一种翻盘分拣机 技术领域
本发明涉及分拣机技术领域,尤其涉及一种翻盘分拣机。
背景技术
自动分拣机是物流行业的关键性设备,对于实现物流件的准确、快速送达起到不可替代的重要作用,因此,分拣机的可靠性、效率以及成本影响着物流行业的生产效率和经营利润。
其中,自动分拣机分为翻盘分拣机以及交叉带分拣机,交叉带分拣机无法兼容翻滚、轻薄等异形件的分拣,而翻盘分拣机在能够处理常规形状的物件分拣的同时,还能够兼容翻滚、轻薄等异形件的分拣,另外,翻盘分拣机还可用于商超、生鲜、服装等行业的配货分拣,适用范围广。
目前,翻盘分拣机一般都是通过杠杆转臂式结构实现翻转,存在结构复杂、对货物抛掷冲击现象严重的问题,为此,需要对现有的翻盘分拣机进行结构改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种翻盘分拣机,其能够有效减小货物倾斜时的冲击力,以有效避免货物抛掷受损。
本发明的目的采用如下技术方案实现:
一种翻盘分拣机,包括轨道、翻盘分拣小车、卸载装置、驱动装置以及牵引装置;翻盘分拣小车安装于所述轨道上,所述翻盘分拣小车包括底座、联动部件、固设于所述联动部件的托盘以及配置于所述底座的底部的行走轮,所述联动部件能够转动地安装于所述底座上,以带动所述托盘翻转,使所述托盘在 能够载货的第一状态以及能够卸货的第二状态之间切换,所述底座上配置有锁止部件,所述联动部件开设有导向槽,所述锁止部件与所述导向槽可滑动配合,当所述锁止部件与所述导向槽的第一端配合时,所述锁止部件锁止所述联动部件并使所述托盘处于所述第一状态,当所述锁止部件与所述导向槽的第二端配合时,所述锁止部件锁止翻转后的所述联动部件并使所述托盘处于所述第二状态,所述行走轮与所述轨道活动配合;所述卸载装置位于所述轨道的第一侧,所述卸载装置用于驱动所述联动部件转动,以翻转所述托盘;所述牵引装置与所述翻盘分拣小车连接;所述驱动装置与所述牵引装置传动连接,以驱动所述翻盘分拣小车在所述轨道上行走。
进一步地,所述卸载装置的输出端能够在与所述联动部件接触配合以及与所述联动部件脱离配合的状态之间切换。
进一步地,所述卸载装置包括直线伸缩机构、导向块以及沿所述直线伸缩机构的伸缩方向布置的导轨,所述导向块与所述直线伸缩机构的活动端固定,且所述导向块与所述导轨可滑动配合,所述导向块的顶部配置有第一斜面,所述联动部件配置有能够与所述第一斜面配合的拨动件。
进一步地,所述拨动件为可转动地配置于所述联动部件上的滚轮,所述滚轮与所述第一斜面滚动配合。
进一步地,所述联动部件还开设有锁止凹槽,所述锁止凹槽位于所述导向槽的第一端并与所述导向槽相连通,所述锁止部件能够在与所述锁止凹槽配合以及与所述锁止凹槽脱离配合之间切换。
进一步地,所述导向槽的槽宽尺寸比所述锁止部件的外径大,所述锁止凹槽位于所述导向槽的顶壁,并且所述锁止凹槽的开口与所述导向槽的底壁相对;所述翻盘分拣小车还包括抬升部件,所述抬升部件的第一端与所述底座枢转连 接,所述抬升部件的第二端固设有定位轴,所述联动部件与所述定位轴转动连接,所述联动部件的转动中心与所述抬升部件的枢转中心垂直。
进一步地,所述抬升部件包括浮动板以及一对间隔布置的连杆,所述连杆的第一端固设于所述浮动板的第一端,所述连杆的第二端通过转轴与所述底座枢转连接,所述定位轴固设于所述浮动板的第二端。
进一步地,所述联动部件与所述托盘之间配置有支撑座,所述支撑座的顶部配置为倾斜面,所述倾斜面朝向所述托盘的卸货方向向上倾斜,所述托盘靠近其卸货方向的一侧配置有卸货口。
进一步地,所述翻盘分拣机还包括位于所述轨道的第二侧的复位装置,所述复位装置包括复位轨道,所述复位轨道的顶部配置有第二斜面,所述第二斜面能够与处于所述第二状态的所述托盘的底部可滑动配合,以将所述托盘托起并复位至所述第一状态。
进一步地,所述驱动装置为电机,所述牵引装置包括呈环形的牵引链、主动链轮以及从动链轮,所述牵引链绕设于所述主动链轮以及从动链轮,所述电机的输出端与所述主动链轮传动连接。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
通过将托盘配置于联动部件上,联动部件与底座转动连接即可实现托盘的翻转动作,联动部件变换位置时摆动幅度小,托盘从第一状态切换至第二状态所需时间短,有利于提高分拣效率,从而有助于减小格口宽度;
托盘至联动部件的转动中心距离短,待分拣物品所受的抛掷力小,使待分拣物品能够平稳运送至设定格口,不存在待分拣物品受抛掷损坏的现象;
其次,锁止部件与导向槽的配合设置既可使托盘能够稳定运载待分拣物品,又可在托盘翻转的过程中利用锁止部件与导向槽滑动配合而对托盘起到导向的 作用,使托盘的翻转动作更平稳,从而使待分拣物品能够更平稳地运送至设定格口,有利于降低待分拣物品所受的抛掷力,同时,锁止部件与导向槽的配合设置还可对托盘起到限位的作用,避免托盘翻转过度而与轨道或机架接触而影响正常运行;
另外,使翻盘分拣小车与卸载装置分离设置,也即翻盘分拣小车上不设置驱动部件,使翻盘分拣小车整体结构更紧凑,更方便装配以及布局,而且重量也大大降低,使其在轨道上的运行更顺畅、平稳,所需驱动力更小,有助于降低能耗,运行成本更低。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
参见图1-图2,示出了本发明一较佳实施例的一种翻盘分拣机,该翻盘分拣机包括机架1、轨道2、若干翻盘分拣小车3、卸载装置4、驱动装置(图中未示出)、牵引装置、扫描装置6、复位装置7以及控制装置(图中未示出),其中,卸载装置4用于驱动翻盘分拣小车3翻转,以实现卸载待分拣物品,驱动装置驱动牵引装置,使牵引装置牵引翻盘分拣小车3在轨道2上运行,扫描装置6用于读取位于翻盘分拣小车3上的待分拣物品的条形码或二维码,以获取待分拣物品的格口91信息,并利用控制装置控制翻盘分拣小车3运行至相应的格口91位置,而复位装置7用于驱动翻盘分拣小车3复位至可承载待分拣物品的状态。
参见图1-图2,该翻盘分拣机配置有用于给翻盘分拣小车3上货的供件区8 以及用于供翻盘分拣小车3将待分拣物品运送并分拣至设定格口91的分拣区9,供件区8以及分拣区9均配置于机架1的外侧,其中,在供件区8可通过人工上货或自动上货,每一分拣区9均配置有若干沿机架1的长度方向依次设置的滑槽结构,每一滑槽结构均配置有格口91。参见图3,轨道2固定于机架1的顶部,该轨道2优选为能够实现水平循环的环形结构,占地面积小,分拣能力强,当然,在其他实施方式当中,该轨道2具体也可以为直条状结构或异型结构。
具体参见图4以及图5,轨道2具体可为铝型材结构或钣金结构,轨道2包括底板21、侧板22、顶板23以及挡板24,侧板22配置有四块,四块侧板22分别间隔配置于底板21的顶部,相邻侧板22之间围合形成轨道槽,其中,位于外侧的两对侧板22均围合形成第一轨道槽,位于中部的一对侧板22围合形成第二轨道槽,顶板23配置有两块,每块顶板23的第一端与位于底板21外侧的侧板22固定,每块顶板23的第二端延伸至位于底板21的中部的侧板22的上方,且顶板23与底板21相对,挡板24竖直配置于顶板23的内侧,使轨道2形成尽可能封闭的结构,有助于减少异物和灰尘的进入。具体到本实施方式当中,使翻盘分拣小车3的行走轮36与第一轨道槽配合,而使翻盘分拣小车3的导向轮37与第二轨道槽配合,保证了翻盘分拣小车3行走和导向的平稳,也使得翻盘分拣小车3可以承受卸载和复位时的横向力,保证了翻盘分拣小车3卸载物料和复位时的平稳性。
继续参见图1-图2,若干翻盘分拣小车3依次安装于轨道2上,翻盘分拣小车3包括翻盘分拣装置及行走轮36,其中,参见图4-图8,翻盘分拣装置包括底座31、联动部件32以及固设于联动部件32的托盘33;托盘33用于承载待分拣物品;联动部件32能够转动地安装于底座31上,以带动托盘33相对轨道 2左右翻转,使托盘33在能够载货的第一状态以及能够卸货的第二状态之间切换,以能够稳定承载待分拣物品以及能够将待分拣物品分拣至设定格口91;底座31上配置有锁止部件34,联动部件32开设有呈弧形的导向槽322,锁止部件34与导向槽322可滑动配合,当锁止部件34与导向槽322的第一端配合时,锁止部件34锁止联动部件32并使托盘33处于第一状态,起到定位的作用,避免托盘33晃动,从而保证托盘33能够稳定承载待分拣物品,当锁止部件34与导向槽322的第二端配合时,锁止部件34锁止翻转后的联动部件32并使托盘33处于第二状态,起到限位的作用,避免托盘33翻转过度而与轨道2或机架1接触而影响其在轨道2上的正常运行;行走轮36配置于底座31的底部,行走轮36与轨道2活动配合,以使翻盘分拣小车3能够沿着轨道2的延伸方向顺畅运行。
作为优选的实施方式,为使托盘33能够更稳定地承载待分拣物品,联动部件32还开设有锁止凹槽323,该锁止凹槽323位于导向槽322的第一端并与导向槽322相连通,锁止部件34能够在与锁止凹槽323配合以及与锁止凹槽323脱离配合之间切换,既可将托盘33可靠锁止于上述第一状态,又能够供托盘33平稳切换至上述第二状态。
作为优选的实施方式,导向槽322的槽宽尺寸比锁止部件34的外径大,锁止凹槽323位于导向槽322的顶壁,并且锁止凹槽323的开口与导向槽322的底壁相对。
作为优选的实施方式,为解锁锁止部件34与锁止凹槽323之间的配合,翻盘分拣小车3还包括抬升部件35,该抬升部件35的第一端与底座31枢转连接,抬升部件35的第二端固设有定位轴353,联动部件32的定位孔321与定位轴353转动连接,并且定位轴353的端部通过螺栓锁固有用于限位联动部件32的 法兰盘320,以避免联动部件32脱离定位轴353,联动部件32的转动中心与抬升部件35的枢转中心垂直,如此,利用卸载装置4抬升联动部件32远离托盘33的卸货口的一端,而使得抬升部件35带动联动部件32以及托盘33向上运动,从而使锁止部件34与锁止凹槽323分离,解锁两者之间的锁止连接,当联动部件32抬升至使其上的导向槽322的底壁与锁止部件34接触时,联动部件32绕其转动中心转动,从而带动托盘33翻转,实现卸货。当然,在其他实施方式当中,锁止凹槽323也可以配置为深度更浅的凹陷结构,以直接通过利用卸载装置4对联动部件32施加的作用力即可实现锁止部件34与锁止凹槽323之间的配合,当然,这种结构可靠性稍低。
参见图8,抬升部件35包括浮动板351以及一对间隔布置的连杆352,连杆352的第一端固设于浮动板351的第一端,连杆的第二端通过转轴与底座31枢转连接,定位轴353固设于浮动板351的第二端。
作为优选的实施方式,底座31上固设有支撑架310,支撑架310至少包括一对间隔布置的竖板以及配置于一对竖板的顶部的横板,连杆352的第二端配置于一对竖板之间,转轴固设于连杆352的第二端,且转轴的两端分别与一对竖板转动连接,锁止部件34固设于横板上。
参见图4以及图5,行走轮36可配置有一对,一对行走轮36分别配置于底座31的两侧,且一对行走轮36之间呈对角设置(也即错位布置),以使翻盘分拣小车3能够平稳安装于轨道2上。在本实施方式当中,行走轮36优选配置有两对,两对行走轮36间隔配置于底座31的两端,每对行走轮36分别配置于底座31的相对两侧,且行走轮36与轨道2上的第一轨道槽配合,如此,使翻盘分拣小车3能够更稳定地安装于轨道2上,实现待分拣物品的平稳运载。
作为优选的实施方式,底座31的底部还配置有导向轮37,导向轮37位于 底座31的中部位置,导向轮37与轨道2上的第二轨道槽配合,以起到导向的作用,实现翻盘分拣小车3的定向运行。
作为优选的实施方式,联动部件32与托盘33之间配置有支撑座38,支撑座38的顶部配置为倾斜面,该倾斜面朝向托盘33的卸货方向向上倾斜,托盘33靠近其卸货方向的一侧配置有卸货口,如此,使托盘33上的卸货口被抬高,以防止待分拣物品在运送过程中滑落,或者防止待分拣物品在转弯段被离心力甩出去,可实现稳定运载,即可适用于承载形状规则或不易滚动的货品,又可适用于承载可正常分拣轻抛、圆滚等不适合于交叉带分拣机分拣的货品,分拣适应性极强。
作为优选的实施方式,托盘33包括底托板331以及挡板,挡板配置于底托板331的顶部并围绕底托板331的边缘设置,挡板开设有卸货口,底托板331的顶面配置有若干间隔设置的凸起部,能够加强托盘33的机械强度的同时,还可使待分拣物品与底托板331之间形成缝隙,不至于形成局部真空而使待分拣物品与底托板331贴紧,从而保证高效卸载。
作为优选的实施方式,支撑座38包括基板381、竖直并间隔布置于基板381上的第一支撑板382以及第二支撑板383,第一支撑板382和第二支撑板383的顶部均配置有倾斜面,并且第一支撑板382的高度尺寸比第二支撑板383的高度尺寸小,以使托盘33能够在前后方向倾斜一个角度,使前后相邻翻盘分拣小车之间没有阻挡,更方便人工上件;在该基础上,托盘33包括底托板331、第一挡板332以及第二挡板333,第一挡板332以及第二挡板333均配置于底托板331的顶部并围绕底托板331的边缘设置,第一挡板332靠近第一支撑板382,第二挡板333的第一端与第一支撑板382衔接,第二挡板333的第二端延伸至靠近第二支撑板383,并且卸货口与第二支撑板383相对,如此,托盘33可节 省一块挡板,成本更低,同时,更方便待分拣物品的上货操作以及卸货操作。
参见图9,作为优选的实施方式,卸载装置4固设于机架1上,卸载装置4的数量与格口91数量适配,卸载装置4的位置与格口91位置相对,也即卸载装置4与格口91分别配置于轨道2的两侧,在本实施方式当中,卸载装置4位于轨道2的内侧(第一侧),卸载装置4用于驱动联动部件32转动,该卸载装置4的输出端能够在与联动部件32接触配合以及与联动部件32脱离配合的状态之间切换,在翻盘分拣小车3运行至对应格口91位置时能够驱动托盘33朝向轨道2的外侧倾翻,从而使待分拣物品运送至位于轨道2外侧的设定格口91中,同时,在翻盘分拣小车3正常运行时,卸载装置4的输出端不会阻碍翻盘分拣小车3的正常运行。
参见图9-图11,卸载装置4包括基座41、直线伸缩机构、连接块43、导向块44、滑块45、沿直线伸缩机构的伸缩方向布置的导轨46以及固定板47,基座41的底部与机架1固定,直线伸缩机构的固定端以及固定板47均与基座41的顶部固定,直线伸缩机构的活动端配置有连接块43,导向块44与连接块43固定,导向块44与滑块45固定,且滑块45与导轨46可滑动配合,导轨46固定于固定板47上,导向块44的顶部配置有第一斜面441,联动部件32远离托盘33的卸货口的一端配置有能够与第一斜面441配合的拨动件,如此,利用第一斜面441与拨动件的滑动配合而抬升联动部件32,从而使联动部件32实现翻转。在本实施方式中,直线伸缩机构优选为气缸42,以简化结构并降低成本,当然,在其他实施方式中,直线伸缩机构具体也可以为电缸或直线电机或电磁铁等驱动结构。
作为优选的实施方式,拨动件优选为可转动地配置于联动部件32上的滚轮39,滚轮39与第一斜面441滚动配合,以降低拨动件与第一斜面441之间的摩 擦力,使联动部件32的翻转更顺畅,翻转效率更高。当然,拨动件具体也可以为拨动块或拨动板。
参见图12-图14,作为优选的实施方式,翻盘分拣机还包括位于轨道2的外侧(第二侧)的复位装置7,该复位装置7位于分拣区9的尾端(翻盘分拣小车3在轨道2上的运行方向为:分拣区9的首端-分拣区9的尾端),该复位装置7包括复位轨道71,复位轨道71的顶部配置有第二斜面711,该第二斜面711的底端与分拣区9的尾端毗邻,该第二斜面711的高端远离分拣区9的尾端,该第二斜面711能够与处于第二状态的托盘33的底部可滑动配合,使托盘33在翻盘分拣小车3运行过程中能够沿着复位轨道71上升,并带动联动部件32旋转上升并复位至使其上的锁止凹槽323与锁止部件34配合,继而实现将托盘33托起并复位至第一状态,利于纯机械结构作为翻盘分拣小车3的复位装置7,结构简单,耗能低,利于降低运行成本。
作为优选的实施方式,该复位装置7还包括支架72,支架72的第一端与复位轨道71固定,支架72的第二端与机架1的外侧部固定,以能够将复位装置7装配于机架1上。
作为优选的实施方式,驱动装置为配置于机架1内的电机(图中未示出),牵引装置包括呈环形的牵引链53、主动链轮51以及从动链轮52,牵引链53绕设于主动链轮51以及从动链轮52,翻盘分拣小车3的底座31与牵引链53固定连接,电机的输出端与主动链轮51传动连接,如此,实现驱动翻盘分拣小车3在轨道2上行走。
本发明的翻盘分拣装置具有如下优点:
通过将托盘33配置于联动部件32上,联动部件32与底座31转动连接即可实现托盘33的翻转动作,联动部件32变换位置时摆动幅度小,托盘33从第 一状态切换至第二状态所需时间短,有利于提高分拣效率,从而有助于减小格口91宽度;
托盘33至联动部件32的转动中心距离短,待分拣物品所受的抛掷力小,使待分拣物品能够平稳运送至设定格口91,不存在待分拣物品受抛掷损坏的现象;
锁止部件34与导向槽322的配合设置既使托盘33能够稳定运载待分拣物品,又可在托盘33翻转的过程中利用锁止部件34与导向槽322滑动配合而对托盘33起到导向的作用,使托盘33的翻转动作更平稳,从而使待分拣物品能够更平稳地运送至设定格口91,降低待分拣物品所受的抛掷力,同时,锁止部件34与导向槽322的配合设置还可对托盘33起到限位的作用,避免托盘33翻转过度而与轨道2或机架1接触而影响正常运行;
使翻盘分拣小车3与卸载装置4分离设置,也即翻盘分拣小车3上不设置驱动部件,使翻盘分拣小车3整体结构更紧凑,更方便装配以及布局,而且重量也大大降低,使其在轨道2上的运行更顺畅、平稳,所需驱动力更小,有助于降低能耗,运行成本更低;
采用托盘33式承载结构,可适用于正常分拣轻抛、圆滚等不适合于交叉带分拣机分拣的物品,分拣适应性极强;
利于纯机械结构作为翻盘分拣小车3的复位装置7,结构简单,耗能低,利于降低运行成本;
主驱动采用普通的电机驱动牵引链53,翻盘分拣小车3采用纯机械结构,整个系统造价较低,极具经济价值;
翻盘分拣小车3在主环速度1.2m/s时,分拣效率可达8640件/小时,如采用双端供件配置,最大理论处理效率可达17280件/小时,分拣效率高;
可适用于低速率运行,更适合人工供件模式,无需多级供件系统,同时若干格口91滑槽以及轨道2采用一体式设计,系统结构非常紧凑,整个翻盘分拣机包含滑槽袋架一起总宽度在3.5米左右,占地面积小,可灵活布置,尤其适用于场地受限的地方;
设备适用行业:鞋服、书刊、电商、医药、日用消费品、快递、邮政等,可分拣物件类型:规则形状物品,不规则形状物品,软包装物品。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种翻盘分拣机,其特征在于,包括轨道、翻盘分拣小车、卸载装置、驱动装置以及牵引装置;翻盘分拣小车安装于所述轨道上,所述翻盘分拣小车包括底座、联动部件、固设于所述联动部件的托盘以及配置于所述底座的底部的行走轮,所述联动部件能够转动地安装于所述底座上,以带动所述托盘翻转,使所述托盘在能够载货的第一状态以及能够卸货的第二状态之间切换,所述底座上配置有锁止部件,所述联动部件开设有导向槽,所述锁止部件与所述导向槽可滑动配合,当所述锁止部件与所述导向槽的第一端配合时,所述锁止部件锁止所述联动部件并使所述托盘处于所述第一状态,当所述锁止部件与所述导向槽的第二端配合时,所述锁止部件锁止翻转后的所述联动部件并使所述托盘处于所述第二状态,所述行走轮与所述轨道活动配合;所述卸载装置位于所述轨道的第一侧,所述卸载装置用于驱动所述联动部件转动,以翻转所述托盘;所述牵引装置与所述翻盘分拣小车连接;所述驱动装置与所述牵引装置传动连接,以驱动所述翻盘分拣小车在所述轨道上行走。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种翻盘分拣机,其特征在于,所述卸载装置的输出端能够在与所述联动部件接触配合以及与所述联动部件脱离配合的状态之间切换。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种翻盘分拣机,其特征在于,所述卸载装置包括直线伸缩机构、导向块以及沿所述直线伸缩机构的伸缩方向布置的导轨,所述导向块与所述直线伸缩机构的活动端固定,且所述导向块与所述导轨可滑动配合,所述导向块的顶部配置有第一斜面,所述联动部件配置有能够与所述第一斜面配合的拨动件。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种翻盘分拣机,其特征在于,所述拨动件为可转动 地配置于所述联动部件上的滚轮,所述滚轮与所述第一斜面滚动配合。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种翻盘分拣机,其特征在于,所述联动部件还开设有锁止凹槽,所述锁止凹槽位于所述导向槽的第一端并与所述导向槽相连通,所述锁止部件能够在与所述锁止凹槽配合以及与所述锁止凹槽脱离配合之间切换。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种翻盘分拣机,其特征在于,所述导向槽的槽宽尺寸比所述锁止部件的外径大,所述锁止凹槽位于所述导向槽的顶壁,并且所述锁止凹槽的开口与所述导向槽的底壁相对;所述翻盘分拣小车还包括抬升部件,所述抬升部件的第一端与所述底座枢转连接,所述抬升部件的第二端固设有定位轴,所述联动部件与所述定位轴转动连接,所述联动部件的转动中心与所述抬升部件的枢转中心垂直。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种翻盘分拣机,其特征在于,所述抬升部件包括浮动板以及一对间隔布置的连杆,所述连杆的第一端固设于所述浮动板的第一端,所述连杆的第二端通过转轴与所述底座枢转连接,所述定位轴固设于所述浮动板的第二端。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种翻盘分拣机,其特征在于,所述联动部件与所述托盘之间配置有支撑座,所述支撑座的顶部配置为倾斜面,所述倾斜面朝向所述托盘的卸货方向向上倾斜,所述托盘靠近其卸货方向的一侧配置有卸货口。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种翻盘分拣机,其特征在于,所述翻盘分拣机还包括位于所述轨道的第二侧的复位装置,所述复位装置包括复位轨道,所述复位轨道的顶部配置有第二斜面,所述第二斜面能够与处于所述第二状态的所述托盘的底部可滑动配合,以将所述托盘托起并复位至所述第一状态。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种翻盘分拣机,其特征在于,所述驱动装置为电机,所述牵引装置包括呈环形的牵引链、主动链轮以及从动链轮,所述牵引链绕设于所述主动链轮以及从动链轮,所述电机的输出端与所述主动链轮传动连接。
