如附图所示,一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架,设有门型架体,其特征在于所述的门型架体上设有更换组件,所述的更换组件包括驱动电机1、第一主动齿轮2、第二主动齿轮3、上从动齿轮4、下从动齿轮5、内皮带6、外皮带7、上托辊8和下托辊9,所述的门型架体包括横向支架10、左支架11和右支架12,所述的左支架11和右支架12之间设有相互呈竖直方向平行的上托辊8和下托辊9,上托辊8和下托辊9的左端经轴承与左支架11相连接,上托辊8和下托辊9的右端穿过右支架12上设有通孔内的轴承分别与上从动齿轮4和下从动齿轮5相连接,所述的门型架体中的横向支架10上设有与横向支架10连接的驱动电机1,驱动电机1的输出轴上并列设有第一主动齿轮2和第二主动齿轮3,第一主动齿轮2经内皮带6套在上从动齿轮4上,第二主动齿轮3经外皮带7套在下从动齿轮5上,所述的上托辊8上缠绕待更换新皮带13,下托辊9上缠绕旧皮带14,通过驱动电机1带动上托辊8和下托辊9同步转动进行上托辊8新皮带13的释放和下托辊9旧皮带14的缠绕。
进一步,所述的上托辊8和下托辊9的辊面上分别设有上过渡连接带15和下过渡连接带16,所述的上过渡连接带15的一端与上托辊8固定连接,上过渡连接带15的另一端与新皮带13相连接,所述的下过渡连接带16的一端与下托辊9相连接,下过渡连接带16的另一端与旧皮带14相连接,通过上过渡连接带15和下过渡连接带16实现上托辊8和下托辊9分别与新皮带13和旧皮带14连接。
进一步,所述的上过渡连接带15与新皮带13之间和下过渡连接带16与旧皮带14 之间经连接卡子17相连接,所述的连接卡子17设为工字型,工字型的连接卡子17包括上连接板18、下连接板19和支撑板20,所述的支撑板20的上下两端分别与上连接板18和下连接板19相连接,所述的支撑板20左右两侧的上连接板18和下连接板19上分别设有对应的连接孔,连接孔内设有连接螺栓,新皮带13和旧皮带14分别插进支撑板20两侧的凹槽21内并经穿过连接孔内的螺栓锁紧在工字型连接卡子17内。
进一步,所述的工字型的连接卡子17的上连接板18的连接孔外侧设有沉头孔22,工字型的连接卡子17的下连接板19的连接孔外侧设有螺母沉孔23,沉头孔22和螺母沉孔23使工字型连接卡子17呈平面状,避免卷曲的过程中影响拖动效果。
进一步,所述的工字型的连接卡子17中上连接板18和下连接板19呈与上托辊8和下托辊9相同弧度的弧形,方便工字型的连接卡子17与上托辊8和下托辊9以及皮带机上缠绕皮带的托辊相配合,方便皮带的拖动。
进一步,所述的驱动电机1设为正反转电机,通过正反转电机控制旧皮带14的更换和新皮带13的缠绕,以及旧皮带14的卸下和新皮带13的更换。
进一步,所述的上托辊8和下托辊9的两端分别设有上挡板24和下挡板25,所述的上挡板24和下挡板25分别限制缠绕和释放皮带的方向,方便皮带方向的定位。
进一步,所述的门型架体中的横向支架10中部设有激光灯座26,激光灯座26的前后两侧分别安装激光灯27,通过激光灯27发射的激光线观察皮带缠绕或释放情况,出现偏移可及时更正。
进一步,所述的门型架体中左支架11和右支架12的下端分别设有横向底座28,横向底座28的下端设有与横向底座28连接的万向轮29,横向底座28的前后两侧分别设有斜撑杆30,斜撑杆30分别与左支架11与横向底座28或右支架12与横向底座28之间相互连接,通过斜撑杆30增大整体稳定性。
本发明的更换方法的步骤如下:首先将该专用支架通过横向底座28上的万向轮29移动至皮带机中部位置,打开激光灯27,通过激光灯27发射的激光线处于皮带机中部位置,同时观察皮带缠绕或释放情况,出现偏移可及时更正,将然后将皮带机上的旧皮带14切割开,切割后的旧皮带14的两端连接工字型的连接卡子17位置打孔,然后将切割后的前侧的旧皮带14端部经连接卡子17与上托辊8上的新皮带13相连接,然后将切割后的后侧的旧皮带14端部经连接卡子17与下托辊9上的上过渡连接带15相连接,再启动驱动电机1正转,驱动电机1带动上托辊8和下托辊9同步转动,上托辊8转动将新皮带13卸下,下托辊9转动将旧皮带14缠绕收纳,出现偏移可及时更正,当旧皮带14收纳完成,新皮带 13释放完成后,分别将新皮带13与旧皮带14之间连接的工字型的连接卡子17卸下,将新皮带13与上过渡连接带15之间的连接卡子17卸下,再将卸下后的新皮带13的两端相互连接,实现了新皮带13的更换,更换完成后移走该专用支架,再通过启动驱动电机1反转,将上托辊8上的上过渡连接到通过工字型的连接卡子17与新皮带13的一端相连接,缠绕新的需要待更换的皮带,下托辊9将旧皮带14通过电机反转卸下,待需要再进行皮带更换时,将该专用支架直接移动即可,由于采用上述结构及更换皮带方法,具有结构简单、使用方便、安装效率高、安装效果好、安全性高等优点。
上述所述的更换方法中,工字型的连接卡子17的两端分别插入新皮带13、旧皮带14或上过渡连接带15、下过渡连接带16,分别实现了新皮带13与旧皮带14、新皮带13与上过渡连接带15、旧皮带14与下过渡连接带16之间的连接,同时可以初步设为图2中驱动电机1正转为上托辊8和下托辊9顺时针方向旋转,而且上托辊8顺时针旋转为皮带释放过程,下托辊9顺时针转动为皮带收纳缠绕过程,上托辊8的前侧方向与旧皮带14的一端连接,下托辊9的后侧方向与旧皮带14的另一端相连接,旧皮带14的两端分别设在门型架体的前后两侧,通过电机转动可同时进行新皮带13的释放和旧皮带14的收纳,下托辊9拉动旧皮带14的收纳,工字型的连接卡子17可以设在皮带的连接端面的中部和两端,方便连接固定同时也方便拆卸,在更换皮带的过程中,皮带机自身的托辊不受驱动设备控制,其可自由转动,可被下托辊拉动旧皮带的过程中转动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架,设有门型架体,其特征在于所述的门型架体上设有更换组件,所述的更换组件包括驱动电机、第一主动齿轮、第二主动齿轮、上从动齿轮、下从动齿轮、内皮带、外皮带、上托辊和下托辊,所述的门型架体包括横向支架、左支架和右支架,所述的左支架和右支架之间设有相互呈竖直方向平行的上托辊和下托辊,上托辊和下托辊的左端经轴承与左支架相连接,上托辊和下托辊的右端穿过右支架上设有通孔内的轴承分别与上从动齿轮和下从动齿轮相连接,所述的门型架体中的横向支架上设有与横向支架连接的驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴上并列设有第一主动齿轮和第二主动齿轮,第一主动齿轮经内皮带套在上从动齿轮上,第二主动齿轮经外皮带套在下从动齿轮上,所述的上托辊上缠绕待更换新皮带,下托辊上缠绕旧皮带,通过驱动电机带动上托辊和下托辊同步转动进行上托辊新皮带的释放和下托辊旧皮带的缠绕。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架,其特征在于所述的上托辊和下托辊的辊面上分别设有上过渡连接带和下过渡连接带,所述的上过渡连接带的一端与上托辊固定连接,上过渡连接带的另一端与新皮带相连接,所述的下过渡连接带的一端与下托辊相连接,下过渡连接带的另一端与旧皮带相连接,通过上过渡连接带和下过渡连接带实现上托辊和下托辊分别与新皮带和旧皮带连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架,其特征在于所述的上过渡连接带与新皮带之间和下过渡连接带与旧皮带之间经连接卡子相连接,所述的连接卡子设为工字型,工字型的连接卡子包括上连接板、下连接板和支撑板,所述的支撑板的上下两端分别与上连接板和下连接板相连接,所述的支撑板左右两侧的上连接板和下连接板上分别设有对应的连接孔,连接孔内设有连接螺栓,新皮带和旧皮带分别插进支撑板两侧的凹槽内并经穿过连接孔内的螺栓锁紧在工字型连接卡子内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架,其特征在于所述的工字型的连接卡子的上连接板的连接孔外侧设有沉头孔,工字型的连接卡子的下连接板的连接孔外侧设有螺母沉孔,沉头孔和螺母沉孔使工字型连接卡子呈平面状。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架,其特征在于所述的工字型的连接卡子中上连接板和下连接板呈与上托辊和下托辊相同弧度的弧形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架,其特征在于所述的驱动电机设为正反转电机。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架,其特征在于所述的上托辊和下托辊的两端分别设有上挡板和下挡板,所述的上挡板和下挡板分别限制缠绕和释放皮带的方 向。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架,其特征在于所述的门型架体中的横向支架中部设有激光灯座,激光灯座的前后两侧分别安装激光灯,通过激光灯发射的激光线观察皮带缠绕或释放情况,出现偏移可及时更正。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架,其特征在于所述的门型架体中左支架和右支架的下端分别设有横向底座,横向底座的下端设有与横向底座连接的万向轮,横向底座的前后两侧分别设有斜撑杆,斜撑杆分别与左支架与横向底座或右支架与横向底座之间相互连接。
  10. 一种皮带机更换皮带专用支架的更换皮带方法,其特征在于更换方法的步骤如下:首先将该专用支架通过横向底座上的万向轮移动至皮带机中部位置,打开激光灯,通过激光灯发射的激光线处于皮带机中部位置,同时观察皮带缠绕或释放情况,出现偏移可及时更正,将然后将皮带机上的旧皮带切割开,切割后的旧皮带的两端连接工字型的连接卡子位置打孔,然后将切割后的前侧的旧皮带端部经连接卡子与上托辊上的新皮带相连接,然后将切割后的后侧的旧皮带端部经连接卡子与下托辊上的上过渡连接带相连接,再启动驱动电机正转,驱动电机带动上托辊和下托辊同步转动,上托辊转动将新皮带卸下,下托辊转动将旧皮带缠绕收纳,出现偏移可及时更正,当旧皮带收纳完成,新皮带释放完成后,分别将新皮带与旧皮带之间连接的工字型的连接卡子卸下,将新皮带与上过渡连接带之间的连接卡子卸下,再将卸下后的新皮带的两端相互连接,实现了新皮带的更换,更换完成后移走该专用支架,再通过启动驱动电机反转,将上托辊上的上过渡连接到通过工字型的连接卡子与新皮带的一端相连接,缠绕新的需要待更换的皮带,下托辊将旧皮带通过电机反转卸下,待需要再进行皮带更换时,将该专用支架直接移动即可。
