本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种发声器件。
背景技术
为适应各种音响设备与信息通信设备的小型化、多功能化发展,要求该类设备中所使用的发声器件对应更加趋于小型化,使所述发声器件与周边其他元件的配合更加紧凑。特别随着移动电话轻薄化发展的需求,对其中所使用的发声器件的质量要求也越来越高。
相关技术中,发声器件包括盆架、收容于盆架的振动系统、固定于盆架并具有磁间隙的磁路系统以及前盖。然而,盆架和前盖都是塑料,二者通过塑料烫点固定,这种固定方式易导致前盖脱落。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种发声器件,该发声器件的前盖不易脱落。

如图1至图10所示,所述发声器件包括盆架1、收容于所述盆架1的振动系统3、固定于所述盆架1并具有磁间隙5A的磁路系统5以及固定于所述盆架1的前盖6,所述磁路系统5用于驱动所述振动系统3振动发声。
所述盆架1由金属材料制成。
所述振动系统3包括振膜31以及插入所述磁间隙5A以驱动所述振膜31振动发声的音圈33。其中,所述音圈33与外部电路电连接,所述音圈33通电后,所述音圈33在所述磁路系统5磁场的作用下振动,与此同时,所述音圈33带动所述振膜31振动发声。

如图3所示,所述主体部341呈环状结构,所述第一延伸部343自所述主体部341的外周缘延伸形成,所述第二延伸部345自所述主体部341的内周缘延伸形成。环状结构的所述主体部341有利于减轻所述骨架34的整体重量以降低发声器件的振动质量,从而有利于提高发声器件的灵敏度。
在本实施例中,所述第二延伸部345上设有多个豁口347,多个所述豁口347将所述第二延伸部345分隔为多个隔离岛345A。也就是说,所述音圈33固定于所述第二延伸部345的多个隔离岛345A。通过设置多个豁口347使得所述音圈33固定于所述第二延伸部345后,所述音圈33与所述第二延伸部345之间具有气流通道,该气流通道可以在发声器件振动时平衡发声器件内的气压,从而有利于提高发声器件的声学性能。

在本实施例中,其中一所述柔性电路板71还包括自所述固定部713向所述振膜方向弯折延伸的焊盘部717,所述焊盘部717上设有与所述音圈33的引线电连接。一方面,所述柔性电路板71起支撑固定所述振动系统3的作用,另一方面所述柔性电路板71的所述固持部711和所述焊盘部717上均设有焊盘(图未示),所述弹性臂715和所述固定部713内设有导电路径以电性连接所述固持部711和所述焊盘部717上的焊盘,其中,所述焊盘部717上的焊盘与所述音圈33的引线连接起电性连接所述音圈33的作用,所述固持部711上的焊盘与外部电路连接,以使得所述音圈33通过所述柔性电路板71与外部电路电连接,发声器件工作时,外部电路的电信号通过所述柔性电路板71传输至所述音圈33。
可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述柔性电路板71还可以不包括焊盘部,相应地,与所述音圈33的引线电连接的焊盘设置在所述固定部上。
所述辅助振膜73包括固设于所述固持部711远离所述盆架1一侧的第一部分731、固定于所述固定部713远离所述第一延伸部343一侧的第二部分733及连接所述第一部分731和所述第二部分733的折环735,所述折环735向背离所述柔性电路板71的方向凸起。所述辅助振膜73的设置可以提高发声器件的声学性能。
所述磁路系统5包括固持于所述盆架1的磁碗51以及收容于所述磁碗51内的磁体部53。
所述磁碗51包括底壁511及自所述底壁511周缘向所述振膜31方向弯折延伸形成的侧壁513,所述磁体部53固设于所述底壁511并与所述侧壁513间隔形成所述磁间隙5A。
所述侧壁513包括两个分别位于所述底壁511相对两侧的第一侧壁515及两个分别位于所述底壁511另外相对两侧的第二侧壁517,所述第一侧壁515远离所述音圈33的一侧设有所述弹性支撑件7,所述第二侧壁517向远离所述音圈33的方向弯折延伸形成有延展部519,所述延展部519固定于所述盆架1。
所述磁体部53包括固设于所述底壁511的永磁体531及固设于所述永磁体531远离所述底壁511一侧的极芯533。
其中,所述永磁体可以是天然磁体,也可以是人造磁体(例如,磁钢);所述极芯533由导磁材料制成,从而可以增强所述磁间隙5A内的磁通量。
可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述磁体部53可以仅为永磁体,也可以有多个永磁体和多个极芯叠加形成。
本发明提供的发声器件通过将所述焊接部61焊接固定于所述盆架1,从而可以降低前盖或/和出现脱离的风险。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、收容于所述盆架的振动系统、固定于所述盆架并具有磁间隙的磁路系统以及前盖,所述振动系统包括振膜以及插入所述磁间隙以驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,其特征在于:所述振膜夹设于所述盆架和所述前盖之间,所述前盖具有焊接部,所述振膜沿其振动方向在所述前盖上的正投影与所述焊接部不重叠,所述盆架由金属材料制成,所述焊接部与所述盆架通过激光焊接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述焊接部设有多个,且多个所述焊接部间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述振膜具有多个夹设于所述盆架和所述前盖之间的边缘部,且相邻两所述边缘部之间围合形成避让所述焊接部的避让口。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于:多个所述焊接部分别位于所述前盖的倒角处。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述发声器件还包括与所述振膜间隔设置的弹性支撑件,所述振膜朝向所述磁路系统的一侧固设有骨架,所述骨架包括固定于所述振膜的主体部以及分别自所述主体部向背离所述振膜方向延伸形成的第一延伸部和第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部和所述第二延伸部间隔设置,其中,所述弹性支撑件的一端固定于所述盆架,其另一端固定于所述第一延伸部;所述音圈固定于所述第二延伸部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述第二延伸部上设有多个豁口,多个所述豁口将所述第二延伸部分隔为多个隔离岛。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑件包括柔性电路板和辅助振膜,所述柔性电路板包括固定于所述盆架的固持部、固定于所述第一延伸部的固定部及连接所述固持部和所述固定部的弹性臂,所述辅助振膜包括固设于所述固持部远离所述盆架一侧的第一部分、固定于所述固定部远离所述第一延伸部一侧的第二部分及连接所述第一部分和所述第二部分的折环,所述折环向背离所述柔性电路板的方向凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述磁路系统包括固持于所述盆架的磁碗以及收容于所述磁碗内的磁体部,所述磁碗包括底壁及自所述底壁周缘向所述振膜方向弯折延伸形成的侧壁,所述磁体部固设于所述底壁并与所述侧壁间隔形成所述磁间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述侧壁包括两个分别位于所述底壁相对两侧的第一侧壁及两个分别位于所述底壁另外相对两侧的第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁远离所述音圈的一侧设有所述弹性支撑件,所述第二侧壁向远离所述音圈的方向弯折延伸形成有延展部,所述延展部固定于所述盆架。
