订单处理方法及装置、存储介质、终端设备、计算设备 技术领域
本申请涉及互联网技术领域,特别是涉及订单处理方法及装置、存储介质、终端设备、计算设备。
背景技术
随着互联网技术以及物流服务的不断提升,用户多通过电商平台以电子交易方式进行物品交易活动和相关服务活动,电商平台相较于传统线下商业平台具有更加丰富的物品以及服务活动。
一般来讲,用户在电商平台对物品进行下单后,卖家会统一将物品打包并通过其他物流服务平台将物品配送给买家,且进行的是普通的配送流程,即收揽、派送、派发等标准流程。一般物流服务平台到卖家揽件时,多为在一天固定的时间进行收件,之后,物流平台会依据收件地址进行分流归并后,进行物流运送,最终在买家地址末端,再由快递员进行快递件配送。当卖家和买家距离较近时,尤其是属于同一地理区域时,也需执行相同的流程,导致同城的快件整体耗时较长,时效性较低。
目前,虽然会在线下建设多个卖家仓储,并提前将货物存储在多个发货地点实现近距离的物流配送,但是,上述方案成本较高、且需要消耗一定的人力物力资源。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供了一种订单处理方法及装置、存储介质、终端设备、计算设备。主要目的在于解决目前浪费了大量的人力和物力,不能合理利用运力资源,影响了配送时效的问题。
依据本申请实施例的第一方面,提供了一种订单处理方法,包括:
创建目标订单对应的订单确认页面;
接收是否选择同城配送的确认信息,并在所述订单确认页面显示所述确认信息;其中,所述确认信息为判断所述目标订单属于同城订单时接收;
检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,结合所述反馈信息生成所述目标订单;其中,所述目标订单中具有根据所述反馈信息分配的目标运力资源。
在另一个实施例中,所述检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,包括:
基于所述订单确认页面检测所述确认信息的反馈信息;
其中,所述反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令;或,所述反馈信息中包括不选择同城配送的确认指令。
在另一个实施例中,所述检测所述确认信息的反馈信息之后,还包括:
基于所述订单确认页面推荐能够进行同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;
响应于用户指令在所述至少一个同城发件方选择目标发件方。
在另一个实施例中,所述检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,结合所述反馈信息生成所述目标订单,包括:
检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,并判断所述反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令 时,将同城运力资源作为所述目标运力资源;
在所述订单确认页面中显示所述目标运力资源的运费信息;
结合所述运费信息和所述反馈信息生成所述目标订单。
在另一个实施例中,所述检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,结合所述反馈信息生成所述目标订单之后,还包括:
检测到预先创建的用于查询所述目标运力资源的查询接口被触发时,显示所述目标运力资源的配送信息;
所述配送信息包括所述目标订单的配送进程信息。
依据本申请实施例的第二方面,提供了一种订单处理方法,包括:
获取订单确认页面中目标订单的订单信息;
根据所述订单信息判断所述目标订单是否属于同城订单;
若判断所述目标订单属于同城订单,则在所述订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息;
获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息为所述目标订单分配运力资源。
在另一个实施例中,所述获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息为所述目标订单分配运力资源,包括:
获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,判断所述反馈信息中是否包括选择同城配送的确认指令;
若所述反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令,则为所述目标订单分配同城运力资源。
在另一个实施例中,所述获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,判断所述反馈信息中是否包括选择同城配送的确认指令之后,还包括:
若所述反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令,则在所述订单确认页面中推荐能够进行同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;
根据用户的指令在所述至少一个同城发件方中确定目标发件方。
在另一个实施例中,所述根据所述订单信息判断所述目标订单是否属于同城订单,包括:
获取所述订单信息中的收件方信息和发件方信息;所述收件方信息包括收件方的第一地址信息,所述发件方包括发件方的标识信息;
根据所述发件方的标识信息获取所述发件方的第二地址信息;
根据所述第一地址信息和所述第二地址信息判断所述目标订单是否属于同城订单。
在另一个实施例中,所述判断所述目标订单属于同城订单之后,还包括:
获取所述目标订单的发件方的配送服务信息;
判断所述配送服务信息中是否包括同城配送服务信息;
若所述配送服务信息中包括同城配送服务信息,则在所述订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息。
在另一个实施例中,所述为所述目标订单分配同城运力资源,包括:
基于所述订单信息生成同城配送任务;
在同城运力资源集合中确定目标运力资源;
将所述同城配送任务分配至所述目标运力资源以执行所述同城配送任务。
在另一个实施例中,所述将所述同城配送任务分配至所述目标运力资源以执行所述同城配送任务之后,还包括:
获取所述同城配送任务的任务进程信息;
将所述任务进程信息发送至所述发件方和/或所述收件方进行同步显示。
在另一个实施例中,所述获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,判断所述反馈信息中是否包括选择同城配送的确认指令,还包括:
若所述反馈信息中不包括选择同城配送的确认指令,则将所述目标订单发送至所述发件方;
获取所述发件方上传的所述目标订单的运力资源信息;
根据所述运力资源信息识别所述目标订单的配送进程信息,将所述配送进程信息发送至所述发件方和/或所述收件方进行显示。
依据本申请实施例的第三方面,提供了一种订单处理装置,包括:
页面创建模块,用于创建目标订单对应的订单确认页面;
信息显示模块,用于接收是否选择同城配送的确认信息,并在所述订单确认页面显示所述确认信息;其中,所述确认信息为判断所述目标订单属于同城订单时接收;
订单创建模块,用于检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,结合所述反馈信息生成所述目标订单;其中,所述目标订单中具有根据所述反馈信息分配的目标运力资源。
在另一个实施例中,所述订单创建模块包括:
检测单元,用于基于所述订单确认页面检测所述确认信息的反馈信息;
其中,所述反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令;或,所述反馈信息中包括不选择同城配送的确认指令。

第一判断模块,用于根据所述订单信息判断所述目标订单是否属于同城订单;
信息生成模块,用于当判断所述目标订单属于同城订单时,则在所述订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息;
运力资源分配模块,用于获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息为所述目标订单分配运力资源。
在另一个实施例中,所述运力资源分配模块还用于:
获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,判断所述反馈信息中是否包括选择同城配送的确认指令;
当判断所述反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,则为所述目标订单分配同城运力资源。
在另一个实施例中,所述装置还包括:
推荐模块,用于判断所述反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令之后,在所述订单确认页面中推荐能够进行同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;
根据用户的指令在所述至少一个同城发件方中确定目标发件方。

本申请实施例提供了一种订单处理方法、装置、计算设备及计算机可读存储介质,本申请实施例提供的方法中,通过在订单确认页面获取到目标订单的订单信息之后判断目标订单是否属于同城订单,另外,当目标订单属于同城订单之后,可以在订单确认页面中生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息,由用户选择是否进行同城配送,进而根据用户的选择为目标订单分配运力资源。基于本申请实施例提供的方法,将电商平台与同城配送服务相结合,不仅建设成本较低,而且对于属于同城订单来讲,当用户选择同城配送时,可有效提升配送时效,极大地缩短物流配送时间,进一步提升用户体验。

本申请实施例提供了一种订单处理方法,可应用于任一终端设备,参见图1可知,本申请实施例提供的订单处理方法可以包括:
步骤S102,创建目标订单对应的订单确认页面。
在本申请实施例中,当用户在物品交易平台(如电商平台)进行物品交易时,在选中需要交易的物品之后,即可根据物品信息以及用户的收货地址信息生成如图2所示的订单确认页面。目标订单为基于用户所选择的物品即将生成的与该物品对应的订单。图2的订单确认页面中,目标订单可以包括目标订单的订单信息,如收件人信息(如姓名、联系方式以及联系地址)、发件方信息(如商户名称)、物品信息(如物品规格、尺寸大小、数量等等),除此之外还可以包括物品需支付价格,优惠信息等等。
步骤S104,接收是否选择同城配送的确认信息,并在订单确认页面显示确认信息。其中,确认信息为判断目标订单属于同城订单时接收。
上文提及,目标订单的订单确认页面可以包括收件方以及发件方的信息,基于该信息可以通过服务器端来判断目标订单是否属于同城订单,具体执行判断时,可以根据订单确认页面中的发件方信息获取发件方地址信息,并获取订单确认页面中的收件方地址信息,进一步地,通过发件方地址信息和收件方地址信息判断发件方和收件方是否属于同一城市的判断结果确定目标订单是否属于同城订单。当服务器判断目标订单属于同城订单时,即可向终端设备发送是否选择同城配送的确认信息。
图3示出了本申请实施例的订单确认页面示意图,参见图3可知,显示确认信息时,可以在该页面中新建显示框,并在显示框中显示“是否选择同城配送”,同时配置“是”和“否”的操作按钮。判断目标订单属于同城订单之后,可以在订单确认页面中显示确认信息,即由收件方确认是否将目标订单采用同城配送方式进行配送。
步骤S106,检测确认信息的反馈信息,结合反馈信息生成目标订单;其中,目标订单中具有根据反馈信息分配的目标运力资源。
通过获取用户针对确认信息的反馈信息可以获取用户是否选择同城配送,进而可以基于反馈信息生成目标订单。
可选地,检测确认信息的反馈信息时可以包括:基于订单确认页面检测确认信息的反馈信息;其中,反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令;或,反馈信息中包括不选择同城配送的确认指令。
如图3所示,配置确认信息的同时配置“是”和“否”的操作按钮,获取确认信息的反馈信息时,可以检测并获取用户在显示框中针对操作按钮的触发操作为反馈信息。若检测到“是”的操作按钮被触发,则表示反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令,若检测到“否”的操作按钮被触发,则表示反馈信息中包括不选择同城配送的确认指令,进而可以根据反馈信息生成目标订单。
在本申请可选实施例中,在检测确认信息的反馈信息之后,假设确认信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令,还可以基于订单确认页面推荐可同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;响应于用户指令在至少一个同城发件方选择目标发件方。
对于目标订单的发件方来讲,其可能在同一个城市中设置有多个属于同一总发件方的子发件方,以将每个子发件方作为本实施例中的同城发件方,例如,在一个城市中设置的多个发货仓,当判断收件方确定选择同城配送时,还可以在订单显示页面中展示所推荐的各同城发件方,由用户根据自身的需求在多个同城发件方中选择目标发件方,以进一步提升同城订单的配送时效。
在本申请可选实施例中,还可以检测确认信息的反馈信息,并判断反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,将同城运力资源作为目标运力资源;在订单确认页面中显示目标运力资源的运费信息;结合运费信息和反馈信息生成目标订单。
实际应用中,若为目标订单分配同城运力资源,由于对配送时效要求较高,相应地,调取同城运力资源时会产生与普通配送不同的运费。在用户确认选择同城配送之后,可以进一步根据收件方地址信息和发件方地址信息生成配送费用,并在订单确认页面中进行显示,以提示用户同城配送时的费用,供用户及时了解由于同城配送可能产生的费用,在用户确认的前提下才会生成目标订单,以在确保同城订单配送时效的同时,兼顾用户的自身需求,从而提升用户使用体验。
进一步地,当生成目标订单之后,还可以在目标订单中建立目标运力资源的查询接口,以检测到预先创建的用于查询目标运力资源的查询接口被触发时,显示目标运力资源的配送信息;配送信息包括目标订单的配送进程信息。
举例来讲,配送进程信息可以包括目标运力资源当前位置、距离发件方距离、是否完成取件、是否开始配送、距离收件方距离等信息。获取到配送进程信息之后可将其在收件方进行显示,以便于用户及时了解目标订单的配送进度。
本申请实施例提供了一种订单处理方法,可应用于云端服务器,如电商管理平台等,参见图4可知,本申请实施例提供的订单处理方法可以包括:
步骤S402,获取订单确认页面中目标订单的订单信息。
一般来讲,订单确认页面可以是在预设物品交易平台(如电商平台)选取物品以及确认收货信息之后进入的订单确认页面,在该订单确认页面中,通常会包括用户所选取的物品信息(如特征参数、数量)之外,还可以包括收件方的相关信息,如联系人、联系方式以及联系地址等,还可以包括发件方(例如,商户)的标识信息以及运费信息等等。
步骤S404,根据订单信息判断目标订单是否属于同城订单。
在本申请实施例中,判断目标订单是否属于同城订单时,主要是根据收件方的地址信息,以及发件方的地址信息进行判断。在本申请实施例中,可通过如下方式进行判断:
S1-1,获取订单信息中的收件方信息和发件方信息;收件方信息包括收件方的第一地址信息,发件方包括发件方的标识信息。
前文介绍,在订单确认页面中,可以包括收件方的联系人、联系方式以及联系地址,该联系地址即可作为收件方的第一地址信息。另外,订单确认页面中还可以包括商户信息,如商户名称、商户标识等信息。
S1-2,根据发件方的标识信息获取发件方的第二地址信息;具体地,根据订单确认页面还可以获取到发件方的标识信息,如店铺名称、店铺号等,在获取到发件方的标识信息之后,就可查找到与其对应的发件方的第二地址信息。
S1-3,根据第一地址信息和第二地址信息判断目标订单是否属于同城订单。
第一地址信息和第二地址信息分别是物品的收件方和发件方所处的地理位置的具体信息,通过上述第一地址信息和第二地址信息可以识别出收件方和发件方各自所处的城市。例如,第一地址信息为A省B市某区xxx街道,那么所识别出的与第一地址信息对应的城市可以为A省B市,当判断发件方和收件方处于同一城市时,即可判断目标订单为同城订单。反之,假设发件方和收件方不处于同一城市时,则目标订单不属于同城订单,则可以按照普通订单的处理方式处理目标订单。例如,发件方和收件方均处于A省A市,那么则可以判断发件方和收件方同城,目标订单则属于同城订单。
对于普通订单,在订单确认并创建后,采用传统的配送流程,即选取物流配送方及物流单号,并等待物流配送方进行收揽、派送、派发的一系列标准流程。通常来讲,由于采用普通配送方式时,需要通过物流配送方统一进行处理,因此,普通配送方式的配送时长大于同城配送方式的配送时长。
步骤S406,若判断目标订单属于同城订单,则在订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息。
也就是说,判断目标订单属于同城订单之后,还可以在订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息,即,由用户来选择是否进行同城配送。
图3示出了本申请实施例的订单确认页面示意图,参见图2可知,显示确认信息时,可以在该页面中新建显示框,并在显示框中显示“是否选择同城配送”,同时配置“是”和“否”的操作按钮。判断目标订单属于同城订单之后,可以在订单确认页面中显示确认信息,即由收件方确认是否将目标订单采用同城配送方式进行配送。
步骤S408,获取确认信息的反馈信息,根据反馈信息为目标订单分配运力资源。
如上,配置是否选择同城配送的确认信息的同时配置“是”和“否”的操作按钮,获取确认信息的反馈信息时,可以检测并获取用户在显示框中针对操作按钮的触发操作为反馈信息。
基于本申请实施例提供的方法,当目标订单属于同城订单时,通过向用户提供同城配送服务,并且由用户自主选择是否进行同城配送,可以在符合用户配送需求的前提下,有效控制配送成本且提升同城订单的配送时效性的同时,节省人力物力以实现已有运力资源的合理利用,从而有效提升目标订单的配送时效以及用户的使用体验。
可选地,在根据反馈信息为目标订单分配运力资源时,可以获取确认信息的反馈信息,判断反馈信息中是否包括选择同城配送的确认指令;若是,则为目标订单分配同城运力资源。
通过检测并获取用户在显示框中针对操作按钮的触发操作为反馈信息,若检测到“是”的操作按钮被触发,则表示反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令,此时,可以确定将目标订单采用同城配送方式进行配送,同时可以为目标订单分配同城运力资源。
在本申请可选实施例中,判断反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令之后,还可以在订单确认页面中推荐可同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;根据用户的指令在至少一个同城发件方中确定目标发件方。
也就是说,对于目标订单的发件方来讲,其可能在同一个城市中设置有多个属于同一总发件方的子发件方,以将每个子发件方作为本实施例中的同城发件方,例如,在一个城市中设置的多个发货仓,当判断收件方确定选择同城配送时,还可以在订单显示页面中展示所推荐的各同城发件方,由用户根据自身的需求在多个同城发件方中选择目标发件方。例如,用户可以选择距离其较近的同城发件方作为目标发件方,从而在提 升订单配送时效的同时满足用户配送需求。
从另一方面来讲,若检测到“否”的操作按钮被触发,则表示反馈信息中未包括选择同城配送的确认指令,此时,可以采用普通订单的处理方式处理目标订单。基于本申请实施例提供的方法,采用在订单确认页面显示是否选择同城配送的确认信息,并且获取用户基于确认信息的反馈信息确认用户需要同城配送服务时,才会为目标订单分配同城运力资源,可以在得到用户许可的前提下提供同城配送服务,在满足用户配送时效需求的同时提升用户体验。
通常来讲,创建订单之后会进入支付页面,即,收件方对目标订单中的物品以及订单运费进行支付。在本申请实施例中,对于不同的配送方式来讲,配送费的计算方式也不相同。对于同城配送方式来讲,计算配送费时,可以先根据收件方的第一地址信息和发件方的第二地址信息计算出发件方和收件方的相对位置,进而根据相对位置计算目标订单的配送费。对于普通订单的处理方式来讲,订单运费可以由发件方进行设置。例如,订单运费由收件方支付,或是按照所选取的第三方配送平台根据发件方和收件方各自所在的地理区域进行计算得出。
前文介绍,判断目标订单属于同城订单之后,还可以在订单确认页面显示确认信息,在本申请可选实施例中,确认信息中除了显示是否选择同城配送的确认信息之外,还可以同步显示同城配送的相关提示信息,该提示信息可以包括同城配送的预估配送时间以及配送费等等。
前文提及,判断目标订单属于同城订单时,则在订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息。实际应用中,可能还会考虑到发件方的配送属性以及收件方的收件属性才可以确定是否可以采用同城配送的方式配送同城订单。
在本申请一可选实施例中,判断目标订单属于同城订单之后,还可以获取目标订单的发件方的配送服务信息;判断配送服务信息中是否包括同城配送服务信息;若配送服务信息中包括同城配送服务信息,则在订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息。
也就是说,在判断目标订单属于同城订单之后,还需判断发件方的配送服务信息中是否包括同城配送服务信息。只有判断发件方的配送服务信息包括同城配送服务信息时,为用户提供是否选择同城配送的确认信息。发件方的配送服务信息通常为预先设置的发件方的物流相关信息,如发件方常用的第三方物流配送平台等。对于本实施例提及的同城配送服务信息可以理解为发件方是否开通同城配送服务,只有在发件方开通同城配送服务的情况下,进一步向用户提供同城配送服务,否则,则可以将目标订单按照普通订单的处理方式进行处理。本申请实施例提供的方法,通过预先确认发件方是否提供同城配送服务,兼顾发件方的物流属性,提升发件方的使用体验。
上述步骤S408提及,还可以根据反馈信息为目标订单分配运力资源。上文介绍,反馈信息中可以包括确认选择同城配送的反馈信息和不选择同城配送的反馈信息,下面分别对不同的情况进行详细说明。
一、确认选择同城配送
当判断反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,为目标订单分配同城运力资源时可以包括S2-1至S2-3。
S2-1,基于订单信息生成同城配送任务。创建同城配送任务时主要是基于收件方的第一地址信息和发件方的第二地址信息进行创建。当然除上述之外,还可以包括订单信息中的物品类型以及重量等,以便于选取配送时所需要的运力资源,如配送车辆的 大小等。
S2-2,在同城运力资源集合中确定目标运力资源。本实施例中的目标运力资源可以是执行配送任务的相关配送人员,确定目标运力资源时,可以根据收件方的第一地址信息和/或发件方的第二地址信息确定同城运力资源集合,进而在其中确定目标运力资源。举例来讲,可以根据第一地址信息确定发件方的地理位置,获取该地理位置指定范围内的同城运力资源集合,假设同城运力资源集合中的同城运力资源为一个时,可以直接将该同城运力资源作为目标运力资源。假设同城运力资源集合中的同城运力资源为多个时,还可以获取各同城运力资源的运力能力,如在当天或其他时间周期内的配送任务量、配送评价、平均配送时长、常配送目的地等信息从多个同城运力资源中选取出适合当前同城配送任务的同城运力资源作为目标运力资源。
S2-3,将同城配送任务分配至目标运力资源以执行配送任务。
确定目标运力资源之后,即可将同城配送任务分配至目标运力资源,由目标运力资源执行该同城配送任务。可选地,将同城配送任务分配至该目标运力资源之后,还可以包括S2-4至S2-5。
S2-4,获取同城配送任务的任务进程信息。
S2-5,将任务进程信息发送至发件方和/或收件方进行同步显示。
例如,任务进程信息可以包括目标运力资源当前位置、距离发件方距离、是否完成取件、是否开始配送、距离收件方距离等信息。获取到任务进程信息之后可将其在发件方以及收件方进行显示,以便于双方了解配送进度。本实施例所提及的创建同城配送任务的过程可以与上文提及的支付进程异步进行。
二、确认不选择同城配送
当判断反馈信息中未包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,为目标订单分配运力资源时可以包括S3-1至S3-3。
S3-1,将目标订单发送至发件方。如果反馈信息中未包括选择同城配送的确认指令,则按照普通订单的处理方式处理目标订单,此时,需要发件方处理目标订单以安排后续配送流程。
S3-2,获取发件方上传的目标订单的运力资源信息。由于目标订单为采用普通订单的处理方式,需要发件方上传其配送信息,如进行配送的第三方物流平台以及该平台的物流单号等。
S3-3,根据运力资源信息识别目标订单的配送进程信息,将配送进程信息发送至发件方和/或收件方进行显示。
基于发件方上传的物流单号可以识别负责配送目标订单中物品的第三方物流平台,并进一步获取该第三方物流平台所执行的配送进程,进而可以将配送进程信息发送至发件方和/或收件方进行显示。
图5是根据本申请另一可选实施例的订单处理方法流程示意图,参见图5可知,本申请实施例提供的订单处理方法可以包括:
步骤S502,获取订单确认页面中目标订单的订单信息;其中,订单信息中包括收件方信息,如收件方的第一地址信息,发件方信息,如发件方的标识信息。
步骤S504,根据收件方信息和发件方信息判断目标订单是否为同城订单。具体地,可以根据发件方的标识信息获取发件方的第二地址信息,并识别出第一地址信息所属的城市X,和第二地址信息所属的城市Y,其中,城市X可作为收件方所处城市,城 市Y可作为发件方所处的城市,判断城市X和城市Y是否为同一城市,即可确定目标订单是否处于同城订单。若是,则执行步骤S506;若否,则执行步骤S518。其中,通过判断第一地址信息所属的第一地理区域和第二地址信息所属的第二地理区域是否属于同一预设区域,可以确定城市X和城市Y是否为同一城市。
步骤S506,获取发件方的配送服务信息,判断配送服务信息中是否包括同城配送服务信息;即,判断发件方是否支持同城配送服务。若是,则执行步骤S508;若否,则执行步骤S518。
步骤S508,在订单确认页面中生成并显示是否选择同城配送的确认信息;另外,还可以预估同城配送的配送时长以及配送费随确认信息进行同步提示。确认信息的显示方式可参见图2,当然,实际应用中,还可以根据不同的需求调整确认信息的显示内容以及显示方式,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
步骤S510,获取确认信息的反馈信息,判断反馈信息中是否包括预设的确认指令,若是,则执行步骤S512;若否,则执行步骤S518。以图2所示为例,可以获取发件方在订单确认页面的确认信息显示框的操作信息,当该操作信息中包括针对“是”这一操作按键的触发信息时,即表示反馈信息中包括预设的确认指令;否则,反馈信息中不包括预设的确认指令。
步骤S512,为目标订单分配同城运力资源并生成目标订单。
步骤S514,进入支付页面,同时创建同城配送任务,并确定执行该同城配送任务的目标运力资源。
步骤S516,获取同城配送任务的任务进程信息,将任务进程信息发送至发件方和/或收件方进行同步显示。其中,任务进程信息可以包括目标运力资源当前位置、配送进度、目标运力资源距离发件方距离、是否完成取件、是否开始配送、距离收件方距离等信息。
步骤S518,根据订单信息生成目标订单。
步骤S520,将目标订单发送至发件方,获取发件方上传的目标订单的配送信息,例如,进行配送的第三方物流平台以及该平台的物流单号等。
步骤S522,根据配送信息识别目标订单的配送进程信息,将配送进程信息发送至发件方和/或收件方进行显示。
本申请实施例提供了一种订单处理方法,通过在订单确认页面获取到目标订单的订单信息之后判断目标订单是否属于同城订单,另外,当目标订单属于同城订单之后,可以在订单确认页面中生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息,由用户选择是否进行同城配送,进而根据用户的选择为目标订单分配运力资源。基于本申请实施例提供的方法,将电商平台与同城配送服务相结合,不仅建设成本较低,而且对于属于同城订单来讲,当用户选择同城配送时,可有效提升配送时效,极大地缩短物流配送时间,进一步提升用户体验。
基于同一发明构思,本申请实施例还提供了一种订单处理装置,如图6所示,该装置可以包括:
页面创建模块610,用于创建目标订单对应的订单确认页面;
信息显示模块620,用于接收是否选择同城配送的确认信息,并在所述订单确认页面显示所述确认信息;其中,所述确认信息为判断所述目标订单属于同城订单时接收;
订单创建模块630,用于检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,结合所述反馈信息生成所 述目标订单;其中,所述目标订单中具有根据所述反馈信息分配的目标运力资源。
在另一个实施例中,如图7所示,所述订单创建模块630可以包括:
检测单元631,用于基于所述订单确认页面检测所述确认信息的反馈信息;
其中,所述反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令;或,所述反馈信息中包括不选择同城配送的确认指令。
在另一个实施例中,如图7所示,上述装置还可以包括:
推荐模块640,用于检测所述确认信息的反馈信息之后,基于所述订单确认页面推荐可同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;
响应于用户指令在所述至少一个同城发件方选择目标发件方。
在另一个实施例中,所述订单创建模块630还可以用于:
检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,并判断所述反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,将同城运力资源作为目标运力资源;
在所述订单确认页面中显示所述目标运力资源的运费信息;
结合所述运费信息和所述反馈信息生成所述目标订单。
在另一个实施例中,如图7所示,上述装置还可以包括:
查询模块650,用于检测到预先创建的用于查询所述目标运力资源的查询接口被触发时,显示所述目标运力资源的配送信息;
所述配送信息包括所述目标订单的配送进程信息。
基于同一发明构思,本申请实施例还提供了一种订单处理装置,如图8所示,该订单处理装置可以包括:
信息获取模块810,用于获取订单确认页面中目标订单的订单信息;
第一判断模块820,用于根据订单信息判断目标订单是否属于同城订单;
信息生成模块830,用于当判断目标订单属于同城订单时,则在订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息;
运力资源分配模块840,用于获取确认信息的反馈信息,根据反馈信息为目标订单分配运力资源。
在本申请一可选实施例中,运力资源分配模块840还可以用于:
获取确认信息的反馈信息,判断反馈信息中是否包括选择同城配送的确认指令;
当判断反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,则为目标订单分配同城运力资源。
在本申请一可选实施例中,如图9所示,上述装置还可以包括:
推荐模块850,用于判断反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令之后,在订单确认页面中推荐可同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;
根据用户的指令在至少一个同城发件方中确定目标发件方。
在本申请一可选实施例中,第一判断模块820还可以用于:
获取订单信息中的收件方信息和发件方信息;收件方信息包括收件方的第一地址信 息,发件方包括发件方的标识信息;
根据发件方的标识信息获取发件方的第二地址信息;
根据第一地址信息和第二地址信息判断目标订单是否属于同城订单。
在本申请一可选实施例中,如图9所示,上述装置还可以包括:
第二判断模块860,用于获取目标订单的发件方的配送服务信息;

任务更新模块870,用于获取同城配送任务的任务进程信息;
将任务进程信息发送至发件方和/或收件方进行同步显示。
在本申请一可选实施例中,运力资源分配模块840还可以用于:
当判断反馈信息中未包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,则将目标订单发送至发件方;
获取发件方上传的目标订单的运力资源信息;
根据运力资源信息识别目标订单的配送进程信息,将配送进程信息发送至发件方和/或收件方进行显示。

在示例性实施例中,参见图10,还提供了一种计算设备,该计算设备包括通信总线、处理器、存储器和通信接口,还可以包括、输入输出接口和显示设备,其中,各个功能单元之间可以通过总线完成相互间的通信。该存储器存储有计算机程序,处理器,用于执行存储器上所存放的程序,执行上述实施例中的订单处理方法的步骤。

  1. 一种订单处理方法,包括:
    创建目标订单对应的订单确认页面;
    接收是否选择同城配送的确认信息,并在所述订单确认页面显示所述确认信息;其中,所述确认信息为判断所述目标订单属于同城订单时接收;
    检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,结合所述反馈信息生成所述目标订单;其中,所述目标订单中具有根据所述反馈信息分配的目标运力资源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,包括:
    基于所述订单确认页面检测所述确认信息的反馈信息;
    其中,所述反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令;或,所述反馈信息中包括不选择同城配送的确认指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述检测所述确认信息的反馈信息之后,还包括:
    基于所述订单确认页面推荐能够进行同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;
    响应于用户指令在所述至少一个同城发件方选择目标发件方。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,结合所述反馈信息生成所述目标订单,包括:
    检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,并判断所述反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,将同城运力资源作为所述目标运力资源;
    在所述订单确认页面中显示所述目标运力资源的运费信息;
    结合所述运费信息和所述反馈信息生成所述目标订单。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,结合所述反馈信息生成所述目标订单之后,还包括:
    检测到预先创建的用于查询所述目标运力资源的查询接口被触发时,显示所述目标运力资源的配送信息;
    所述配送信息包括所述目标订单的配送进程信息。
  6. 一种订单处理方法,包括:
    获取订单确认页面中目标订单的订单信息;
    根据所述订单信息判断所述目标订单是否属于同城订单;
    若判断所述目标订单属于同城订单,则在所述订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息;
    获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息为所述目标订单分配运力资源。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息为所述目标订单分配运力资源,包括:
    获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,判断所述反馈信息中是否包括选择同城配送的确认指令;
    若所述反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令,则为所述目标订单分配同城运力资源。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,判断所述反馈信息中是否包括选择同城配送的确认指令之后,还包括:
    若所述反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令,则在所述订单确认页面中推荐能够进行同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;
    根据用户的指令在所述至少一个同城发件方中确定目标发件方。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述订单信息判断所述目标订单是否属于同城订单,包括:
    获取所述订单信息中的收件方信息和发件方信息;所述收件方信息包括收件方的 第一地址信息,所述发件方包括发件方的标识信息;
    根据所述发件方的标识信息获取所述发件方的第二地址信息;
    判断所述第一地址信息和所述第二地址信息是否属于同一城市,以判断所述目标订单是否属于同城订单。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述判断所述目标订单属于同城订单之后,还包括:
    获取所述目标订单的发件方的配送服务信息;
    判断所述配送服务信息中是否包括同城配送服务信息;
    若所述配送服务信息中包括同城配送服务信息,则在所述订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的方法,其中,所述为所述目标订单分配同城运力资源,包括:
    基于所述订单信息生成同城配送任务;
    在同城运力资源集合中确定目标运力资源;
    将所述同城配送任务分配至所述目标运力资源以执行所述同城配送任务。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述将所述同城配送任务分配至所述目标运力资源以执行所述同城配送任务之后,还包括:
    获取所述同城配送任务的任务进程信息;
    将所述任务进程信息发送至所述发件方和/或所述收件方进行同步显示。
  13. 根据权利要求7-12任一项所述的方法,其中,所述获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,判断所述反馈信息中是否包括选择同城配送的确认指令,还包括:
    若所述反馈信息中不包括选择同城配送的确认指令,则将所述目标订单发送至所述发件方;
    获取所述发件方上传的所述目标订单的运力资源信息;
    根据所述运力资源信息识别所述目标订单的配送进程信息,将所述配送进程信息发送至所述发件方和/或所述收件方进行显示。
  14. 一种订单处理装置,包括:
    页面创建模块,用于创建任一物品对应的订单确认页面;
    信息显示模块,用于接收是否选择同城配送的确认信息,并在所述订单确认页面显示所述确认信息;
    订单创建模块,用于检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,结合所述反馈信息生成目标订单;其中,所述目标订单中具有根据所述反馈信息分配的目标运力资源。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述订单创建模块包括:
    检测单元,用于基于所述订单确认页面检测所述确认信息的反馈信息;
    其中,所述反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令;或,所述反馈信息中包括不选择同城配送的确认指令。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,还包括:
    推荐模块,用于检测所述确认信息的反馈信息之后,基于所述订单确认页面推荐能够进行同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;
    响应于用户指令在所述至少一个同城发件方选择目标发件方。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述订单创建模块还用于:
    检测所述确认信息的反馈信息,并判断所述反馈信息包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,将同城运力资源作为所述目标运力资源;
    在所述订单确认页面中显示所述目标运力资源的运费信息;
    结合所述运费信息和所述反馈信息生成目标订单。
  18. 根据权利要求14-17任一项所述的装置,还包括:
    查询模块,用于检测到预先创建的用于查询所述目标运力资源的查询接口被触发时,显示所述目标运力资源的配送信息;
    所述配送信息包括所述目标订单的配送进程信息。
  19. 一种订单处理装置,包括:
    信息获取模块,用于获取订单确认页面中目标订单的订单信息;
    第一判断模块,用于根据所述订单信息判断所述目标订单是否属于同城订单;
    信息生成模块,用于当判断所述目标订单属于同城订单时,则在所述订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息;
    运力资源分配模块,用于获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,根据所述反馈信息为所述目标订单分配运力资源。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,所述运力资源分配模块还用于:
    获取所述确认信息的反馈信息,判断所述反馈信息中是否包括选择同城配送的确认指令;
    当判断所述反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,则为所述目标订单分配同城运力资源。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,还包括:
    推荐模块,用于判断所述反馈信息中包括选择同城配送的确认指令之后,在所述订单确认页面中推荐能够进行同城配送的至少一个同城发件方;
    根据用户的指令在所述至少一个同城发件方中确定目标发件方。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,所述第一判断模块还用于:
    获取所述订单信息中的收件方信息和发件方信息;所述收件方信息包括收件方的第一地址信息,所述发件方包括发件方的标识信息;
    根据所述发件方的标识信息获取所述发件方的第二地址信息;
    根据所述第一地址信息和所述第二地址信息判断所述目标订单是否属于同城订单。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,还包括:
    第二判断模块,用于获取所述目标订单的发件方的配送服务信息;
    判断所述配送服务信息中是否包括同城配送服务信息;
    若所述配送服务信息中包括同城配送服务信息,则在所述订单确认页面生成是否选择同城配送的确认信息。
  24. 根据权利要求20-23任一项所述的装置,其中,所述运力资源分配模块还用于:
    基于所述订单信息生成同城配送任务;
    在同城运力资源集合中确定目标运力资源;
    将所述同城配送任务分配至所述目标运力资源以执行所述同城配送任务。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,还包括:
    任务更新模块,用于获取所述同城配送任务的任务进程信息;
    将所述任务进程信息发送至所述发件方和/或所述收件方进行同步显示。
  26. 根据权利要求20-23任一项所述的装置,其中,所述运力资源分配模块还用于:
    当判断所述反馈信息中未包括选择同城配送的确认指令时,则将所述目标订单发送至所述发件方;
    获取所述发件方上传的所述目标订单的运力资源信息;
    根据所述运力资源信息识别所述目标订单的配送进程信息,将所述配送进程信息发送至所述发件方和/或所述收件方进行显示。
  27. 一种终端设备,包括存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器存储有计算机程序,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求1至5中任一项所述方法的步骤。
  28. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至5中任一项所述方法的步骤。
  29. 一种计算设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求6至13中任一项所述方法的步骤。
  30. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求6至13中任一项所述方法的步骤。
