC安装并激活,激活时,车辆ETC设备通过ETC发卡机构私有网关节点连接到ETC发卡机构共识节点。
继续参考图4,示出了根据本公开的获取ETC发票的方法应用于银行设备的一个实施例的流程400。该获取ETC发票的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤401,响应于监听到ETC发卡机构设备上传到联盟链的ETC卡的扣款金额,从ETC卡绑定的银行账号中扣除ETC卡的扣款金额。
在本实施例中,获取ETC发票的方法的执行主体(银行设备)可以监听到ETC发卡机构设备上传到联盟链的ETC卡的事件,从中获取扣款金额。从ETC卡绑定的银行账号中扣除ETC卡的扣款金额。
步骤402,若扣款成功,则将扣款成功消息上传到联盟链。
在本实施例中,若扣款成功,则将扣款成功消息上载到联盟链,通过联盟链自动同步至车辆公司共识节点的区块链账本中。车辆公司设备通过所述联盟链获取所述车辆信息绑定的ETC卡的扣款金额后,将ETC扣款金额添加到打表机中,实现ETC扣款金额添加到车辆打表信息中。如果扣款失败,则车辆打表信息中不会出现ETC扣款金额。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该方法还包括:监听ETC卡的银行账号的激活消息,其中,所述激活消息包括ETC卡信息、银行账号信息;将所述ETC卡信息和银行账号信息绑定,并上传到联盟链。司机可申请将ETC卡信息和银行账号信息绑定,该绑定关系上传到联盟链后可防止信息被篡改。
继续参考图5,示出了根据本公开的获取ETC发票的方法应用于电子发票开具机构设备的一个实施例的流程500。该获取ETC发票的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤501,通过联盟链获取车辆的车费总金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息。
在本实施例中,获取ETC发票的方法的执行主体(电子发票开具机构设备)可以监听到车辆公司设备上传到联盟链的扣款事件,从扣款事件中获取车辆的车费总金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息,其中,车费总金额包括ETC卡的扣款金额。
步骤502,根据车费总金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息生成电子发票。
在本实施例中,电子发票的格式可与纸质发票相同,记录了车费总金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息。
步骤503,将电子发票上传到联盟链。
在本实施例中,可将电子发票上传到联盟链。可以防止电子发票被篡改。联盟链中的电子发票可供车辆公司设备下载,发送给请求开 电子发票的乘客。
本申请提出了一种基于区块链联盟链共享账本进行ETC支付信息与车辆打表信息自动互联互通的方法,同时利用区块链不可篡改、透明可追溯的机制,防止ETC支付信息被伪造或重复使用,解决了车辆司机使用ETC支付时,乘客无法打印ETC支付金额对应的电子发票问题,同时也能很好的预防司机与乘客间因ETC支付金额产生的争执纠纷,便于车辆公司对司机进行有效的合规管理。
进一步参考图6,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了一种获取ETC发票的装置应用于车辆公司设备的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图2所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图6所示,本实施例的获取ETC发票的装置600包括:计价开始单元601、计价结束单元602、获取单元603、计算单元604、上传单元605。其中,计价开始单元601,被配置成响应于接收到车辆打表机发送的车辆信息和计价开始信息,将所述车辆信息与所述计价开始信息绑定并上传到联盟链,其中,所述车辆信息与ETC卡绑定;计价结束单元602,被配置成响应于接收到所述车辆打表机发送的计价结束信息,将所述车辆信息与所述计价结束信息绑定并上传到联盟链;获取单元603,被配置成通过所述联盟链获取所述车辆信息绑定的ETC卡的扣款金额;计算单元604,被配置成根据所述ETC卡的扣款金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息计算车费总金额;上传单元605,被配置成将所述车费总金额上传到所述联盟链。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述装置还包括发送单元(附图中未示出),被配置成:向车辆打表机发送所述车费总金额,以使得所述车辆打表机根据所述车费总金额打印纸质发票。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述装置还包括开票单元(附图中未示出),被配置成:响应于接收到乘客的电子发票开票申请,通过所述联盟链从电子发票开具机构设备获取电子发票;将所述电子发票发给所述乘客提供的接收端。
进一步参考图7,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供 了一种获取ETC发票的装置应用于ETC发卡机构设备的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图3所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图7所示,本实施例的获取ETC发票的装置700包括:第一获取单元701,被配置成获取进入收费路段的车辆的ETC卡信息和入口地址;第二获取单元702,被配置成单元,被配置成获取离开收费路段的车辆的ETC卡信息和出口地址;计算单元703,被配置成根据所述入口地址和所述出口地址计算所述ETC卡的扣款金额,并将所述ETC卡的扣款金额上传到所述联盟链。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述装置还包括注册单元(附图中未示出),被配置成:接收申请ETC卡的激活消息,其中,所述激活消息包括车辆信息、ETC卡信息、银行账号信息;将所述车辆信息、所述ETC卡信息、银行账号信息绑定,并上传到联盟链。

在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,装置800还包括激活单元(附图中未示出),被配置成:监听ETC卡的银行账号的激活消息,其中,所述激活消息包括ETC卡信息、银行账号信息;将所述ETC卡信息和银行账号信息绑定,并上传到联盟链。

如图9所示,本实施例的获取ETC发票的装置900包括:获取单元901,被配置成通过联盟链获取车辆的车费总金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息,其中,所述车费总金额包括ETC卡的扣款金额;生成单元902,被配置成根据所述车费总金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息生成电子发票;上传单元903,被配置成将所述电子发票上传到所述联盟链。
下面参考图10,其示出了适于用来实现本公开的实施例的电子设备(例如图1中的联盟链中各节点设备)1000的结构示意图。图10示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开的实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图10所示,电子设备1000可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)1001,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)1002中的程序或者从存储装置1008加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)1003中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 1003中,还存储有电子设备1000操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置1001、ROM 1002以及RAM 1003通过总线1004彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口1005也连接至总线1004。

上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:响应于接收到车辆打表机发送的车辆信息和计价开始信息,将车辆信息与计价开始信息绑定并上传到联盟链,其中,车辆信息与ETC卡绑定;响应于接收到车辆打表机发送的计价结束信息,将车辆信息与计价结束信息绑定并上传到联盟链;通过联盟链获取车 辆信息绑定的ETC卡的扣款金额;根据ETC卡的扣款金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息计算车费总金额;将车费总金额上传到联盟链。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种获取ETC发票的方法,应用于车辆公司设备,包括:
    响应于接收到车辆打表机发送的车辆信息和计价开始信息,将所述车辆信息与所述计价开始信息绑定并上传到联盟链,其中,所述车辆信息与ETC卡绑定;
    响应于接收到所述车辆打表机发送的计价结束信息,将所述车辆信息与所述计价结束信息绑定并上传到联盟链;
    通过所述联盟链获取所述车辆信息绑定的ETC卡的扣款金额;
    根据所述ETC卡的扣款金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息计算车费总金额;
    将所述车费总金额上传到所述联盟链。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    向车辆打表机发送所述车费总金额,以使得所述车辆打表机根据所述车费总金额打印纸质发票。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到乘客的电子发票开票申请,通过所述联盟链获取由电子发票开具机构设备上传到联盟链的电子发票;
    将所述电子发票发给所述乘客提供的接收端。
  4. 一种获取ETC发票的方法,应用于ETC发卡机构设备,包括:
    获取进入收费路段的车辆的ETC卡信息和入口地址;
    获取离开收费路段的车辆的ETC卡信息和出口地址;
    根据所述入口地址和所述出口地址计算所述ETC卡的扣款金额,并将所述ETC卡的扣款金额上传到所述联盟链。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收申请ETC卡的激活消息,其中,所述激活消息包括车辆信息、 ETC卡信息、银行账号信息;
    将所述车辆信息、所述ETC卡信息、银行账号信息绑定,并上传到联盟链。
  6. 一种获取ETC发票的方法,应用于银行设备,包括:
    响应于监听到ETC发卡机构设备上传到联盟链的ETC卡的扣款金额,从所述ETC卡绑定的银行账号中扣除所述ETC卡的扣款金额;
    若扣款成功,则将扣款成功消息上传到联盟链。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    监听ETC卡的银行账号的激活消息,其中,所述激活消息包括ETC卡信息、银行账号信息;
    将所述ETC卡信息和银行账号信息绑定,并上传到联盟链。
  8. 一种获取ETC发票的方法,应用于电子发票开具机构设备,包括:
    通过联盟链获取车辆的车费总金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息,其中,所述车费总金额包括ETC卡的扣款金额;
    根据所述车费总金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息生成电子发票;
    将所述电子发票上传到所述联盟链。
  9. 一种获取ETC发票的系统,包括:
    车辆公司设备,用于实现如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法;
    ETC发卡机构设备,用于实现如权利要求5或6所述的方法;
    银行设备,用于实现如权利要求7或8所述的方法;
    电子发票开具机构设备,用于实现如权利要求9所述的方法。
  10. 一种获取ETC发票的装置,应用于车辆公司设备,包括:
    计价开始单元,被配置成响应于接收到车辆打表机发送的车辆信 息和计价开始信息,将所述车辆信息与所述计价开始信息绑定并上传到联盟链,其中,所述车辆信息与ETC卡绑定;
    计价结束单元,被配置成响应于接收到所述车辆打表机发送的计价结束信息,将所述车辆信息与所述计价结束信息绑定并上传到联盟链;
    获取单元,被配置成通过所述联盟链获取所述车辆信息绑定的ETC卡的扣款金额;
    计算单元,被配置成根据所述ETC卡的扣款金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息计算车费总金额;
    上传单元,被配置成将所述车费总金额上传到所述联盟链。
  11. 一种获取ETC发票的装置,应用于ETC发卡机构设备,包括:
    第一获取单元,被配置成获取进入收费路段的车辆的ETC卡信息和入口地址;
    第二获取单元,被配置成获取离开收费路段的车辆的ETC卡信息和出口地址;
    计算单元,被配置成根据所述入口地址和所述出口地址计算所述ETC卡的扣款金额,并将所述ETC卡的扣款金额上传到所述联盟链。
  12. 一种获取ETC发票的装置,应用于银行设备,包括:
    扣款单元,被配置成响应于监听到ETC发卡机构设备上传到联盟链的ETC卡的扣款金额,从所述ETC卡绑定的银行账号中扣除所述ETC卡的扣款金额;
    上传单元,被配置成若扣款成功,则将扣款成功消息上传到联盟链。
  13. 一种获取ETC发票的装置,应用于电子发票开具机构设备,包括:
    获取单元,被配置成通过联盟链获取车辆的车费总金额、计价开 始信息和计价结束信息,其中,所述车费总金额包括ETC卡的扣款金额;
    生成单元,被配置成根据所述车费总金额、计价开始信息和计价结束信息生成电子发票;
    上传单元,被配置成将所述电子发票上传到所述联盟链。
  14. 一种获取ETC发票的电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法。
